The salad here is very healthy feeling, but pricey. Wouldn’t be my first pick as far as salads go because it’s a little too expensive for my taste. With tax it’s about 13-14$. The leaves felt a bit dry but nothing too overwhelming. It’s an extremely clean meal and can’t complain that it had a lot of flavor. I’d go here if I were as feeling like splurging and wanted something super healthy. Giving 4 stars!

I really do like this place and all the servers are always so nice. The only reason it’s 4 stars is due to the prices, which I know is not the location’s fault. I just want to point it out because it’s $15 for a bowl of half filled food. If you’re on a budget, I would definitely recommend NOT going here

This place has really good salads. It is a bit on the pricey side, but when you are in need of just a filling salad for lunch or dinner, this place hits the spot.

Starr is literally the sweetest and most helpful person I’ve ever had in any customer service experience. It was our first time here and she made us feel so welcome, as well as shared her wealth of knowledge with us. Starr deserves a big fat raise, love her energy!

I like this place a lot. It is one of my regular lunch places. What I like the most is the quality of the ingredients, and the fact that everything in the package is compostable or recyclable. I can eat free of guilt both nutritionally and environmentally speaking. What I don't like is that the waiting lines can extremely long during the academic year. I managed to solve this problem by ordering online.

I have eaten at this chain in SEVERAL cities. It is ALWAYS reliable for a fast, healthy, reasonably priced meal. FRESH ingredients, bright open interior & lots of vegetarian options are available. They usually have a local sodas &/or other treats.

I checked out the renovated Sweetgreen location on Guadalupe with a friend earlier this week. I never had the chance to visit before renovations, so I am not sure how to compare it, but the place looks great! Very aesthetically pleasing, live plants everywhere, plenty of seating available, large space, tall ceilings...very nice all around! The ordering process was quick and easy. You go down the line from base to proteins to add-ons and sauces. Checkout was easy, as well. I ended up ordering the chicken pesto salad for the first time. It's not my favorite (I normally order the harvest bowl) so I am not sure if I would get it again (it was pretty bland), but I trust the other options on the menu and would recommend those! One thing I will say is that parking can be a little tricky. This is a great location in terms of its proximity to UT Austin's campus, meaning that students can easily walk on over, but if you are driving, you may find yourself driving around a bit before you find parking.

I took the most expensive item on the menu: salmon plate $17 after tax. It was as ok, no outstanding flavor. The portion is decent. The harvest bowl is one of their best sellers. It looks way better than the salmon plate initially, but some pieces of the almond and wild rice were rocking hard and not chewable. The flavor is there though, and a lot of greenary

Sweetgreen is one of those places that I keep coming back to as a young professional. While parking around this area is sparse (it is mainly parallel parking), if you are able to meander over to this Sweetgreen location, you will find that it is a clean and the staff is very friendly. Overall, I always enjoy a salad from Sweetgreen and I come for the Harvest Bowl in particular. It is a little bit pricey, but this is not unexpected in terms of pricing from Sweetgreen. If you enjoy a clean, healthy salad, this is the spot to come to. The staff at Sweetgreen is very kind, even in their busiest hours and I appreciate their hard work to give folks their food in a timely manner. Ambiance-wise you will find that Sweetgreen has a clean, modern feel to it. There are limited seating options here, as there is not a lot of seating.

Wanted a quick, healthy dinner option after a long day of traveling and this hit the spot. Had not been to a sweetgreen before, but similar to other concepts I've been to. Enjoyed a large salad with shrimp. They asked the amount of dressing I wanted and if I wanted it tossed. I also got a kombucha. This place only has a water fountain (other than drinks sold in cans) and has compostable utensils. The restroom requires a code.

Why have I not been here before? I'm glad I looked online first and found out you must order online. Usually I'm a bit of a luddite, but for places like this, where you build-your-own whatever, I think online ordering is the way to go. I don't like waiting 10-15 minutes to order something that doesn't require much preparation. (I'm looking at you, Cava.) It's also nice that the online ordering didn't take two hours to fulfill. (Again, ahem, Cava.) I was able to get a really nice salad here, with ingredients I like (lentils, chickpeas, quinoa, roasted sweet potato). Absolutely no complaints. I also liked that you can get up to 3 dressings. When you haven't tried them, it's nice to have choices. (I really liked the miso-sesame kind of one.) It was ready on time and the ingredients were fresh. 100% will return!

