sweetgreen - Healthy Salads, Bowls and Plates

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is the second time I’ve had the same issue. I paid around $30 for a salad, and the greens/broccoli were clearly not fresh. The salmon was also ice cold, as if it had been sitting for a long time. I ended up throwing away a large portion of the meal. I expected much better quality and freshness, especially for the price. Unfortunately, this seems to be a pattern at this location, so I won’t be ordering again.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this store never disappoints. Customer service is on it. The staff members are so friendly and kind. They really just go above and beyond. I got a modified chicken avocado…Absolutely delicious! As you can see i was already nimbling here and there before the picture 😋 Thank you for the experience! 💕

I rarely go to Sweetgreen, but today I went in to order two $10 Harvest Bowls. I asked for the Harvest Bowl in person, went to the counter to pay, and noticed the price was higher than $10. When I asked why, I was told it was because the bowl came with roasted chicken instead of blackened chicken. I did not make any modifications to the bowl and was not aware that the $10 price was specific to blackened chicken. I explained to multiple employees that I didn’t realize blackened chicken was required for the promotion and that I actually preferred blackened chicken anyway, as that’s what I’ve ordered the few times I’ve had Sweetgreen before. I asked several times if the bowl could be remade with blackened chicken or if they could honor the $10 price, but both requests were denied. I tried to explain that I was never offered the option of blackened chicken in the first place, but the staff was dismissive and simply asked whether I wanted the bowls or not. To make matters worse, about 10 minutes later while I was still eating in the restaurant, the same issue happened to another customer and they were given the $10 price without any problem. After doing this they didn’t offer me a refund or concession on my bowls either. Overall, the customer service was very poor, and the staff was rude and unhelpful.

Not returning- Had the unfortunate need to get a salad and was swayed by the photos. When I compare the photos to what I got the protein content is not the same quantity. Gave them a second shot and it happened again. For a $20 salad I need protein to last me to the next meal. This was only a snack, and I’m petite. Not to mention that in the first order the avocado was rotten, and placed upside down so one wouldn’t notice, and in the second it was missing all together.

People were waiting in line outside of the restaurant at 12 PM. Manager and staff continued to ignore the front door and refused to acknowledge our confusion for a long period of time. After that they then pointed at the other door and stated that it’s online only and will open to the public later. Their lack of communication made people leave the establishment. Never going back there again.

I’ve heard so many good things about this place I had to try it for myself. I got the harvest bowl and loved it! The apples, sweet potatoes, goat cheese, and CHICKEN (it was delicious), we’re a fantastic combo. Highly recommend it. I’ve also heard the kale Caesar is good too. Fast, friendly service. Get the app! They have great deals. Highly recommend this place for a fresh, flavorful, filling salad!

Updating my review bc unfortunately this location has gone downhill. A few weeks ago my salad had rotten greens in it. Luckily I noticed it bc I was transferring my salad to a bowl to eat at home. Today my salad was half the size it usually is. Idk what is going on but I hope they figure it out soon bc this was always my go to for takeout They are always friendly at this location although sometimes their portion sizes are smaller than other locations. Overall a go to for healthy dinner

Really enjoyed the Super Green Goddess Salad today. Substituted the ranch for the spicy cashew dressing to keep it vegan - 100% an amazing choice. The salad was fresh, flavorful, filling, a good portion size. Plus the restaurant uses composable bowls and utensils. A win for your body and the environment!!

Salads are always great but for some reason wasn't that great on Friday I was extremely surprised as that's my go to place for salad. Love this place a lot more then any other ones

The quality of the salad was not good. All veggies were OLD. Several yellow Spinach leaves, the rest soft and unfresh. Sweet potato slices were dry from age. The Kale (or looked like Kale) was the worst. Powdery white and brown residue fell off when forked up. Do they expect repeat business?

