Came in for a lunch and was greeted my Emily and another worker. She was super friendly, courteous and made my experience great. Didn’t feel rushed, she was personable, had a good vibe and was welcoming! Appreciate it!

I love this Place! I would eat there everyday. The food is prepared in the same day and fresh. No seed oils! And very important, it is so tasty!

Everything from the greens to the dressings was perfect. What really made my visit stand out, though, was the service. Tina was so friendly and patient while I decided what to order, and she gave great recommendations. Tony went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right and even checked in after I sat down to make sure I was happy with my meal. The restaurant itself was spotless and had a great, relaxed vibe. You can tell the staff truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Five stars all the way! 🌿💚

The ladies were insanely patient with me and answered all my questions. This place checks all the boxes for my healthier lifestyle. (I’m currently on a sugar detox and feel like I can eat a large amount on the menu). Pro-tip - they did just raise the prices of everything not even 24 hours ago, so I had to pay more than expected. And, they don’t have a huge amount of veggies to top your salad. They limit you to four items before charging (excluding the premium items which are an extra charge). The items they do have are said to be of the highest quality. I love that they actually squeezed the lime juice right in front of me.

This place always amazes me! The team is so sweet and caring. Tony was amazing—he took such good care of me, acknowledged me, and even educated me. He’s the reason I’m back at Sweet Green. I’ve been to other locations in Houston, but none compare to this one. Every time I come, he’s always there, moving like the speed of light and super efficient and friendly. And Tina, the young lady in the back on the oven, is always sweet, bubbly, and willing to help. Keep up the amazing work, everyone!

Just left this location with my wife and we loved how friendly the team was. They persuade me and my wife to try the new cauliflower bowl. It was our first time here and I would have to say we will absolutely be back. Tony was such an amazing addition to our experience at this location.

I always order pick up from here and never have any issues. I love all of their salads. Everything is fresh, tasty, and they never skimp out on the portions. I've never not liked any of their items.

Overall food experience is the same across the board with other locations. Now the establishment itself is completely different with there other locations. Came here on a Thursday midday around 1PM and the restaurant itself was a bit messy due to it being busy. The trashes were overflowing with trash and they had nothing at all in the refrigerator next to the registers. I wanted to buy a bottled water but they had nothing in there...? I ended up just getting a cup of water but it just felt like the restaurant itself wasn't being up kept? Fast service and same good food just messy place to eat at.

Sweetgreen at MKT is my go-to healthy food spot. There is plenty of parking, service is quick, and the ambiance is great for studying or grabbing a bite with friends. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor seating has plenty of outlets if you want to hangout and do work. I've been enjoying the new chicken caprese bowl - the mozzarella balls are amazing! I'm glad they have changed their to-go bowl lid design - the previous lid would never close. The only issue I have is that the portion size varies a decent amount. There have been instances in which my bowl is very empty and other instances in which the bowl has been quite full.

Kiara is an absolute gem to this sweetgreen location. She helped me with everything I was looking for in my salad. She can only help the company.

Food was great and service was fast and efficient. I opted to create my own veggie bowl and my hubby ordered the Hummus Crunch. Place was very clean and staff was friendly and patient with me. We will definitely add this to the rolodex and drop in for a fresh bite. Tip: if you scan the QR code on the table when you walk in, you can save $5 by ordering from the app.

This time was honestly better. Parts of my rice were still undercooked but not as much as last time. I got a kids item and it was tasty and my husband got a steak bowl and really enjoyed it. The staff was phenomenal. I came early for my order and the cook asked me what my name was and went back and made my food right then. The guy at the front put on an alarm on his phone when I came in earlier to change my time to remind him to get my food ready. This was excellent customer service.

Really disappointed with today's experience. They messed up my pregnant wife's order. When I drove all the way back, they remade it (had to ask them not to just fix the old one). They added a little chicken (they forgot about it all together previously) to make up for the issue. Didn't feel that was really enough. Manager gave me attitude, even after I told her accidents happen. Definitely not returning to this location.

What happened to this place? This location? The staff, the food. Yikes-a-ronies. Talk about needing an "undercover boss" moment, this SG location definitely needs one. What was once a put together establishment, wreaked havoc. This location is no buenos. Hectic, busy, FOH isn't communicating well with the BOH, vice versa, and it just reflected poorly on the food and service here. Slow service, and the place was just too noisy. They need to install sound proof material in the store so we can hear our own voices... Food was decently made, but I've had better...at other SG locations...

