After passing by many times, I have finally had the opportunity to go to Sweet Science. The ambience was soo welcoming and enjoyable. The hostess was friendly and attentive to both myself and my cousin. The food was extremely delicious (jerk chicken quesadilla and fries with pineapple magarita). I would definitely return to this spot. P.S: make sure you try their hot sauce which is 🔥

Loved my dining experience at this brunch spot! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting, getting seated took a while but the server made up for it in quality of service and the music set the perfect vibe. The food was exceptional, each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. It's definitely become my go-to spot for brunch outings. Five stars well earned for this spot.

Delicious experience, got the lobster and shrimp biscuits (SO amazing some of the best biscuits I’ve ever had!!!! So buttery and the lobster gravy is unbelievable) and the fish and chips (very flaky and buttery fish, almost melts in your mouth, and tartare sauce is delicious). Also got the spinach artichoke dip to start which was a hit. Overall, great experience and cute ambiance.

Enjoyed my time here. Wonderful service and great fresh food. I ordered the skirt steak sandwich (medium well) it came on a tasty roll maybe it was Chibatta bread. I had chimchurri on the side with fries. We also ordered Mango frozen Margaritas which are also wonderful. My Boo Friend ordered Spinach dip and Calamari which was tasty as well.

The fish n chips were absolutely delectable. The fish was light and fresh and the breading was wonderfully crispy. Fries were tasty with malt vinegar. Music was good, and service was friendly. Prices were reasonable too!

Walked in for brunch on a Saturday and this place was such a vibe! Great music (hip hop, r&b, reggae,pop, dance - all of the above!) Food was good - I got a bacon cheeseburger and fries. Bottomless option includes house drinks as well which was a plus. Service was good but it was a bit busy so it took some time to get the waiters attention but they were more than pleasant and accommodating! I plan on returning!

Our department had a fantastic dinner party, thanks to Sweet Science. Nicole arranged a wonderful setup and package for us, all at a competitive price. When we arrived, we had our own section, perfect for mingling without disturbing other diners. The food? Simply amazing. The portion sizes were more than generous, and every dish came out fresh and hot. We had plenty of options: Fried Chicken Fried Rice (my favorite), Mac & Cheese, Cajun Fries, and Carolina Wings—each one was delicious. There was also a DJ playing great dance tracks and sing-alongs, keeping everyone energized throughout the night. Everything went exceptionally well, and we're grateful for the memorable experience Sweet Science provided. Thanks, Nicole!

Amazing service. The staff is very friendly. During brunch hour it was loud with great music selections. So it's a good vibe. There are many brunch options but keep in mind the table has a 90 minute limit. It is located on a bus stop so parking can be a worry if it's a crowded day as it's a residential area. The grits are the best grits I've had on Brooklyn! So I definitely recommend them. The eggs Benedict meal, in which I had the eggs scrambled not poached was tasty. Service was good.

A friend and I came here for brunch on a Sunday around 11am. We were immediately squeezed in the back very closely amongst a few other tables of 2, which we both were a little confused about since the rest of the restaurant was almost entirely empty. We ordered their signature burger, which we were disappointed didn't come with fries but we ended up ordering fries on the side. The burger was actually pretty good. We also got the biscuits and gravy, which was a bit bland. The ambiance of the restaurant was pretty nice- they had fun Halloween decor up since it is almost October, which was a fun surprise. The music was also something of note- it was all modern hip hop/r&b, which was pretty awesome for someone like me who loves those genres of music. Overall, I'd possibly come back here, it wasn't anything crazy special but it wasn't bad.

This is a niiice spot. A girlfriend of mine put me on & I've enjoyed it ever sense. The place is located in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn. Walking in, the decor of the place is very relaxed & friendly, yet festive & exciting (especially during brunch). The pictures on the wall celebrate multiple genres of music as well as other art.. The seating is relaxed & spaced where you have room to enjoy your meal. As far as the menu goes, they're are great options to choose from whether its for brunch, lunch or dinner. Overall, its a very nice spot for eating, drinking or relaxing. Excellent neighborhood spot.