Love the harvest bowl, which I've come here for one too many times and have even recreated at home. I'm not even a huge salad person, but sweetgreen is something I crave quite often. My only complaint is that they've started to fill the bowl less full over time. As shown in picture: why is there so much of the bowl unfilled???!!! This makes me upset since their salads are not cheap!! Please sweetgreen, stop filling the bowl less and less each time!! - from a broke customer who just wants a few extra kale leaves:')

A tasty salad! Great portion size and tons of delicious toppings. The build your own salad option is really fun - I wanted to just add everything. I highly recommend the warm portobello mix, super soft mushrooms, each piece was so tasty. I got the spicy cashew dressing, I really liked it as well, the flavor was quite zingy and brought the whole salad together. Slightly pricey for what it is but glad for a healthy option so close to campus!

This is a very convenient and dare I say yummy salad place super close to the UT campus. The only reason I'm docking a star is because it's a bit pricey for my liking. Pro tip: There is a promotional program where you can invite friends on the app and get a discount!

I came here only because the line for Chipotle was super long. Chipotle and Cava, which have a similar concept, are SO much better than sweetgreen. I stopped eating my food after a few minutes, not because I was full but because it was so unappetizing. You only get four toppings included with an additional fee for more. Proteins aren't included in the very high base cost for a bowl. The food here is expensive and doesn't taste good.

I just visited for first time. The place a oís really good and really fast! I was having some trouble putting my order and Jessica and the manager help me get it! I really recommend this place for a fresh and healthy meal!

ordered online and it was ready by the time i got there. bowl was super filling and was a very decent portion! Veryyyyy good and I can't wait to go back! there are such few healthy options in west campus and i love that we got this place! you can make modifications online to an existing bowl and i'm pretty sure it's cheaper than creating your own.

The customer service was subpar. I went there twice. Each time the workers acted like they hated their jobs and were not friendly. Additionally, the food is pricey and overrated. For example, a very small scoop of chicken is an extra $3. However, the bowl does taste amazing! I ordered a "create your own" (shredded kale, warm quinoa, raw carrots, chickpeas, roasted sweet potatoes, spicy broccoli, blackened chicken). The vegetables are clean, fresh, and yummy! They have sparkling water there too. The portion size is also fairly big for $14. If you can afford the expensive prices and don't mind the deadpanned servers, then you should try it once even if it's hype.

I've been trying a little bit more healthy for the longest and this place has satisfied that! Every time I visit, the workers are so friendly and engaging, it makes me always want to visit again. Also, the service is always swift and I spend no more than at least 7 minutes in the restaurant. I enjoy all the premade salads that they have on the menu. It creates ease and takes the stress away from the many ingredients available. My personal favorite is the Buffalo Chicken Bowl I was surprised that the Buffalo was not overbearing and was extremely savory. I also tried to expand my palette and try a hot chicken plate which was very filling and my other go-yo as well! I wish that the restaurant had more drink selections besides sparkled water and had possibly more natural lemonades and juices like other restaurants. I also wish that the restaurant was a bit bigger and had more space for eating, however, I understand that this location is on the Drag, so there's only so much real estate that they can have. Overall, I enjoy traveling here!! If you love eating healthy and don't want to sacrifice taste. I say try it here.

I think sweet green is a little overrated. They toss your salad, so it's evenly mixed with your dressing and that's the highlight was very busy. Servers were very friendly. Would come here if I was in a time crunch but not necessarily looking for it.

It's been a pretty long time since I've been to a sweetgreen, but I do recall getting more chicken and fresher apples last time I went to one in Brookline. It may be because we got our salads pretty close to closing time or that we just got unlucky. Other than the chicken, the salad is a really good portion and it's a great healthy spot! Ordering through the app was really easy and my salad was even ready 10 minutes before the expected time on the app!

