One of my favorite spots in town for a healthy lunch. The food is always fresh and flavorful. I also really appreciate how clean the place is — the staff wear gloves and keep the serving area spotless. You can tell they take hygiene seriously.

Sweetgreen in Coconut Grove offers excellent service and impressively fresh ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the Harvest Bowl. A solid choice for a healthy and satisfying meal. Ciao 🌺

So this totally sucked. I got a Kale Caesar salad to go during my lunch break at work and my salad had this black stuff on it that felt like I was eating DIRT. Every time I chew feels like I’m chewing dirt. This has never happened ever. But I’m too far away to complain so now I’m starving. Sucks

I dine in often and today ordered Uber Eats. Got the Honey Chicken delivered and the sweet potatoes came completely burned, and I mean they look like charcoal. What I don’t understand is that the person making and packaging the food must see it. Why would they package and serve food that I am certain they themselves would not eat?

After reading some reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect from this place but Katherine’s service was wonderful and that truly added to my first time dining here. The food was fresh and plentiful. We ate outside and it was perfect weather. Oh and try the ripple fries! Katherine brought them over to us fresh and they did not disappoint. 😋 Gracias Katherine for your kindness and service!

My first time in Sweetgeeen. I told the server what I wanted, sort of; Hot Honey Chicken but with lots of salad. She explained how to order it and made suggestions for better flavor. The food was great. Enough meat and spicy to satisfy my desire. Excellent service, delicious food at an affordable price.

The best salads! Service is always quick and friendly too. The inside has a nice ambiance and places to sit inside and out.

Great salad options and great location in the middle of coconut grove. Salad is fresh and tasty with a great variety of options for all. Not the biggest fan of the steak it tastes like burger meat but other options are better there.

3 stars solely for how amazing the service was at this spot. I came here last night for a post workout healthy bite and was not expecting the line to be so long -- after waiting over 20 minutes in line I found out that no grains were available. After thinking on the spot, i decided to go with the Kale Caesar and chose their garlic steak as the protein. Now their steak looks phenomenal in photos; perfectly cooked grass-fed filet so I was extremely excited to try it out. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations at all. The steak was extremely underwhelming, so much fat to it, and for some reason tasted fishy. I moved the steak to the side and ate the salad with no protein to it. The man at the front making my bowl was extremely helpful and sweet. You can tell they were very understaffed for the amount of people that showed up and handled it the best he could. I truly think their steak option is falsely advertised and they should do a better job making it similar to the photo they show on social media and on all their images. For a bowl that's almost $20 -- your best bet is to try another option or go somewhere near by that offers better more fresh options.

Was looking to have a quick, affordable lunch in Coconut Grove and my sister was in the mood for salad so we stopped at sweetgreen. This was my first time and I did not have high expectations considering it's a chain restaurant. The outdoor seating area is always a mess which is not a good first impression. My Crispy Rice Bowl was very tasty though. However, the prices are pretty steep. Two bowls for $30. Didn't dare to get a drink as they were all around $5 and the chips were an additional $3. Decent experience but probably won't be back anytime soon, too many better options in the area.

Food here is gross, they literally drowned my salad with dressing. Steak was chewy AF. I've given it multiple tries and it's never been good, or worth a $28 salad I thought it would be like tender greens or lemonade, it's like a shitty knock off. Much better local places to eat in the grove.

Food: 3 stars My go to is the harvest bowl. It's got a great mix of flavor and consistency. Service: 1 Star I've given this location a few attempts and I've yet to leave a happy customer. The staff is friendly and hospitable which is why it's receiving 1 Star. However, the operation of this establishment needs work. As of my latest attempt, I ordered a harvest bowl with chicken via the app for pick up. After I left and opened up, I had the surprise of NO CHICKEN. I mean this is basic stuff here as we move down the assembly line to create the bowl. I also ordered another harvest bowl, this one with double chicken. To my surprise, it barely had one serving to it. Not sure if they are trying to conserve on their protein portions but this is a reoccurring theme here. I really hope they take a hard look at the details and what they are serving the customer because this ain't it. For the price they charge, it is not worth it. Save the hassle and try another local option.