Stopped in for a couple of afternoon cocktails, while waiting for my dog to be groomed nearby. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with only a few other people dining at the time. The bartender was so accommodating when subbing Tequila out for Mezcal. I also tried the biscuits, which were buttery, and just what I needed after two strong drinks!

We went for brunch to celebrate my nieces 25th and happy we chose this place. The energy is lit with the dj spinning good tunes. The establishment itself is dope. Staff was very attentive!!! I ordered the chicken and waffles but got to taste the jerk hash and shrimp and grits. The chicken and waffles was good. I'd like a bit more seasoning on my chicken but it was breaded and fried well and the cornbread waffles were light and yummy. The shrimp and grits was delicious. Big and plump well cooked shrimp with the creamiest grits I ever had. The jerk hash was very tasty with a bit of heat. Overall will def go back!

A hearty brunch with hip hop and a casual vibe. The two dishes we ordered were filling and delicious with their unique flavors. Boss lady bomb - Tater Tots, Scrambled Eggs, Avocado Mash, Coconut Curry (his preferred choice) Jerk chicken hash - tasty! My preferred choice. We had a few glasses of Prosecco. There is a bottomless bubbles, etc option for those looking for a boozy brunch.

My bf came here Saturday with his family and raved about the food, so I came Monday with my friend and yep!! Best lobster bisque I've ever had!! So scrumptious. We also had the oxtail spring rolls, which is huge and spicy. For entrees my friend had the lamb chops with collard greens and mashed potatoes, I had the roasted chicken and broccoli with mashed potatoes. The chicken was delicious and juicy, broccoli was very flavorful, mashed potatoes lacked flavor. We enjoyed our drinks. Server was attentive and quick. We were the only people seated at a table while a few sat at the bar so there wasn't much to go off as far as the vibe. It was a Monday afternoon around 3pm. Overall: 10/10 experience.

I visited Sweet Science for the first time on a Saturday night around 8:00 PM with two friends. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up staying and chatting for hours! It wasn't too crowded and we were seated right away. We had two different servers (I believe their names were Alex and Kira), as we were there for so long, and they were both equally kind, hospitable, warm, and helpful. The drink menu is fantastic. I got a warm apple cider with bourbon, which was delicious. For my entree, I got the steak frites with chimichurri, which was outstanding. The cocktail I got was $12, and the entree was $38, but I should add that this was one of the more expensive entrees, and it was definitely worth it for how amazing it tasted. The atmosphere was very cute, up-to-date, and clean. I absolutely recommend checking out Sweet Science for brunch, lunch, dinner, or even just drinks!

I'm not from here so my friend suggested this place as she's been here before for dinner. Once we got service , 15 min after we sat down, it was great. Waitress was on top of refilling our mimosas. Can't rate the food much since I got the BLT but it was pretty good. Ambiance was a Little dead.

The food here is great. We liked the variety on the menu. Oxtail Spring Roll, Spinach Artichoke Dip, Sweet Science Wings W/Carolina Tangy Sauce, Garlic Shrimp-n-Grits, Blackened Catfish and The Brooklyn Rodeo Burger were great just to name a few. The drinks, I only needed 2. WOW!!! Thanks Jess!! The owners were great host as well. Love the cultural mix of ideas. Keep up the great work. YOUR #1 FANS, THE TEAM IN BLUE GG/ART.

Let me say this is my 2nd time coming here and BOTH times were HORRIBLE! But let's get into the 2nd time coming because this is the reason why I will NEVER return. Nicole is rude AS FUCK! I went into there on a Saturday for bunch with my cousin who's special needs which bottomless brunch she ended up a little drunk she threw up in the toilet which we had to pay for and she did NOT LEAVE A MESS because me & my older cousin went to the restroom! The bathroom smells like coffee and had coffee on the floor which we just paid for because you charged us a cleaning fee. we told the lady that my cousin was mentally challenged and she said and these were her EXACT words "So, what do that mean". Sweet Science will NEVER get my service or recommendation and this is supposed to be a restaurant for the people and y'all host even for "Mental Health" please it's all false. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

A group of us went here yesterday. The server Daniel was nice and professional. All 6 of us had something different and we all enjoyed our meals. The ONLY slight complaint was that the unlimited mimosas that three us had barely had any champagne and we needed to ask for more to be added. Other than that no negative comments. We all said we would definitely be back again.

