Service was excellent! Parking is a little hectic, but still doable. The sitting area was a little unkept, but I just got my food to go. The food didn't quite look like the picture, but I will say the garlic parmesan cauliflower bowl was pretty good! Definitely fulfilling! The one thing that I didn't like, they charge for everything, unlike their other competitors!

Always a great choice for our film crew. Nutritious, delicious and on budget!

Obsessed! I go to this location multiple times a week. Always make my salad perfectly!! Shado and Daniel are so friendly and make my day brighter every time I go in!! Couldn’t recommend this place, and this location specifically, enough!!

Was able to get a free salad at lunchtime the day prior to opening. A little chaotic, but that's to be expected before everything gets more orderly. Service was good, very quick and attentive. Ingredients are fresh and many are locally grown. Small menu, but you can do your own if you prefer. Good salad/lunch option for the West Loop.

This is the worst review I've ever given. There is nothing good to say about Sweetgreen. The food was horrible and extremely overpriced. There was minimal chicken in the dish and what little there was was tough and loaded with fat. One of the six meals we ordered was missing dressing. I could go on and on with negative things but suffice it to say "don't go there". I know I won't, ever again.

I love this food, but you guys very often make it bad. Several times I was delivered completely burnt potatoes. You can see the photo from the site and how it was delivered in reality. Also, if you order additional ingredients for your plate, be prepared that they will charge you money for this, but they will not put half of the ingredients. I wouldn't write a negative review, but damn, this has happened so many times already!

Great place for a healthy and delicious meal. The staff was super friendly and kind. You can make substitutions and ask for dressing on the side if you want. They were out of avocados but she was super nice about it. They even brought some water out for me when they realized I was dining in. A lot of people order it to go or online for pickup. One downside is that it can get kind of pricey. But worth it in my opinion.

Decent option in Fulton Market for lunch however a bit on the pricier side, but the norm for the area. I ordered on the mobile app and it was ready before my estimated time. I liked my chicken rice bowl, but will try a salad next time. The restaurant itself is clean. Ordering at the counter seems to be fast and efficient.

I love sweetgreen and wish we had one in Grand Rapids! I ordered the caramelized garlic steak protein plate via DoorDash recently and it was delicious. I had tried to order this same thing at a sweetgreen in Ann Arbor and they were out of a few of the main components, so I was excited to be able to try it. The bowl comes with caramelized garlic steak, spicy broccoli, tomatoes, warm roasted sweet potatoes, wild rice, and pesto vinaigrette. The portion size was generous and I could have saved some leftovers but I was pretty hungry. I wouldn't say the steak was caramelized OR garlicky, but it was tasty. I do prefer a more rare steak but it wasn't too overcooked for me. I think if I were to order this again I might do half rice and half greens for more of a salad vibe. I hope I get a chance to eat this bowl again soon!

Sweetgreen is a go to healthy meal option. Their hot honey chicken bowl is my absolute favorite and keeps me coming back. I tried two of their new summer menu items: the elote bowl & the peach + goat cheese. Loved the elote bowl but didn't care for the peach salad as much as i hoped to. Staff is usually friendly at this location and it always seems to be clean.

Tried sweetgreen for the first time. Service was good and everything was ready to go quickly. Peaches and goat cheese salad was yummy but could've went lighter on the dressing. The fries and aioli were delicious!

i love going to this location when i'm in the loop area. even though they get really busy sometimes i usually don't wait long. love the salads here!

Stumbled along this sweetgreen restaurant as its close to work. Was hungry and ordered the miso salmon bowl, the salmon was tender and the bowl was delicious. It came fast and the service was good. It was nice to eat a balanced bowl and it is a big portion. Of course, you pay $20 for it, but you get what you pay for. I came here again another time and got the salmon, but this time the salmon was more dry. I'd say work on consistency but I guess what can you expect as it's essentially sitting out for a while in the counter. I also tried the garlic steak which was good, but personally not a fan of the red rice, so next time I come I'll just stick to the miso salmon.

I ordered a buffalo chicken salad through Uber eats and I did not get chicken on my salad. It is very disappointing considering I paid close to 50 dollars for two salads.

Solid salads! I love sweetgreen salads, they are consistent in flavor and quality. My favorite is the hummus crunch with steak. They offer delivery and service is pretty fast.

Extremely rude staff. I ordered a salad just now and the employee making it appeared visibly agitated (we all have our days and I understand that). But when she started slopping dressing all over the salad it got on the counter, and it got all over underneath the bowl. When she handed me the bowel with dressing on it I asked her for a napkin, and she rudely pointed, "go over there." Will never be back.

