sweetgreen - Healthy Salads, Bowls and Plates

This was my first time here and I made a point to return the next day! My protein plate (Miso Salmon) was great! I added a few more things to my plate the next day. The store was clean, bright, and quiet! The staff were helpful and nice.

Dre on the register treated me very well! Asked me what I needed assistance with, informed me on what I could substitute (& not), greeted me with a smile and last but not least, informed me about the SG app. Very pleasant person. I visited the Lenox Square Mall location on September 19th, 2025 @6:33pm. I’ll be back whenever I visit Atlanta! All the best to Dre and the crew. Thanks 🧃

My new favorite place!!!! I made my own bowl & I loved it so much. Jay was so kind, helpful, and patient while I was ordering. I highly recommend her for any promotion.

I Love this place and the customer service. From Jalen , Dre and Mama Vee, I’m always taken care of and love how they make my Shrumami Salad… I’m sure I’ll see them today. You guys definitely need more vegan options though and I need Brussels sprouts back.

Hands down the best Sweet Greens I’ve ever been to; and I’ve been to a lot. Fresh food, reasonable priced, clean restaurant, and friendly, efficient staff!! Keep the the great work! I’m from NYC but I visit here every time I visit ATL.

I love visiting and eating at this location. Great service and the salads are always very fresh. The manager provides outstanding service and the staff is always pleasant. This location is definitely my choice for salads.

Had a really great first experience. Ordered the maple chicken & Brussels seasonal protein bowl and it was really good. I was shocked about the hot honey mustard dressing. I wasn't really expecting it to be as delicious as it was. I will probably try some other bowls in the future as this one was great. Everyone was also pleasant. Not sure why the rating is so low here, but it was a solid 4 for me. Service was fairly quick as well.

I've been to a handful of sweetgreens. The food is alwasy solid but the service is hit or miss. This place is located in Lenox Mall and even though the mall is a terrible place to work, the people here were pretty sweet. They checked in on us during our meal. They gave us some suggestions. They were quick with the service but not rushed. The menu has 20ish bowls you can choose from including a create your own bowl. It's super clean and has a lot of natural sunlight. Most importantly, the food tasted fresh. Miss T (maybe it was misty?) also served us and she was a delight. If I could vote for her for employee of the year I would!

For a quick and healthy lunch it's hard to beat this grab and go spot. You can build your own salad, which is what I did. I got the large salad with a mix of spring greens and chopped romaine, roasted chicken breast and banana peppers. I do not like dressings or oil, so a sprinkle of the umami seasoning is highly recommended. Friendliest staff? No. Not really. Comfortable seating? Nope? Great value? No. Had to ask for extra lettuce and banana peppers each time and then she told me no. I wasn't asking for more chicken. $16 for that bowl (overpriced in my opinion). Great beverage options? NO. I found a vending machine and paid $4 for that Diet Coke. But then saw others diners with fountain drinks....the secret is to walk across the way to Cousins Lobster and get a drink there! Next time I'll just go to Subway and get a salad there.

Yum! Went back to try another salad bowl. This time tried the chicken parm! Acidic and fresh.

I really enjoyed my salad at sweet green, the garlic steak was soft and perfect!! The service is quick as it is a buffet style restaurant. It's nice and clean inside, the big windows give a lot of natural sunlight

I ended up getting one of the bowls where I just picked a variety of different veggies and grains to put in there and topped it with salmon. It was super good. I wish I took a picture of it which I can't believe I didn't do what I normally do. I was very rushed when I was coming in here because it was a line, but the service was friendly and their patient with me as I was asking through all my questions. The restaurant was very bright, except it was freezing cold. In the seating area, the way that the doors open every single time someone came in out the whole place was freezing. I don't know what they would do if it were either extreme winter or summer because it would be unbearable to sit there otherwise very good restaurant and would be coming back.

Dre is simply amazing! As a Human Resources Manager for Hilton Hotels, I had the pleasure of meeting him during my recent visit. He made a truly wonderful impression on me. He remembered my husband and I's orders, which was incredibly thoughtful. Dre is simply the best--super hospitable and attentive.

The service here with Mrs Vee was impeccable!!! She went above and beyond to help me with my online order. I knew their salads were delicious already but the service is an added bonus.

I love sweetgreen I always get the chicken pesto salad. This location is often busy and loud. I suggest ordering ahead on the app. Parking is tough. There are reserved pick up spots but they arent monitored. People park there and shop at the mall. I would eat here more often if parking was easier

I had 2 orders of fries. I was informed that it will be 15 minutes. After 20 minutes, I was then informed that the fries was never cooked. Now it will be another 10 minutes. No apology, the staff did not care. I will not come back the service is not professional.

I was in the mood for something healthy after walking the beltline, so I headed to Sweetgreen. I ordered the guacamole greens with blackened chicken instead of roasted chicken and paired it with spicy cashew dressing. The ingredients were super fresh and I could see people prepping the food, which was a nice touch. Everyone was really nice. I did not drive there, but there is ample parking available.

Great lunch!! Came here after some mall shopping and were greeted by the sweetest lady! She was very patient, gave us good portions, and mixed it all to perfection. It was a huge bowl, which I will never complain about, and served for wonderful leftovers! Good price, food, and service, that's all ya need out here to make a girl happy!!

Cobb salad is extremely small from delivery, not worth $20 at all. Grubhub driver was fast AF though.

