"Opened in October 2022, Sweet Tooth Hotel is not a hotel but an immersive art exhibit open to the public daily. A platform for emerging experiential artists, it's bright, dynamic, colorful, and an Instagrammer's dream—think edgy modern art gallery meets neon disco garden. The nine distinct gallery spaces are loosely linked by the "hotel" theme. Each one feels like you are entering a new, vibrant suite with something different to say. The staff are great—readily available to explain the thinking behind the exhibits (which is very helpful, as signage is limited). The bar staff at the Calirosa Cocktail Lounge are also awesome, and make a great selection of inventive cocktails, including Bubble Ducky—a pink tequila concoction served in a tiny bath with a miniature rubber duck floating in it." - Priya Krishna, Jonathan Thompson

"So, what’s this place about? Opened in October 2022, Dallas ' Sweet Tooth Hotel is an immersive art exhibit open to the public daily. How’s the space? The space is awash in bright, electric pinks, blues and yellows. It feels like walking through multiple sets from the Barbie movie. There's an easy flow to the exhibits and it's rarely crowded, making for a fun, artsy adventure as a couple or small group - especially when you finish at the gallery's funky Calirosa Cocktail Lounge, with its equally bright, inventive tequila cocktails. The art’s the main thing, of course. How is it? The nine gallery spaces are split into four permanent exhibits ("Sweet Suite", "Sprinkle Spa", "Groovy Room" and "Sunset Lounge") and five rotating exhibits, which change every year. The exhibits are fun, quirky and very different to anything else in Dallas. They're also Instagram gold, to the extent that locals have already nicknamed this place the Instagram Gallery. Did you meet anyone on staff? Did they make an impression? The staff are great—readily available to explain the thinking behind the exhibits (which is very helpful, as signage is limited). The bar staff at the Calirosa Cocktail Lounge are also awesome, and make a great selection of inventive cocktails, including Bubble Ducky—a pink tequila concoction served in a tiny bath with a miniature rubber duck floating in it. At the end of the day, what—or who—is this place best for? This is a great date option, as the set-up lends itself to awesome photography, with visitors placed front and center interacting with the immersive art. The quirky cocktail lounge at the end seals the deal. The vibe is young, bright and fun. If that's you, then dive straight in!" - Jonathan Thompson

Google
I live in a house full of artsy daughters that love photography. I was looking at taking them to a place that is a little larger (name withheld) but it was super expensive. I then did a quick search and found Sweet Tooth Hotel. I highly encourage buying tickets online. You also get the option to tip the artist that have created and curated the rooms. We went on a Friday afternoon and had plenty of time seeing all the interactive rooms without anyone else and didn’t feel rushed. My daughters loved it and got some really great photos. The rooms were amazing and very imaginative. The staff were great and super friendly as well. Parking is a little confusing, but it is literally right next door, so don’t drive too fast or you’ll pass it. I don’t recommend small children, but younger teenagers through adults will love it. They also have a bar that is separate with some great cocktails. I highly recommend!

Google
Instagram babies go forth & snap them photos! It was a very relaxed and chill walk through of very whimsical and fun scenes. There were angles and elements a plenty for those that love to take fun, quirky, and glamorous shots. There is also a yummy bar and good tunes There too. We had the luxury of slow hours.

Google
It was literally the cutest place I’ve ever been to. All the decorations were amazing.. I could tell so much imagination and thought was put into creating each room in this hotel. To end the night with an amazing cocktail called Lemon Drop. I could definitely see myself coming back and inviting more friends to join me. Just so we can have a girls night out and do a fun photo shoot. Kudos to the creator of this hotel.

Google
Had a girls night here and had a blast! So many photo ops, was a whole vibe. Ask for Andres the bartender! So dope, kind, very attentive. He's so good at what he does! Ask for a surprise! You won't be disappointed by his creation!

Google
Cute place to escape the heat. Visited the bar and it was dark and cool, lots of neon vibes. Enjoyed the frozen lemonade, added gin, and got to keep the disco glowing cup! Ice cream macaroons are so tasty. Thank you.

Google
Parking is validated for two hours in the tower parking. Starting my review with that so hopefully that helps, but this place was so much fun. The staff was incredibly nice.

Brittany Henderson

Google
Very cute place! I love the different detailed art installations in each room. It was nice to see each artist's creative expression and use of different mediums.

