I paid $33 for a delivery order that costs $22 in store ($11 in fees). It took an hour and a half for the order to arrive (I live 1 mile away) and when I opened my “salmon bowl” there was no salmon. Outrageously unprofessional and ridiculous. That is the first and last time I’ll be ordering delivery from Sweetgreen.

I paid an extra $7 for steak and this is what I find when I get home: tiny burnt crumbs of meat. Each piece is microscopic and completely overcooked. Can’t believe I spend over $20 on this meal. This might be my last time going to sweetgreen

Loyal Sweetgreen customer 😋. As a loyal customer, I have visited many Sweetgreen locations, but when I come across a kind and pleasant worker, I have to come and write about it. While at the williamsburg location, I had the pleasure of being serviced by Kay-Kay. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very personable. Keep up the great work Kay-Kay #Champion 😄 I will definitely be coming back.

I ordered a chicken avocado salad for delivery and got a bowl of lettuce and rice.. this location is a joke as almost all of my previous deliveries from here have also been incorrect. This is definitely the last time I’ll ever order from here again. Do yourself a favor and avoid being disappointed from this store.

Long time sweetgreen customer. Started going here back when it was a DC only chain. Have officially deleted the app and will never come back here again. The quality of the food has drastically changed. Their new chicken? Tastes like slime. Produce is also so terrible now. So sad to see.

Never ordering again. Took forever to deliver & for the price of a bowl that is $17 you would think I would get a bigger price of salmon. What a rip off. Definitely don’t recommend eating here. I only received one little packet of dressing. This place seems cheap af with their materials & food. So annoying. For the amount of salad I got why not give me more dressing ????? Unbelievable

Very friendly staff. I always found the staff to be prompt and professional. The seasonal meals are cool and the portion sizes are good. It gets a bit crowded due to the foot traffic in the area but it’s a good lunch spot.
