Just got my two orders to go and one is missing sweet potatoes and the portions are tiny. Not sure what happened to this sweet greens but it keeps getting worse in quality and quantity they serve. Not coming back to this location.

Came to Sweetgreen to order my usual salad and was treated terribly by a rude employee named Yesenia. I asked her politely to add avocado, and she said, "We ran out of avocado yesterday." (Mind you), right in front of me was another salad with avocado. I pointed this out, saying, "Isn't that avocado then?" She replied curtly, "I am not allowed to serve avocados." I was quite shocked. Clearly, there was another salad with avocado in it. I requested to speak to the manager, and Yesenia very abruptly said, "She's right there." At that moment, I directly asked Yesenia why she had been so rude. She responded dismissively, "I can't deal with this right now," and took off her gloves. Her manager, Luisa, had to take over and proceeded to make the salad for me. My partner and I were speechless. We frequent this Sweetgreen location and have never had an issue until today. The manager, Luisa, explained that Yesenia was "going through something." While I understand and empathize, I honestly felt at that point that it was pointless to say anything further. We paid for the two salads and sat outside the restaurant to eat them, while Yesenia sat across from us, presumably taking a break to cool off. This experience has led me to believe that the service these days has gone downhill, not just because of Yesenia's rudeness but also because of managers who don't hold employees accountable Updating this review based on the great service provided by the store manager. I ordered the chicken pesto parm… the spicy brócoli was terrible because most of it was stems and stalks of the broccoli, very hard. This is the second time it happens. Definitely not going back to this location.

Although the food is good the workers are lazy. They used to seal food properly. The containers for the salads are so flimsy they can open and spill during delivery and that isn’t the drivers fault. They should also staple the bags so we know it’s safe to consume even if the container opens. It’s not that hard to seal the salad container and staple a bag. I’m paying $10 for delivery to receive unsafe food.

I’ve eaten here recently and was content with everything about the spot! The food was all fresh w soo many endless options + vegan friendly! The ambiance was well lit and chill. The staffs were all diverse, nice, and friendly. The food was super affordable as well! Please open a spot in Fort Lauderdale or Hollywood so I can eat here more!! 😏😏

I usually always get the harvest bowl and over the years the portions just continually decreases in volume. At this location I paid nearly $15 for like *half* the bowl. Additionally I found chicken bones and other hard shell-like things in my bowl and NEARLY CHIPPED MY TOOTH. I’ve been a loyal customer of sweetgreen for 3+ years now and I am continually disappointed by the inconsistency of the food as they scale. So disappointed in SG lately :(

My peers introduced me to this place because I was looking for healthy vegan alternatives. I love my Super Green Goddess and all the fresh veggies and alternative options! Love it.

I have ordered from this location a few times as I usually go into the Wynwood location. Food temperature: When I received my order the supposed to be hot items were all COLD. Food packaging: The Box was slightly open when I received food and nothing was protecting my food from being tampered with. No utensils or napkins with my delivered order. I had to walk across the street to a local restaurant. I have noticed my last few orders not being the best. Thank you

Twice now I have been to this amazing location and twice it has been a terrific experience resulting in a most delicious salad. A super shot out to Cameron who prepared my salad recently. I had so many ingredient questions to which he was able to answer them expertly and also suggested some additional add-ins to enhance my choices. Such a kind person, he offered a small sample to taste the suggested item, I'll be back, highly recommend. And thank you sweetgreen for having this amazing employee helping the public! Parking is free and easy in the lot in the center.

Great place to stop in for a quick salad, just be prepared to pay for it. Ingredients are high quality and fresh, service is great. Consistency between sweet greens is also on point.

Love this spot Staff so sweet space so clean can't lose and I love that sweetgreen really is consistent at all locations. This one feels especially clean fresh and friendly. I got a steak bowl and it was filling and healthy. I wish they had fountain drinks and ice. The staff was very patient since it was my first time there and had a lot of questions. Good option if you're looking for a fast lunch that's good for you.

