Me and sister in law enjoyed the snowball, chilli cheese nachos and Mexican corn. Customer service was phenomenal. I also left a DM for the owner on Instagram,check it out. Many blessings and success to you and your business.

This establishment had no FRESH fruit…I asked for blueberries and strawberries and they were out. I was given canned pineapples in my snowball as a substitute and they were distasteful. I also ordered a strawberry cheesecake designer snowball and was highly disappointed because in the image it’s advertised that there is cheesecake on the snowball as well as strawberry syrup which includes strawberry (none of this was included). I originally came for the pineapple party which this snowball stand is WIDELY known for and there NO pineapples in stock…which is shocking because this is what the establishment is heavily known for. We were very disappointed by this visit but it’s always best to try this establishment for yourself!

Everything is a 3/5, Food, Service & Atmosphere. Food: As you can see my snowball was dry, VERY DRY. I had to ask for more juice after I received it, she didn’t answer me she just put more on it. I was like ok? thank you.. The strawberry cheesecake snowball was really good, a different woman made it and she did great! It was really good.. Service: The lady had braids, this was in December. She barely spoke honestly.. Wasn’t rude, just very nonchalant.. They don’t have name tags. She moved veryyyy slow, thank God it was only us there because at the pace she was going we would’ve been there forever. Atmosphere: Very very small. I loved the gospel music that was playing. The outside has tables set up, it was a nice setting. Couple tables were dirty no one seemed to be cleaning them so.. We just went back to the car. I like supporting small black businesses, I really do try. I just don’t know…

I would rate it zero stars but i didn't have the option but anyways the owner is so rude and unprofessional i mean look at her going back and forth with paying customers in the reviews. The snowballs are dry and had no juice plus service is subpar. Your cashier doesn't listen well so all my friends orders was wrong but you want to go back and forth with customers about THEIR ORDER!!!! We went to the carrollton location first and people was coming and leaving because they was taking forever. We waited a long time then came to the French quarter location and got dry snowballs for over $11 lol but this is what i get for trying to support black businesses anyways DONT COME HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE PRICE but coming from a 3 star business you shouldn't expect the best.

This place is so cute and dog friendly! The courtyard/ seating area is decorated with bright colors and plenty of seating. This place has so much to choose from but their highlight of the menu are their themed/custom snoballs. My son ordered "Birthday Cake" which was bright yellow snoball base, dripping with condensed milk and rainbow sprinkles. "Strawberry Cheesecake" was my husband's pick. A strawberry snoball base, whole slice of classic cheesecake, sliced strawberry topped with condensed milk and strawberry drizzle. I went for the "Unicorn". The grape and blueberry snoball base was topped with condensed milk, three pink & blue swirled marshmallows on a stick to resemble a unicorns horn and a tuft of cotton candy. All three flavors were awesome. Our only problem was that these things were HUGE. More ideal to share than try to eat the whole thing alone. Oh and there was a random rooster walking the courtyard. He's really cute and keeps to himself. Overall I would absolutely recommend this place.

All I can say is I see why the location on N 207 peter st was empty, and had to come next door to beg for customers. I’m not sure if that was the owner, but the woman who had her dog working with her Saturday , was rude and not welcoming at all. I decide to leave & get better service else where and she decides to follow and talk badly not only about me but about the man working next door as well. I had a great NOLA experience until I stopped by here. Save your time & money go shop right next door at mister Apple for better snowballs & customer service🫶🏾 do not let tik tok fool you!!! Edit: Ma’am we spoke & you spoke about me & he did not ask you anything, he was assisting his customers & you were in HIS shop. You weren’t helpful to her and you were smart that’s why we left. Just take this as a learning moment & step your service up , thank you, you be blessed as well!

I ordered a small strawberry stuffed snowball and a double scoop ice cream with sprinkles for my daughter. When I checked my ban statement today, I was charged 15.00!!!! Wow, never paid that much before for a small snowball and two scoops of ice cream! Then, when I go to look for a number to call there’s no phone number?!!!!