Google

Yelp
My friend and I arrived at the "Hotel" at opening which was around 12 PM which meant there was no one else already inside. We had the place to ourselves and were able to spend a lot of time in each of the 9 rooms. The rooms used different materials and colors to create really interesting pieces of interactive art. It was an incredibly unique experience, there wasn't any music or anything that would have been disruptive to our journey throughout the different rooms. For 30$, I think it was time well spent too! Since it's the month of June, we were also given the opportunity to get a free pride flag and rainbow pin which I thought was an adorable touch.

Yelp
Got to check out this super cool art/immersive experience the other day. We went around lunchtime on a Friday which was great because you basically have the place to yourself. It is set up like a hotel with a keycard you can use to get into the different rooms/experiences. Really loved seeing all the different ways the art came to life! There is no parking lot here but plenty of parking garages nearby, it's also right across the street from the giant eyeball! They have a cocktail lounge that had a couple of drinks though not too many cocktail options. Overall it was a cool thing to check out in the city!

Yelp
I had the opportunity to go to the Sweet Tooth Hotel with my kid and friends, and it is a cute concept. Normally, the price is around $25, but they had a deal going on for $5 per person, so we decided to check it out. They have a bar located inside of the "hotel" and there were quite a few people there. If I had come without kids, we may have stopped by, and I feel like an adult beverage could have made it more of an entertaining experience. When we walked in, we were greeted, and they gave us a high-level understanding of the rooms. You have to use your "room key" to get into each room. They also have a scavenger hunt that you can participate in if you use an app on your phone. It is a good idea but it seems that was the only thing to tie the rooms together. The rooms were cool and creative and a total of about 7, but would I pay $25 to go again? Honestly, probably not.

Yelp
I had been wanting to come to the Sweet Tooth Hotel for a while and I'm glad I finally did. I took advantage of one of their $5 days. The staff were really friendly and welcomed us as soon as we came in. The whole place is super cute and full of really cool art, and amazing backdrops to take pictures with. I wanted to try a cocktail but just didn't have enough time to do so. If you are in the Dallas area you need to check them out.

Jesse B.

Yelp
I was in Dallas for the weekend celebrating birthdays with a group of 10 other people. One of the people that traveled from Kansas really wanted to see this place because she heard great reviews. I'll be honest it really wasn't my type of scene but once my wife said they serve alcohol I was all for it. All the rooms were really cool and decorated differently. The bartender was personable and funny. If you enjoy taking pictures and touring different themed rooms then you must stop by to tour this place.

Kelli T.

Yelp
Thank you to a fellow Yelper for posting the information about the Super Sweet Cinco de Mayo $5 special. We received a very friendly welcome and we give our room key card, a pink maraca to bedazzled later in the cocktail lounge and instructions to exploring the hotel. Bring your imagination along as you explore all of the rooms and interactive art exhibits. There's lots of photo opportunities. After wondering the halls and rooms, we ended our adventure in the Calirosa Cocktail Lounge with a delicious Dragon's Wink with a wasabi salted rim!!

Kirby T.

Yelp
An immersive art exhibit, with lots of fun and cute photo opportunities, several different rooms to explore. It dynamic, colorful, and an Instagrammer's dream. You can start or end your adventure with a tasty cocktail or sweet treat from the bar. Bartenders are friendly and service was quick.

Donna R.

Yelp
For the special prices they were offering you couldn't beat it!! This place is really cute! You have to make it fun when you go, take fun pictures, smile and laugh and great for girls night out. The drinks at the end were the cutest! The Bartender was great, he chooses all out drinks for us!! Didn't get pictures of drinks but they were cute and good

Taylor S.

Yelp
The sweet tooth hotel was such a neat museum! There were 8 different rooms with different themes and all were perfect photo ops. I love that they limit how many people can go in at once so you don't run into other people in other rooms. It was wonderfully crafted, I had to save all of the artists' names! They had a bar and the drinks were amazing! All of the drinks were Girl Scout cookie theme and I had the Trefoils cocktail. It was so good. The front desk girls were super super nice and friendly. We had such a great time. For sure a must visit in Dallas!

Christina M.

Yelp
Pros: Amazing atmosphere. Like stunning. So so good for pictures and it was perfect for my birthday last August. Cons: I got two drinks- a bathtub and cotton candy drink. Both were god awful. Like I couldn't drink it and it was so pricey. Wish I could've gotten a refund. Our bartender was not super friendly. I would come again but only for the vibes for sure.

Jazzy L.

Yelp
This is a great place to come and take some really cute pictures in different themed rooms. The staff was great and friendly. I really enjoyed the macaroons which you can get for an additional cost. The downside that I experienced with this was that a lot of things were broken or damaged in a lot of the rooms which took away from the experience. It was great to be able to end the experience in a bar with a DJ and just enjoy the music. I wouldn't say it's worth the money, but it's a cute spot.

