They charge the tiny topping which ask to put a little bit to taste at 0.65 dollars each item extra. It’s not cheap to taste a bit per each , coz me 17.95 for a quick lunch , very tiny scoop and taste so so. I am new here and try to taste a bit, end up by charging me extra for tiny food particle for each 0.65 on top of the base price. Not a friendly staffs , they just charge everything extra extra . Parking 1.5 dollar per hour pay at public.

I ordered from Uber Eats, and they didn't include the numerous additions that I PAID for, including important items like chicken. I wouldn't have ordered this at all if it weren't going to include protein, so now I'm being charged $20 for a salad that is not what I ordered nor what I consider a sufficient meal since it has no protein. Pay better attention to make sure you get orders right.

Walked here so didn’t have to worry about parking. It’s only street parking and it can be hard to find. There are plenty of seats outside and inside. Inside has a very home-y feeling and matches the theme with tons of plants all over. It is quite loud (one of the employees was preparing ingredients and kept banging on something and noticed it drew attention to her. I don’t blame her for doing her job but it was pretty loud) inside. I noticed they have outlets all over for people to study or work but not sure how much you can get done if you are sensitive to noise (there was a radio going off playing good music but it was competing with the store speakers that was playing something else). The employees were friendly and made the order quick (and i was very impressed they mixed the salad for me after applying the dressing. That was super helpful cause usually I make a mess not having proper tools like the tongs she used). I ordered the chicken + brussels bowl and it was delicious and filling! The bowl is huge and i loves the ingredients like the cut up apples and sweet potatoes. My husband ordered the miso salmon and the sauce is amazing!! However, it was ridiculous how small the amount of food was given for the price of $16 and considering mine was $14 with a much larger portion. We would come back though cause there are many other flavors we want to try. It is healthy and filling. I just wish they had garlic sauces like other places offer.

This is a pretty nice Sweetgreen location, especially the façade that seems to show that it was once a theater with an art deco style marquee. The employees are very hard working, as when I came, they were hustling away at making takeout orders. My go to salad is the crispy rice, which is always great. The bread could use an upgrade, without having to make me pay more for the fancier focaccia option. The space is large, well lit, and with plenty of seating inside and outside. It’s a great lunch stop to keep things light and healthy, but not sacrificing flavor. 🤌🏼🥗

Google
I love going to this sweetgreens! The bowls are amazing and the ingredients are super fresh. I usually get a custom bowl made. The only complaint I have with this place is their portion size — sometimes it can be ridiculously small, and they don’t really add anything “extra”. Also the app doesn’t allow you to swap too many ingredients (more than 3) if you try to customize a premade bowl. But overall, staff is friendly and the food is super fresh!

Google
Usually love sweetgreen but this location was very disappointing tonight. Got the same things we usually order. I didnt know any of this until I got home but my salad was missing the dressing, had rice which it shouldn’t, chicken had an unusual texture and the bread was very stale. Got a bowl as well neither tasted good. If you look at the picture. These were also in the bowl. Just shows you the low effort or care that went into it Complete waste of money.

Google
This was my first time ordering from this sg location, I’m honestly normally not a huge fan of sg in general because I find the dressings and toppings very salty and the prices a little high, especially for vegan options. But I am currently sick and really needed something healthy and nourishing. FYI - there are more and better (and cheaper!) vegan options available through the app! I ordered a custom green goddess salad with cashew dressing and it was SO so good - and it was only $12.40. I’m so grateful this location exists!

Google
Tried a salad from Sweetgreen for the first time and was extremely disappointed! I ordered the Fish Taco and the arugula was so dirty and there was a big bug. I reached out to customer service and the response I received was that they order from a vendor that triple washes the produce. If that’s what triple washed looks like I don’t ever want it! Also that they are farm to table so bugs are to be expected which threw me off. Needless to say I’m good! Won’t be returning.

