I go to this location because it's semi convenient. I've almost always had good service & good food...almost always. A few weeks ago I went @ 4:30p...they were out of quinoa & it wouldn't be ready for at least 10 minutes. How do you run out of quinoa? When they see it running low how do you not start making more? With that said, I want to acknowledge the employee "Reason". She is always so polite, kind helpful & friendly! More than I can say for the gal telling me about the quinoa. She was borderline rude. I hope Sweetgreen acknowledges their employees. Reason is the only reason I would return to that location.

The reason I love eating here is because I know whats going into my salads. I love to power of being able to choose the ingredients I want in my salad. There are plenty of signature options on the menu but i specifically like creating my own bowl. The portions of their bowls are very fulfilling and the calories are listed on every item which is very helpful if you want to make healthy and smart choices. The prices of the bowls are also very fair. Although I would not sit and dine at sweet green, the atmosphere is designed for a “grab and go” concept.

Best salads in LA! My fam and I consume sweet greens at least twice a week! And it never feels monotonous even when ordered everyday!

Loved it. I got the kale ceasar salad because my friend swears by it. You can replace any item with anything else . I subbed the cheese with broccoli and the cheese crackers with raisins. They have seating outside and a little parking lot. We got lucky and got a parking spot on a Saturday afternoon but the flow is pretty steady They also have seating upstairs.

We recently ordered takeout from Sweetgreen in LA, and it was a fantastic experience! I tried the Elote Bowl, and it was very good, I customized it a bit but the greens were fresh and delicious. While a bit pricey, I feel the value is definitely there. When I am finished with the bowl, I am certainly full! I only wish they had a location in Arizona so I could enjoy it more often. If you’re in LA and looking for a healthy and tasty option, Sweetgreen is definitely worth a visit!

I have always wanted to eat at Sweetgreen! It always reminded me of Tender Greens, but more... green! This location has a small parking lot available, which is great considering the area. Unfortunately, there's only about 5 spots available! The interior is quite spacious, they have a nice seating area on the second floor. Their menu consists of salads and warm bowls, all of which sound very healthy. I asked the service representatives for some suggestions and they kindly offered up a variety of popular menu items and favorites! I decided to try their featured item, the Hot Honey Chicken Plate! I was a bit surprised by how small my plate was, but what to do. The hot honey mustard dressing was a nice accompaniment to my meal. The walnuts were also a nice touch, cause it added a nice crunch! The chicken was well flavored, and the sweet potatoes were super yummy. Surprisingly, I was quite content by the end of the meal! Good salads and a good place to eat healthy! Will be back in the future for some more healthy eats!

Just alright food served by people who don’t seem to understand how their own restaurant flows. If the fries aren’t ready when you get there run. Watching the incompetence while you wait is painful. Me: “Is the crisped rice sweet or savory?” Them: “I don’t know.”

Sweetgreen is a spot invested in due to the quality ingredients and the delicious options that are typically fresh. I haven't done a review in a while but I had to pause and do one today. The service was amazing, the young gentleman who greeted me and made my bowl was personable, kind and knowledgeable. The ambiance is always pleasant at sweetgreen and I've been to different locations bc I've been commuting quite a bit the least several weeks but I haven't passed to do a review Parking was easy and free which is a huge plus in LA but limited spaces out front The gentleman was young and from Chicago, I didn't get his name but he's deserving of a promotion from how observant, patient, knowledgeable, personable and polite he is

Came here yesterday afternoon. Parking avaliable right out front. The billboards caught my eye lol I asked the worker should i pick salmon or chicken and she said depends if u want salmon or chicken lol. She said the chicken is a "cocktail". Not even sure what that means but didn't help much. I went with the higher protein plate The protein chicken plate with honey mustard (which i usually hate) was bomb. Full of protein and the quinoa and mix of sweet potato's was great. No complaints at all a ton of meat I paid and wasn't even sure everything payment wise had gone through because the cashier was talking to a friend and then just walked away

I ordered two 'Make My Own' salads from Sweetgreen, and both had hair in them. It was extremely disappointing and I couldn't eat them. This was a really unpleasant experience, and I'm not sure if I'll be coming back.