Altovise L.

Yelp
This was so much fun!!!! There are these rooms, each with a unique and fun artistic themed rooms. You literally become part of the art. I suggest getting the Dreamland tour. Take your time because there are cool details in each room and TONS of photo opportunities It's so worth it. The drinks were pricey so be ready to pay up lol! They were so delicious and the bartender gave great service. Lastly, although the promotional stuff pink, this is great for guys too on date night because most of the room are very artistic and not girly. I highly recommend it!

Susan S.

Yelp
I was actually confused by Sweet Tooth Hotel. It's very instagrammable (just ask them) but it's not a hotel! I parked at this deck, which is super convenient but a very steep, small-spaced place. But I would use it again! I do recommend for a bar, photo shoot kind of place. Just not a hotel!

Devon M.

Yelp
Overall this place was cool and fun. I booked some tickets here for my girlfriend's birthday. I knew right away that the colors and theming of it all would be right up her alley. They did not disappoint. She absolutely loved it! She enjoyed all the different rooms that you get access to take pictures in. I think that we must have taken pictures for at least an hour lol. It's best to make a reservation and book your tickets ahead of time. The staff at the desk were very helpful and explained everything we needed to know going into it. There is a bar that we didn't get to experience but it had a bunch of theming and a pink neon sign that any girl would love. It's definitely a good date place or place to hang with friends if you are in the downtown Dallas area.

Dipesh P.

Yelp
Not sure how to describe this spot. We came here for a comedy show and this was the venue. Super cool and trendy venue with random exhibits throughout. We were disappointed in the fact that they market the bar as a craft cocktail bar but the bar ware did not match that description. It could have been due to the fact that the show was a bigger group than they are used to (and thus serve fancy drinks in plastic to go cups). Not sure. Regardless, the spot is super cool looking and totally instagrammable. Parking in the garage nearby can be super tight but they do validate which is nice. We hope to come back again soon and get drinks served in normal bar ware!

Deon H.

Yelp
I am a very frequent visitor of the Sweet Tooth Hotel. Whether its visiting the amazing art installations from local artists to its many events it host monthly. You're able to enjoy yourself solo or with friends as you wander the halls. There is no food however the signature drinks sure do make up for it. Don't forget to stop by on Fridays for tunes provided by local female DJs. it's something you definitely don't want to miss out on

Kelsey K.

Yelp
Made a reservation a few days ahead and when we arrived the host said our table was taken. She asked if we'd be okay with sitting at the bar which we said we were but then made no effort to clear out the people standing in front of the chairs we would have needed. And since the drinks take so long to make those spots weren't opening up anytime soon. They were doing a topo Chico event and we all won a free drink at it which was a saving graze after having to wait around 25 min at the bar to just order a drink and another 10 min for them to make 4 of the cocktails on the menu. Seems as though the cocktails are too complicated for them to make at a reasonable pace. 2/4 cocktails tasted pretty average but the other 2 were very good. Overall I probably wouldn't go back again the ambiance was cool but the service was very slow and they clearly don't value reservations.

Emily B.

Yelp
It was around 4:30 on a Saturday when we popped in after seeing it online. Let me first say this place is funky and cool and a perfect place for instagram pictures. However, the prices were insane. We ordered two of their fun drinks, (you can see how small but cute they are below) but when we got the bill it was $50. They charged us a 20% service fee on top of the expensive price per drink and then taxes, with a spot at the bottom for additional tip... Now I'm all for experience, but this was not worth the price tag. If we had done the walk through, we were looking at spending an additional $30/ticket, so for $110 for what was offered just seemed ridiculous. And the bartenders seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but there, so it was just an unfortunate overall experience for us.

Alejandra D.

Yelp
I had such a great time here with my family, their drinks were PHENOMENAL and I'd definitely come back again.

Gerald T.

Yelp
Had an opportunity to visit Sweet Tooth Hotel in downtown Dallas. Brought 4 friends alone to experience the immersive art as well as patronize the bar. Our bartender Steven was attentive and offered great recommendations. The only reason I did not rate this venue 5 stars is because they don't have any food. While that is made clear, the drinks are heavy and definitely need a pairing to ensure guest aren't drunk. Will return to try more options

Courtney L.