horrible service!! I was overcharged and paid an insane amount money for a bowl that was terrible, not fresh greens, the steak was burn out and everything i added was charged extra, I ended up paying almost 40$ for a meal by my self that wasn't even worth it. really distracted employees!!! made my order wrong the first time and had to repeat all over again. first and last time trying this place

I should have checked the reviews before eating here. While visiting Coconut Grove I decided to stop in since it was very close to my hotel. Being from California we have a lot of salad bars so I decided to try this place. I should have known better when while standing in line, the lady putting the mobil orders in dropped a piece of paper in the stack of greens and just pulled it out like she didn't just contaminate the food. Few hours after eating my salad from here I developed a bad sttomach ache and long story short developed food poisoning.

First and last time I'll come to a sweet greens. I don't know what I was expecting but they were advertising this amazing looking miso salmon and..... this is what I got. Two small thin pieces of extra toasted salmon.

So obsessed with the salad bar, it is so fresh and so delicious. I cannot get enough of their dressings. I need them to start bottling them and selling them because they completely make the salad. I love ordering from here. This location is super fast and always fresh, which is so important to me. They have lots of gray options and varieties and I really love their toppings. I was super impressed with their salmon because normally getting salmon to go on a salad is not the best idea and can taste dry and fishy, but there's is not! It was actually moist and tasted fresh. Really enjoying this as a quick lunch spot.

The food is healthy and fresh. There are options to customize your bowls or you can pick from their menu. It's also very clean and well kept.

This is by far my favorite lunch spot. I typically order from the this location in the grove but Coral gables is just as good. I love the staff, they are always friendly and efficient. I usually order on the app and go and pick it up. I love walking in and being able to grab and go. The times I have eaten there, I love the tables outside. Now the food, umm so delicious and alway fresh. I love being able to customize my order. I can add all of my favorites judgment free :) One of the best things is the dressing, they have so many. I do have 2 favoritos, pesto and green goodness. I won't lie, green goddess usually wins. Overall, great quick and healthy food option. Important to point out that it is a little pricey.

Ordered from here a few times and I am always disappointed. I used to love sweetgreen in general but this location is not it. Rice is ALWAYS stale, presentation of the bowl is messy, chicken always tastes off. Never ordering from here again.

Was in the area and been wanting to try this place so I came here for lunch. I used the app for the first time and I was rewarded with a five dollar off for my first visit which was very nice. I ordered the hot honey chicken plate. It came with quinoa grilled chicken and roasted sweet potatoes and kale cabbage slaw. Overall I think the food was very good I ordered online and it came out when it was supposed to. I just think it's a little under portioned. Also $15 for a salad with chicken is a little expensive during these inflationary times. It's definitely a healthy alternative. I will go back and try some more of their menu.

Oh boy! This is healthy on another level. I absolutely loved my ball that cost a little less than $15, it was so much food fill with flavors and colors that I loved. I got the pesto chicken bowl and it was amazing I honestly cannot wait to go back. They have seating areas inside and outside and the service was great.

Very disappointed. I was so excited to try sweet green for the first time and it was very disappointing. I'd rather go to cava or even chipotle for something half the price and ever quality. The rice was hard as a rock and their dressings are way too tart and sour for my taste. I wanted to give a 5% tip which was 2$ ended up being 5.99 somehow for a total of 45$ for two bowls. I wasn't satisfied and the person making the order did not pay attention to the different dressings I wanted and was mixing them up. Overall a terrible experience.

Me, a twenty something woman in the year 2022, has been constantly preached to by influencers about the beauty, the magic, the marvel, that is... Sweetgreen. And so after 46 hours of nonstop booze, cheese, and arancini, when all I wanted was a refreshing crispy salad, finding the elusive Sweetgreen 2 feet away from me, felt like destiny. I regret everything about it. This was a bleak experience for me, and the worst thing about it, is that for other patrons it was even worse. I have not witnessed such poor communication and service in a restaurant in a long time (if ever). They ran out of chicken at 1pm on a Sunday and if they would have just told guests that, I think it would have been fine. But instead they had about 10 people waiting for chicken that they just didn't have. The food itself is highly overrated too. And not because it's a $14 salad, that's the world we are live, laugh, loving in, folks. It was overrated because it's a really underwhelming $14 salad. The only good thing about this meal was the "ceviche dressing" Also please if you choose to go here and ignore all these red flags on Yelp, just pinky promise me you won't get the "slaw" in your bowl. It's a $1.50 up charge for a little sprinkling of cabbage and carrot mix (you can just get them individually).