Came here with my sister for dinner. Let me say, the salad is delicious. The dressing and the amount of green and protein they pack in the bowel I would come back again. There is seating indoor and the employee is very nice. The price is reasonable. Street parking.

Visiting my daughter in Chicago and she has been wanting to try this place so we checked it out. They described it like chipotle in the sense that you kind of walked down the line and tell them what you would like in your bowl. They have a variety of different options, but with it being fall, they have been highlighting their maple glazed Brussels. So I ordered the Maple Glazed Brussel sprouts and chicken. My daughter ordered the harvest salad and my husband got a side of the maple glazed brussels sprouts and roasted sweet potatoes. I did not have the review ready last night, but I was going to give it four stars. We enjoyed it so much that we went back today, but it was a completely different and disappointing experience. We ordered the same things we ordered yesterday. This time however, they were out of sweet potatoes. My daughter asked if we could just get the roasted ones that were right there and the lady said it would be an extra charge. This is absurd because they were out of the regular sweep potatoes but yet there is an extra charge just because they are roasted. As if that was not enough the woman who was making my daughters salad by accident, dumped the entire salad on the counter and proceeded to just scoop it up and put it back in the bowl and my daughter asked for a new one. The woman scoffed and said it's clean! My daughter has had experience in food services and this was wrong. As she was checking out she asked for a piece of bread and the woman angrily tossed it on her salad. Such a disappointment and enough for us not to go back, at least to that location. So my 2 stars is based on poor customer service!

Sweet green fiend. The Randolph location is always a great experience. The staff is fast at making orders and the ingredients are always fresh

This was my first experience with sweetgreen. I'm with a group of women today co-working and they suggested here. I'm so glad they did because the food was awesome. My autumn harvest salad has a perfect mixture of comfort food with really nourishing and nutritious as well. I will definitely be back

Service was quick and easy. The food is pretty tasty. I got the fish taco bowl and it was well balanced. First time here and I will be coming back soon!

This is your standard sweetgreen location. Located in the heart of West Loop on Randolph, this is a nice spot to come for lunch while I'm at work. The food is good and service is always friendly. Some advice: if you order during the lunch rush, either order ahead of time for a lunch pickup or go after 1. Sometimes the line is out the door here and can be overwhelming.

A chain restaurant that serves made to order, Mediterranean salads. The employees at this location, are very friendly and helpful. All the ingredients are fresh, and there's so many different items to choose from.

I have eaten here before and the salads were delicious! However, I went there today and my last couple of visits the salads have not been put together well, nor were they fresh! The service has been horrible! There were loud conversations in the background, music being played with profanity and short tempered staff! It makes me wonder who is managing this crew? I don't have a problem spending money on quality, but when it is lacking I have to speak on it!

Rude manager. Told me to "Pay attention next time" when I asked for a water cup a minute later. His coworker apologized for him. Food was good, everyone else was nice but the manager.

Overall pretty decent. They will go light on the meat - see the photo attached. I only got a few small pieces of chicken, there wasn't anything hidden beyond what you see in the pic. I ordered pickup through the app and it was a relatively fine experience, though it will prevent you from doing certain customizations online that you could get in store. The sauce containers are also pretty small, so if you enjoy a decent amount I'd recommending getting 3 but that's personal preference. I'd consider going back but I'm not in a rush, I think you can find better value elsewhere.

Probably one of the worst locations of all sweetgreens. The sweet potato's are neve fully cooked and in some cases completely raw and just cut. If your salad bowl doesn't get stolen consider yourself lucky, had this happen twice now here. Also if your order is ready for pickup at the time you scheduled that's also a positive thing for this location.

Worst place ever. I went with my husband and my husband went at 9pm and asked if they were closed and one of the workers said well you're already inside. They were so rude and most of the things inside the bowl were missing. I would not recommend and try cava instead it's way better.

The card reader wasn't working and they gave my group food for free. We also came in close to closing and the place was clean and workers were very nice

I'm in love w this place. I was just walking by on my way to the train and was going to get a drink and sit and look on yelp for where I wanted to eat that was nearby. I always hope for a healthy option but wasn't expecting to find a place like this. There are so many healthy options here. There even kombucha and ollipop prebiotic drinks. The staff was super helpful, especially Ayden!!! He was super sweet, kind and helpful! This guy is an excellent communicator and a serious asset to your business!!!Give him a raise!

I have to agree with some of the other reviews- the management seems very off at this location. Service is slow and the music is unpleasantly loud. The food of course is great, but for ~15$ a salad, you can take your money elsewhere for a better experience (or just another sweetgreen location). The are also always out of water cups and will encourage you to buy a bottle. I honestly think if a Chipotle opened nearby this location will be pressed to retain its customers.

