The coffee, without a doubt, is fantastic! It’s in the top few in the city and I can only recommend it. 3 stars comes from the cinnamon bun we bought which was extremely dry, wish I hadn’t bought it as it was a waste. UPDATE: Thank you for the free flat white and for a quick chat regarding the bakery, extremely thoughtful of the team. ❤️

They have several types of bean blends... The pastry is tasty and fresh, and the coffee is delicious too. It's nice to see a smiley at the end, but also sad, because it means the coffee is gone. 😅

The real deal. Go for good espresso and drip. you can test out all (!!!j brands they have on shelf as a drip coffee. They have two types of espresso beans on the grinder. Their taste is modern. The barista knowledgeable. They don't have almond milk which is sad. But go here for for sure for a good espresso.

Sweet Spot is hands-down my favorite coffee spot in Munich! Their selection of beans is incredible, and I love that they constantly rotate their profiles so there’s always something new to try. I buy their beans for my home setup every day, but nothing beats a cup made in-shop. I’ve learned that even with the same beans and machine, the barista’s skill makes all the difference—and the team here nails it every single time. A must-visit for anyone who truly cares about specialty coffee!

Note: I only had coffee here and their coffee is great! If you're looking for speciality coffee, pop in to this coffee shop. They have new coffee every week. They also do oat milk and do not charge extra which is really nice to see. The baristas are really warm and knowledgeable.

Specialty coffee in the heart of Munich! The place is rather small but enough to enjoy the coffee. Love the coffee there, I had flatwhite my friend had cappuccino and she loved it too. Great coffee! I will definitely come back.

Sweet Spot Kaffee is a fantastic little café in Munich. The coffee is excellent and clearly made with care, and the overall vibe is relaxed and welcoming — a perfect spot to slow down for a bit. Great place to start the day or take a break while exploring the city. Would happily come back again.

A cozy, centrally located place that serves a good latte. I'm used to American-sized lattes, which are just full of milk that moderates the harsh edges of bad coffee pulls. You can see in my photo that this latte was more in the cortado range, yet the flavor profile was not dry or bitter. The in-store staff switches flawlessly between German and English. Competition for seats inside is high - there's only room for like 5 people in there. On the cold February afternoon that I visited, a few customers willingly sat at the outside benches. They'll bring your drinks to you there, too. On quality of espresso over my weeklong stay in Munich, I'd say Sweet Spot has offered the best shots so far!

Great multi roaster shop right in the tourist zone. Fair prices and nice coffees from a variety of roasters, great milk drinks and offered two pour over options when I visited. Will return.

This was a welcome cup in the middle of all the fan fair. I'd say they are ready to expand, as it's a very small space with lines spilling into the street. Wonderful though. And no charge for oat milk, which is always a pleasant surprise. The Mrs. got a latte and I think it may have been my favorite of the trip. I was drinking a beer at the time, so, you know.

Possibly the best specialty coffee shop in old town. They make an amazing oat latte and a great cold brew too. I was willing to walk an extra 10 mins in the morning to get coffee here than the other spots closer to where I stayed.