Sweetgreen is my go-to for quick healthy salads. The autumn harvest bowl is perfect for fall-those maple glazed brussels sprouts and roasted sweet potatos are delicious and filling! Nice combination of sweet and savory. I like that I can customize the salads with diff toppings and proteins. It's always tasty and convenient. My only feedback would be that the salad portions tend to vary depending on the person making it. I notice it's inconsistent.

Must go and try there salads! They have the best salads I've ever tried in my life I'm not a big salad person but when I do crave salad sweetgreens is my only salad go to everywhere else is whatever

My online order was supposed to be ready 70 minutes ago and I'm still waiting. The manager refused to check on the order or even talk to me. There's a pure chaos in the store.

Fraudulent place. On make your own salad price $10. They told me I can add what I want. By the time I have reached cashier, price was $20. I left the salad and didn't pay. They lost customer for being dishonest and not transparent. I will never eat at that dishonest joint.

Fresh, hearty, and flavorful. And the locations I've visited are always clean. My go to is the miso glazed salmon, half quinoa, half wild rice with kales... sub dressing with sesame ginger dressing... extra dressing. Delicious. I could eat this salad every day. It's a little pricey... but nice if you want a healthy meal in the go. Staff is always friendly.

The moment I walked in I was greeted with the best customer service from literally Marcus, Christina and Dakota. Each of them had their own way of making sure I had a satisfying experience. This place is so good, and their staff is truly amazing! Thank you Marcus, Christina and Dakota.

This was place was honestly amazing, but their staff was even better. Marcus, Christina, and Dakota had the best customer service I've experienced in West Hollywood. They really went above and beyond to make sure my salad bowl was made with love and care. This was my first time trying sweet green and I would definitely come back, mainly just to this location because the service was impeccable!

This was my first time trying this place. I was greeted with a big smile by Nathan as I walked in. Since it was my first time I asked for some recommendations. Nathan recommend a few items and I went with the Miso Glazed Salmon. I added some of my own things like peppers and tomatoes. Nathan was very patient with me and kind. The music inside the restaurant was a nice mix. There is plenty of tables to dine in. Sweet green is lucky to have such a great guy in their team! I live down the street so I definitely will be coming back. Thank you Nathan for making my experience so easy and friendly.

Everything is fresh, and nicely presented, there is something for everyone! There is a variety of proteins and veggies as well as many dressing options. Great option if you're looking for a healthy meal!

Nothing worse than eating your food and finding someone's hair in it. The service staff doesn't wear hair nets?

Enjoyed my custom bowl but the wild rice was slightly undercooked so it had some hard bits. Also it was more on the cool side. Wish there were more warm options. I would prefer sweet potato to be warm. Building the custom bowl was easy online. I had to click around to look for my coupon which had to be activated by click. Service was friendly and pickup order was on time.

Staffing is horrible. At 7pm on a Saturday night stood in line for 30 minutes, one person serving guests in line. The other sever handing all of the to-go orders and was churning this out quickly but did not help the long line of guests. One guest walked inside, saw the long line and went out and ordered their food online. He came back in and got it faster than those of us in line. There were three other employees in the back cleaning, washing the floor, and doing dishes. Not well-managed unfortunately.

Shroomami bowl is sensational & so far my favorite. I can't wait to try other salad bowls soon. Honestly, this location in particular gets pretty busy but the workers move as quickly as they can & they're friendly. It's not a huge location, so most people grab their food and go! Definitely one of my go-to spots in the area after I've spent some time strolling & shopping around.

I went to try their caramelized garlic steak today. The picture they advertise shows long strips of juicy steak pieces, and they actually served me small cubed pieces that didn't taste juicy. Ordered 3 salads and a bowl through Postmates. All 4 items were under filled: every single one was half empty. When i go into the store, they provide full portions. Called to complain and was hung up in 3 times. Never ever ordering delivery from Sweetgreen again.