Roasted sweet potatoes put the bowl together well. Everything on the plate was good and the chicken was a good serving. This was the 106 Willougby location and the waiters were chill, a lot of seating and not very busy

Service was horrible - at 2pm. One person making salads when 2 other salad makers were wasting time as people stood in line for 10 minutes. The one working person claimed they were short staffed at the time but as soon as I asked if no one else was working, the 2 other workers suddenly started making salads. So they obviously weren't short staffed - they were just grossly incompetent and did not care about customer service as 4 of us stood in line, being completely ignored, while 2 workers walked around nonchalantly. Ridiculous and shameful. With Just Salad right across the street, I'm sure it won't be long before they lose any remaining customers.

I've been taking out 3 salads every week for years. The food is just ok, but we consider it a healthy and dietetic choice. Today the service was terrible! Usually everyone is friendly and accommodating, but not this server. After she made the salads, I noticed that one of them was noticeably smaller and asked her to add some chicken. "I'll have to charge you extra if I give you more." I leaned in and pointed to the salad that had the least chicken and just asked that there be an amount equal to the others. "You're not allowed to lean over the counter like that or put your fingers over the food." "I was just pointing to MY Salad," I replied. "I'm just following the rules," she insisted. Sweetgreens was out of one of the ingredients, so she offered me a substitute. When I picked one, she said "I have to charge you extra for that one." "So charge me. I hope to never have you serve me again." "I'm leaving this job soon, because of people like you." Good . The sooner the better. I hope she gets fired. Many servers have come and gone, some of whom were wonderful, a few of whom I tipped voluntarily. This woman was the worst. She didn't even offer to put my food in a bag because she said it was "self service." She was the epitome of robotic and unfriendly service--a disservice to Sweetgreens.

Updating my review as they appear to have fixed the mealpal issue and I have not had any issues picking up my meal recently. Also, other than the manager who I had a bad interaction with, the rest of the staff is always super nice and helpful!

Love this place! Always well portioned and fresh. Friendly, hard working staff. Patrons are respectful with the limited seating and I do like dining in.

I ordered this for lunch because I work in the area. While I love the sweet green salads, the only big complaint I have is the steep price. Also, most of the times I'm not full off of the salad itself. But it is definitely the healthier option in the area for fast food. I ordered the shroomami harvest bowl and Paris around $13 for it. It's usually my favorite because it has wild rice which makes it a bit more filling. It was delicious. I love the miso sesame dressing too. And the beers have a perfect crunch to it. Ive also had the fish taco bowl as well and I was a bit disappointed with the size of the roasted steelhead salmon. Just beware that your portion sizes may be very tiny. But overall, I would come once in a while if I do need a quick lunch to go.

I really love the fresh, healthful ingredients of the bowls and salads. The service was quick, and the food was tasty. After days of decadent vacation food, it felt good to put a more nutritious fare in my body.

Manager has a terrible attitude. I experienced this from the minute I walked in till the time I walked out. To exist as a profitable location, she needs to start treating people with respect and drop that nasty demeanor. Sad because all other locations I have gone to are wonderful. Plenty of places that appreciate my business around the neighborhood.

Our office ordered various salads. Some salads didn't come with all of the ingredients. One salad had a grub worm. There's no available number for these local restaurants. The number available is some regional contact that isn't very helpful and doesn't replace meals that haven't been delivered. Will no longer be eating from any sweet green restaurant again

$14 dollars for this sad looking salad. I actually was debating greasy Chinese food but opted for something healthy. But this salad was so sad and depressing looking. Can't believe I paid $14 dollars for this. I've been to other sweet greens in the city , this one was the worst. Disappointing

I do like Sweetgreen I don't go there often but when I'm looking for a quick lunch, I do like to pop in and get some thing whether it's a salad or a warm bowl. I've only been a couple of times and the service has been great each time I've been the ambience is really nice as well, it is welcoming and they do have some delicious meals.

Love love loveeeee the harvest bowl! Living one block from here has been the best for my soul and the worst for my wallet. Oh well, completely worth it.