Came here the other day because I was craving a salad. When I arrived, I noticed that they didn't have any of their signature bowls up on display so I ordered a make your own salad. The person who made my salad was nice. The only reason why I give this location a 4/5 stars is because there were a lot of flies flying around the food. I even saw a fly land on the rice. That can definitely be fixed but it felt unsanitary.

The food was great but the staff was even better!! Super friendly and patient with me. I like this place for a few reasons: - tasty meals - healthy and nutritious options - big servings - fresh ingredients A go to spot for a quick but still nutritious and delicious meal! I love trying their seasonal bowls. Elote has been my favorite. I enjoy the crispy rice bowl too. It has a slight kick of heat!

I like this location. It's fast compared to the one downtown. The line moves quickly and they remember all the meal components. Love this place and love that they give me such a quick satisfying healthy meal on the busy days.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and sweetgreen did not disappoint ! Seating: There's a good amount of 2 tops and some 4 top tables. There was definitely one 4 top that was handicap accessible as well. There's plenty of outdoor seating as well that's covered but no fans. Food: The lemonade was ok. All the drinks weren't particularly chilled which was a bit disappointing with how hot it is these days. They do have free water as well. I had the shoomami bowl which was delicious! If you like mushrooms then this bowl is the way to go! All the ingredients were fresh and flavorful, and the bowl was very filling. They do have a build-your-own bowl option but the menu ones look so good ! Parkng: I've already noted parking for the MKT in some other reviews, but overall there's plenty of parking. If the MKT lots are full There's street parking just outside of the shopping center. If you wait though, cars pull out of the lot pretty frequently so you can get a spot. Bathrooms: There's 2 private restrooms. They're unisex and seem to be handicap accessible. Each is a pretty large space ! Other things to note: There is a kids menu!

It was aight. Looked better than it tasted. It was super bland and dry kinda. Needed a lot more dressing than i was given so i had to go ask for more. I didn't really like this location but oh well. I do like sweetgreen just not necessarily this location. It's a small location not much to it.

Young workers just sitting in the back on their phones when there are 10+ people trying to order food and there is literally ZERO meat (chicken, steak, salmon, etc.) ready to order. They told 10+ people they had to wait 15-20 minutes for the meat to get out into the oven and be ready. Over the next 5-6 minutes, young workers slowly started coming out of the back putting aprons on and getting to work. Whoever manages this place has fallen asleep at the wheel. Shame on this generation of workers. If you aren't going to do a good job, go home. I will NEVER go to this Sweetgreen again.

I ate on location. I had a side order of the Hummus + Focaccia. It couldn't have been worse. The Focaccia, was not warm and was stale. The Hummas (unlike the photo) was served in a little plastic container and lacked taste. The salad was decent. Service was quick as I was there at 11:10 and the place was empty.

I am dissatisfied with this location and would recommend that others avoid this location. I love sweetgreen as a whole and choose it often due to convenience and healthier options. However, this location has messed up my order countless times. They've disregarded my instructions, they've made substitutions without asking or notifying us, they've been "out of stock" of several items, they've sent us home with the wrong dressing, etc. Possibly the worst part is that the customer service (if you aren't in the building itself) is horrible. You cannot reach the location directly and are basically forced to do a text conversation with someone who may not get back to you for a half hour or more. Again, I love their food, but the frequent mistakes and inability to speak to them without going back in person is why I may not order from this location ever again regardless of how convenient it is.

If you want to eat healthy and eat a salad that you'll actually enjoy or crave in the future, then this is the spot for you! I've had the shroomami and harvest bowls. I am obsessed with them both. All of the ingredients in each bowl just go so well together and bring out amazing flavors. I like that they also have the option of mixing the ingredients in the bowl together for you or if you'd rather they just leave everything kind of separated and you can mix it yourself later. The bowls are also very filling. Everyone here was very nice and friendly too. I liked that this place offered both indoor and outdoor seating. The location here is great. I also saw that a lot of people ordered ahead to pick it up from the shelf. You can also build your own bowl, which I have never done but that's a great option too because there are so many different ingredients you can mix and match.

For such a nice area as MKT, this Sweetgreen is horribly managed. There is never enough staff for the amount of orders that are received and everyone at this location seems so lazy/nonchalant about everything. I have waited for over 30 minutes multiple times to pick up an online order because "we received too many orders at once" + "we are running behind on steak". Always an excuse one way or another. Would suggest going to any other Sweetgreen besides this one.

