Boston Restaurant Headline Predictions for 2019 | Eater Boston

"A national fast-casual salad chain referenced as proliferating citywide and frequently grouped with other brands as contributing to market saturation; its expansion is emblematic of a broader worry that similar healthy fast-casual concepts are displacing independent operators." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal

I have ordered uber eats from this store several times. Salad is not fresh, these yellow leaves have sit in fridge for who knows how long… every time missing or mess up something. Avoid it folks! Hope I’m not food poisoned tmr

I love it, the ingredients are fresh and delicious, also different good options. Portions are huge, the only thing I would like to be able to build a bowl which is not that expensive, like less portions for 14 at least or less.

Staff from the hood still got time to chit chat right in front of us when there are 30+ Eats tickets waiting to be fulfilled. I guess when you hire a team of durags, even putting together salads can feel like rocket science. Some completed bowls are just sitting there. Call out the names so you can let the delivery drivers be on their way. There is no system whatsoever at this location and zero management. You can't hire incompetent part timers then choose to not give them direction. Are we really in Greenwich??? Poor reviews began months and months ago with the "owner" responding to each Google review. Nothing has changed. Guess the owner is AI.

I’ve ordered online from this salad spot several times now, and it never disappoints. The ingredients are always incredibly fresh, the portions are generous, and everything is packaged with care to keep it crisp and delicious. I love how customizable the salads are — it’s easy to get exactly what I’m craving. Ordering online is super simple, and the delivery is consistently on time. Whether it’s lunch during a busy workday or a light dinner, this place has become my go-to for healthy, flavorful meals. Highly recommend!

This is, unfortunately, a very poor Sweetgreen location. Ordering in-person takes far too long, and online orders are regularly ready 15-20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Ingredients are frequently missing from orders as well.

Went to the restaurant at 720pm (it was closing at 8pm). The boys that worked there had already cleaned the seating area and told us we couldn’t sit and eat our food or use the bathroom. The food looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day and was put together carelessly.

I really wanted to give this location a higher score because of how friendly the staff was but I just couldn't justify when they made two mistakes. I ordered the kale caesar with the blackened chicken and they gave me the roasted... fine I get it that was with the order. But then towards the end, before I could even stop him from putting it on, tragedy struck. Instead of the caesar for the kale caesar he put in buffalo sauce and the range (probably from the buffalo chicken salad?). I was horrified. And then ultimately disgusted when I took a bite of the Frankenstein concoction that came out of the salad bar. Yes, yes I could have told him and then he would have remade my order, but then the whole salad would have gone in the bin. Not sure if I could live with that on my conscience. Either way, will try to give these guys another shot, since they really are so friendly and the location is so nice!

I ordered a bowl with salmon. My avocado was not at all ripe even though it looked good, my rice was dried out, and the pickled onions were not the right choice to put in this bowl. However, I did like the salmon!
