Great place, have been here multiple times and it is sometimes a hit or miss. This time, it was absolutely delicious. Their proportions are a bit small for their toppings. I love how patient the workers are with you ordering and deciding what you want. Clean atmosphere as well. I wouldn’t mind if they added some natural drinks like teas, refreshers, etc. But very good.

Salads weren’t ready even though we ordered 20 min ahead. Completely dry even though I asked for dressing mixed in and the hardened steak pebbles and stale bread in the pic must have been cooked at least a week ago. Never again!

It's been more years than I can count since the one and only time I've been to sweetgreen, so ordering was a new experience for me. My server was patient though, and flexible when I changed my mind. She also put just the right (light) amount of dressing on. The salad was just what I needed :)

Loyal sweet green fans. Really disappointed in the mini meze plate. $8 for chip crumbs. We eat here once a week and it’s usually really great. This is kinda sad though.

This a a great location with fast and friendly service. I have visited other Sweetgreens and this one stands out, I’ll be back as I’m in the neighborhood quite often. Healthy Eats: The Harvest Bowl is my FAV!

I placed a pick up order and the entire bowl is filled with just Arugula. There is no chicken, no rice. I have has sweet green at other location. This is the only bad experience I have had.

The portions CAN be small and for the dollar you don’t get a lot of food but what you pay for is clean ingredients that make you FEEL good. If money is not an issue then this place is everything you can ask for. Run up all the extra protein and toppings you want and this place can be the tastiest and healthiest moderate speed food option you can have. Join me in tracking down the best bites!

Ingredients are always fresh and delicious. Never had a bad salad here. It's not the most comfortable place to sit and eat, but you can take it to go and be comfy and cozy in your car during a quick lunchbreak. Highly recommend the green goddess dressing, but anything you select on the menu is a win. Can't say I've ever gotten this excited about eating a salad in all my years, but the place is truly that good.

The best fast casual in the game! Plenty of healthy options to choose from each containing unique ingredients. I truly had a hard time choose which pre-built bowl to get because they were all so cool! Super friendly staff here, and they don't skimp out on portions!

The service here is always very quick. I wish they had more tables/ seating options that you could get to even when the line is really long. The ingredients are always fresh and salads always come out perfect.

normally very good but tonight my blackened chicken salad arrived with no chicken - really disappointing, I did get a small refund from Uber but now I just have a side salad lol.

I usually love this place. Expensive but fresh, healthy salads. Today I ordered three salads (in person) and two of them were extremely light on the ingredients. There was no chicken in one, and barely any in another. The third salad was good and made properly, but that person has been sick since eating. Honestly the guy who made my salads was all over the place. He was not paying attention to what he was doing and the quality greatly suffered. Disappointed. They weren't even busy.

Located outside of Burlington mall. It is neat and quiet. The service was fast and good. We ordered lobster roll salad and buffalo chicken salad. Both are fresh and delicious. Glad I discovered this place and will comeback for sure.

The worst WORST SALAD experience! You think you paid $15 for quality??? NO!!! You may see a crawling BUG from your salad! It literally ruined my mood my day!! Legit DISGUSTING!!!

My experience at Sweetgreen has always been wonderful (in contrast to the unpleasant reviews from others which is unfortunate). This is my favorite go-to spot for healthy meal options. We always order online as this place can get really busy, especially around lunch time so I can't comment on how it is ordering in-person. I like the crispy rice bowl with arugula. Spicy cashew dressing is very flavorful. It's just right, not overwhelming.

Stopped here with my family on a trip to the mall. Visiting from out of town, we eat a lot of heavy food, so a fresh salad sounded delicious. It looked like most people were mobile ordering, which would be great as it would be easier to customize your meal that way. You can choose something from the menu or build your own salad or bowl. Two of us got the garden Cobb, and one got the chicken chimichurri. We were asked how much dressing we wanted before our salads were chopped and mixed. We also got bread on the side. Everything was fresh and delicious. I've never had such a creative salad- my Cobb has sweet potato on it, which I was a little leery about, but it was a delicious addition. Many salads I order out taste like something I could make at home, but this is was a very unique salad that was worth ordering out.

