I am a frequent customer of getting lunch at Sweet Greens, and I am particularly fond of the Lakewood Sweet Greens location. The manager “James”’ is phenomenal and seems to have a really good rapport with not only customers but all of his employees. I want to give a special shout out to “Rose“ who always provides fabulous service with a smile. The ingredients are Always fresh and The food is great. It is very clean, and The service is fast. Join the rewards program and come sit down and enjoy greenery for your health in a pleasant atmosphere. The crew always can be seen honoring the core values of this company: of win- win-win, keep it real, and think about sustainability through service with clean eating. This is the suite life at the Lakewood location..

Giselle is SO AMAZING!!! Not only does she have great food recommendations, she’s super sweet and has a great personality! Definitely came back get her expert advice as a fellow foodie! Sweet greens smells amazing when you walk in! All the aromas from the seasoning make you feel right at home! LOVE IT HERE!

Food is great, but the pick-up process really needs improvement. Every time I order ahead—even with an extra 10-minute buffer—the order still isn’t started when I arrive. It seems all staff focus on in-person orders, leaving pick-up orders unattended. If pick-up is going to be offered, it should be handled reliably or the process needs to be reworked. I usually choose pick-up because I have a child with me and need to get in and out quickly, so the current system is a challenge.

This place is gooood! I always see it on Uber Eats but always passed it up but I’m glad I ordered today (I’m under an alias name) . I got kale, tomatoes, salmon , cucumbers, and their warm sweet potatoes toooed with olive oil . And they didn’t skimp out on the bowl either. So good I wanted to order again but they are closed for holiday so I’ll be ordering after !!!

It was a pleasure to have a tasty healthy lunch option today. This place will fit many health options from vegan to gluten free. There were so many topping options if you customized a bowl or you can select their entrees options. This place also offered in and out door seating.

Im a musician and on tour I love sweetgreen, I go almost everyday, I visited Dallas and had a very unpleasant experience at the sweetgreen on 6565 Hillcrest ave. The staff was rude , they were snobby about my service animal, the cook came and she started rudely saying that there was no type of meats and the store just looked dirty so me and my fiancé just left. we decided to drive almost 20 min to this sweetgreen and Maggie and corbin were amazing and very nice , they recommended us the new garlic bowl so we decided to try it , it was delicious, the store was clean , the food was fresh Ty guys for making our sweetgreen experience better.

2nd time we’ve had our orders wrong here. For my wife’s bowl they were out of romaine lettuce, no big deal subbed for spinach but they forgot all of the grains. My bowl was supposed to have double meat, only a single portion. My child’s kids meal looks nothing like the picture online. Online it shows cucumbers with seeds cut out, whole cubed pieces of chicken, tortilla chips, and hummus all separated in a container with dividers. What we received was mostly shredded chicken, cucumber with seeds, and a pile of very wet mushed chips. See pics of what we received vs what is shown online. On top of getting all 3 meals wrong our order was supposed to be ready at 6:45 when I arrived at 6:50 the workers were just standing around talking. Our order wasn’t finished until 7:12.

First time at this location and it was a great experience! I went after lunch rush couldn’t decide what to get, but Jeremy was a great help! He was so informative and helpful with his recommendations! Will be back thank you Jeremy :) GREAT salad 10/10

Rarely do you find a counter service place that checks all the boxes--fresh, delicious food and extraordinary service! The menu consists of reasonably priced salads, bowls and protein plates featuring fresh produce from farmers they recognize on their walls. I found nearly the entire menu to offer keto-friendly, low carb and high protein options (great for my current diet). I can recommend the Chicken Pesto Parm (hot sauce really kicked this up a notch) and my mother loved her Miso Glazed Salmon plate. I felt satisfied and a little indulgent (which is often hard on a low carb diet)! Best part was the service. My mother is elderly with limited mobility and vision. From the moment I asked for help (a written menu for starters), the staff kicked into gear to take extra care of us. Emma and her manager, James, spent time to make good recommendations and ensure everything was just right. Again, great experience all around. Highly recommend. We will be back!!