Everything was great. My Negronis were strong and I was satisfied with the food and the service. I can't complain. The energy is good. They play good throwback music and the aesthetic inside is cool

Went here for bottomless brunch on Easter. The southern soul food here is delicious. I'm very judgmental of grits and the shrimp and grits was a great size and tasted even better as leftovers. Definitely get the honey biscuits. The service was slow, despite being the first table upon opening, but otherwise no issue. Restaurant is clean and organized.

My friend and I were in need of a boozy brunch on a Saturday afternoon. We decided to venture out to Brooklyn and try Sweet Science. Collectively we ordered crab cakes, eggs benedict, bacon egg and cheese mac and cheddar grits. The only item that was okay was the bacon, egg and cheese mac; the rest of the food was 10/10. We both got the bottomless mimosas which were also really good! They played all of my favorite songs from the 90s and early 00s which is always a vibe. My only con is that the music is too loud - couldn't have a convo without shouting. The service was also great as well! I definitely recommend if you are looking for a boozy brunch with great vibes.

I had the sweet science burger and broccoli with chile flakes. The broccoli was pretty good, but something was off about the burger, meat just tasted something.

My friend and I took a weekend trip NYC and someone suggested this place for bottomless brunch. We arrived as soon as they opened as we're used to brunch being packed as soon as they open. To our surprise we were the first ones there. The inside was nicely decorated, but we opted to sit outside. It was a nice patio and it was fun people watching. We were greeted by our waiter, I ordered the bottomless mimosas. My friend got the next tier that included the Bellinis and beer. The mimosas were pretty good. They did not skimp on the champagne at all. They had pineapple, oj, guava, and papaya. They came out in carafes. I did take off a star because our waiter never came back to get our food order. We had to ask the guy cleaning the tables to get him. I ordered the jerk salmon and lox. It took about 30 minutes for the food to come out. It was was delicious. My friend got the biscuits and gravy. She said it was amazing. We got a new waitress and she was amazing and kept the carafes coming. She even offered us a cup to take our remaining mimosas with us. I went in to use the restroom about an hour and a half into our stay and the place was packed and there was a live dj. The inside was lit! So I'm thinking the dj comes around 1ish. To sum it up we had a great time and will return.

I came to this restaurant on January 13th for my sorority's founders day event. The host and wait staff were so accommodating and exemplified great customer service. The environment was trendy with great music. So shout out to the DJ. Not to mention how damn good the drinks were. The margarita was everything. My food ( I had the crab cakes Benedict) was also very good. The arugula salad that accompanied the meal was so delicious. I was not disappointed at all. I live in NJ but I would definitely come back to this restaurant again. Thank you for an amazing customer experience.

Good food, horrible drinks. We dined for brunch on a Sunday at 2pm, the restaurant wasn't that busy but they wouldn't seat us until our party was complete. Waiter was great, very attentive. Some of the leaks came out at the wrong temperature (steak over cooked, eggs not made as requested) I ordered the jerk chicken hash which was very tasty, a large portion. The honey biscuit was a hit at our table. However the hot honey chicken sandwich was tasteless. We did bottomless mimosas, they offer a variety of juices. The champagne/ sparkling wine they use is terrible, be prepared for a headache the next day. We barely drank it, I would not recommend the bottomless option, opt for cocktails.

Came here for a catch up with a girlfriend. On a Friday at around 4/5 the place wasn't busy and was able to get a table no problem. Happy hour was pretty standard but we ended up ordering from the cocktail menu. The waitresses were very attentive and I'd say we had good service throughout the night. For food we ordered a bunch of appetizers to share between two people. The crab risotto 7/10 pretty straight forward, oxtail egg rolls 3/10 really didn't taste like much, 12 wings (5/10) we did the dry rub and the South Carolina tangy both sauces were good but it was a standard wing, we could have gotten 6 and been alright, and honey biscuits (7/10). During the Christmas season the restaurant was very festive, down to renaming the cocktail menu. The drinks were all very tasty and at a $14 price point. I'd come back for a quick link the place was cute, the drinks were good and the service was friendly. Happy hour however, isn't really worth it to me.