Yelp
I was so excited to try Sweetgreen after seeing TikTok videos of people enjoying what looked like the most healthy, delicious salads ever! I finally made it out on a Sunday afternoon and ordered the Chicken Parm Salad from their menu. The staff member who helped me was very friendly, and it's clear that the team does a great job keeping the restaurant clean and inviting. The salad itself was good...Honestly, nothing as amazing as the TikTok videos made it seem (lol). The main reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because I ended up with a really bad stomach ache after eating here. Update: I originally left a 3-star review because my first visit wasn't great, and I wasn't sure Sweetgreen was for me. However, their customer service reached out to me with genuine care and made sure to address my concerns. That kind of effort and attention really impressed me.

Yelp
i fear only sweetgreeens can cure my cravings for salad. the food here is always so yummy and consistent. i usually order the crispy rice bowl, but i got a custom bowl this time because i wanted to get sweet potatoes instead of carrots! the spicy cashew sauce is sooooo unmatched! i love it so much. the service was quick and easy. the ambiance is also so modern and so clean. i love this place!

Yelp
Sweetgreen is a similar dining style to chipotle where you line up and choose your type of bowl - salad, protein, a premade style, etc. and you can choose your toppings/add ons, etc. They give you a free slice of bread as well. This location has indoor and outdoor seating. I've tried their salmon, chicken avocado, and garlic steak bowls and all were delicious. Of their sides, I've tried the sweet potatoes and ripple fries. Both were good, but I think I like the sweet potatoes better. Tried the Ghia Le Ginger Spritz, didn't expect the fresh ginger grated inside, but it was good and not too sweet.

Yelp
Ordered this for lunch and I will definitely get it again. I ordered via Grubhub and my driver delivered it quickly but the food was a bit cold. I scheduled my order ahead of time for a later time and maybe it was made too early? Even though I wasn't able to get the order fresh I would definitely go back to try it in store. One thing I would change is asking for extra sweet potato because they were delicious and the sauce that comes with it.

Yelp
My eldest daughter and I were at Pasadena for a Yelp event. Prior to the event, we wanted to have a light dinner. We parked at Pasadena Plaza and walked about one block to find the restaurant of choice because I didn't want to be too far from the event. Nothing came to mind on the way to the end of the block, but on our way back we found sweetgreen. Funny, I've walked on Colorado Blvd in the past and never noticed them until that night. We didn't know what exactly is their food specialty, but we love sweet and we like green so why not give them a chance to intrigue us so here we are. The restaurant front door is deep inside with ample tables and chairs on the outside available for dining. Maybe that's why I never noticed them. Anyway, they weren't too busy at the time. Inside was very bright with decent bench seating. They have a water station which is the perfect drink of choice to compliment a healthy meal. Restrooms are available. Their specialty is bowls, salads, and protein plates. Adequate number of protein, veggie, and grain choices. You can build your own starting at a base price and you add on ingredients for additional costs. Or you may try one of their very own chef crafted and inspired creations. Btw, proteins, veggies, and grains are cooked in 100% extra virgin oil and avocado oil... now that's the way to do it! We at first got the Miso Glazed Salmon thinking it was enough for the both of us. It wasn't that big of a plate unfortunately. So we ended up also getting the BBQ Chicken Salad. The lady behind the ingredients station was very nice, patient, and helpful. I probably asked a lot more questions than the usual customer. Thank you miss! For both of our plate and salad, the ingredients were very fresh. I can taste the quality, freshness, and lightness in every bite. Salmon slab was a tad small IMHO. Wild rice was light and delicious. Veggies were cooked to perfection. Ripple fries + garlic aioli were amazing, but fries weren't hot and crispy. Probably they have been sitting there a while... will have to get them again when they are hot or at least warm. Tortilla chips in my salad, now that's a first for me... it worked very well. Love it! The slice of sourdough bread that comes with each entree was good. All the sauces were very tasty and complimented the entree nicely. I will definitely come back here for more healthy meals now that I know they are here. Thank you sweetgreen for staying true to your craft in serving healthy and delicious foods! Funny, Tender Greens is across the street from sweetgreen. Who has the better greens? LOL

Yelp
I like this location. Stella that works there helped me make the yummiest make-your-own for less than 12 dollars. It's in a pretty building and the staff and ingredients are great :)

Yelp
This is my go to for when I'm feeling lazy for dinner and don't want to feel completely unhealthy! I've been here more times than I can count and I have never had a bad experience here! Service is always quick and friendly and the interior/exterior are always clean and well kept. I had their steak once and I wasn't the biggest fan but their chicken is really yummy, and veggies are always so fresh! I enjoy seeing all the locally sourced products that they use on the sign in the dining area! If you haven't been I highly recommend you trying it, and if you're already a Sweetgreen fan this is a solid location!

