"At this airy downtown space, Sweetgrass serves up sustainable and wholesome food with a healthy dose of good vibes. Set up with a laptop and a smoothie such as the Matcha Matcha Matcha (make it a bowl for just a bit extra), or build a salad from seasonal ingredients for a satisfying lunch. For dessert, the gluten-free buckwheat chocolate “snail cookie” might almost be a bigger star on Instagram than Sweetgrass’s vibrant bowls." - Lori Bailey

Nice healthy food spot downtown. I love the buddha bowl especially because of the variety of ingredients in there. The to-go portions seem to be much smaller than when you dine in, which is unfortunate due to the price. So my pro-tip would be to set aside extra time to eat there and take the leftovers to-go; it can easily make two meals that way.

Delicious! Slightly pricy, my Buddha bowl was $12 without any protein additions and I can’t remember the price of my friends açaí smoothie bowl... It definitely was worth it though! Hefty amount of food that will leave you feeling full. They had regular water and also fruit infused water that was self serve. Plenty of seating including seats in their upper area but it felt stuffy up there even with the door open. Id definitely go back and try their other options. They had a lot of interesting ones! Buddha bowl itself was very satisfying. I do wish I knew serving sizes and calorie count, which they do not disclose. My friends açaí smoothie bowl had a lot of granola which was delicious, but more fruit topping options would have been better.

Healthy lunch spot! Sweetgrass has a wide array of healthy breakfast and lunch options. They also offer smoothies, fresh pressed juices, coffee and tea. For lunch you can choose between a green or grain bowl. I went with the White Balsamic Hearty Barley grain bowl and it did not disappoint! Portions are large and kept me full until dinner time which is unusual for me with salads for lunch. You can also add salmon or chicken to your salad for $4 and although this may seem steep they give you a large serving. During lunch it can get very busy so I would recommend ordering online if you’re in a crunch for time. Free infused water while you’re waiting though. Can’t wait to go back and try the other items!

Randomly stopped in for a smoothie & got the Matcha matcha matcha and miso broth - they were both amazing and I want to try more here! Love the atmosphere and decor as well as amazing service!

This is the go to place for healthy options with creative combinations. I recommend trying the Buddha Bowl first! It’s amazing! All they’re ingredients are awesome and old portions that’ll fill you up.

Food was nice and we did a custom order which fitted our need since we were on a diet. We arrived post lunch so they were out of clean forks so we had to use plastic ones. All in all I recommend this place for some nice healthy lunch.

Such a great healthy option in downtown Seattle. Lovely store, friendly staff, delicious and good sized portions. My only drawback is price. My salad with a protein was almost $17!

Extremely dry chicken... but overall a wonderful salad. Would absolutely go back.