Yelp
Are you joking? This place was SO MUCH FUN! Found this place through TikTok and it did not disappoint! The rooms were amazing. We got some amazing shots that we'll definitely be posting on instagram. With the rise of these instagram/aesthetic sports, this one can match up with the rest. We also did the Scavenger Hunt and had a blast! It made the experience that much more fun. I thought that was a unique touch that I hadn't seen at a place like this. We wanted to get a drink at the bar, but unfortunately they were not serving cocktails, only mocktails, due to not having their liquor license yet. That was the only bummer, but it didn't affect the overall experience. Definitely will be back and hopefully experience some new rooms!

Jessica L.

Yelp
The place its self is beautiful, there was a young white girl at the front desk who was very rude and looked like she didn't want to be there. The rooms were nice and creative, just the young girl who didn't seemed to please when we spoke Spanish.

Dalicia U.

Yelp
Luis was a great server! Very personable and accommodating. Great service! Drinks were on point, and they played the song I asked for !

Elissa P.

Yelp
Ambiance is cool. Especially when you are with a crowd. The service was too notch, the bar tenders were attentive and had wonderful food recommendations in the area. The down falls were they have no food, they do have desserts! The concept on sweet tooth hotel is neat. A great experience. I would recommend for a group party and for those that love taking photos!

Sherita J.

Yelp
Welcome to Dreamland!! It's always a sweet time at this Hotel. No matter how old we get it's always a fun time interacting with art. As soon as you walk in you get this kid in a candy store feeling and want to touch everything lol They also host events like silent disco parties & live music nights. They offer delicious sweets and tasty cocktails. The staff is always nice and helpful. I love the themes & can't wait to see what they do next!!

Alma S.

Yelp
Great drinks, stopped in to see what the atmosphere was like. Super friendly front desk staff/ bartenders.....is definitely come back again!

TJ W.

Yelp
Took my BFF here for his bday. This one one of many stops, but we came here for dessert and a few drinks. We both quickly decided that it was overrated. It is pricey, service isn't great.....there's a limited drink menu and not many sweet dessert options as I expected.

Savannah G.

Yelp
Cute instagrammable location, but a tiny bit too pricey, all things considered. Visited May 2023.

Jorddann W.

Yelp
Place is a vibe and amazing cocktails !!! I wish knew ahead of time it had amazing themed rooms for selfies. I was walking and saw pink tequila and wanted to check it out definitely will be back in hen in Dallas! Service was outta this world!!!!

Nicole E.

Yelp
one of the managers came into the room to wrongfully blame us for messing with the "clouds" when they had already been laid out on the turning wheel in the center of the room. She commented that things were not to be moved but we only interacted with the items and returned them to their original location which she was aware of considering her comment of "i've been watching". The way she spoke was antagonizing and she complained about how at the end of the day she was responsible for cleaning up, which is unprofessional and she spoke to us casually as if we were friends having a disagreement. She could have simply and quickly addressed the issue but instead dragged it on. Disappointed as this interaction ruined our vibe.

Bianca S.

Yelp
This is a perfect meeting spot for girls night out before you head to your main destination. No food, just drinks. Drinks were inspired by Girl Scout cookies. Only offer two choices of lager . Staff was very friendly, just took a while to get your drinks, but a little worth the wait. Bartender put lots of TLC in prepping the drinks.

Leigh L.

Yelp
Worst money I have ever spent. Was in "gallery" for less than 10 minutes. Might be okay for a 3-5 year old.

Erin C.

Yelp
Came with daughter and had a great time. Alexis helped us and she was the best! Would definitely recommend! We will be back just because of her- she is the sweetest!

Chunta S.

Yelp
It a no me. Maybe it was a bad night but it not worth the terrible. It location in a bad stop. I literally trip over a homeless guy while leaving. I might give another chance later but not any time soon

Warren D.

Yelp
I booked tickets to this event while me and my girlfriend had made a trip to Dallas to visit my friends and family. Unfortunately due to time mismanagement on my end we were not able to attend. I just called it a loss and was going on about my day/life no big deal. There customer service reached out to me on there own accord when they notice I did not show for my time slot and offered to reschedule my tickets for free!!!!!! I was blown away but as I said we were just visiting and did not know when I would be back. So I asked if I could give the tickets to my brother and his girlfriend who live in town and have never been. And they did it with no problem!!!!!! I am highly impressed I have felt with this company in Atlanta for candytopia and I must say this company is great as a whole. I give the 5 stars and wish it could be 100 and I have not even visited this particular event. But with the others I have been to and there superb customer relations I will be trying to go to every event everytime I see one. I want to thank Janet and whoever in management who texted me personally to get things fixed. They could have took my 50$ and said oh well but didn't. I am just blown away.