I love Sweetgreen and in particular this location. Everything is always so fresh and I respect from where they resource all their products. But, frankly what makes their 3rd Street location worthy of five stars is their incredible team. Everyone I encounter at this store is so incredibly nice and helpful. The old hippie in me would say "They put good vibes into your salad." It's because of this that I now eat at this store multiple times a week. A shout out to the manager Jacob, who has assembled a terrific group of employees. Whether it's Erika, or Paula, or Christina preparing your meal, it's always done with a smile and the willingness to customize based on your needs Thank you team Sweetgreen for providing me with great food.

New added proteins are amazing options. Was a skeptic until I tried it again. Miso salmon was bomb 10/10. Would def come back. Plus parking isn't so bad.

I have been to this location before the pandemic and this is the first time back 15 minutes into our situation. I can't believe I have yet to make a review. Here goes. In the subject of ordering for take out and customer service. I ordered through their app thinking it would be convenient for all parties. The estimated time was given to me at 12:35 however, at 12:30, they still haven't made my lunch. No hard feelings at all but upon arrival I see that they are slammed. Not too many people are ordering but the side were pickup and delivery was crowded. One of the crew members kindly gathered all the delivery people outside and said he would personally bring them out to them. The remainder of us stayed at the counter where another crew member helped with people who ordered from their app. They apologized for being behind but honestly, the way they handled each customer with courtesy and kindness, I completely understand and don't mind to wait patiently. As hectic as it was, they stayed in communication, was organized and efficient. At the end, I was handed my order with friendliness. THANK YOU, 3RD STREET SWEET GREENS! You all are doing so awesome and I appreciate you all handling the orders and still creating an awesome vibe! In the subject of food: I have not gotten anything bad here. Everything I ordered was delicious, was of high quality, and presented beautifully. If you know me, I love my junk food but Sweet Greens is a place I crave from time to time. During these times, I will now order at the counter during lunch hours as it seems to be more efficient and you are not competing with delivery orders. However, please note that Sweet Greens have online specials so it is worth taking a peak once in awhile. The menu changes seasonally so there isn't any reason for me to review each dish, however, i must say, the Chicken Pesto Parm bowl was so delicious! It's basically like eating a chicken parmesan but in a form of a fresh salad. No fried chicken; the textures are in the croutons. The spicy marinara sauce with the pesto sauce worked so well together. I will definitely be back!

Been coming to sweet green since they opened lower east side nyc over 10years!!!! .....but now in LA Came to this location hoping the ingredients was fresher because last few times my apples were turning brown, mushy and obviously not fresh on my harvest salad bowl. I asked staff to check if the apples were fresh before I order because I refuse to eat bad fruit but he said it was mushy but they cut daily. I doubt it! The salmon is grey yes grey and deliver a different size every time I order, it's a joke and offensive these business owners don't think we are smart enough or brave enough to speak up!!! See how they value our community and patrons! So he checked the back up apples and they too were brown and mushy! I won't be back to this location and for a $20 salad we expect the bare minimum of having fresh apples ! I spend too much weekly here to accept bad quality from both locations here and 3rd st !!! Shame on you for being greedy and not delivering quality to loyal customers! I will no longer support

Scam alert! The monthly membership will waste your money! Signed up for 3 months, $30, and received a total savings of $6. And the second I cancelled it, they closed it even though I had 2 weeks left before my renewal. All of the program screams bad corporate policy of taking even more money for overpriced food that often provides old fruit (brown, slimy apples) and veggies.

If you are looking for an overpriced fast food salad place where you 50+ ingredient choices, you won't be disappointed. The food was very fresh and high quality. The service is cheerful and fast. They don't automatically give me wasteful to-go packaging when I'm eating in. They are happy to customize and they don't try to up sell. (So refreshing.) They have a few outdoor tables (and indoor tables) if you want to eat right away. If this is what you're in the mood for, they do a knock up job. Admittedly, though I'm a good girl in real life, I'm a bit of a salad whore. This is not my personal favorite expensive salad chain, but that's so subjective. It's in a relatively convenient location for me, and so I'm happy it's here. I'll keep coming back until one of my other favorite salad/juice places opens a spot closer to home. Also it's two doors down from Verve coffee, for more yum!