I am torn because I liked the food but it is just way too expensive especially considering the portion sizes. I decided to try this place when I heard they have grass fed meat and they removed seed oils from many of their items. The meat was delicious- flavorful & tender. Cesar dressing was also very good. Portion of meat was tiny, less than 1/2 a cup for a medium sized bowl so I had to add another scoop. They were also very stingy with rice giving me 1/4 cup at best and very little salad greens too. My medium bowl was $26! Also, there are no soft drinks here so drink choices are limited to expensive water or bottled teas. None have sugar and they don't have packets of sugar so we had to go next door and ask for some. 2 medium bowls, 2 bags of chips, 2 drinks=$65. $65 and I was still hungry! Way too expensive for a counter service restaurant with very small portions! Lots of sit down restaurants I can eat lunch at for less & leave full.

This place is trying so hard to be something it's not. Don't let all these paid reviews from influencers fool you--this is essentially an overpriced subway minus the bread. The grilled steak is borderline school mystery meat, how on earth are they charging $23 for this crap? This place will be out of business in a month or so.

Let me start off by saying dont GPS too this place with Apple Maps because it will make you go around in circles until your lunch break is over. With that being said, when you arrive, watch your step! I tripped on their raised door frame that goes along the whole entrance. (Yes they have a sign but as an architect, I doubt this is ADA compliant.) Speaking of accessibility, how do you access the interior? there are tables with chairs all along the opening of the restaurant's entrance. You have to push chairs and excuse yourself to try to fit.... I didn't interact with staff very long as i ordered online and picked it up as soon as i got there. The salad was good, i built my own. It was quite expensive (plus parking which is inevitable) you end up paying like 20 bucks for a salad. They put a lot of spinach as filler, which was my base. The amount of dressing was small for the amount of salad. I do have to mention that the ingredients were fresh. The salad was good, 7/10 Overall, you can try this place but not on your lunch break!

There's something about ordering a giant salad that you didn't make yourself that makes you feel on another level of healthy. Enter sweetgreen- which I discovered when I lived in Boston, but has now made its way to Miami for quite some time. We're so glad you're here. Ordering from sweetgreen always hits the spot. Whether you make your own salad/bowl or order one of their set menu items you are never disappointed. The portions are huge and all the veggies are so fresh. If you're ordering delivery- it's best to do so directly from their website as it's cheaper and no pesky third party fees. My favorite regular item is their kale ceasar. I also love that they do collabs with local brands and have regular specials / promotions. This week I ordered the Boia De Bowl. Similar to the Luci's salad at Boia De, you cannot stop thinking about this Salud. It's EXCELLENT! So walk, don't run, to your nearest sweetgreen while you can enjoy this offering. And once it's gone, I suggest the kale ceasar.

Have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. It's a salad made in front of you. You can choose your own ingredients or just go with the ones they have. Or modify the ones they have. I got the guacamole salad with blackened chicken and beets instead of tortilla chips. Loved the dressing and the generous portions. A great healthy choice on a lovely pedestrian walk with good outdoor seating. What more do you want out of a casual lunch?

Whenever I am craving a giant salad, Sweetgreen hits the spot. I love their Super Green Goddess salad, which is vegetarian, and I've also had their Harvest Bowl without the chicken (at a different location). The price for the Green Goddess salad is really not bad considering the price of most things in the area, and I find it pretty filling as it comes with a hearty slice of bread as well. Even during the weekday lunchtime rush, the line always moves quickly. The menu on the virtual screens switches between English and Spanish. I've only walked from my work nearby, but I'm assuming you would have to pay to park in a parking garage or street parking if you're not walking.

Disgusting! Found a dried up insect at the bottom of the salad bowl. Seems like there might be an infestation of bugs at this location. Ordered a Crispy Rice Bowl, more like a Crispy Insect Bowl. Que asco!!

