ABSURD SERVICE, food came wrong, with chicken and all smooshed, the portion size is unreasonably small, requested refund and they refused! The reviews alert for past food poisoning history and it goes right along with the service and the food quality, which was deplorable. Sweet greens needs to reset this location ASAP!

My son was inpatient at the hospital for a week and one night requested Sweetgreen for dinner. I placed an order through the app and ran to pick it up. Got back to the hospital to find that the $17 meal had a smaller portion than most kids meals. I tried to reach out to Sweetgreen directly and they informed me that this was the correct portion size.

The miso glazed salmon added lettuce took out the rice. The cashew dressing brings everything together...

I've been going to Sweetgreen on and for a decade or so. It's the best part of days I have to work in the office. Being vegan I find they have a decent amount of options although I've been mainly getting the hummus crunch. All time favorite is the elote salad. It's heavenly!! The Longwood location is pretty busy with hospital employees and patients. I think they're very organized, have great communication and good customer service. Shout-out Justin for asking how my day is going.

First time at Sweetgreen…. While in line Employee #1 proceeds to skip me… okay no big deal. Then Employee # 2, young guy named Elvis, proceeds to skip me but this time I speak up, “Excuse me!”The disgruntled employee proceeds to take my order and the next persons order simultaneously…. Like totally unprofessional. Proceeds to ask if paid for my meal after my partner paid at the register… Honestly, the worst ordering experience I have ever been through. Check out process was filled with confusion and delay. Way too much grief for a darn salad. Food quality: Very mediocre. Minimal protein. Dry + salty. Bread not offered you have to ask for it…. Cheap iceberg lettuce + white rice and avocado for $14 is such a low value proposition. Terrible. Avoid.👎

Google
Never get delivery from here!! I work in the surrounding hospital and as most people who work here we order delivery all the time. I know myself and many of my colleagues will never order from sweet green again. Multiple times it has been hours late and never even arrived. I never receive a refund and there is no way to contact the store. Despite my order having strict delivery instructions to contact me on arrival. Not to mention it is not worth the $$$$ and small portions Terrible customer service

I work at one of the surrounding hospitals located in the Longwood Medical area. I order my salad for pickup most days that I work. This place is a well oiled machine. The food is always fresh and they rarely run out of items. Ordering in advance is HUGE as it is usually completed within 15 minutes and the line to order in real time is usually wrapped around the restaurant.

Google
I’ve ordered for a long time, so I understood if my dressing wasn’t with my order but food constantly not being fresh? The line has to be drawn somewhere. Today I order my salad and there’s a bug at the bottom. That is unacceptable.

Yelp
Ah always love their salads. I love the green goddess salad, it's so filling yet doesn't make you sleepy, as most other lunches do, which you do not want at work! To usually put in a mobile order and it's ready within 10-15 minutes! The ambiance inside is very loud at lunch time, so I love to sit outside when weather permits!

Yelp
Superb meal. You hear sweet green in the news all the time about how they are a corporate unit in terms of sales growth and longevity. However when you actually visit a restaurant you start to understand the decisions they make. The place is very millenium and Gen z coded on healthy living and technology as a way to improve lives, the inside describes it. However it felt like something was missing from the meal and place. One of my coworkers described it as a l meal without the soul which was interesting because it tasted phenomenal. I understand that sentiment though because for $15 it seemed very much that sweetgreen is maxing profits yet still trying to balance value. I liked it however and their mission. Would I go here again? Probably not because $15 for a base meal can add up pretty quick, however if someone asked me about it I'd say im ambivalent and if you are trying to get a quick healthy fresh lunch this is the place but if you are trying to get a meal with soul, love, and ambiance like a hole in the wall place this is not that. Overall if someone took me here for lunch it'd be great!

Yelp
Came here to redeem by birthday reward of the "Crispy rice treat", and the manager was so nice! The treat was also so yummy as well, I was craving something sweet after a super salty lunch. This SG is so nice, there's so much natural light, seating, and it's in a wonderful area. I would come back to get a meal here :)

Yelp
I got the new Steakhouse Chopped with romaine lettuce, quinoa, cabbage, tomatoes, and crispy onions. The garlic steak was tender and flavorful. I love the green goddess ranch dressing. You can choose whether you want it light, medium, or heavy. I went during an early evening on a Wednesday. There was no wait and most of the seatings (~5 tables in a row) were available. Great for grab and go or meal for one!

Yelp
Sweetgreen from my experience has been generally good in terms of quality with price that was still unjustifiable, and the Longwood branch was not too different. However they missed order details all too frequently without ever making the corresponding price adjustment, and the service was generally terrible with very few exceptions, which made them worse compared to the other branches I had experience from.