I'm glad to have sweetgreen here in Austin. This store location is on the drag so it's not the most convenient area for parking. On the plus side, there's a pickup window for easy grab and go access. My favorite item on the menu is the harvest bowl - kale, chicken, wild rice, sweet potato, apples and goat cheese. It's well balanced and a satisfying large portion. I also like the seasonal offerings! I'm usually able to get in and out of the store within a handful of minutes. Things move quickly even if there's a line. A couple of times I've had to speak up when certain ingredients were excluded from my order but the staff is gracious and quick to remedy any oversight. I recommend using the sweetgreen app for a seamless experience.

I simply LOVE Sweetgreen and have never had a disappointing experience. Their salads are made fresh as ever and immediately in front of you. They even toss the salad and add a complimentary piece of bread! There's seriously nothing to not love about their flavor, pricing, freshness, and easy in n out dining experience. Fair to say Sweetgreen is my favorite salad spot and I wish there was one in Washington state where I live!

My new go to spot for salads and healthy bowls! Sweetgreen has tons of options for whatever dietary needs you might have. They have a lot of bowls and salads to choose from and if you don't like any of those, you can always make your own! We ordered online for pickup in store here. They have a pickup window for takeout orders. We brought it home to eat and was surprised by how big the bowls were. I built my own bowl with kale, quinoa, tofu, beets, lentils, sweet potatoes, and walnuts with a side of sourdough. The only problems were I forgot to add a sauce so I used some I had at home and I didn't realize the beets were raw. Overall the salad was really good and I didn't have any problems with ordering or pickup so I'll definitely be back.

Happy to have a healthy fast food option near to my house now. I thought I was going to hate sweetgreen when they came to town, but it's really good. I'm obsessed with their Harvest Bowl. I'm usually at the other location, but I popped in here recently and service was good. Good luck with parking, though!

Pretty solid but it is normally pretty pricey. Used the referral code which took $7 off, but I think the portions aren't large enough to come here for normal price. I like the ambience though and the food was pretty tasty

AMAZING SALADS and grain bowls! YUM YUM YUM! Not cheap - so move on if you are trying to eat on the cheap. You get what you pay for, so high quality fresh ingredients, a good hearty portion of salad with so much flavor! No idea why this location doesn't seem very busy whenever I drop in - the Berkeley, CA location was always slammed with a long line! Not complaining, I hate waiting in line! The Shroomami is my absolute favorite, but every single thing I've tried there is delish! The Harvest Bowl is my partners top pick.

Got takeout for two shroomami bowls and spicy pesto sweet potatoes. Pickup was quick and easy. I ordered through the app, so I had already paid and they had my food ready by the time I got there. Food was still warm and tasted great. Wish they would have included more dressing for the bowl though. Regardless, it was still really yummy and a great place to get a healthy bite to eat.

Great place to eat at for healthy and unique options. Service has always been great here, nice environment and the manager is as extremely helpful and nice. I believe her name was Cat. She was definitely a highlight in my experience here.

Usually I'm a huge fan of sweet green but for some reason this location is not up to par. Their staff is rude and lazy. They were too distracted by their dominos pizza delivery to help customers. And the counters are actually very dirty. I'm sure this place would not pass health inspections.

Love this place! The salads are great and satisfying. The Cobb salad with sweet potatoes will fill me up for the entire day!

Very good food! Very fresh and excellent flavor combos. Portion sizes are excellent as well - can easily get two meals per bowl/salad or expect to be filled if hungry. Even so I think the food is a bit over priced. I think the restaurant experience should give something distinctly different from a home prepped meal and many of the bowls could easily be created at home for much cheaper. Great concept though and gives me great ideas for meal prep at home. Great vegetarian/vegan options.

The quality control at this location is extremely disappointing. I just ordered a Kale Ceasar now and the chicken was so old it was brown, crusted, rock hard and inedible. It was obviously old and that is not ok, it could be unsafe to eat. When you pay $20 for a salad and constantly get old food and poorly chopped greens its just really sad. People eat here to stay healthy not to feel robbed.