I work close by and ordered sweetgreen via postmates because I was looking for something fresh and healthy. They did not disappoint. Everything from the apples to the avocado was perfect. It is a bit pricey but definitely worth it considering the portion of the bowl

Great lunch spot in Coral Gables when you're looking to eat a little bit healthier. The location is a good size with both indoor and outdoor seating. There is a convertible space in the front that can be enclosed if it gets too hot out. It is located on Giralda Avenue which was closed off to allow for restaurants to have space outside making it great for days with great weather. My friend recommended I get the harvest bowl and it was delicious. It has a nice combination of flavors and has some grains mixed into the kale. Apples and sweet potatoes are not something I've had before in a bowl so it was a nice change. I'll be coming back to try some of their other options.

Located in a great area! Was close enough to walk to after my workout and was a great healthy alternative. There was mainly outdoor seating but it was perfect for the weather. You have the option to order one of their salad combinations or you can make your own. They had great choices so we went with the harvest bowl and the crispy rice bowl. Both had very fresh ingredients and tasted amazing. You have the option to get a side of bread as well which I did. The bread was simple but good and gives you the option for more carbs. I would come back again for lunch.

Came here for post-pickleball healthy dinner. Was impressed with the quality of ingredients and mixes that they have here. The portions were large and delicious, definitely had enough for next-day leftovers. Overall restaurant was clean and sanitary with lots of customizable options

Don't try to cancel your order because they will take your money anyway. We ordered a couple of meals with a total cost of $30 not knowing that the Coconut Grove location was closed at 5m and our order would be made the next day. We did not want the order for the next day and therefore contacted customer service to cancel the order. Response.. refunds not possible and they offered us a $10 credit on a $30 order that we never received. Unacceptable and bad business. You may read my review and say, well that's not reflective of the food or staff. But yet it is. It unfortunate for the location but bad business practice reflects on all associated with the business. Don't order from here! ***Update I finally got the refund but it took me several days and hoops to jump through. Think twice before you order from this company.

Absolutely excited that they opened sweetgreen here in South Florida. I used to go every week when I was living in Southern California. Here is the breakdown: Service: 5/5 Very friendly and fast. Especially as a fast casual dining they need to go fast. Food: 5/5 Great ingredients and always very fresh. Loved that they are not "stingy" on the portioning. Unfortunately in LA they used to go light on the portioning sometimes. But they come with a pretty generous portioning. Obviously, you are paying premium, but they truly give you what you pay for, great quality and fresh ingredients. Decor/ ambiance: 5/5 Very nice vibe, very clean, organized, contemporary feel. Wow factor: 5/5 What makes a difference is the quality of the salads and this is what it sets apart from the competitors. Great variety, always fresh and great flavor. An awesome addition to coral gables and uber eats. Sweetgreen is fresh, healthy and provides the calorie counts on all portions. It is very similar and probably the direct competitor to Carrot Express, however, Sweetgreen offers you larger servings at lower prices while giving you the actual calorie count so you know what you're eating. My personal favorite is the crispy rice bowl. I replace the warm rice with shredded kale but any way is great. The cashew dressing is amazing and adds a little heat. You definitely have to try it out. If you order on uber eats, the price is just enough to score you free delivery. Check it out. It's the best.

Sweetgreen is one of those places you take for granted when you have it and miss when you don't. There aren't a ton of healthy eating options in Cape Coral so I was happy to get to eat Sweetgreen again albeit under a hurricane evacuation. The kale chicken Caesar with corn instead of tomatoes is my go to.

My review is based on 4 separate orders to my employment. I first saw sweetgreen as my gym is located in the same plaza. I figured one day I would try them out, however, never came to it. Okay, so at $15 a salad,not including tip or tax, I have to say I'm in love with this place. Everything is fresh, delicious and customizable to your liking. I have had 2 different salads and later order the same to my liking. My favorite is the crispy rice bowl with their miso sesame ginger dressing. With this whole pandemic still affecting most businesses, I have to say I have no complaints on presentation,freshness, preparation and overall time of delivery is superb Thank You Sweetgreen

Fast, fresh, yummy, healthy food. Sweetgreens nails the fast casual experience by serving up a great variety that will please even the pickiest of eaters. Their menu has great options, but you can also just start from scratch and build what your heart desires with their vast variety of veggies, toppings, proteins, & sauces. The blackened chicken has been my go-to protein. It's juicy with great flavor. The heat level is low, so don't be scared if you aren't into spicy. If you can handle some heat, the Spicy Cashew Dressing does have quite the kick to it.