The buffalo chicken salad tasted like anchovies! They need to seperate the ingredients in the kitchen so this doesn't happen.

Overrated, overpriced, and with no reason. I am eating my first bite ever of Sweet Green as we speak and it was so nasty I felt compelled to stop eating and write this. I can't believe I paid for this, I feel bamboozled. Go across the street to Just Salad. They're reasonably priced, always delicious, and offer a hospital employee discount. There's nothing sweet about Sweet Green.

DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS!!! This review is not for the location. The service was great, but I went in for the caramelized garlic steak believing what I saw in the photo and what I got was a 1/4 cup of gray cubes that I didn't even taste in the salad. I got the steakhouse salad, and all I tasted in it was the quinoa and romaine. Waste of $19.52. I'm done overpaying for something I can make better at home.

Love love love! Was hungry for some veggies the other night after eating like a bafoon over the holidays. Sweetgreen came up in Yelp search and I saw they delivered so it was an immediate no brainer. Made my own combo salad which was HUGE and great value for the quality of ingredients and $13 price tag. I always get a scoop of goat cheese which makes the salad so creamy. Obsessed with the miso ginger dressing and squeeze of fresh lime! The delivery came to the door promptly and everything was fresh and delicious.

Sweetgreen is "A-OK", nothing more and nothing less. I opted to get a build your own salad, which I thought would be cheaper than some of their advertised salads. It was a tad cheaper, but not by much. Chop't offers much more salad choice items than sweetgreen, for slightly cheaper. The plus to sweetgreen is that they have plenty of topping options, but it can get costly if you get over the 4 allotted items. I enjoyed my salad, especially the cilantro lime vinaigrette. This was probably my favorite part of the meal. The downside to my experience was the rushed customer service by the counter staff. I understand that lunch hours are typically busy, but sheesh give me a second to look at the topping items before I make my selection. It seems that this place just wants to get people in and get people out, which is where the quality of service is diminished. For an already steep price for a bowl of salad, the least I can get is good service.

I do not understand why the workers at this store have a giant problem when it comes to actually filling up the bowl with food. Its always underfilled. The person behind the register basically underfilled my box even after I kindly asked for some extra chicken--he literally put one small chicken piece after I asked, which was literally a F-U to me. I understand the attitude and everything and I know it isnt easy being a service worker but I dont think that justifies them under filling the bowls. Furthermore, the salad that was already under filled, basically gave me food poisoning. I threw up after 30 minutes post eating and I don't think I ever want a sweetgreen salad again. If Im going to pay the same amount for an underfilled bowl then really whats the point? I never experience such terrible attitude at other sweetgreen chains.

I love Sweetgreen salads. The price isn't terrible either. I usually order the Kale Caesar and substitute in the miso veggies and portabello for the Parmasean crisps, and then add in random sauces. Most of the dressings are delicious - curry yogurt, miso, cucumber tahini, balsamic vinegar (not the vinegrette - I like the vinegar haha). The lime squeeze is literally just a half of a lime that they put in your salad, lol. I tried the Spicy Sabzi yesterday too and that was also amazing - loved the textures of the sprouts against the other stuff. The chicken is also sooo flavorful. My only gripes are: online ordering - you only get to make a limited number of modifications to your salad, and they make mistakes on your order from time - but the company itself is amazing at apologizing and then giving you credit for their mistakes. This wasn't my first time at a sweetgreen but this was my first time at this location. The shop itself it's cute and clean but the lines were pretty long and crowded. I came here for take out in the afternoon on a Monday so maybe it was rush hour. The salads I can say at sweetgreen are fresh and tasty no doubt but once you start building and adding to your greens it gets pretty pricey. They have vegan bowls and most of their warm bowls are around 500-700 calories. I love that they have a lot of ingredients to choose from beets, apples , chickpeas and even toasted almonds. The size of the bowls are a great portions in terms of filling you up but it may not seem reasonable for the price you're paying. I would say if you're in the area definitely try their salads they are yummy or check if they have another location near you.