Wouldn't recommend eating at this place should you ever stop by. This restaurant initially gives a promising first impression with plenty of menu choices and other options available, in addition to a seemingly friendy and positive atmosphere. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case. I politely asked the girl working what menu options are recommended for first-timers, and she conducted herself with a negative attitude, as if she didn't want to be working there. I ordered the Pesto Chicken Parmesan bowl. The food was borderline mediocre to say the least--and that is being generous. The chicken was extremely dry and the pesto "sauce" was quite watery. Very bland tasting food priced at way higher than what it's truly worth. Shoppers beware, you are better off treating yourself to delicious food and quality service at one of the other restaurants and eateries. What a disappointment.

There are a couple of locations. We will continue to come to this one because the other one was out of items the two times that we went. They are animal and kid friendly. The dog bowl and highchair gave us the clue. Lots of space to eat inside and out. Our daughter is vegan and raves about the bowls. We like the bread and dip in the sauces. Next time my husband and I will need to try the bowl with the chicken. I'd like to see more of a drink variety. They serve bottled teas, kombucha, sparkling water and water. I'd be happy if they included lemonade and orange juice. The place is clean and everything is open viewing so that you can see what you are getting.

One of my favorite spots in Miami. Sweetgreen is not some fancy restaurant but rather a place to grab a quick, clean, and tasty bite. I have visited all three locations (Coconut grove, Wynwood, and Coral Gables), and in each one you find decent indoor seating, and outdoor seating that is perfect to enjoy your meal (above what you expect for this kind of place). The ordering process is easy, you can pick from a one from the menu (10 options with some seasonal combinations) or build your own. And this is something that sets sweet green apart, usually this kind of restaurants barely offer pre built combinations and you are left on your own to build something. But most importantly the available ingredients and dressings are all fresh, tasty, varied - delicious. Additionally a plate will cost around 14, and portions are huge. All in all, if you want a quick but tasty bite, that feels clean and healthy Sweetgreen is an excellent option. My Criteria 5 stars: The best food I have ever had, or an excellent option given the price. 4 stars: Good food, a restaurant I look forward to trying again. 3 stars: Good food, a restaurant that I am indifferent to. 2 stars: Below average experience, will not go again. 1 stars: This restaurant should be closed.

Food is great, fresh. I order for pickup and delivery all the time. Super easy. If I could say one thing to Management, a staff member could be a little friendlier. I get it when people have bad days...but a little more smile goes a long way.

I'm very happy to have healthy-fast-food available in the Grove. The quality of food is good, the place is clean. Usually during the week near to lunch time is not too busy. I highly recommend to upload their app. I pre-order on the app before going there and then I park on the side (after you pass a parking garage). The parking to stay for a long time is not easy to find. Service is ok. There is a guy that he is very friendly and gentle. On the other side, there is a lady that she is not so attentive. Supposedly you can't walk with your dog inside the restaurant, unless obviously is a service dog. Other reason you can get the app! I love this place and I recommend it!

went here yesterday for the first time with my wife and I must say that that Melvin is a very charismatic charming young man he was so helpful with a big smile! I would go back just to have conversation with him alone lol the food was amazing and he gave me nice portions everything looked so fresh and pretty The store is a little boring in comparison to the other stores and maybe the lobby music could've been a little lower but maybe it was to Hide the loud blender thing haha all in all amazing energy from that kid

This place is a train wreck. Been waiting 45 minutes and they haven't even started my item. Have to go back to work without lunch. Don't brother, they told me to text support to get a refund. But they take 20 minutes to text back. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This was an impromptu stop for a quick bite, not knowing what they served. To be honest, we were initially disappointed when we saw it was healthy bowls because we were craving something indulgent. But we were pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed our food! We ordered the hot honey chicken bowl and would highly recommend it. I'd love to see more locations expand to the Kendall area. For being healthy, it was very tasteful!