This was my first time trying SweetGreen and I'm so impressed! Ive been eating as healthy as possible lately and came home from work late with no time to cook to dinner. Decided to order UberEats and I'm so happy I ordered this!!! My meal was filling and I just feel "healthy". I ordered the Harvest Bowl and the hibiscus clover tea which were both amazing. Next time I'm going to order the bowl with Spinach instead of Kale! I can't wait to try other things on the menu!

TLDR: Not as great as I'd hoped (I'd visited Sweetgreen in LA and was blown away). Willing to give it another shot. -- Overall, pleased with how clean and open the location was from entry. The employees were SO nice and patient -- especially the woman who served me at the register. This was not my first time visiting Sweetgreen, but it was my first time @ the Miami location. It was also my first time trying the shrimp citrus avocado salad. I do believe they have great salads, but this didn't taste like one of them. The shrimp didn't have much flavor and was pretty dry. I think I would've opted for more dressing (I asked for medium dressing -- so next time, maybe order heavy dressing?) I loved the quantity and portion of the salad. I think it perfectly hit the spot for my craving. I can understand why someone would be opposed to spending over $10 on a salad, but the ingredients and flavor (speaking from my first experience in LA) make the price worth it. Because I had such a great experience my first time and the salad was good in general, I definitely want to give it another try.

I've ordered here a few more times since my first review and (of course) still love SG. I took a point off because (and this is no fault of the restaurant, but something to consider) the SG app delivery system makes no sense and delivery times are way off due to lack of Uber Eats drivers. In-app, it will never update to say your order is on the way. I really don't recommend ordering delivery. However, SG customer service is great. If delivery were external and not tied to the app I wouldn't see it as a knock on SG, but they can do better. The ambiance at this location is great and very COVID-safe.

Sweetgreen is my favorite new lunch spot. If you haven't gotten a chance to try it yet, I would 100% recommend. They're bowls are full of so many fresh ingredients that make having a healthy lunch so yummy. And even if you don't like salad (like me) they have an amazing selection of warm bowls to choose from. If you're a picky eater, they have the option to create your own bowl, but personally the preset bowls are the best....they know what they're doing!

The fact that you can communicate with a real human being is so discouraging. I forgot why I dislike to order from this place. I order a catering order and I got 1 salad out of 10. Btw that salad is not even one of the salads that I order. Save your self a headache and DO NOT ORDER from this place. Stop using machines to solve your problems. This could have been solve with a real person in customer service.

My kids love this place. My son likes the crispy rice bowl. My daughter had the seasonal Autumn Caesar yesterday. They both love salads. I wish they had one closer to our house. My son has been here twice in two weeks.

First time trying and it's delicious and filling! I tried the hot honey chicken with warm quinoa and loved it! It had a kick and the mustard sauce was yummy. Crazy how some simple crunchiness such as the nuts added to the whole plate. I would eat it again and try something different.

You know after you eat salad for lunch day after day it gets old and boring and it's the last thing you want to eat? If you hit that wall EAT HERE! The salads are delicious, the dressings even better and the portions are big and perfect! Highly recommend!

I live it here. The salads are always full of flavor and the the bread is a great added piece. The dressing are also fun to mix and the portions are good. If you like Parmesan then you have to try the Parmesan crisps. I love it

After a Yelp search, I came across this salad shop in trendy Wynwood. Fortunately it was early Saturday and parking was easily accessible. The store, like the neighborhood, is airy and colorful. The set up allows you to see the kitchen area and your salad as it's being prepared. There are quite a few variations of salad offerings. But seriously, how can you mess up a salad? The young workers were very helpful in making recommendations. I chose a nice salad with chicken, avocado and tomatoes It came with a light vinaigrette. Surprisingly, it was a very ample sized salad. More than enough for one meal. It was a good salad, but nothing extraordinary. Would I go back? Sure! But, I wouldn't take a special trip there for what is basically a "designer" salad.