Really fresh, healthy, and tasty salads, but the portion sizes... oh god. My sister and I tried sweetgreen for the first time the other day and while we were really impressed with the flavors, the portions were absolutely pathetic. She ordered the crispy rice bowl and I ordered the chicken pesto parm, both with everything as is, and the two bowls were barely halfway full--nothing like as advertised.

This is the 2nd time SweetGreen has left out the chicken! They could care less! Wouldn't never order sweetgreen again. Who leaves out the main protein!

if you want to pay 18$ for JUST a handful of kale and nearly 0 of your selected toppings (there was literally 1 single cube of tofu, a few tiny broccoli stems, and maybe 3 sunflower seeds), definitely order takeout from this location!!! 0/10 will absolutely never go here again.

Ah Sweetgreen, I want to make sweet.... well let's not get too crazy here! Seriously, Chopt and Just Salad there is a new sheriff in town and his name is Sweetgreen! This place is AHHMAZING! They have the typical create your own salad along with their signature salads and bowls but where they stand out is that they list the farm where every ingredient is sourced from. Now to some, where your food is sourced from may not be important and may appear to be upper east side mom elitism at its best. My answer to that is Hell Yes!! I want to know where my family's food is coming from! Back to the salads! We had: Chicken Kale Caesar Salad - Delicious! Apple Cheddar Kale Salad - Delicious! The multi grain bread included with the salads was terrific. They also have a wide array of healthy beverages - iced teas and lemonades. There is a small seating area but be warned, this place gets super busy at lunchtime due to all the hospitals in walking distance. The lines don't get that crazy because the staff is extremely efficient and keeps a good pace filling orders. The bathroom is also extremely clean. Sweetgreen, I think this is the start of a beautiful friendship!

Finally went to Sweetgreen since everyone seems to pick up food from here for lunch. This was a few days ago and I am still in utter shock that they market themselves as fresh and healthy and under ___ calories when all that means is that you are getting leaves for $16.00. I got the warm bowl with the most number of calories (700) and still left hungry. I also started choking on the bread and asked for a cup for water and the worker told me that they did not have any cups, so I just sat back down and continued choking. If you are in the area, go to Dig or Little Beet or York Grill instead for lunch. Similar fresh vibes for way more food and less money.

This new sweetgreen location opened its doors across the street from " just salad" sassy of them?. The locations is much smaller than the other sweetgreen location I usually go to on the upper west side. At this location there is much less room for seating. If you never have been to sweetgreen take a trip, it's very much worth it. My favorite salad is the kale Cesar under 10 dollars it will fill you up and not make you feel bloated. It comes with fresh chicken and amazing bites called Parmesan crisps that they add in. If you love cheese you will fall in love. Not to mention plump juicy tomatoes!They have a ton of more signature salads to choose from that all look amazing. For $3 you can enjoy some of there really amazing tea drinks(unlimited refills woot woot). Or if your not into tea just ask for a water cup... Water is FREE. The thing you should know is if you ARE NOT PLANNING ON EATING THE SALAD WITHIN THE HOUR LET THEM KNOW. They can place the salad in a way that things don't get soggy... they won't mix it etc. It will stay fresh that way. I really enjoy the salads because, yes while there a little bit on the pricey side the quality is there, freshness is out in the open as you see workers prep through the glass. The staff at this location is so efficient and friendly. DON'T BE deterred by the long lines they move quickly. Important things to remember: 1. Cash and credit accepted 2. Small location limited seating 3. If you don't plan on eating it right away separate it. 4. Always ask for the extra side of dressing to dip the yummy bread they give you. 5. If you want a side of avocado it's 1.25 and they will put it in a separate container with salt and a side of olive oil, if you want to eat it separate from the salad or mix in it to you're liking.