Usually love this place but the shrimp today was AWFUL! Rubbery, frozen/fishy tasting and gritty. Unfortunately I don't eat chicken or beef and this is usually my go to protein option. I threw it away and ate half of the salad

I have been to Sweetgreen for years in Berkeley, where it was a friend's favorite restaurant, so when it opened here we were excited to go. I think she could eat the shroomami three times a day for years on end, but the other things I had were also good. The menu is simple and short, but the food is fresh and well prepared. it is a little pricey for what it is (essentially a healthy fast food restaurant), but its still worth a trip occasionally. Parking here is ok now, only because people are not out in full force because of the pandemic, but once they are, unless you are a student walking over from campus, parking will be hell.

Tasty and good sized portion! I enjoyed creating my own salad, and like the variety of toppings available to choose from. Love the roasted broccoli and miso soy ginger dressing. However, Sweetgreen is on the pricier side (4 toppings free, then an additional charge of $0.50 or higher for EACH topping after). Still glad to have a modern salad joint nearby campus!

In general, I love sweetgreen. They have amazing food that is super calorie friendly. Plus, the service is always quick and the location is so convenient. However, I am so frustrated by their hours. I never know whether they are open or closed and the other day I walked in and they said they were open but only taking mobile orders but were no longer taking mobile orders. I was super confused. I understand that it is a weird time due to the semester being over and this location is right by a college campus but I have had experiences like this quite often at this location since their hours aren't posted very accurately. Overall, I like their products but the high price point and occasional confusion is annoying.

This location is the default for doordash orders in Austin. They've cancelled my order 3 times in a row after I've scheduled it in advance OR waited 2 hours for my order. Completely unacceptable. If you're getting too many orders, disable doordash orders. It's that simple.

My first time at Sweetgreen. The salad was great. But as someone has mentioned before, seems like the employees there hate their job and doesn't bother explaining the menu to the customers. It is also very overpriced.

Such a great place for a salad. An amazing array of toppings to choose from. Everything is beautifully fresh, crisp, and flavorful. Generous portions. Everything that I added to my salad was a clear component. No searching for the one cube of goat cheese, or the four chickpeas. It was a bit pricey compared to other fast food options, but the quality was well worth it. An oasis of fresh food in a bit of desert of quality options around campus.

This is probably one of the most overpriced, stingy, tiny-portioned restaurants in Austin, especially for the Drag (which is in the UT area). The food is decent, but nothing out of this world to make you pay for this prices for a salad. Also, be prepared to spend $3 on a bottle of water since they don't give out tap water. I can see this as one of those restaurants that open up in the drag and since not a lot of people go, they close.

I eat at this sweet green about once a week. Todays order was sadly disappointing. The produce on the chicken pesto parm was wilted and all seemed like the bottom of the bucket. The broccoli was just all dry stalks. The entire portion wasn't just like warm because of delivery times, it was cold like it had been chilled. I had to double check my order and make sure I didn't order a cold bowl! Lastly the sweet potatoes were undercooked and each piece was a different texture.

This review is not for the food. Sweetgreens does not ever disappoint food wise. However, last night I placed an order online at 8:30 knowing that the store closed at 9...but assumed it would not let me place the order if the store could not accommodate (like most online systems...). No, I placed the order and was notified it would be ready at 10:45am THE NEXT DAY. I immediately tried to cancel and the system would not let me. The next day I tried again and the online chat told me that I could not cancel and they could not help. Impossible to talk to a live human. When I went to the store the manager was rude and said it wasn't his problem. Unbelievable and completely ridiculous.

Wanted to order something healthy from Uber Eats. Came across sweetgreen. Got the chicken pesto salad with spinach and romain. Was amazing simply amazing. Sweet, Spicy, Earthy. I added some soy sauce I had at home, and that gave that salty umami flavor. Will definitely order from here again.

I ordered a bowl and they forgot the tofu and sweet potatoes. It was even all included on the receipt :/ my bowl was tiny and basically just a small pile of toppings. My husband got the hot honey chicken, and but into a really hard piece and had to throw the whole thing away. It was super gross. Really disappointing!

The Build Your Own option is great - you get a really healthy, filling and tasty salad for a reasonable price