Yelp
The pics on the website are nothing like the real food. The salmon was so small and lacked flavor and the portions were so little for how expensive this is. It seemed rushed and underwhelming.

Yelp
Everything tasted great! Just good, whole foods. I love how you can custom order your bowl and they are very transparent about their ingredients.

Yelp
My coworkers and I were definitely excited when we saw a new sweetgreen location was coming to Longwood. I visited on day one of opening around lunchtime and it was definitely popular! I'm glad I decided to order ahead online. Online and delivery orders have a clearly designated space that was not disruptive to in-person ordering lines. The bowl I got was well prepared with fresh ingredients and very neatly packed. I have to give credit to the staff as it seemed like they had a good system down on the first day. This location seemed to have plenty of staff to handle the line and orders, which was great to see (hopefully stays this way as they get settled into LMA!) Definitely nice to have a new healthy option in this area of Boston.

Yelp
This sweetgreen is a nice addition to Longwood's mostly fast-casual dining scene. As expected, the salad here is fresh, tasty, and a whopping $13. It makes you wonder, is "sweetgreen" named for its salad, or for its annual revenue? Price aside, this barely 1-week-old location is efficient and well-run. In-person ordering took just 10 minutes during the huge lunchtime rush. Employees are friendly and quickly fixed an issue with one of my salad toppings. The interior is clean, spacious, and bright. This location edges out the Fenway sweetgreen in both ambience and service. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves over the coming weeks and months.

Yelp
I'm usually a harvest bowl kinda gal but I ordered the miso bowl and added a steelhead and it tasted really fresh. There was no fishiness to it at all. This location is also much nicer than the location I typically go to. I ordered during a busy lunch time and my order was ready within a short time frame. Definitely will be coming here more often.

Yelp
Either order in person, or order online with a pick up time 45-1hr earlier than you plan on being there to pick it up. There needs to be a better process because waiting around for 40 minutes is not worth it. With that being said, the space is clean, everyone looks like they're following health protocols, the food was yummy

John R.

Yelp
I got a custom bowl and they really loaded it up! Everything was very fresh and the portion is huge! Next time I would just choose a different dressing. The green goddess ranch wasn't my favorite.

Yelp
I work in the Longwood medical area and have a very narrow block of time for lunch. For the reason, I prefer to order on the app. This allows me to not waste my lunch break waiting . The overall efficiency and quality are horrible. I waited on a Saturday morning for over an hour for a simple salad. The staff seemed to disorganized, sloppy, chatting with each other and indifferent to people waiting for lengthy times. The quality of the food has deteriorated over the past month or so. The shrinking number of ingredients is extremely noticeable. The whole experience at this location is not worth the time or money. Fortunately, being in the medical area, we have other options.

Y R.

Yelp
Do not go to this location. Quality and accuracy are consistently poor. Extremely disappointing to make a salad that is missing components every single time. Also, watch out for the broccoli, it is all stems. They definitely didn't forget to charge for all those add ons. Many places to eat near by , get the salad later..

Rati V.

Yelp
This is an excellent and very busy sweetgreen! Despite having so many orders they manage to have everything ready very quickly for pickup. I ordered on the app and they were out of an ingredient that was needed for my order so when I arrived to pick up my food they informed me of what happened and offered to let me pick any extra ingredients I wanted. Ended up being better than what I had originally ordered! Really excellent service so they can take my money for an expensive salad anytime.

Yelp
Janelle was the only shining star in an otherwise disgusting experience. Tried to be good on Friday during Lent and asked for no chicken but forgot to say " hold the BUGS!" ...still queasy an hour later....I'm sure it was a good tasting salad...word of warning to the busy medical professional traffic in there each day...CHECK YOUR SALADS!!

Patricia S.

Yelp
Best salad I ever ate. It had tofu, roasted sweet potatoes, portabellas and a whole lot of other stuff in it. I couldn't eat it all, and it still tasted good later. We don't have one where I live.

Yelp
Sign on the door and online states they are open until 10pm. At 9pm, they were turning customers away without any explanations.

Yelp
Terrible for gift cards. I tried multiple times to order 20 gift cards on line, all, 20, a few at a time, no luck. I can text with someone who tells me they are sorry but go into any store and I can get the gift cards. I go into the store at Longwood to get giftcards and they tell me they have no gift cards but I can go online. No way to talk to a human and nobody really cares that they are losing $400.00 in business.

Yelp
Best option for dinner and lunch in Longwood Medical Area. So happy they opened here!!!
