1st visit: Came up with my friend who also wanted to try Sweetgreen, I have a thing for healthy food options and she’s a doctor so it made sense to eat here. I don’t want to forget to mention that the staff is helpful & friendly. My friend & I ordered the Crispy Rice Bowl but she asked for the green goddess dressing. I went with what would come with the bowl. The first thing I thought with my initial bite was how the dressing should be a creamy consistency with what’s in this bowl. I also think while it looks like in the pic that there was chicken, it lacked enough. The small bits of chicken was only at the surface. And also the fries were too dry. Being our first visit, I felt like maybe something was off so I googled what they should be like if done right & the AI response was that the outside should be crispy golden brown exterior and a light fluffy interior. These were definitely not like that. I did reach out to the Sweetgreen customer service and they were awesome! Offering a credit for my next visit. I downloaded the app & from now on, I’ll be earning rewards with each order. I really appreciate the prompt & outstanding customer service! Makes me want to visit again. $25 for 3 pieces of dry cold steak, lettuce, a spoon of hard rice, and multiple items missing from my bowl. The cashier struggled heavily while 10 other people watched. Both meals turned out to be almost $50 which is insanely overpriced for the portion/quality of the meal. Definitely spend your money somewhere else on a “healthy bowl”

I have came to this location before, but jeeez has the quality dropped in such a short time. First my bowl was not even filled out. I paid 15 dollars for the bowl and received no chicken I was missing a couple of key ingredients from my bowl. I will not be coming back to this location again. Do better sweetgreen.

I was excited to try a new healthy, seed oil-free place, but I was disappointed. I’ve been twice and the food never tastes fresh. On my most recent bowl my rice was so hard and dry it was inedible. I expect more when I’m paying $20+ for a meal.

A disappointment. A pop up take away salad shop. Food just okay. Children’s plates uninspired and measly. The tortilla chips are just a tiny amount of broken crumbs. Will not go again.

I was so excited for Sweet Green to open. This looked to be a restaurant right up my health nut alley. But the set up here is very different from other Sweet Greens I’ve seen advertised. You can’t go inside at all. The salads we ordered were underwhelming for the price. Huge pieces of lettuce, crumbled up chips, undercooked rice…it just wasn’t what I was expecting. We wanted to try the air fried chips and paid for them. Our order took a long time despite us being one of 3 customers total. We were then told the chips weren’t ready yet and we said fine we could wait. We had just about finished our meal and I went up to the window to ask for a refund on the chips. We were then told they had chips. It's just that of the three people working that shift, nobody remembered. Understandable if things were very busy but they were not at all. I'm not sure if more training is needed for the staff to uphold corporate standards, but I'm going to leave some time before I give it another chance. This was disappointing.

This was so disappointing! We were so excited for this place. The 3 meals that we got was a complete waste of $60. the ones with steak we had to spit every piece out because it was so chewy. The other bowl with chicken we had to spoon out because it was hard crunchy pieces. Easy to spoon out as it literally was 3 tiny fork fills of meat. We paid $60 and we all ate just a few bites of the food. The employees are great. The food unfortunately is not worth it. Wish we took pictures but we just were so annoyed with the seating arrangements and the food we threw it out.

I visited Sweetgreen for the first time after they opened a new location nearby and offered a first-time visitor discount. I ordered through the app for dinner, which was easy to use. I was especially excited about the variety of clean, healthy options that work with my diet. This location isn’t dine-in, but the space was modern and spotless. Even during dinner hours, the kitchen area was impressively clean and well-organized, which I really appreciated as a diner. I opted for one of their pre-designed bowls rather than building my own, and I’m so glad I did, the combination of flavors was incredibly tasty and balanced. I’ll absolutely be back. It’s the kind of spot that makes eating healthy feel easy and satisfying.