It's been a long time since I've been to Sweet Science. I miss Uncle Fred's . This black owned spot is spacious and airy. Has ample seating indoors and outdoors. They have several frozen drinks. I had 3 Henny Coladas like it was a a Friday . I was told the Frosé was alright. They just taste so good. I enjoyed my hefty meal. Jerk Ribs with Mac and cheese and collard greens. The greens were a bit spicy. The jerk ribs were actually tender despite it looking dry from the rub. The shrimp and grits were good but could've been more grits. The plate just makes it look like it's a huge portion. My other two coworkers had the steak sandwich and fish(catfish) and chips. The music was straight 90s and 00s R&B. We were cubing and chilling. The cuisine is American they serve fried chicken dinner only after 5pm and their cocktail menu looks good. Come and support this black owned spot and tell them I sent you.

Very good and yea this is the one with their delicious food and excellent service. I was able to get a last-minute reservation for two for Sunday brunch for me and my bestie. I loved, loved, loved my steak and eggs meal with the eggs done just right and the salad tasting good, good, good (my meal came with a side salad). I also ordered biscuits (they come with two) with honey butter so I could enjoy some carbs for more of a fill-up and they were good there in the restaurant. On the reheat though, when I got home - they were quite dry. Anyway, our waiter was really nice as was the host. Oh and the DJ was good as well. Definitely loved this spot for sure.

Never disappoints! I've been visiting Sweet Science for nearly six years and it has become a local favorite for me. From brunch to happy hour, I always enjoy the drinks, meal, and vibes. I love the various tiers for bottomless brunch drinks. You can have mimosas, mimosas & Bellinis, or mimosas, Bellinis and mixed drinks. I've had the burger, shrimp & grits, chicken & waffles, and steak eggs for brunch. The one thing I don't lose are the biscuits. They're hard and dry and served with hard, cold butter.

This place is so cute and a much needed spot that sells food and drinks near Montrose. We came here for a quick bite to eat for dinner and weren't disappointed. The drinks were well mixed, the food was super fresh and well seasoned, and the overall experience was good. Though the steak sandwich was absolutely delicious (and I will be coming back for another), the eatability on the sandwich is a little low at the steak pieces are bigger than an average sandwich bite. The music was also a little loud when we were there considering there were only a handful of people.

The music was a vibe. The staff are a vibe. The food is bomb and they have bottomless. Despite being 45 minutes from where we were staying , this random find was so worth it and we'll worth Saturday Brunch I also got the cornbread waffle and it was so damn good! The only thing I recommend is bringing you're phone into the bathroom because the lighting isn't the best.

Ive been here a handful of times and each time my food was delicious and the service was quick and friendly. Would definitely bring someone from out of town here for a good meal and experience.

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and was really hoping that I would be able to leave a great review...but that is NOT the case! First, music is way tooo loud! I couldn't hear myself think, let alone hear the waiter, who absolutely needed more customer service training. I believe his name was Matt. Not friendly and couldn't give an informative opinion on the menu. Thank God for the hostess, who was more than willing to share the msot popular dishes from the menu, and checked on our food which was delayed coming out. We ordered everyting togethrer but was told that the appetizers and drinks would come out first. About 30 minutes later, all we had were our watered down drinks and no sign of the appetizers. After inquiring several times, 10 minites later ALL of the food comes out at the same time! Below is a breakdwon of what we ordered: Drinks: Hot Mess w/ Mezcal - the fresh watermelon was definitely syrup and the drink was way too sweet and not strong enough High Hitter - not strong enough and too sweet Appetizers: Dry rub chicken wings - seasoning was light and just and kind of bland Chicken and dumplings - the BEST choice out of everything we ordered Entrees: Rack of Lamb - AGAIN, little to no seasoning. I was suppsoed to get both collard greens and the mac and cheese which was a substitute for the potato salad. When I inquired about this, the waiter said that the lamb only comes with one side. By the way, the mac and cheese was not it and way too much going on in it. The collard greens were very good! Slow Cooked Half Rack Pork Ribs - AGAIN, little to no seasoning. Notice the trend?! Took them home to doctor them up with seasoning and SAUCE! Overall we will definitely not be returning!

