Our family LOVES SweetCup! My daughter has severe food allergies, making it very difficult for us to eat out. SweetCup has brought us so much joy with its clean ingredients, amazing customer service and exceptional flavor choices!! At SweetCup our daughter has multiple flavor choices on the menu and is always excited to see what’s being offered that day. I've been two days in a row, and the family and I love this place. The customer service is great. The ice cream is fabulous with many flavors to choose from. My music biggest suggestion to anyone is not to pass on the toasted marshmallow topper. It is absolutely amazing. The homemade marshmallow toasted right in front of you. It is so creamy and crunchy. I would go just for the marshmallow alone.

Happy to see this Gelato place open up so close to our house. Good variety of flavors, minimalistic yet simple decor, friendly service and delicious icecream. We went during the soft opening but it wasnt very busy. I liked their unique flavors. We got the mocha crunch which was yummy. They also sell pints / quarts.

First time trying this Gelato shop out and I was not disappointed. There aren’t many Gelato shops in Cypress so it’s nice to have something new open up! I will say the line was slow moving as there were only 2 workers working taking orders and scooping the ice cream. They have an abundant amount of flavors to choose from, I got the Berries with Marscapone, Birthday Cake and Strawberry Sorbet. I will say Bday cake was my least favorite as it tasted a bit bitter but the other 2 flavors were delectable. Overall great Gelato and the price isn’t super expensive.

Oh my gosh!! This place is amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They encourage you to try the different flavors and let me tell you, they are all so good!! We had such a hard time deciding on flavors. We will definitely be back. Great service and great flavors. Come by, you will not be disappointed!!

We love sweet cup, so much that we've driven to their Montrose location from Katy just to have some of their Gelato. With their new Cypress location just 15 minutes away, we will definitely be coming back more often! They have a variety of home made, delicious and fun flavors. My favorite is their "Dirty coconut" which is a coconut sorbet with dark chocolate shavings. I paired it with "Leonard's Chocolate" which is a dairy free, but somehow incredibly creamy, chocolate flavor. I definitely recommend coming, trying their flavors and enjoying a scoop, or three.

So many flavors! 2 cases full of different gelato and sorbet flavors. What a great addition to Cypress! There are a lot of simple and also unique flavors. They even have a sugar free flavor that changes periodically. We ordered mango gelato, strawberry gelato, and raspberry sorbet. We could have ordered more, but we are saving them for the next visit. It is a little pricey, but great quality. This plaza is bringing some great Houston food places to Cypress. You can eat and grab ice cream here afterwards.

My friend and I are currently enjoying a scoop of their caramel turtle gelato and it is superb. I didn't catch the employees name but she was extremely personable and willing to let us try as many flavors as we liked. We will be coming back!

Saw a post on social media and had to check out the 48 flavors. Upon walking in, i was greeted and got recommendations on flavors to try. All the flavors were absolutely delicious!! I decided to get the amaretto cherry in a waffle cone and it did not disappoint!! 10/10 recommend!! I will definitely be going back

Looking for some gelato? Look no more! This is the place. From the amazing variety of flavors to the great customer service. My party had a large group and they accommodated us all and let us enjoy our gelato in the back room that has cute artwork on the walls. The patio is also a nice place to eat and hang out. My favorite flavor out of the 48 is fig and goat cheese gelato. Sweet Cup is a great addition to Cypress!

The gelato is good, but what I did not like was how they had a scale to measure the amount of gelato they give you. We have been to the Montrose location and they do not do that with their servings. We went here one time and have not been back, we instead frequent another gelato place nearby where they are not so cheap with their servings.

I really like this place but they should be more consistent with wearing gloves. It's a major turn off for me to walk in and see someone dragging their bare hands in the ice cream and then heading to the register to handle money and then back to dragging their bare hands in the ice cream again. When they first opened I never seen someone without gloves but now some employees are not wearing them

Went on Tuesday night, July 17th, and the two employees who were there were FANTASTIC! They explained about all the flavors, and gave us as many samples as we wanted. Super friendly and fun! Will be back :)