I came in on 4/17 for my lunch break around 7:00pm and the person who prepared my food had an attitude and added too much dressing to my salad that I couldn't even enjoy my food complete waist of money being that the 1 salad was $20

This was the first time I went into this restaurant to eat and it was Amazing!! It was like a high-end Chipotle. I have been transitioning to a pescatarian lifestyle, and this place had so many great options for me. I loved that not only could I pick an existing menu item but I could customize it to my liking! The food was so fresh and the location was easy to get to without having to go inside the mall! I love this place and I can't wait to go back!!

Same salad at most places at double the price ! Taste just the same as the salad I ate at zaxbys last night. 50$ for 2 salads ! Then they still asked for a tip at checkout. Don't think so !

Service is so slow. On multiple occasions in the last year, I've had to wait more than 30 minutes past my pickup window for an online order. I don't know if it's a staffing or a management issue, but the fact that it happens regularly is really concerning. If there were a healthier option at the mall, I wouldn't frequent the restaurant anymore.

Don't bother ordering ahead online. They're not going to start making it until you get there, so you haven't saved any time. Me and two other people stood around waiting for our online orders (also, there's an area marked "Pickup" but that's not where you pick up your orders so that's confusing). Anyway, good salads, lousy service. For what Sweetgreen charges, you could probably stand to go elsewhere.

Vegan heaven! They clearly have indicated which toppings/dressings fit different dietary restrictions -- which I always appreciate. Our server Chris was so pleasant and had lots of great recommendations for us. Any place where you can DIY you meal is something I love. Even though it's a "to-go" vibe, there actually is ample place to sit with gorgeous natural lighting!

I love Sweetgreen but this Lenox Atlanta location has very poor service and ingredients on the far end of fresh compared to other locations I frequent. Clearly the staff is unmotivated, unfriendly and unacceptably slow. Overall a disappointing experience.

Was a very large portion, couldn't finish. It was very good - had a lot of flavor. Had the chicken tostada added wild rice n romaine lettuce.

I love sweet greens, but this location needs another round of training. There was only 1 person making bowls....of course this prolongs everything. We had to wait on both roasted and blackened chicken because they were out. I mean where is EVERYBODY!!! The staff was extremely unorganized. It literally took almost 25 minutes for a salad. WTH

I got the Blackened Catfish Bowl. Fresh ingredients and tasty. Portions don't match the price though. My bowl wasn't full...

This place wasn't very flavorful. The salads are big but just very fluffed up with greens and a small tiny scoop of the protein of choice.

Umm I didn't like kale before having it here. After my first salad, the harvest salad, I became a regular. Through employee recommendations, I started to build my own salad and SOO GOOD! My body loves Sweet Green, I wake up on certain days feeling like I need it lol

Staff had a terrible attitude. I'm pretty sure it's the same guy that's mentioned in prior posts. He constantly rolls his eyes and acts as though this is the last place he wants to be. We asked for light dressing and proceeded to squeeze about 1/2 cup of dressing on the salad. Any time you ask for a topping it's as though he doesn't want to do it. I will have to return just to get his name. Worst location in Atlanta

sweetgreen at Lenox Square in Atlanta is a great place to go for delicious and fresh food that is healthy and makes you feel good. I really like their menu and selection and have been impressed with all of the orders that I have made from here. Well worth a visit.

Been there twice . Won't be going back . The customer service is horrible. The employees act is if your annoying them by simply placing an order. Angry looks . No smiles . Rushed service even when there is no line . I won't spend my money where my business is not wanted .

Very "skimpy" salad: I ordered the green goddess salad with extras. The sweet potatoes, almonds, and other items were all small amounts. The salmon portion was very small as well. Not at all what I experience at Salata or Upbeat. This was my first time ordering from Sweet Green. I won't return.

I dont really eat fast food so this place is where i go whenever i forget to bring my lunch to work. The food is great and so is the service. Highly recommended if you're looking for a good salad.

I've eaten here before and it's been okay, but I had got the green goddess bowl and it's given me the really bad runs all day!!

Horrible first experience. Bonnie and Adama serviced a friend and me. Bonnie tossed my food around and rushed through the whole process. They clearly showed no interest of working and made it feel like a burden to serve me. Adama openly admitted cross contamination of foods to my friend who is vegan with a gluten allergy. I will not be back. Very disappointed

Sweet green is literally one of my favorite restaurants ever. I get it weekly at the ponce location. The Lenox mall location has probably the RUDEST employees I've ever encountered. The attitude given was horrendous. Will never go back if the guy with the chocker necklace or young girl with the slicked back bun are working. So vile.

The staff is incredibly rude. The man who was making my salad rolled his eyes at my friend and I every time we picked out a topping. He just had a horrible attitude and really set the mood for a horrible atmosphere.

I absolutely love the scooter he is such a joy I love the way he makes my salad I only go to sweet greens when he's there to make it just the way I like it he always has a positive attitude is very welcome every time I come to the store

This is my favorite spot for lunch as I work nearby. Many of the employees have a pleasant attitude on a daily basis. I want to give a shoutout to Scooter specifically. I always look forward to seeing Scooter as he is a pro on the assembly line. The level of efficiency & memory of Scooter is very impressive. It has gotten to the point where he knows my order & those who I typically go with off the top of his head! Not to mention he can make about 3-4 orders in the time it takes most to make 1! Can't say enough great things about this location.