Came here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. The dining room is large, comfortable and wasn't packed at 4:40. Note that there is a gap where the kitchen closes between brunch and dinner service, we didn't mind waiting. Drinks are on the pricer side but super tasty -- especially the frozen passion fruit margarita. The food here is the star. Everything actually tastes like they care about taste. The food isn't hype or product. We went the small plate route to try more things: I think the 4 cheese Mac & Cheese with the bacon bits and sliced jalapeños might be the best Mac & Cheese I've ever had. No flavor overpowered the other and instead complemented each other. We loved the Poutine. Again the fries, cheese curd and gravy were all sharp and great on their own and together each flavor was still powerful without being buried by the other. We got the Spicy Pineapple wings and the South Carolina BBQ wings. I liked the Spicy Pineapple, it was more sweet than spicy. My love liked the South Carolina BBQ better, which were tangy. The wings were not sticky or over sauced. The service was very attentive. We did have to ask for water and our small eating plates were taken even though we still had food on the table. Definitely, looking forward to going back!

I've been here a few times for lunch and I am absolutely in love. I had a froze or should I say several of them. It is sweet but hits the spot on a hot summer afternoon. After a few I was nice!!!!! If you are looking to get drunk quick this is not the drink for you but it will sneak up on you if you have enough. I also had the flattop burger and Mac and cheese. I was skeptical at first look at the Mac and cheese since it wasn't baked but it was so good and creamy. My friend asked to take and her spoon kept coming into my plate. My burger was mouth watering. I ordered two because it was so good and juicy. The whole experience was definitely a vibe and customer service was on point. I will definitely be coming back very soon.

I ordered the crab cakes, and they were small and bland. I noticed the staff that came into work did not wash their hands and just started working.

Well here I go with another brunch review! I do love my bottomless brunches don't I?! My daughter chose Sweet Science because it was within walking distance of her apartment and had everything we look for in a good brunch - bottomless, good breakfast and lunch options, and a cool vibe. And oh it was a vibe, with clientele ranging from a Hipster wearing a Toque and wire rimmed glasses looking like a cross between an English professor and a Norwegian fisherman beside a table with an athleisure clad couple with their adorable labradoodle, and the next table over, gorgeous stunning black queens with crowns of braids. (And then there's us in jeans and pullover university sweaters just trying not to freeze on the 3 block walk in a blustery January day). The music was pumping, but not so loud we couldn't have a conversation. I love that there's 3 levels of options for the bottomless bubbles (picture attached) so you can pick your poison. We all chose the "High-Key Turnt" option. I started with a spicy fabulously decorated Bloody Mary full of horseradish, OMG so good. My husband started with a screw driver, other drinks included the passion fruit frozen margarita (which generally was not loved, not enough passion fruit flavor or frozen enough. It was more slushy than frozen) and a HenneyColada which we all agreed was pretty tasty. Throughout the 90 minutes we tried margaritas, mimosas, a few draft beers, and angry orchards. Our server, Lucie from France, stayed on top of everything and was quick and pleasant with all the food and drink deliveries! I was really really surprised about the food prices! This is New York City! How dare the food prices be reasonable! I was wholly tempted by the chicken and waffles (you know that's my breakfast jam!) but I saw the Bacon, Egg and cheese biscuits at another table and I had to have it! OK well I didn't actually wind up having it but my daughter did. I got the hot honey chicken on a biscuit and I asked for the hot honey to be on the side because I was worried that "hot" meant "spicy" but didn't come out on the side, so I just dealt with it. But it wasn't spicy. It was just hot and delicious. My husband got the Norwegian egg, another of our table mates got the cheeseburger and another got the jerk chicken hash. We also got a side of french fries, sharp cheesy grits, and the corn bread waffles, because you know I had to try those waffles. Everyone was happy with their choices, however, the french fries were those homemade ones with the skins on them that never quite get crispy so that was sad for me but they were still good. The grits were phenomenal and the cornbread waffles didn't seem to have a lot of cornbread in them, and they were dry, like really dry even dipped in syrup. I would say the only real thing that I could negatively comment on was the sad little mixed green salad that came on all of our plates. That was unnecessary. It didn't elevate the dishes at all. The bathrooms were clean and cozy, but they need a hook inside the stall to hang a bag or a coat! We had a great time and were fat and happy and, well, turnt when we left! If I'm back in Brooklyn on another Sunday morning, I'm looking forward to returning to Sweet Science!