Yelp
Sweetgreen offers a variety of ways to build a delicious salad. SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS. The ambiance is okay. It felt kinda like a healthy fastfood vibe. Almost like a salad chipotle. Nothing crazy or special. The service was okay. It was my first time going to sweetgreen and nobody greeted me or helped me figure out that I was supposed to order chipotle style until about 5 minutes in though I was the only person there. I was very confused, but not confrontational enough to say anything. Eventually someone asked if I had been helped and when I said no she got someone to help me and explained how sweetgreen works. (I'm not from this area, we don't have a place like this where I live- wish we did though bc great food). The girl who did help me was very helpful and explained everything to me. I wish I got her name. Shout out to her for her patience. Overall, would return. The meal is enough for two meals, huge portions.

Yelp
Sweet green is honestly my favorite place to get a salad. Yes, $20 ish for a salad is insane which is the only reason this is not a 5/5 review. However, the salad portions here are HUGE and sometimes I want a salad and don't want to pay for a million ingredients for one meal. I have been eating here for at least the past three years and I have never had a bad experience. The dressings here are also very good and I like you can customizes the bowls in different ways depending on what your diet is.

Yelp
I'm an avid salad eater. I can literally eat it morning, noon, and night if left to my own vices. I was excited when Sweetgreens made their West Coast debut and now they are more readily available in SoCal to visit. It's the Chipotle style of service where you meet your Salad Angel (not their official title), but that's what I'm calling them and they ask you how they can make your day exceptional. My exceptional day at Sweetgreens is the Hummus Crunch Salad where I get to make so many substitutions that the old-timer Angels basically tell me I just made a Green Goddess salad (RIP from the OG menu) and yes, that's what I'm basically doing. The dressings are so tasty here, especially the green gooddess dressing. I also cannot say no to the bread. Their miso salmon or blacken chicken are also the stand out proteins for me. Indoor and outdoor. Seating available. Parking is by street and can be difficult.

Yelp
So the very definition of disappointment could be summed up by ordering the limited-time Korean steak bowl from sweetgreen. After seeing a few "influencer" videos about the bowl, it set us up for a major craving and we ran out to satisfy it. If you see my pics, the first one is a screen shot of the bowl in one of the videos. The beef looks juicy and plentiful as if straight from a Korean BBQ joint. What we received in reality was maybe a small spoonful of cold, very very dry/tough unflavored bit of beef. It was quite awful tasting and the amount they gave was not in line with the near $20 price tag per bowl (after taxes). On top of all that, the sauce was way too sweet and did not have any remnants of gochujang that you would expect in something described as "Korean". It was more like a tangy South Carolina BBQ sauce. On top of all that, there was hardly any rice in it and an over abundance of cucumbers so the balance was way off. I give them two stars for the fresh vegetables and cool ambience (it's in a former movie theater space) but the bowl as a whole gets nothing (except utter disappointment of course).

Yelp
One of my to-go places for some healthy easy dinner. Their app is good with filtering out the allergens such as gluten and dairy which I'm intolerant to. And you can also substitute with other items if you don't like the items in any bowl or plate. Just note the price difference when you're trying to substitute with different items. There are some comparable items that will be same $ but some others will be extra. Also - if you're ordering in the store; you can ask them which one will be same price. Some of my favorites are Crispy Rice Bowl and the Shroomami (with tofu). Sometimes I order the fish taco bowl if I'm craving some salmon. App time track is pretty good and they're always letting you know if your order is not ready yet. Staff is pretty good with cleaning as it's open kitchen and you can see they usually always try to keep the counter and serving area clean. Love their ripple fries but I actually love the pickled ketchup even more. Wish their parking situation is much easier as the area is not forgiving at all with the parking and maybe this matter is something that Sweet Green can look into so customers can go there more often and not have to worry about parking.