This place is good but it did not meet my expectations. I will say I enjoy the fact that there are a variety of options on the menu; and their food looks and tastes super fresh. Came in a on a weekday during lunch time, but the long line moved fairly quickly. I ordered the hot honey chicken plate. It was full of flavor, and I loved the honey mustard sauce it came with on the side. The chicken was warm and juicy. Portion was decent and it definitely filled me up. I enjoyed it, but I wasn't wowed. Also, I wish they had more drink options such as fresh juices and smoothies. I feel like that would complete this spot as a good, on the go healthy option. My only complaint on the pricing is why they are charging almost $5 for a bottle of water. I didn't get a receipt, but I'm assuming it was $5 because my meal was $12 and my total came to $16. Also, don't come to this location planning to sit and eat because the seating is very limited. Seems like there's more seating outside than inside! Not worth it imo. I recommend going to Pressed Cafe across the street (they have FREE detox water!)

This place needs dome serious management handling, the whole place is full of incompetent people, considering they have a thriving business ( due to location) , the quality is mediocre at best.

We discovered this place a few months ago after a doctor's appointment at Lahey. We have since had to return to Lahey a bunch of times and we always hit Sweetgreens for lunch. Our experience has always been great and we've tried different items on their menu. Staff are friendly and efficient, too. I wish they'd open a place out near Fitchburg/Leominster! If you want fresh, healthy AND tasty, this is the place!

I can't help but laugh at the prices they think they can get away with. I went for the first time and did a "build your own" assuming the $9 got you somewhere. I basically built a [very skimpy] chicken cobb salad without anything fancy and my total was $17 from all the itemizations... In all fairness, the salad was decent, but you guys can't expect people to pay that price for lettuce and the world's smallest ice cream scoop of chicken.

I forgot what I got, but man, I am a sucker for sweetgreen. I love it. It's so good and so fresh! The service is good! And I like the atmosphere of the place. Highly recommend!

Great salads, terrible service. I've been in mine here for 25 minutes, they only have one person slowly making salads. They let people cut in line, at least six people have joined friends in front of me. The one person that's making salads keeps getting pulled away to talk about online orders. Stay away unless you're retired with hours on hand to stand in line for your salad.

No bread no avocado, while they charge for them. Good concept but mismanaged. I wish there will be another close to Burlington

The biggest thug place in town. Half the time the key ingredients from the salad is missing as if you want to put something else for the missing ingredient, they will do like this was $2, that is $3 so you will have to pay $1 extra. Just stupid!! Plus the time it takes to put bunch of things in a container- how much time do you really require. Some really dumb person priced this thing- just does not make sense.

I've ordered nearly 10 times from this Sweetgreen location since they opened and almost every order has has an issue. The dressing has been missing, I received someone's else's order, my vegetarian salad had meat... bread was missing. Delivery through UberEats has been a nightmare as well; my order has been delivered very late on multiple occasions. One time it was over an hour late despite the fact that the order was ready for a courier to pick up for more than half an hour prior to the delivery arrival. Uber Eats may not be the best partner for delivery considering the health violations related to temperature controlled food that Sweetgreen had in the Boston area in recent years. I've picked up an order in store as well and did confirm that the orders do sit on a shelf without refrigeration. The Sweetgreen customer service team was nice enough to make it up to me with an account credit, but that's not worth much when your free meal is also incorrect or late. I'm hoping they'll get their act together over time. In the meantime I'm dining elsewhere.

This is my favorite place to go for fresh and tasty salads. They have variety of cold and hot salad. The service is quick and friendly. Affordable, filling and healthy. Will absolutely be back on my next trip.

Love the food here, just always seem to be some inconsistency in the staff. Past few times I ask for a crispy rice bowl to then be asked "what's in it", well it's on the menu with the ingredients so you tell me. Then to have no line and make my bowl like there is some sort of big rush and put 3 pieces of chicken in my salad I'm paying 15$ for is just annoying.