Careful with this place. They made the salad bowls much smaller and kept the prices the same!!!

The only place I go when I'm in a salad mood. I first tried Sweetgreen years ago in Philly. They've been expanding to more geographic regions since and I'm super excited that they will be opening a total of four(!!) locations in Miami! You can either customize your own salad/bowl or choose from one of their curated options. I recently tried their Crispy Chicken Salad ($13.25) and Chicken Pesto Parm ($12.95) and both were sooo good. The Crispy Chicken Salad is meant to be an interpretation of a crispy chicken sandwich hence the pickles. The brand as a whole also puts a lot of effort into hospitality and community building so needless to say, the service was great too. All in all, I'm still a big Sweetgreen fan and so happy to have them here!

Had lunch here the other day. It is a healthy joint where they mostly serve salads. It is clean and organized where clients consist of millennials who don't mind paying high prices. Salads and dressing were tasty and they have outdoor seating.

Fresh ingredients, unique + delicious dressings, and seasonal options makes this one of the best places to grab a quick, healthy lunch that never gets boring!

What a great addition to the Coral Gables famil! Inexpensive and delicious but above of, the quality of ingredients is exceptional! You absolutely get your monies worth. I had come across Sweetgreen last month when I served one of their sponsored ads via Instagram and unfortunately couldn't make their grand opening. Today we had a team lunch and I recommended this spot because "new year, new me" and so here we go down the healthy route lol. Delivery was quick! My order was almost perfect except they forgot my utensils but it's totally fine. People, do not underestimate these bowls - they are pretty big and filling! The dressings are great. The chicken had so much flavor. The ingredients were super fresh. Great prices above all. They might be the new kid on the block but they definitely are here to stay. Can't wait to order a new dish next time ;)

Sweetgreen was my favourite easy & quick lunch spot in BackBay when i lived in Boston a few years ago so I was thrilled that they decided to expand into my hometown & to find out they were opening just blocks from my home. Finally ordered yesterday & was not very happy. The salad itself was good but the dressing was terrible but not nearly as bad as the "shrimp". I'm using that term verrrrry loosely. They were bad. So bad that after giving one to my cat, I thought better & just threw them away. Will definitely be back but will be 100000% sure to NOT order anything with the shrimp.

Yes yes yes yes!!! So excited this nationwide favorite has finally landed in Miami. I had the pleasure of getting a taste on a trip to Cali once and missed it ever since. The wait was worth it ;) The location is beautiful and the service is amazing. The staff all work great together to get the orders done quickly and efficiently. We've ordered via Uber Eats a couple of times and visited in store once. Both ways have no complaints. I particularly appreciate, given the pandemic situation, their system at the location. They have little indicators on the table that flips to show if it had been sanitized since the last guest and no indoor seating is available at the moment - overall very COVID safe. The food itself, I find delicious - and so does my picky "not a fan of salads" fiancé. He usually goes for one of the warm bowls, hot honey chicken being his favorite. And I've tried a couple of the salads now; you can't go wrong with the beloved kale caeser, but the Buffalo chicken salad is delicioussssssss at less than 500 calories and packed with flavors. I find it fairly priced for the quality and portion size, nothing is over $15. Located in the busy giralda and the ingredients are usually locally sourced. This is definitely my new go-to lunch spot - so glad it's near my home ;)

Everything about this place was GREAT! The location is beautiful, the staff was very friendly and the food was beyond amazing! I ordered online ahead of time leaving a note of the time I wanted it to be ready by and it was ready to go as soon as I got there. I created my own salad with arugula, quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, almonds, blackened chicken, pesto vinaigrette and spicy cashew dressing. It was out of this world. BEST salad I have had in a whileee. I cant wait to go back and try more items on their menu!