Lovely greens and grain sort of bowl. Very much a fan of the sweetgreen experience. Nice patio for a quick bite outside.

Sweet green is so delicious! It is always the perfect option when you need good and healthy food. The service was so fast and quick the process was easy to figure out. I love the way that the restaurant is decorated and the lighting is awesome!

I love sweetgreen. It used to be better, we all know, but I still love it. This location is really pretty and they have outdoor seating. Everyone who works here is really nice, too. It's my fave location in Dallas :)

My first time here and everyone was so generous and kind Even helped me out with what I would possibly like and recommended foods / sauces/ dressings. Great environment all around 10/10 and the food is spectacular

When my go-to Sweetgreen located in Deep Ellum closed almost 1 year ago it left me without a convenient location to drop into, so, I was thankful to learn of this location as it's ~10-minute drive away and it has decent parking. Add to that, I now go to an Orangetheory Fitness located in this same area so it's big win for me. As to be expected, this place was sparkling clean. There is an ample amount of seating inside along with a nice sidewalk patio out front. On most of my visits, there has been plenty of staff on hand who were all very welcoming. Like most 'fast-casual' restaurants, to get food one must work their way through the line, place an order and pay at the end. In the case of Sweetgreen, they 'Featured' bowls and salads along with the ability to create your own. My go-to continues to be the 'Guacamole Greens' salad (I substitute with blackened chicken) and it is always prepared properly and in timely manner. As I mentioned earlier, there is plenty of parking which is shared with other businesses in the area. There is also a lot on the backside of the building and there is also a Sweetgreen entrance on that side. Now, that I know of this location, Sweetgreen returns to my rotation of healthy eats!

This was my first time visiting the restaurant, and both Sariya and Marvin were extremely helpful. I opted to try the garlic steak bowl with minimal ingredients because I'm an extra plain Jane. Ha. I had it with the wild rice and added only the cilantro and dried onions. The bowl was huge, and although the steak was cooked well done, it was very tender. I chose the pesto vinaigrette, and that was a nice pairing to the bowl. I left extremely full. This is definitely one of those places that make you want to get your eating in order because everything is fresh and drinks are organic or have minimal sugar. I enjoyed my first trip.

Superb services and food! I was allowed to taste test prior to selecting my salad. They staff was very attentive and cleared my plate/brought water even though it was self service for those task!

Location is great for east Dallas & Lakewood area. I tried one of their new menu additions, Caramelized onion steak bowl. And it was tasty. It was perfect size for lunch & you might save a little for later. Large outdoor patio, if the texas weather isn't too hot. Definitely a great reminder to revisit more often. And the prices are fair. Staff: very friendly and helpful. Parking: standard shopping center parking. Don't forget about the back parking lot.

My family and I came in to the Lakewood Sweetgreen for a meal, and I must admit, they did not disappoint. I'll start by saying, there was plenty of parking outside and even more parking in the rear, and its in a great area. Upon walking in, the place is clean and felt modern. There were a few people eating, and they looked to be very happy with what they were consuming. We walk to the rear of the restaurant to order our food and we are greeted by a very friendly staff member that explained the food to us. After a little browsing, we were decided and ready to walk down the food assembly line and watch our food get made. I order the caramelized garlic steak bowl. My wife and kids both ordered custom bowls. We walked down the line and watch them make our food and it smells incredible, we were super anxious to enjoy our meals. When paying for the food I saw they had focaccia bread, so I ordered two pieces of that as well. We then sat down and began our meals. I can't begin to explain to you how delicious my bowl was. The meat was perfect, the dressing was incredible, and I couldn't tell if I wanted to finish my salad or keep eating focaccia bread. My wife and kids enjoy their food equally well. There's nothing like enjoying the great meal and realizing it's pretty healthy on top. Very little guilt. With my family, you can always tell when the food is great, because no one is talking. My table was very, very quiet . They also have organic sodas and lemonade, they were delicious as well. Overall, this place is clean, food is delicious, the staff is awesome, and it's in a great location. From the moment I started my meal, I was happier than a hot hog in cool mud. I really enjoyed this place, and I cannot wait to return and try something different next time.