Loved the Elote bowl! I added chicken for extra protein. I've been twice this week! There is possibly a 3rd visit on the horizon. So delicious and fresh!

We look forward to having a Sweetgreens salad because there are no other salads nearby with such a combination of fresh and tasty ingredients! Always consistent. Really nutritious and filling. The Team of Nadia, Anna, Gabriel, and Gabriela are outstanding! They are personable, helpful and interact in a very approachable manner. Generous in spirit! We drive 30-40 minutes to have the salad of our choice and a chance to say a few words with the Team. Whoever is hiring and promoting should consider this Team to be The Sweetgreen's Standard of Excellence. We always leave happy!

To be honest, i'm not a salad person. i used to go to SGs with coworkers during business trips and just ordered what they ordered and thought it was just ok. So when one opened up locally, i took some time to customize and order. Wow -- what a difference! This place is amazing! The food is super fresh, the workers are very friendly -- i've already gone twice! A couple of "standouts": 1. The spicy cashew dressing - wow.. its got a slight sweet flavor and then a kick! 2. The shredded kale - i dislike kale, but the way it is cut into small bits really works 3. Super generous portions! Hoping to visit this place more often in the future!

This sweet green location is convenient being near the Burlington Mall, I ordered from the app then did a pick up. I always do the make your own bowl they chose and comes out around $15 but always very satisfied

They did not add the avocado and other additions that I ordered with my bowl but charged me for it. Disappointed.

We picked up our order of chicken tostada bowls and brought them home to eat them, about a 15 minute drive. When we got home and opened them up, there was no chicken, there was no quinoa, there was no cabbage, in one of them. The other one seemed to be missing key ingredient as well, and only three dice sized pieces of chicken. Obviously we're not going to drive back 15 minutes to get new bowls...seriously?? They refunded and gave me a three dollar credit. Ridiculous.

I love sweetgreen salads. That being said, everyone working here seems like they hate their life. Every single time I go to Sweetgreen it seems like the staff can barely be bothered to help me out making a salad LMAO. I'll still go, I just wish it didnt seem like an inconvenience to them to serve people in the store instead of only online.

I have always visited sweetgreen in lynnfield (which I've always been happy with). I went to Burlington today and was so disappointed. The person was not very friendly and was super skimpy with the items. I think I got a total of five parmesian shreds! At lynnfield, they actually have a hard time closing the cover. The salad I got today in Burlington was like half the amout and the cost had gone up. I Will NOT come to this location again.

Good food but 7 people, 1 in the back organizing food, 1 in the cashier and 5 literally standing around talking and not taking orders. This happened 3 times this week. Food is good but service is subpar.

I ordered my food at 6:45 online . Still waiting here to get my food and it is now 7:50. Order confirmation says the order is ready to be picked up at 7:05. I left work early so I can enjoy their overpriced salad bowl. 4 people came in after me and order their food in store and left with it before me . Disappointed because I really wanted to like this place . I don't care about their pity free salad bowl. They wasted my time and here I am waiting in the middle of pandemic. The reason why I ordered one hour earlier is to pick up the food and leave - avoid being in public . Here I am waiting for my food along with 7 others people that are on the same boat . I cannot wait any longer so I'm going to Wendy's down the street

Sweetgreen refuses to take my money. Must create an account to order food. Oh I already have an account through some other third party app that I can't find. Try to reset password but their website doesn't work. Just take my money and in return I get food. It's so simple

The quality of the ingredients are definitely good / on par with the sweet greens in Downtown Boston. The major complaints I have: 1. Online order for pickup of 2 salads took about an hour and a half. Ordered my salad at approx 6:25 on a Tuesday. Arrived at 7:30 ish to pick up and waited an extra 25 min to get my salad 2. No customer service to cancel the online order 3. There were two members of the sweet green team that were busting their butts to get the orders completed and out. The 2 male individuals working the evening Tuesday shift were working very hard and were friendly. However the rest of the staff were moving at snail speed, on their cell phones while working, and didn't really care about what was going on. There definitely needs someone from upper management to see what's going on with the staff