I did enjoy my lunch here, but like all healthy places, it was really expensive for what it was. I got the chicken pesto bowl and it was very good. Everything tasted fresh, but it wasn't a ton of food. I'm not sure that it's worth the price.

Ugh really annoyed. I usually have a good experience when ordering sweetgreen but this past time was horrible. I ordered my earth bowl salad (like usual) for pick up at the nearest sweetgreen. I went and picked it up and everything went smoothly until I got home to eat it. When I got home I opened up my salad, added my dressing, closed it back up and mixed it. I began to start eating it when all of a sudden I bit down on something hard. Let me add very hard where I thought I might break a tooth. I examined what I had just bit down on and it was a piece of quinoa. I figured oh well it must just be one piece of hard quinoa but no I was wrong. All the quinoa in my entire salad was hard and not cooked. The uncooked quinoa was so hard that when I took another bite I was afraid my tooth was going to break. At this point, I was already back at my apartment and it was past 8:30 PM so I was not going to walk back to sweetgreen to complain. I ended up having to throw the whole salad away and had no dinner. This experience was not only annoying but dangerous and I am glad that I didn't chip a tooth eating that uncooked quinoa. What a waste!

My review on sweetgreen is mostly based on my comparisons to Cava, Just Salad, and Chopt. All of these new spots have been popping up and gaining a lot of popularity. They are all perfect for refreshing lunches during work hours. And for the most part, they are all extremely similar. Nothing out of the ordinary makes any of these health-conscious fast food restaurants stand out from the rest. Nevertheless, they all have different brand names, and therefore different reputations. In my experience, sweetgreen is known to be a popular place for millennial girls who like to spin and yoga in NYC. That honestly has kept me away from this place for a while. Places like chopt and just salad are purely the same thing, and sometimes I get these mixed up and call them "just chopt". In all honesty, based on my experience at sweetgreen, you can add this place to that "just chopt" mix as well. They are all the same! They offer the same type of lunch with a very similar customer experience: super long lines of office workers trying to get a quick bite. Based on this review, my conclusion on sweetgreen is that it is falls into a newly created homogenous category of fast food, and when i'm in the mood for that type of food, I couldn't care less if it's sweet chopt or just green.

I love this salad place as it has the best organic produce and the dressings are sublime. However, the past 4 times that I have ordered my salads here, I have had to wait at least 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up. Today, the mushrooms weren't ready. Last time, it took the staff 30 minutes to replenish the arugula. I am downgrading this particular location because I didn't get one apology thus far. Still, I love the salads at this business, but the timeliness of service is severely lacking. Perhaps management should hire more people so customers don't have to wait 30 minutes for a salad to be tossed.

Chicken pesto parm. This is the first time i ordered from this location thru their apps during covid-19. I don't know what happened with my order today. Are they running out of the ingredients and still accepting online order?? Normally you will get everything beyond the yellow line but in this location you only get beyond red line (it was like half portion than you would normally get). Don't waste your money if you can't order in person in this location.

Why isnt there a sweetgreen in queens?? Can we get one in forest hills???? I used to go to school near a sweetgreen and it was the best but a little pricy as a student. Now i live in queens and actually have a job but have no salad places anywhere as decent as sweet green.

Good service, healthy food. Walked in for the first time today, recommended for a tasty healthy meal. I had the Shroomami. Memorable mixture of flavors. Simple/clean atmosphere, friendly crew.

We ordered delivery, both salads came without dressing and someone had eaten the bread from my bowl and thrown the crust back inside. Horrible! Can't even get in touch with customer service or the store for assistance.