Honestly after a bad experience where the guy serving me gave me so little toppings all I could see was arugula I tried to give this location another chance. Bad idea and never coming back. The manager is and staff are very stingy with portions to the point you end up only eating arugula. Save your money and time and go to another local place or the wynwood location which has better service.

It's a quick, healthy snack that you can order online. There is no fuss for pick up. The staff greets you upon entry and they are super helpful. The greens are fresh and flavorful.

Great little healthy spot, in a very nice area for people watching, indoor and outdoor seating so bring your dog too.

Service is slow The guy waiting on me, ran out of tofu so he went back in the kitchen to get more, brought it out and instead of finishing the salad, he went back in kitchen to load up another bin. Finally he came out and i told him to give focaccia bread ( charged me but forgot to give it to me. Took 15 minutes to get my salad. Salad was good , service sucked

Good for a quick grab and go... all the bowls a pretty consistent; skip the roasted sweet potato, they taste charred/burnt. Always add extra dressing to your order, portion is small and not nearly enough for the bowl.

Long time dreamer, just thinking how I wanted to try this cool salad place. I feel like a medieval monk, sitting down to a salad, picked in the garden behind the monastery. It is a temperate summer day. It feel good to sit outside, eating this salad. I got the Super Green Goddess salad, which has chickpeas, spicy broccoli, carrots, avo, cabbage, nuts, lentils, yams, artichoke hearts, and beets.

Ridiculous! Tried to eat lunch in the middle of a work day. No ordering available inside, have to order on app, no problem. Except 40min after my order was supposed to be READY, it's still doesn't even say it's being prepared!! Tried to cancel and get refund since had to go back to work - no response by phone or text. Worse part is I didn't have time to get lunch from somewhere else.

Very bad service and quality. Ordered three bowls and two drinks and two pieces of focaccia, only received two bowls and one drink. One of the bowls we actually did received had moldy arugula in it as well.

Terrible customer service. Store won't answer phone calls about specifications for allergies. You get a text service that doesn't even answer your questions.

Change your hours online and on Yelp. Rode my bike from home in the blazing heat just to get a salad and see that you changed your hours to only 5pm on a Saturday?! Are you kidding me.

If I could give 1 star I would. This place is a train wreck. The online ordering is worse. I pre-ordered 2 salads at 12:15. AFTER paying I was told my order would be ready at 2:00. Really 1:45 for 2 salads? I tried to reach out via text and email. No answer. In fact, they finally answered my text at 3:00 pm. They said they couldn't cancel my order b/c they "immediately sent it to the store." So what? Horrid customer experience. Horrid online experience. Really horrid and for what? 2 lousy salads. Go anywhere else in the Grove. Lots of great places.

I read an article in Fast Company about 18 months ago and was intrigued by their business model and expansion plans. Today was the chance I go to try it first hand. I ordered their popular Avocado Greens since I did not want to build my own and walk out with potentially a $21 salad. Greens and veggies were fresh, presentation attractive and I can appreciate their environment friendly packaging. Glad I got the dressing on the side, a lime jalapeño cilantro concoction because it didn't feel right -- like it needed to be mixed with ranch dressing. Portion size is good, staff is friendly. At $13 a salad, not sure this would be a weekly stop for me. Parking can be a challenge. This place seems to cater to those that like basic clean salads that they can customize and add things to. When I got home, I added feta cheese, seasoning and other ingredients to flavorize the salad. When I compare this to Giardianos, I prefer Giardianos -- more robust selection of diverse flavor profiles with more reasonable pricing. Note to Management: the music you have in the background is WAY too LOUD. It was hard to place my order....

Service is hit or miss. many times the people are miserable. high prices for not the best portion sizes. the food is typically fresh though

I love this spot. I had the kale cesar and it was amazing. I also had the sweet potatoes with pesto sauce and both were excellent. Will be coming back. Great spot for a quick healthy lunch!

This Location is never open. I'm not quite sure what their store hours are because Uber eats and their website say 10am-9pm. Google maps says the location closes at 4pm, but I just tried to put an order in at 2:30pm and they are closed. They need to update their hours. It is disappointing and bad business to have people drive to your restaurant and it's closed because no one cares to update the store information. Not sure how this location is making money or staying open with such limited hours.

Food is decent but this location is completely understaffed. Not worth the wait. Losing customers at this rate.