I've tried to come and eat here like 4 different times in the last couple of months and each time the door has a sign that says -counter service is not open but you can order on the app for pickup. thanks- Ummm Esssplain? I have loved sweetgreen forever it can do no wrong in my eyes but not sure what is going on with this location? The outside seating is always full so I presume the restaurant is fully functioning but I realize it's not even sweetgreen customers, it's just overflow from LalaLand

My first time trying sweetgreen. Loved it. They make eating healthy easy -- everything was delicious. I also appreciated that they had a large selection -- everything sounded great and it was hard to choose. I had the Chicken & Brussels bowl. It was really tasty. All the ingredients worked very well together. Also tried the Buffalo Cauliflower -- really good and an interesting take (accented with crispy rice). Can't wait to come back and try their other offerings.

Came to this place because it was recommended to me from the Feast With The Beast experience and they did not disappoint! The GM there is nice and friendly sweet lady. You can tell she is new to this place, but has a great team! They communicate well with the customers on if there is a wait on the fries! But other than that, the food was amazing and the service even better!!!! I'll definitely be back...

I tried the Ripple Fries -- they were soggy and honestly the worst fries I've ever had. The store was almost empty, yet it still took forever to get my food. Super inefficient. On top of that, the portion was tiny and the staff looked like they didn't want to be there.

if i could give zero stars, I would. Our family gave this place a try, and everything was served COLD... yup, even the meat. so save your money & just go to chipotle, where the food is at-least warm.

I'm not normally a huge salad person, but this place was good. I ordered the Guacamole Salad and I liked it, but didn't love it. I normally build my own bowls where ever I go, and I wish I did it here too. My bowl included, chicken, avocado, cilantro, red onions, cabbage, etc. They have many options to choose from, and I definitely will try it again in the future.

The first time I tried sweetgreen was years ago in DC, so I was excited to see locations opening up In Houston. I met some friends for lunch, and they arrived about five to ten minutes before I did, and the line took extremely long to get through, so we weren't actually able to enjoy our meal together. My bowl was just okay. Overall, I would say it's it's an okay place for lunch, but there are other places I'd pick over sweetgreen.

Drove here from the gym and they randomly closed early. Ppl waiting outside because they either ordered online or were coming here to order. Place had about 5 staff inside but said they were closed. I read the reviews on this location and was already eery of coming here but said I'd try it out. Disappointed, will not be coming back to this location.

So delicious love the salmon it's very tasty and I enjoyed it even though im just getting on my healthy journey I can see this being a everyday lunch spot for me

The greens part of the meal was generally ok but the avocado was way too firm. The salmon was half the size of the advertised photo and so tough. It was clearly cooked way in advance of serving and was so mediocre -- at best. The other order was supposed to have fish tacos but they left off the fish! Epic fail on this place. Will not return. Pitiful.

I was looking for some healthy eating and this place definitely hit the spot! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with someone working behind the counter and they explain how everything works. You can pick out a bowl from one of their menus or you can custom make your own bowl - you pick and choose your own ingredients. I'll admit, it can be a bit pricey for custom bowls, but it is totally worth it for fresh, healthy ingredients. All their ingredients are laid out behind the counter for you to see what exactly goes into your bowls and you can see how fresh they are. I chose the Shroomami which came with a crisp kale base with plenty of portobello mushrooms, roasted sesame tofu, raw beets, cucumbers, sunflower seeds, basil and instead of wild rice I opted for quinoa. All that is topped and mixed in with miso sesame ginger dressing. It was all very delicious and filling. Only one side note I would say is that I wish the raw beets were cut down into smaller bites instead of a thick long slice. But I do enjoy the crunch factor with the raw beets. There were plenty of seatings options inside and outside...on a beautiful and sunny day, I can imagine myself sitting outside and enjoying a bowl. A really nice feature they offer on each table is a card that lets you know that table has been sanitized and cleaned..ready for you to sit down and enjoy. Once you are down eating and are about to leave you just flip over that card to let an employee know that tables need attending to abs is ready to be cleaned for the next person. I don't see many restaurants offering this and it's a nice comfort knowing that this company cares about their customers. All their bowls, utensils and cups are all eco friendly and they offer recycling bins in every corner as well, so kudos on that! Definitely will be back to try all the different bowls!