Yelp
I love going here when I want a healthy ans quick lunch to eat. And something in my budget as well. Love the location and the workers there.

Yelp
GOOD & GOOD 4 YOU! THE FOOD Seriously amazing. Fresh salad ingredients and the DRESSINGS ARE LITERALLY INCREDIBLE!! HOW IT WORKS It's like Chipotle but for salads :) The service is fast and easy. AMBIANCE Tons of seating. Very casual. Check it out!
google avatar

Yelp
I absolutely love sweetgreen! I always create my own bowl and get the lime cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette dressing and it's delicious-- tangy and spicy! I tried the new caramelized garlic steak and it was very tender and well seasoned. I definitely recommend if you like steak. The service is pretty fast as it is scooped right in front of you as you order. The workers move pretty fast and I never have to wait too long even when it's peak lunch hours. There is also an order online option for fast and easy pick up. Parking is a bit hard to find sometimes as it is all street parking in a busy area. Might have to park a bit further and walk.

Yelp
Finally tried sweetgreen couple of weekends ago and was pleasantly surprised. It is fast-casual "higher-end Chipotle" as my husband called it, lol. It can be quite daunting to order, but just know you can ask questions! I'd skip the roasted chicken next time because it was super dry. I got the Chicken Pesto Parm, and you are able to substitute any ingredient you don't want for something else - though there may be a surcharge depending on the ingredient. I didn't want the breadcrumbs, but I can't remember what I substituted instead. I enjoyed my Pesto Parm salad very much, minus the chicken. Hubby created his own bowl. If you ask for the sauces on the side, they will not toss. If you order w/ sauces mixed, they'll ask if you want them to toss/mix for you. My one gripe is their water machine is super slow. Open indoor space with a few tables and booths, and a few tables outside as well (dog friendly from what I saw). Parking is either street parking, or you can pay & park at Target nearby.

Yelp
Finally got around to trying Sweet Green. I watched the CEO talked about the company on CNBC. I read the 10K annual report filed to the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission). I purchased 10 shares of their stock. When I walked in, I noticed the place was super clean. The building used to be a United Artists movie theater. Over the years, businesses have come and gone. Now Sweet Green operates from there. I ordered the Honey Mustard Chicken protein plate. It includes quinoa, sweet potatoes, carrots and purple cabbage slaw and chicken. It was a lot of delicious food on the plate. The service was great. Once I placed my order, my food was ready in 2 minutes. DJ's rating; 4.55/5.00 Would I come back? Yes.
google avatar

Cece J.

Yelp
Wish there was consistency with this place, as I love Sweetgreen. One week the dressing's on point and the next week it's super runny and lacking in flavor. Not sure if there's someone new making the dressings, but if the dressing's not made right, it ruins the salad.
google avatar

Stephanie C.

Yelp
On a "health" kick! First time I went was after the gym with my daughter. The bowls were so big, we shared a hot honey chicken plate. Delicious! I went a few days later to introduce my gym rat trainer. We got the garlic steak dish. He's in love with this place too! First time I went, I rushed thru the line so I didn't hold up anybody. But before I went the 2nd time, I researched everything they had. The lady the 2nd time was so helpful and assisted me thru the whole line! I had so many questions! I will be back to try other items! Even signed up on the app for discounts and notifications!
google avatar

Icey H.

Yelp
Salads are amazing! Service is friendly and fast! Restrooms are clean. The inside decor is earthy and nice. My favorite is the "harvest bowl" or the "guacamole greens." But you can customize the salads anyway you want or build your own. Great place!
google avatar

Niree S.