I went for lunch here today, and had such a great time. I ordered the hot honey chicken biscuit sandwich and it was so yummy ! The owners are so friendly and made my experience even better :)

A friend of mine raved about the happy hour about the happy hour here. That is factual the margaritas are good but not the best I've had. I've forgot the dish I ordered, it was on a special menu because they had an event. It wasn't worth the amount i paid and was very mid. The vibes of the place was very eh, I don't see myself returning here. If anything I would stick to WinSon which is across the street and so much better

We went during brunch in a Sunday. The dj was fun and a great touch. The mimosa tier prices were a little high but the food was really good. I had the biscuits and gravy which was delicious. I highly recommend the waffle and the biscuits.

We were looking for a place for brunch coming from Harlem to Brooklyn while visiting NY. Sweet Science did not disappoint! Our server, Delana answered all our questions and gave great recommendations (plus her accent is so NY!) Ordered the Shrimp & Grits, a waffle with a side a bacon. My sister also had shrimp & grits, with a waffle and mom had a waffle with the BLT sandwich. The waffle was sweet, and the shrimp and grits portion were huge, but I finished all that food.... whew it was good! The DJ was setting up while we were eating. The music is mix of hiphop and R&B. The decor is cute, but you can't go wrong with a picture of the king of Brooklyn - Notorious Big/Big Poppa/Biggie Smalls on the wall and they didn't disappoint. If you need an out of the way spot, with food that is DELICIOUS... Sweet Science is the place. If I'm ever back in NY, I will be visiting again.

CONSISTENCY!!!! The one thing about Sweet Science is their consistency when it's comes to great drinks, food, and music. I know when I come here, I am in for a treat. From their Brunch menu to their Dinner menu..... I know to expect seasoned/tasty food and strong drinks. I recently met up with a friend for brunch and we had a nice afternoon. We both felt safe with the current COVID measures they have in place. I will say that the only thing that has changed is that they have shortened their menu options ( was disappointed to see that the Joe Louis Burger was not on the limited menu). I ended up selecting the Sweet Science Flat Top Burger.... I mean it's not the Joe Louis but still tasty nonetheless. My friend ordered the shrimp and grits and loved it. We both ordered the Warm Apple Cider for drinks. Since it's chilly/cold outside I would highly recommend. It's tasty and does one hell of a job warming you up. Be sure to stop by whenever you're in the area and check them out. You won't regret it.

I needed my wing fix ASAP and found closest candidate. Sweet Science was my first victim. After spending several years in Buffalo, the wing capital of the world, Sweet Science had large shoes to fill. I ordered twelve wings with their South Carolina Tangy sauce via Seamless. This was my first mistake, ordering wings for pickup. Never get wings to go because when they are hot, they will steam up in the box and produce soggy wings!! This is evident for any wing place. You lose that desired crisp and crunch, but I was in a rush and had no choice. Upon opening the box, I was presented with what I had expected, twelve soggy wings. No fault to Sweet Science, but it is what it is. However, it wasn't just the soggy wings that missed, the sauce was also nothing to write home about. The wings were also meh. I think my standards for wings are too high. Maybe next time.