I could come here a million times, and still want to come back! This place was INSANELY fresh and good. We tried three salads, each one had a unique taste (shoutout to the chef who made the creations), and the sauces were on point. All the salads included all the extra crispy fresh greens. We ordered pick up, and it was ready when we got there. Everything was organized very nicely when we arrived on a separate shelf labeled with our name. Truly this place is worth of MORE than five stars.

This is a wonderful new addition to Giralda Plaza. I love having another healthy option. I couldn't bring my dog in to order, so I ordered on the app. Then I just picked it up at the window. Very convenient. I had the chicken pesto parm and it was delicious. The combination of ingredients creates a wonderful taste sensation. I've since also ordered take out and got the crispy rice. Also a spectacular flavor experience. I can't wait to go back and try another one!

You better like vegetables, rice or salad if this is your pick for lunch or dinner. Sweetgreen is basically a salad and bowl option. The restaurant was super clean and I love the fact that this location has outdoor seating. Plastic silverware is wrapped to keep nasty hands away and drinks come in bottles or you can self service water. Portions are generous, prices are not. I had the super green goddess and really enjoyed it and felt the produce was fresh. You can custom make the bowl or salad but you are better off with a set option. There are some meat options you can add or tofu. Please keep in mind that this location is street parking or garage parking only. You cannot access Giralda in this section by car. You're going to have to walk, suck it up it's good for you. Service was quick and friendly...the way it should be.

Sweetgreen is... EVERYTHING! I have tried a lot of their options but the bowl I DREAM of and crave (often) is their harvest bowl! I'm not even a huge goat cheese fan but there's something about the combination of the wild rice, the apples, the walnuts... just everything that makes it perfect! I'm obsessed!

Best healthy options far around. Build your own salads. And bowls. Great staff in (Wynwood) Miami's hottest spot. Lots and lots of things going on all the time! It's a simple place, you're in and you can eat there or pick up takeout. Friendly atmosphere.

Made a custom salad with a mix of kale and arugula with light balsamic dressing, roasted sweet potatoes, garbanzo beans, cabbage, roasted broccoli, avocado and zaatar breadcrumbs. Love that they toss the salad for you! The ingredients were all fresh and the roasted vegetables were perfect. Highly recommend getting the zaatar breadcrumbs, they are so flavorful and also bring a nice texture to your salad bowl!

If you don't care about social distancing, this Sweetgreen location is for you. I ordered online, so I could just swing by and pick up! Big mistake, the pickup window is outside , there was a huge line to pick up and no one was social distancing. When I arrived at the window , my order wasn't ready so I had to wait on the crowded patio. I felt sorry for the people sitting on the patio because people were basically standing over them while they were eating. I finally went inside and found a little corner to stand in but things weren't much better . The only person trying to mange some sort of distancing was the young woman, who was also managing the take out window. None of the other staff even seemed to notice. I ended up canceling my order and just leaving. Sweetgreen, you can do better!!!

I was skeptical of eating here based on what I saw on the website. I was skeptical because I wasn't sure there would be an opportunity to customize the bowls. Still I stopped by being hopeful and sure enough - they easily make swaps. I found the food fresh and plentiful; the bowls were huge! I ate there while traveling for work and was a little bummed I didn't get a chance to return. I gave them a 4-star rating based customer service and hours. It would be great if they were open a little earlier and there was a short wait even while I was the only person in line. All staff members were working on the orders presumably ordered online/through the app. Bottom line: totally recommend eating here.

Sweetgreen is amazing. They nail it when it comes to salads and bowls. Service has always been friendly and the prices, albeit a little steep, are worth it in terms of a quality product. The guacamole greens with a lime squeeze is absolutely delicious and my favorite salad. The only negative is the company is very partisan and woke. Please stop this nonsense and focus on what you do best...making salads.