This place was so good! I got the Chicken Harvest Bowl and it really hit the spot! Everything was fresh and the flavors really worked well together. They give you a great portion but not so much that you feel like you're eating too much. The girl that helped me was friendly and helpful when I asked questions. They have both indoor and outdoor seatings options which is nice. I took one star off Bc the music was a tad loud so with a mask and an accent I couldn't hear the girl asking me so I kept having to ask her to repeat the question. Otherwise this place was perfect!

i love seeetgreen so much and I wish there was one in Providence RI, but sadly there isn't. I love the Shroomami bowl so so so much! For those who don't like beets(like me) I substitute the beets for broccoli.

This is my fourth time ordering and first time reviewing. "OK" is the rating I'm going with based on the inconsistency of the quality of ingredients. Half the time ingredients are fine, half the time my salad goes straight in the trash. Today I ordered the peach and goat cheese salad, the peaches were brown and tasted unpleasant and majority of the lettuce was brown and wilted. For spending $15+ on a salad really all you want is for the ingredients to be fresh. I might give them another chance but again, it's a 50/50 shot at being good or not. So leaning towards no.

Ordered through the app a few times. Two out of the three times I ordered through the app there was an ingredient missing. The second time I ordered the chicken for my guacamole greens salad was dry and portions were small overall for the salad. The third time I ordered (7/10/21), they missed two of the ingredients that I requested on my modified guacamole greens bowl, however one of the ingredients (chicken) is on the original recipe but was still missing.

Walked in to order on a Saturday night after Christmas. The shop was clean and orderly . Most people had placed online orders and were picking up. Easy ordering , gorgeous food and our meals did not disappoint . Very fresh and filling . The woman making them was courteous and attentive and the entire process was very CoVid appropriate. We will be back thank you!!!

Amazing salads! Fresh ingredients. During lunch time the place is so busy be sure to order ahead. The mobile app is easy to use. Try the Miso salad. Yum!

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is a nightmare. The manager Jesus is the most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered. Dreadful. I love Sweetgreen in multiple other locations but if they allow an individual to run one of their locations, I may never go to any Sweetgreen again. Terrible.

I recently discovered sweet green a couple months ago and have gone almost every week since discovering it at least once! The salads are absolutely delicious! I do however find them quite overpriced considering my one salad was over 15$. My experience today threw me off as the level of guest experience was way below par. I don't want to blame the person helping me because I believe they were new and I thought they did fine for being a beginner. However it was the experienced workers that barely even spoke to me other than to accept my money at the register that didn't make me feel like I should be coming back as much as I do. I literally stood there waiting for my receipt as the experienced worker walked away and the new employee looked like a deer in the headlights. Don't get me wrong though their manager and some other regular employees do a phenomenal job. Plus the high quality food keeps me coming back. I guess I'm leaving a 3 star review because of my experience today. My salad isn't even full to the top of the bowl and they charged me for ingredients I thought were free without informing me of any price difference. I will absolutely be going back but I'll be more careful to check the screen before I pay for toppings I didn't know cost money at all. If you are still reading this I highly recommend trying sweet green out regardless of my mostly unhappy account of the experience today. They really do deserve 4 stars solely due to the manager being on top of her game as well as the cleanliness and quality of food being well above average.

Literally the best salad I've ever had in my life. Built my own. Couldn't be more fresh!

Fresh salad but the spicy sunflower seeds were stale. It's unfortunate because once everything is mixed, it's impossible to pick them out so almost every bite had this old stale taste. Portion is kind of small. (I'm petite and I have a pretty small appetite.) Love the many substitutions and customizations.

I went two days in a row - this place is awesome. Fast, fresh, healthy, amazing salads. So many amazing options for all diets. The spicy cashew dressing is scrumptious. Employees were super nice and helpful.

Awful customer service. My friend had ordered long before closing time, and then had to use the bathroom. Staff started yelling at me and telling me I could not sit because the store was closed. Would not recommend this location.