I was full on expecting this to be just another salad place of the sort that seemed to pop up all over the place a couple of years back. Despite this being super local for me, I hadn't rushed to try Sweetgreen...but this is going to change. I work from home and what an easy pick up this will be for me. The composed salads, or at least the beef and blue cheese one I had was inspired. The description reads like there are too many ingredients, but the result made every bite a surprising new combination of flavors and textures. I really enjoyed it and can't wait to try another! The one down side is that the only iced tea was a sweetgreen branded bottled tea that had an unpleasant taste. Other than that, I am all in!

If I were to go again I would just get the miso salmon bowl! The dressing on that bowl was bomb. The garlic steak bowl was good but not amazing.

I've been eyeing this place to try and fortunately I got to try it through the elite event! As expected, I was soooo happy I got to try it. It's such a healthy yet super delicious meal. I decided to go with make your own bowl and I was surprised at how big the portion was and the choices I can choose from. I figured this place would be a perfect dine in/take out place if you workout a lot and/or want to start a healthy diet. The place was so clean and spacious. I will definitely be back more often than I thought! Absolutely fell in love with this place!!

Waking in, smell like a healthy salad place. It's very chill, you can eat in here or take it to go or order online. I love how you can follow what on the menu or create your own salad. The staff is super friendly and very very helpful I order a combine of green goddess and kale ceaser total worth it! It is friendly for vegetarians, Vegan, gluten, and Parking is a hassle, bc of other restaurant but it is worth it!

A few months ago was my first time in and the young man behind the counter, walked me through the process and made recommendations. The resulting bowl was delicious.

I'm a fan of Sweetgreens. In fairness we always get the same thing. Wife enjoys the Crispy Rice Bowl - the miso spicy cashew dressing is her thing. I like the chicken pesto Parm Bowl but I sub blackened chicken for the roasted chicken and it's a satisfying bowl. For me, service has always been totally fine although I do double check that the extra dressing got put in there because I did once get my head taken off for not bringing dressing for my wife's salad hehe. Won't make that mistake again lol. The app makes ordering easy although I rarely get anything free - maybe a few bucks off here and there which pales in comparison to the buckets of money I give this place. It's nice to eat a bit healthy-ish though.

Stopped by for the first time and hoping to go back soon! I arrived pretty close to closing time so I picked up a premade salad, the Italian chopped salad. I throughly enjoyed it however the lettuce was a bit "soggy" not as crispy as I'd hope it would be. The flavor combination was great. Service was great, I believe Layla helped me, very friendly and helpful. Hoping to try it out again next time I'm in the area. Seems like a great place to grab a yummy lunch on the run.

Healthy and yummy! I love that it's so easy to order and also see exactly where the fresh ingredients come from locally. It's clean and organized inside and the employees were helpful and friendly. I got a mix of a bunch of my favorite ingredients which did come out a bit expensive but it tasted amazing. So healthy and delicious!

Sweetgreen is a veggie forward competitor to Chipotle and ChopShop, with comparable quality and pricing to ChopShop, and a higher price point with less protein and hot items vs Chipotle. The proteins here tend to be on the dry side, but they dress your salad/bowl as you please, which can mask the dry protein matter.

Abi and Israel always give the best service--totally worth the drive every time! I recommend them here

I don't t appreciate ordering a salad with wild rice and paying $13.95 just to get a bowl of spicy kale. Does my bowl of kale look like the picture online that i ordered?