Ambiance was very nice you can take plenty of pictures lovely murals. Clean bathrooms. I started with a mango margarita on the rocks deliciously made. Got the Buffalo calamari and jerk chicken quesadilla to start. The calamari was good but the Buffalo sauce was on the side I thought it would've been tossed in the sauce but ok. The jerk chicken quesadilla was ok I do feel like I needed alil more jerk flavor to it but still packed with chicken big portions. Then for my entrée I had the lamb chops with potatoes salad and greens, the chops were cooked to perfection the potatoe salad was too tangy for my liking but the greens were great I enjoyed the greens. And last but not least the Mac was filled with bacon and jalapeños which I loved definitely cheesy paired great with the lamb chops. Energy here was great took some shots with strangers and had a good time.

3.5. Cool place with lots of potential. The most extensive Covid-19 precautions I've experienced. Upon entry, we were informed of the protocol before we were able to be seated and given a little speech about do's and don't at Sweet Science. They sprayed us down, front and back, bottom of our shoes, took our temperature, sanitized our hands and left our information. Then we were informed that we couldn't walk around or take pictures with any of the artwork on the walls. Basically the only point they want you to leave your table is to exit and/or use the bathroom. Also, we scanned the barcode menu which pops up on your phone.I appreciated the extensive measures they have imposed; however, it may limit your fun. My issue was the limitations with the menu. Prior to arrival, one of my friend have been here and raved about a few things, but we looked at the menu, it didn't offer too much. We opted for the following: Honey Biscuits-- 6 out of 10, they were too dry. Think a step above Popeyes--have your water ready. Cheddar Grits--10 out 10-very good Mac and Cheese--8.5 out of 10-when I saw it, I thought it would be bad, but actually was very tasty. I asked to remove the jalapeño and bacon, so for some of you all, they may get be an extra kick for you. Wings--didn't have but my friends all seemed to enjoy. Fries-- can't really mess up fries but they were good I ordered the drink called Up (I believe it was Amaretto and Hennessy) I didn't care for it. I wanted the warm cider, but that wasn't available. The staff was very friendly here and the food didn't take too long. They charge an automatic 20% gratuity which I frown upon because often times when the gratuity is automatic, the service is lacking effort. However, we did have good service. I would return but when things are back to normal and a more thorough menu is available.

Lovely setting, great vibe and great service. Went to brunch with Nicole and as always we had a great time. Would definitely recommend and we will be back x

Stopped in for a drink during what turned into a mini Lunar New Year's Eve bar crawl. It's a huge space with an impressive bar. Looked like they had about a dozen taps including a nitro tap. Lots of space for a variety of spirits. I had a glass of Woodinville Bourbon. Haven't seen it elsewhere so I gave it a shot. Definitely a nice pour. Service was attentive and quick. They have plenty of outdoor seating.

SATURDAY BRUNCH Rarely do I give 5 whole stars but , Sweet Science was , SWEET ! I have been trying to get to this spot for a while now and I was not disappointed. I mean everything down to the water was good ! And yes there is a such thing as bad water , lol. The food was delicious and well prepared, the service was great, the atmosphere was cool with good music which is always a plus. You must show proof of vaccination if desiring to sit inside. If sitting outside no need to worry. I'm glad we came and I'll be back again. Black Owned

So, I visited Sweet Science for my first outdoor dining experience during the pandemic. I'm impressed and happy to have had such a positive experience. Sweet Science is following the guidelines, and I suppose taking extra precautions for their staff and patrons alike. Waitstaff wore gloves and masks... to enter the establishment to use the restroom required that I wait for staff to dispense hand sanitizer for me and give me an all over spritz of sanitizer, which is something I do at home whenever I re-enter my apartment. Lucky for Sweet Science that they are located on a corner, which made it easier for them to adapt to outdoor dining. The side street isn't necessarily busy, or heavy with traffic. There were several single tables and seating for two on the sidewalk, as well as benches and tables on the street, complete with umbrellas. I had a light meal of chicken wings (pineapple) and a Froze, which was really really really really really really really good. Overall, I am happy to see them return and that they are diligent about everyone's safety. In addition I was super happy about that Froze!