It's only every few years that I'll take the time to write a review and i found my experience at sweetgreen yesterday -- the wonderful service, never mind the usual yumminess -- was worth noting: The guys behind the counter were training a new employee and so, with me and all my questions alongside the trickiness of "mask & plexiglass communication," things could easily have gotten garbled. But instead, these guys were pure grace: pure NYC grace. They were SO patient and kind with the new guy, and with me, and went above and beyond to make both my travels down the choices-line AND the resulting Custom Bowl absolutely **perfect.** May sound a little gushy, but .... that shit really IS good-medicine: good for the heart, good the mind, even.....yes, good for the digestion. But what really clinched it ??? As i sat with my utterly deelish warm bowl [rice + quinoa over arugula --- add shaved carrots + perfectly not-toooo-spicy spicy broccoli + halved mini tomato + portobello -- dressed with a combo of their pesto-vinaigrette + miso-sesame-ginger (yummmmz)] and a slice of hearty/yummy bread..... what clinched the deal was the grace one particular employee showed to theeee most subtly rude, DiSgracefully dismissive couple who brought to and through the line their own toxic recipe of bitch&moan undertone. It was that flat, riiight there under the surface, oh-i'm-so-exhausted to have-to-even-ask WHYyy-you're-out-of-avocado, eye-roll-y kinda way. [Ooooo i SO wanted to say "hey lady .... it's Sunday, late afternoon, 2022 in nyc, in a fast-food-heath-food joint. Hmmm, gee, "no avocado left?" ....i wonder. But, damn, sarcasm is cheap.] But that was just the beginning. The woman and her poisonous tone began traveling down the choice-line -- with her husband, with his own, um, "subtle" tone of dismissiveness following hers closely. Still, the graceful dudes behind the line took great care to be of service -- one dude even offering the husband (whose glasses were fogging up as he was trying to read the menu while masked) a proper glasses-wipe which the "man" soooo very rudely declined. Ugh, such poor, poor poor poor manners -- that poor, rude thing. It devastates the Heart, how people can be so subtly rude and dismissive, and then even jab it in with such a cutting response to good, thoughtful (full -of-thought) service. It's a weaponizing of sorts -- subtle emotional violence. Hurtful: full of hurt. I have to wonder, when would putting out such bad vibes be deemed "appropriate" in any way? Why the utter opposite of simple/basic "Manners-101?" This couple was the embodiment of "anti-kindness" with their bringing of subtle/entitled/oh-I'M-so-bored&exhausted-being-here + youuu-are-either-dismissible-or-invisible, depending-on-my-needs" vibe. But alas, there **was​​​​​** a gentleman behind the counter: he rang them up, never having missed a beat of his own gracefulness, and presented them their order. With another genuinely sweet tone he noted the adjacent counter and its generous supply of handle-bags should they need one, and then -- again, very kindly -- thanked-them-very-much. 100% grace. They? They did not respond in kind. Not even close. With the antithesis of kindness they offered????.... simply no response whatsoever. As if he didn't exist. What's the **opposite** of infusing kindness + good-medicine to a moment or a place??... jabbing poisonousness + toxic presence? Anti-Kindness. That's what that couple brought in :(:( Yet, on the contrary, inside of 3-4 minutes the sweetgreen guys offered care, attention, perfect service, and a LLLLLot of patience WHICH i daresay was the ultimate in generosity, all things considered. They were truly perfect, perfect gentlemen. And then eeeeven after the couple LEFT (!!!!), the gentleman who had rung them up said, still with a kind and gentle tone.... "That lady so seemed 'off ' didn't she?... hmmm, yeah well maybe she was just having a bad day." Gosh, I sooo would have liked to have thought so. Yet sadly, the subtlety of that behavior is a cultivated one. A low, sad and sorry cultivation. He was right too, though: yep, they sure were "off" -- brackish to say the least, and the air was clearer upon their departure. Anyway, if you're still reading this: (1) hello:):) and (2) let's strive always to be "gentle-persons," like the gentlemen behind the counter that day at sweetgreens on 71st & 1st. (And let us also strive always to NOT be like that couple -- no matter the kinds of days we're having.) AND ....... ohmygod YUM: my warm CustomBowl was sooooo fKnnnnn GOOD !!!!.... And 'twas unable to be soured... thanks, that is, to the gentlemen at sweetgreen.