Yelp
I love love love Sweetgreens! It's a lovely build your own salad restaurant with lots of yummy toppings. I like to customize my own salad and my favorite toppings are the spicy broccoli and crispy rice! I recommend ordering online through their app if you plan to visit during the lunch rush because the lines tend to get very long! It's definitely not a viable lunch option on the daily due to its steep prices ($16) but so good once a week! The workers are pretty nice and they have an ice and water fountain. If you get the chance, try their hot sweet potato side! So good!
google avatar

Mandy C.

Yelp
The food came looking nothing like the picture shown. The steak was rock hard. The rice was hard. There's absolutely no flavor. I will definitely not order from this place anymore.

Matthew D.

Yelp
They have successfully messed up my order the last 3 times I've been. They often don't include your focaccia bread but still charge you for it. You can't call the store and talk to an actual human so you are stuck driving all the way back or losing $40 on a salad. I highly suggest going to a different location. They clearly are lost here.
google avatar

Kylie C.

Yelp
Was there Sat night at 8:20pm for late stop for a bite. Food was fine. It was relatively quiet due to time of the day but there were steady customers coming in. Such a odd customer service. All the tables were dirty and I asked Employee that all the tables were dirty and she said oh we're gonna close soon so we're gonna clean them all at the end. We are also noticed a napkin dispensers are out and asked for some napkins instead of handing us the napkins she filled a napkin dispenser and had us wait so that we can pull from the dispenser. Not a big deal just odd. Close the 9 o'clock they still had one more hour before they close but everyone in the kitchen seems to be preparing for a shutdown rather than making sure that the restaurant was ready for customers
google avatar

Yolanda S.

Yelp
Not a bad choice if you want something light and healthy, we opted for guacamole green and MOD CHICKEN PES (warm bowl), both were alright. The biggest complaint would be the portions, they were only half bowl full and had just a few pieces of chicken. Not really enough for dinner though. Good thing everything was crispy and fresh!
google avatar

Diana O.

Yelp
quality has been in decline for awhile but this is the last straw...tried the new kbbq menu and should've known better. rice was a tiny portion in addition to being stale as hell. meat was pale, dry, and flavorless, pickled cabbage was nearly white... all the individual components were garbage quality and i can't believe they charge $18 for this. most offensive disparity between what you think you're getting and what you actually receive. I'm even more disappointed in Cote, an excellent restaurant I went to months after it opened in NY and had an epic, incredible meal. if their "Michelin flavors" have any footprint, I couldn't tell you where. it's a bastardization of a place I held in high regard. I guess everyone has to cash in these days.
google avatar

Yelp
Ambiance: loved the green tile decor and high ceilings Service: quick and helpful Food: yummy but not as fresh as I expected (eg salmon) but overall yummy!

Yelp
Probably my favorite salad spot of all time. Workers are always friendly. The Harvest Bowl is my go to.

Yelp
I am literally writing this as I cry about how badly the craving is. It had been a minute since I've had sweetgreen. I also have not given enough credit to the one so happily placed in old town Pasadena taking over such a unique old theater looking venue. Though I do not always write on chains, I really wanted to after that miso salmon bowl this location whipped up for me... With a few personal choice add-ons, of course. Now enough of the small talk and onto the order! Got the Miso Glazed Salmon from one of their protein plate options. If you're a salmon-lover, trust me on this one. The pickled onions were perfectly vinegary and a great pop of color and crunch along the crispy onions and juicy bite of cucumber. Spicy cashew and avocado added in the right amount of creaminess with crispy rice and seasoned mushrooms worthy add ons. All on top of some nori and white rice for $17? Honestly, its my weekly dream meal if I wasn't on such a student budget. For now, it's one of those treat yourself meals when cooking and washing dishes feels absolutely draining. My mouth is salivating every time I reimagine having this meal. My partner's bowl was made by him which consisted of steak, kale, sweet potatoes and quite a few mixed in ingredients that surprisingly came together in a delicious bite. Somehow this was one of those spots we wished we made a sooner go-to spot. The inside also was very modern and the woman serving us complimented us for good taste. Clearly, I could imagine her saying that to any customer but I did let this comment sink in a little because that first bite of my bowl was more delicious than I expected. You have no idea how much I wish I could teleport this meal to myself whenever I feel down from a long day, if I got out of finally getting to squeeze in a workout class, or if I just needed a quick date spot with my favorite person. Okay, enough words... I'm due for another ASAP!