I am so tired of them messing up my order. I order through uber eats because I work long hours and use this as my work credit for dinner. Uber eats won't even let me complain any more because they think I'm abusing the system at this point. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I order. Somthing is wrong. I get the harvest bowl with no changes. This time they forgot the dressing which made my salad inedible (if you know what kale without dressing taste like you know). They also used white rice instead of the quinoa. It's just always somthing wrong every time!!! Please I beg you just make the order the way it's supposed to be. Having a terrible day at work this was just the cherry on top.

This location has gone super downhill as of recently. We order from here all the time at work and what happened today was unacceptable. I received an email telling me my order was ready. I got there and not only was it not ready, it wasn't ready for over 20 minutes. I would have come later if I knew it wasn't ready, so I'm confused why an email went out to me that it was ready?!? To add to this, the to-go area is now roped off, so the public can't grab their order. I've never seen this, anywhere. You walk in and there's literally 30 people congregating, while a single employee yells out names. So inconvenient for those of us who need to get back to work quickly and place a pick-up order to save time. Such a mess and it takes so long! As if this wasn't; enough, I heard a few employees literally screaming at each other in the back today. I don't know what the issue was but it was so unprofessional, it sounded like a huge fight breaking out. Overall the whole experience today was so chaotic and unorganized, I'll think twice before coming here again.

The perfect place to go if you need to get those greens in. My personal favorite is the harvest bowl. It's a savory bowl with kale, roasted chicken, goat cheese, apples, sweet potatoes, wild rice and roasted almonds topped with a basalmic vinegarete dressing. The hot honey chicken bowl is another favorite if you want a hot meal. It comes with the roasted sweet potatoes, quinoa and a vegetable slaw. The Roasted sweet potato side with honey mustard sauce is a must! I learned early only from one of the salad makers that that substituting plain chicken for blackened chicken gives your salad/ bowl more flavor.

When this location opened, it felt bright and relaxing. It was an enjoyable place to eat or pick up a to-go order. Obviously a lot has happened between then and now, but the Randolph Sweetgreen is now a generally unpleasant place to be. The employees always seem overtaxed and there's a lot of yelling. It's not the cleanest. They're often out of ingredients. Prices have increased significantly and the quantity has diminished. It's basically a giant takeout window with customers and drivers congregating in a small area to get their orders. Quality-wise, these salads are fine if unspectacular. The sodium content in these things is through the roof, so I can't even say that this is a healthy option. Assuming they have the ingredients to make the salad I want, I'll order from here on occasion, but I have zero interest in ever actually visiting this location again.

I'm a big fan of greens and health-friendly foods, but a bigger fan of restaurants that make these foods taste like you're not depriving yourself. Needless to say, sweetgreen does an amazing job at this concept. There are salads, warm bowls, and sides that will satisfy the hunger for everyone. I love that you are presented with so many customizations here - numerous add ons to make your salad/bowl suitable for you. Proteins of all sources such as fish, chicken, and shrimp. I forgot the name of the salad I ordered, but I remember eating it and feeling perfectly satiated. I was also able to try the focaccia bread and curry seasoned cauliflower which I loved. I can't wait to go back again and try more things on the menu. Highly recommend

Ordered the "Kale Caesar" (should include chicken) and they forgot to put chicken on it. Wow. How about that?

In Chicago for a week, and have had sweetgreen almost every day for dinner as a healthy option. Lots of interesting and fresh ingredients. Knocking down a couple stars however because it's fairly expensive for what it is and of the 5 times I've ordered ahead for pickup they have omitted lots of ingredients, forgotten my order, or given me someone else's order entirely 4/5 times.

Please note: This doesn't apply to the hard working ones because there are a couple in there, but the rest, OMG they are the slowest, laziest, and unmotivated people I have ever experienced. No sense of urgency whatsoever. It's been multiple times to the point that I always say i'll never go back but I love the restaurant in general, just wish there would be better customer service all around.

I LOVE SWEETGREEN!!! And this location is AWESOME! I order from here probably once a week. Ordering on the app is incredibly easy, and my order is always ready on time. My favorite salad is actually one I custom make: spinach, quinoa, carrots, sweet potato, apple, onion, roasted chicken, and heavy spicy cashew dressing. No joke, I've had this salad like 4 days in a row before. That dressing is the best salad dressing I have ever had. If I ever move away from a sweetgreen, I need to learn how to make my own version! It's the perfect about of spice, creaminess, and flavor. My boyfriend loves making his own bowl with quinoa and cauliflower rice as a base (no greens) and using this dressing as well. He usually doesn't like creamy things! The dressing is also amazing to dip the bread into. My other favorite salad is the chicken pesto parm. Soooo good. Others I also thoroughly enjoy: harvest bowl, guacamole greens.