My boyfriend and I had the hot honey chicken bowl and Caesar salad here on 11/13/21, picking up around noon. We both got extremely sick from eating these, most likely food poisoning. A week later, we are still sick and recovering slowly. I also found several hairs in my salad that were definitely not mine or his as they had different texture and length from ours. So disgusting.

Update: I came back after months of not going. I regret it. My $14 bowl was half empty. I'm officially done with sweetgreen.

I always see these long lines around lunch time. having never tried it; we decided to get 2 salads from their upper Eastside location on 84th st. My husband ordered them on his mobil and picked them up on his way home -very convenient. We opened the containers and noticed they were only half full; and we ordered extra chicken which they charge you for but there was barely any chicken. We ordered kale salads but it came half kale / half romaine. Pretty disappointed to say the least. No more over priced salads for me.

I have been a regular showing up at sweetgreen ever since I was introduced to this absolutely fantastic salad place by my friend. However one issue I always encountered at this renown salad place was that they always ran out of ingredients. Have ordered curry cauliflower salad many times since its debut, and one time missing quinoa while the other time the hot chickpea. Completely understood that sg is as popular as I could imagine and keeping inventory at a right level could be tough; yet I always think about sg as the perfect place on earth, so simply hope that it can be flawless on every single aspect. Still by far my favorite favorite place on this planet, and I cannot think of any place else being even close.

I was so excited to go to Sweetgreen in NYC for the first time after having finally tried it while away in Boston for a few days, and absolutely falling in love with the salads I got while in Boston. However, I was so let down that I may not want to try any other NYC Sweetgreen locations. Maybe some other NYC locations are different, but this UES one was SO STINGY with the salad toppings! There was barely anything on my salad. I got the exact same salad while I was in Boston and it filled me up and tasted amazing, such that I didn't even need to use any salad dressing there. The toppings themselves were flavorful and plentiful enough on their own. But when I got the exact same salad at this UES location, not only did I have to use some dressing to give my salad some flavor, I was literally hungry again within 10 minutes because there were hardly any toppings. For the amount of money I paid, I could have gotten something better and more filling somewhere else. So, no thanks, Sweetgreen. I wanted to like you more, especially since your app makes it so easy to put together a salad and order it ahead of time and set up a pick-up time, but I can't spend $10+ on a "lunch" that is going to require me to eat something else to fill me up.

I have never had a problem with this location. I normally order only and then pick up - it's always been ready and accurate. The times I have stood in line, it's usually during a rush of people so the line is often long but the staff do the best to keep it moving. And by best, I mean sometimes they don't measure what they put in and just throw in large amounts of the items, to my benefit! Overall, I have no complaints about this locations other than I wish sweetgreen wasn't so expensive :(

Terrible terrible service. I stood in line for ~25 minutes and ordered online while I stood in line to see which one would be faster. When it was my turn to order in person, I let them know that I've placed an order online and asked if they could make my order since I'm already in line anyway. The staff member told me "depends how many orders are in front of you" in a very rude way even though my order should've been ready for pickup anyway within the next few minutes. He went to check the system and just printed out my order and told me someone else was making it. She was clearly making someone else's bowl and he told her to make mine. However she left the bowl there to do something else, 5 minutes have passed by and she still hasn't made my bowl. Meanwhile the original staff member who was supposed to be helping me didn't address my order at all. I'm not sure why he couldn't just make my order since I'm already there in line. Instead, i had to wait over 30 minutes in person today and people way behind me in line were being helped. I'm thrown off by the lack of customer service in this situation and hope this location improves.

My first time here and everyone was so friendly. I did the build your own salad and added almost everything they had and still came to under $20 and it was worth every penny. Quality ingredients and I feel like I got my daily needed amount of vegetables in one sitting .. cheers to that with this amazing blueberry basil drink. So delicious will definitely be back.

Pretty awful. Inedible from salt. Whole thing went to garbage. Dirty place. Gloves used for picking up stuff with hand and punching the register.
