Sweet Tomatoes

Avoid this place during peak hours. Staff scramble with cleaning, but can't keep up. First impression was good, you walk in and everything is neat and clean. However, when we got closer to the register we noticed that the silverware needed to be restocked, when we went to find a table there were 2 caution wet floor signs, crumbs all over the floor, and all tables were either occupied or needed to be bused. When we finally chose somewhere to sit, a stff member jumped on cleaning it up. Looking behind the bakery station, it was a mess. I enjoyed the pastas and muffins, but not much else. Wanted to like the tomato soup, but it was sadly not that great. You will want to inspect silverware and dishes closely before using them. If you're not that picky and enjoy a quick meal with lots of variety, you might like this place.

Good options for salads, dessert and breads. Prices are competitive. They need to improve the quality of their breads a bit .!

Loved it, super high quality and fresh, great vibes and phenomenal flavors. Great environment and trendy for families, groups and those how want to encourage kids to eat healthy meals.

Awesome buffet. Everything is fresh and everyone is nice! We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in H-town.

It's been 12 years, but it was exactly as I remember. Best Salad Bar Buffet restaurant company in the country in my opinion. Hate that Sweet Tomatoes isn't in San Antonio.

Wonderful fresh salad bar, large selection of delicious soups and fresh baked breads. Pasta and baked potatoes were ok. Ice cream and dessert toppings are fun for the kids. We had a coupon and the person at the register made sure to give us the best deal for our large party of 6 adults and 6 children.

It always has very fresh food and is always super clean. I really enjoy the cucumber mint water they offer near the register! I get one every time I go! They also have some nice teas to chose from. It is nice that they have vegan options, I do wish they would expand on those in the soup, pasta, and dessert sections. Staff is always super friendly! I would highky recommend to friends and family!

Great option for those trying to eat healthier and for those that enjoy buffets. They offer a large salad bar, soups, baked potatoes, fresh breads, muffins, a pasta bar, and desert bar.