Went for a pick up and I like my salad mixed in a specific way. Both Gaby and Mila were very friendly and accommodating. :) This location has nicer employees than the other one I frequently visit. Would definitely recommend!

Always my go-to spot for a healthy salad. I love their seasonally fresh ingredients and endless options that you can customize to fit your tastes. My favorite salad is the guacamole greens. The fresh avocado, crunchy torillia chips on a bed of greens with lime, tomato, and red onion hits the spot everytime!

The guy working the counter got pissy with me for some reason and started to get loud so I matched his energy and got pissy with him lmfao you ppl are garbage I don't know WHAT crawled up his a$$ but seriously he started to get mad with me just because I said I wanted cashew dressing on the side and balsamic vinegar on my salad he acted offended for some reason not to mention the food quality went downhill along with customer service I hope you guys permanently close

In the middle of a strenuous day of shopping for children, I was just walking by at approximately noon when my grumbling tummy heard a crispy rice bowl calling my name from inside this absolutely delightful SweetGreens. The service was spectacular. The lunch crowd was completely Hollywood. And the food was so healthy that I am not entirely sure it counted as caloric intake. Next time, I will have to visit on purpose not just because the place is just so damn convenient.

This location is so poorly run. In the past couple weeks I have tried ordering from this location 3 times and they cancel 20 minutes in. I even called Postmates and they said they can't even get in touch with them. Trash location, find another

Worst experience ever. You can't call in an order. The phone takes you to a call center. You can't talk to a live person. Tried the app to place a lunch order for 17 people. Tried 3 different cards. It wouldn't process. I was able to text with a team member. She told me they couldn't take our order over the phone. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.. it's too bad! 90 minutes of wasted time.

Usually good quality food. Today we ordered from work, and my salad had frozen beets in it! ( they charge you extra for these) and also some rotten root was in the middle of it. Pretty grossed out honestly at this point.

I ordered the Salmon Miso/ The salmon was dry, overdone, and very salty. I was disapponted in the qquality of the food.

worst sweet green location i've been too! i came at 7pm and they were low on stock on everything. The lady that made my meal forgot three things in my salad, was closing my lid as she was asking what dressing I wanted and carelessly through my sauce in there as if I was an inconvenience. She forgot to give my friend dressing which is disappointing. Wish I got her name! The food wasn't fresh like other locations in LA.

Favorite place to eat in Westlake. It always delivers, and I cannot recommend it enough. Try a bunch of different things!

Salad was okay. Ordered the crispy rice bowl. Even with the dressing very very dry. It's a nice order if you are looking for a light lunch. Portion size is big enough to split between two people. Most ingredients are fresh.

Highly recommend this location. I had never eaten at a sweetgreen before, so the employee who took my order, Gabby, was kind enough to offer me free focaccia bread and give me tips on customizing my bowl. I will be returning often!

At 40 minutes late with my order, the person on the other end of the text kept arguing with me that they weren't going to refund me and cancel my order. the most frustrating company, app, website I've ever dealt with. terrible customer service. And it still wasn't ready at the 40 minute late mark.

Been eating here at least 3 times a week for months now. Prices raised a few weeks ago, which is fine. Whats not fine, is their bowl sizes decreasing simultaneously. Do one or the other. But to raise prices, and decrease serving size.... that's straight up messed up. I will not be coming back here ever again if this stays this way.

Salads get three or four stars depending on the order. Customer service is one star - and that's being generous. I am now two for two on delivery orders placed through the sweetgreen app being messed up. That's fine, things happen, but who decided customer service only by text is a good idea??? Totally cold, takes forever to respond and doesn't ultimately resolve the issue. Last weeks order was for someone else and a refund was promised and confirmed by email but has not appeared a week later. Today's order was wildly wrong and I'm still waiting for customer service to text me back a half hour later....