This sweetgreen is close to White Rock Lake near the Whole Foods. Patio area was popular among diners when I went. Staff was helpful, clear view of kitchen area. The ingredients were fresh and had lots of healthy options. My chicken fajita protein plate tasted as good as it looked with their bright vegetables and sauces. Convenient option for eating healthy after enjoying the lake activities nearby.

Sweetgreen always has fresh food great selection of salads and bowls! They set out samples from time to time! Staff is always polite and such a joy to interact with!

Ordered online and they didn't have the sides I ordered and did not refund me and also messed up the dressing I ordered. When i went back to tell them I still got no reimbursement. Wouldnt recommend ordering online

I love the convenience of this location! It would be great if staff can clean the tables so people can have a better dining experience. I found myself choosing from 2 dirty tables and cleaning one of them to be able to sit and eat. This is why my rating is a solid 3. My salad was just ok but was as a good portion. I may try the buffalo chicken salad if I do come back. I do prefer other salad spots and wish Dallas could open up a Chop't that's really popular in NYC. But seems like Sweetgreen has a lot of franchises out here which is a bummer.

I literally just had the best experience. This is my first time at Sweet greens. I went in the evening time, there was plenty of parking around the restaurant. And it was just in front pretty much of the restaurant, so it was very convenient to be able to walk inside. I got the salmon with miso dressing, which has pickled onion, cucumbers, and is topped over rice. Abby was the gal that helped me make the perfect meal, she was so nice. Chatted for a bit because I told her it was my first time at the restaurant, so she took the time to tell me the history of the restaurant which I really appreciated, and how the foods are sourced sustainably. She actually had so much knowledge about how to make it even more flavorful. She added lime to it, and taught me how she likes to eat her meals that she also buys from Sweetgreen, which made mine even better! I really especially appreciated this restaurant because of Abby, and definitely would come back.

Sweet green is a great grab & go lunch option with healthy selections that are filling and flavorful. I ordered the Salmon Protein Bowl and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of the Salmon. The staff was nice and the location was clean; however, my reasoning in marking down a star is that the price is quite high for what you receive.

Not sure what was going on this Friday night, as i was so disappointed. Ordered online and my food was very delayed. The crew looked unorganized but it was not busy. It was my first visit and i was excited to try the fries. I ordered a bowl and side of fries. The fries were cold. Cold cold like they had been sitting out. The bowl i got had spicy broccoli. The broccoli tasted like it was out of the microwave. It had no spice. The bowl looked like it was thrown together. Not a good first impression

New healthy place in the Lakewood area! Exciting as they source ingredients and supports local fams aka organic friendly:) i got guac greens and its looks and tastes delectable.! Manager is super friendly:) check it out and support them.

As a chef, you know I'm always looking for great food, incredible service, and an inviting ambiance. Simple greens did their best. The staff were not rude, but no energy or excitement was felt upon ordering. The music was pumping lively tunes, but the staff looked ready for the day to be over (it is about 105p on a Monday). I had the BBQ chicken salad... it was OK. All the ingredients were fresh, vibrant, and smelled invigorating... but it was missing the "love" in making food. Food and water collect energy both positive and negative... I felt the unhappiness in my food today. I'm still not a kale fan , but that's a personal preference. It's not a pricey restaurant, but for the price I expected more. The store was exceptional, clean, and well maintained. Loved the decor, artwork, and core values on the wall.

Ordered the shrumami bowl. Are you kidding? Literally mushroom is on the title. No rice just a bowl of kale with 4 tiny mushrooms.

My first visit to Sweetgreen was absolutely amazing on Gaston Ave. Customer service was outstanding and everyone was greeted with a smile. James took time to ensure my experience was a first but not last. Amanda was very friendly and patient with me as I asked about everything. I finally decided on the crispy rice bowl. Definitely an excellent choice. All my are vegetables crisp and fresh. The atmosphere was also quiet and relaxing. Wonderful place to dine! . Thank you! I will definitely see you again soon.