Overall: Fast, friendly, and fresh - Just like most other SG's I've been to. The good: If you've been to SG before you know the drill; tons of amazing salad and bowl combinations to choose from (or build your own) that's also quick and efficient. Plus online ordering/pickup, great customer service, and a perfect playlist while we were there. This location is on par with the high standard that the other locations also provide. The not-so-good: Just like all other locations, the only downside is that the prices are a little high. But, the salads are tasty and filling, so at least you get your money's worth Food/drinks: 9/10 Atmosphere: 9/10 Service: 9/10

This is the worst Sweetgreen I've ever been to. Whoever is the store manager should be reviewed. Staff is rude and is in no hurry to work. I placed an order thru UberEats a day in advance and the courier waited over 30 min before the order was cancelled. See attached feedback from the courier as well. Avoid this location.

Great place for a quick, fresh, and healthy meal! Ordered delivery for lunch with a group on $5 bowl day. I had the Shroomami bowl which was delicious and had a great combination of flavors and textures. It was also very filling! Love that they make their own salad dressing in-house as well. Will definitely be back to try more bowls!

I mean the food is good af but the service outrageously unprofessional ,disrespectful The music was loud I got no problem with Gucci Mane but shit can you have it to the point where you could hear me when I order my meal I might try another sweetgreen but if it's the same I don't give a fuck how good your food is.ima give yall a second chance maybe but me and my guess was going to eat at a new place we didn't like the vibes at all we just got the meals and left good thing I didn't pay for parking

Update: I think the below was just a one-time thing - I've been a ton of times since and have enjoyed it. Fresh ingredients, tasty combos, and a pretty convenient app! My whole experience was solid, but it felt like I got a lot less protein than my meals at other sweetgreen locations. This won't matter to most people since I would say it's enough for someone looking for a light-protein meal and focusing instead on just veggies, but I was hoping to get the best of both worlds. Will give it another try because I remember having better experiences at other branches, but I likely will end uplook elsewhere for my salad needs

The girl who made my order had the absolute biggest attitude I've ever experienced as soon as she picked up the bowl. For no reason. Not coming to this location again

I've worked as an EA for many years and catered millions of lunches for my team. I have never encountered a more frustrating experience at a restaurant in my life. First attempt: One of our orders was only half complete. They forgot all of the protein and part of the bowl. One of our teammates was limited as to what she could eat so we went safe and ordered a side of veggies. They were so over cooked that it looked like a paste instead of grilled veggies. Second attempt: I reach out to get the bowl corrected and instead of them replacing the order, I get a "credit for the inconvenience" of $15. This doesn't even cover the price to replace the bowl. I message the customer service rep and he adds $5 which still doesn't cover the order and delivery. We are now an hour after the lunch break so I go ahead and pay the difference. Order delivery window comes and goes with no response from anyone who can tell me where this food is. My original delivery time was 11:45. We did not have the full order completed until 2:40. The delivery guy leaves the food at the wrong drop off location so it becomes a search mission for this food. I reach out to customer service and he rewards me with a whole $3 "credit for the inconvenience" which feels more like a slap in the face. They would not give me a refund when I asked the first and second time. I asked to speak to a manager and the rep said that wasn't possible. I will NEVER order from here again. Completely unreliable and their efforts to fix their mistakes are a joke.

Had the fish Taco bowl. Everything was fresh with good flavor and taste. Takeout containers held well

I love myself a great salad place. This place is amazing! I decided to custom my salad with: mixed greens, wild rice, apples, carrots, cucumbers, hot chickpeas, almonds, sunflower seeds, hard boiled egg with balsamic vinegar and a piece of bread. I do enjoy that the staff mixes the salad for you so the dressing is properly mixed. Luckily, I was able to find parking right in front. This is my go to after a workout.

Pretty disappointed- the avocado was unripe, not cut and brown where the seed was (when flopped). It was completely unedible. If I'm paying $13 for a salad...I would like it to be edible. Additionally, had a piece of chicken in there by the onions even though I requested no meat.

One of my fav salad places in west loop! Great for take out for to eat there. Great salad variety, different ingredients and everything is very tasty. Love their bread!

I've ordered from this location 3-4 times via the app and never had issues. I highly recommend the crispy rice bowl (I sub out the chicken for tofu). I could eat that salad every day! The app makes it super easy to order, swap ingredient and schedule your order. Parking is somewhat limited but not impossible.

3/4 times I've ordered through UberEats, the location cancels the order after "prepping" for 30 minutes. Living less than 10 minutes from the location and ordering way before closing time, I don't understand why they continue to do so.