Yelp
Honestly overhyped and overpriced salad fast casual restaurant. Yes the salads taste good, but with a couple extra toppings, salads total up to $17 or more minus a drink. Yes fresh ingredients but that's a necessity and given for a salad venue lol. Customer service is average, not super welcoming but they're efficient in getting you rung up and ready to eat your salad.
google avatar

Kimberly C.

Yelp
I've ordered numerous times thru Uber. The food has always been so good but on 5/29/25 the food was terrible. First, the order placed thru uber was 30 min late. I'm okay with that but the food that arrived was not the same quality I experienced previously. The miso salmon salad was dry, the red onions were not pickled, the cucumbers were not seasoned. The carmelized steak salad was cold and flavorless. I hope everything is okay with sweet green. I relied on SG for a good, healthy take out meal.
google avatar

Denise M.

Yelp
12:45 checked in. Waiting in a long long line for an over priced salad. But this place is super good. But for the life of me I can't understand why at lunch rush only two or 3 salad makers tops. I come here often and love love the food but today they are missing the mark. If I didn't have to fight parking I would leave. Please SW staff your Pasadena location during 12-2 with additional salad makers. The servers are friendly and food tastes great but they need help to be more efficient for those of us who love the healthy-ish options and vibe here.

Yelp
As a semi consistent patron, I'm incredibly torn by continuing to support this business. The past several visits have resulted in incorrect orders, either missing an ingredient or not replacing one as requested. I've even stopped pre-ordering for pickup to help avoid these errors. Most recently I decided to go in-person and order to-go. When I got home and started eating, I realized the dressing was completely missing from my meal. I avoid staring uncomfortably as someone prepares my order, so I'd averted my attention to looking at drinks as they were finishing up. I didn't realize I'd need to pay more attention, even in person. The bread I received was stale as well, which ended up in the compost bin. It's possible there are staffing issues as inattentiveness usually speaks to burnout. But it's becoming more difficult to justify the consistent mistakes I keep encountering, especially when it's a pricey salad with an expected tip payment on top. I've tried to let each incident go assuming it was a one off, but it's now become too common.

Yelp
If you want healthy, this spot is for you! Has all the right ingredients to make a vegan, vegetarian, meat lover salad, wrap, or bowl! You can build you own meal or order on of their special combinations Now for the food! Hummus Crunch 8/10: YUM! I believe this is vegan friendly (from the ingredients) even gluten free if you order without the bread! This salad was so good, but was missing a bit more sauce! Overall great spot for my health nuts out there! The ambiance is modern & have lots of sitting inside & outside.

Yelp
I really like the concept of this fresher type of fast food. There are plates to choose from or one can customize their own plate with a base containing quinoa and/or greens, protein options such as chicken or salmon, and plenty of condiments to enhance the flavor. The location is clean and well-maintained. One goes up to a team member and begins to make their order. Personnel are very friendly here, they always greet with a smile and make their patrons feel welcome.

Yelp
First time here and what a cute simple place, kinda difficult to locate from the street because the signage font isn't the easiest to read and there's a tree blocking the view. Once you get inside, it's cute like maybe an old movie theater front, I was greeted by Brianna and she was so patient with me and helpful! I really appreciated her patience and customer service! She offered options and explained how the whole process works. Fast forward let's get to the good part, the food was sooo tasty! Very fresh and the dressings are top tier to set off the bowls! Today I got the autumn harvest, I'm heating this is seasonal? But should definitely stay on the menu...just saying! All in all a great place and I'll be back :)

Yelp
A great place for a fresh, healthy, and casual dining. They offer a wide array of salads, bowls, and seasonal items that are very nutritious and delicious. Ordered the garlic steak plate which was simple yet flavorful. The steak, sweet potatoes, broccoli, tomatoes, and rice were complimented well with the pesto dressing. A great selection of ingredients which allows you to customize your meal to your liking. The portions are substantial and generous as well. The interior of this location was very open, spacious, and clean. Overall, perfect for a quick, convenient, and healthy food option.