Yes, you are paying $12 for a bowl that you could easily make at home. I know some people think Sweetgreen is overpriced for what it's worth. But if you want a quick meal that's not fast food, this is one of the best healthy options that you could get. The ingredients are all fresh and delicious. You can either make your own or get one of their bowls on the menu. All of the combinations are so unique and delicious. I would have never thought of combining apples with goat cheese. You really can't go wrong with anything. Unlike other healthier restaurants, you can place an order online and pickup in-store when it's ready - I'm a big fan of this fast-casual model! To my surprise, there's plenty of seating and outlets inside for you to do work on your laptop (although the music is a little loud). Overall, I absolutely love Sweetgreen and its business mission of connecting people to real food!

I will NEVER do business with sweetgreen again after my second order for delivery showed delivered and never was. You cannot get a hold of anyone at the store or in customer service. I have to wait via email for 24-48 hours to even hear back from them. They are overpriced as it was and I've never been so disappointed with customer service. My other experience was trying to pickup an order and my 2 year old had fallen asleep in the car. I could not reach anyone to see if they would walk it out so I didn't have to wake the baby. Couldn't reach them then and was parked in front of the store. NEVER AGAIN

Delicious and healthy. I'm not usually one to try "healthy" places, LOL, but went with a friend and have gone back. Lots of excellent choices and they are flexible as needed. Not a huge dining area but lovely atmosphere and outdoor spaces.

I frequent this place for lunch. It is easy to eat healthy when places like these exist. This place makes salads that you will actually enjoy! Ingredients are always fresh and the flavors of their bowls really blend perfectly together. They are also pretty fast so I have never had to wait for my order when I order pick up. Definitely my go to spot when I am craving a salad!

Got to check out this new sweetgreen during their training day before they open to the public next week. Love this sweetgreen location with ample parking and tons of outdoor seating as well. I tried the new burrata and peach salad and it was delicious! I added some chicken to the salad and it hit the spot. The salads from sweetgreen are always so freaking good and I'll be frequenting this location often!

Amazing staff. Service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean. I got my food in no time and everyone was very friendly. The food was very fresh I'll definitely start visiting this restaurant more often. Highly recommend!

We come to this sweetgreen all the time - great outdoor seating and fantastic service especially from the manager Tony!! Makes getting my bowl so much better. Love at sweetgreen is phasing out using seed oils. The new herb roasted chicken is really good!

TERRIBLE!! Grace was the person taking my order did not let me service dog in even with a vest, collar and ID on. Have 3 customers wait to order aprx 10min because he said he was busy talking with the kitchen. Rice was not ready, Ask me to wait 15 min for rice. Never will come back here TERRIBLE STAFF

10/10 customer service. Kris provided outstanding customer service and offered me a drink because they forgot 1 of my pick up orders. Kris handled it calmly and professionally. Sweetgreen is my go-to when I'm craving something healthy. I always tell people this my healthy Chipotle. I recommend the Harvest bowl with 2 portions of the balsamic vinaigrette dressing and the bread. (Don't forget to manually add the bread on online pick up orders.)

Brought my family here while visiting in town. The manager on duty was so rude about payment in front of training staff. Very distasteful and will not be back even thought the food was good.

I ordered 2 to-go protein plates and they were still prepping fresh chicken. I didn't get the guys name but he was so kind and took care of me because I didn't have time to wait. He replaced the chicken with another type of protein-blackened chicken. Which was Soo good. I feel like for the freshness, kindness and prices this places it's amazing.! Ps-thank u for the chocolate :)

went in to pick up an order... 2 orders on shelving to the right, 3 bags packed ready to go on the counter. neither of the shelved items were mine. reached for a bag & from the back of the house a black woman on the line YELLS while staring dauntingly at me 'I SAID I'll BE WITH YOU IN A MINUTE'.... & keeps staring. WOW! is customer service amazing or what?!!? or what obviously. BTW the bag i grabbed was mine. WILL NOT order from this location again. it's a damned salad & there's another location not far. i dont care how good any food maybe THAT KIND OF TREATMENT IS COMPLETELY UNWARRANTED!!! keep your salad.

Horrible service and dangerous. I have a severe allergy and the guy who made my bowl 1, did not care and 2, put the wrong ingredients on my bowl then offered to PICK them off when I told him "no..I'm allergic to that". Yes, the employees are slacking, but seems like a bigger problem with the management and oversight at this store. Bad quality sweet greens, not a good experience, go elsewhere.

Drove 50 min out or my way to feed my daughter her favorite after shots at her doctor's appointment. We were turned away even though the door was unlocked and it was during open business hours. It was claimed they had too large of an order to make the single bowl we had driven out for. Dont expect this place to be open when they are supposed to be. Prepare for disappointment and an upset child.