Yelp
Very disappointed with my order. I got the caramelized garlic steak bowl and first of all the bowl is half the size the usual one. I'm not sure when they changed this but I've been to sweet green for years and it's the first time I got the thin bowl, or more like plate... AND the plate was not even half full. It's half the amount of what I've always get. The wild rice was super hard and could not chew and the beef was not fresh. For that little amount and the quality not being good it was totally not worth the $20 and I am very disappointed with this place.

Yelp
I tried sweet greens for the first and I will say the food was delicious. But the customer service I received from the employee that had made my food was unacceptable she had a major attitude like she didn't want to be there she just threw the stuff in the bowl that I was getting and rudely threw the sauce in the bowl. She wasn't welcoming at all. The place was really nice, clean and quiet. I will go back but I hope the customer service will be a lot better. I gave sweet greens 5 stars but the customer service was a 1 star for I was very disappointed.

Yelp
This place is good, attractive decor, tasty food. Service is usually spartan. It's not the cheapest place but it's healthy and tasty. The portions are not large, so if you are hungry, maybe be aware of that. I come here infrequently but it's a good place for a salad that's healthy and can comply with things like Whole30, etc.

Yelp
I stopped by for lunch last week on a lunch break. It was my first time dining inside. Reminds me of another chain restaurant, but better in quality. There was only one person working at the front so there is a bit of a wait despite the restaurant not being busy. I ordered a Bowl "Chicken Pesto Parm" and sub quinoa for white rice. I also got a can of sparkling water with this meal. The employee was friendly and made me feel welcomed. I can't wait to come back again and try other options they have! Not sure about parking since I walked over.

Yelp
Was in the area and looking for something healthier! We got the guac salad and everything salad! Really pleased with both options. It was good size, nicely dressed and filled us up. Not too too many toppings but nice and balanced. Everything was packed nicely to go. One thing I wish the bread was toasted, it's a bit heavy and plain so would be nicer crispy like a flatbread. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area!

Yelp
I absolutely love sweetgreen. I order it about once a week and their food is tasty and the staff is friendly. With that, it's IMPOSSIBLE to reach the restaurant to speak with someone, which is so frustrating. The text messaging option is useless. The app doesn't allow me to order a specific item ingredient on the side, so I thought I'd just omit it and call in to clarify that I just wanted it on the side. Unfortunately reaching a human is impossible and I'm stuck with a delivery that is not how I wanted it. Not sure if anyone reads these reviews...it's so frustrating. Otherwise, this is my typical go-to for lunch. Best if you order in person, as you're limited on modifications on the app.

Yelp
This was my first time at sweetgreen and I had no expectations coming in. We were looking for something healthy to eat and we were able to find this place on Yelp. Coming here, the location was spacious, bright lighting and modern decor with plants everywhere. The food they offer here is not something we usually go out to eat but feeling like not cooking today, we decided to give this a try. So what the food here is that it is mainly fancy salad with warm rice or warm quinoa (if you want). They have Create your own (similar to Chipotle) but there are also bowls that are created by the company (perfect for indecisive people like me). I ordered the Crispy Rice Bowl and although it was a busy time where they were out of a lot of ingredients, they were helpful in informing me as well as letting me substitute items they were out of. The Crispy Rice Bowl tasted great, the sauce however was a bit spicy for me. I would come back here to try the other bowls. They seem to be a popular place. Overall, I would recommend giving this place a try.

Yelp
Expensive due to the price for portion size. I do really love being able to customize my protein bowel. Herb chicken was moist and delicious. Tons of salad dressing choices to choose from. I loved he pesto dressing which tasted like a chimichurri vinaigrette. It would have been 5 stars except for the price.

Yelp
The staff are super friendly and food way better than expected! It was my first time going to sweet green so I was overwhelmed by the amount of options they had. They have the option to Create Your Own bowl which starts at $9.95. Their ingredients are pre made and they just scoop as they make your bowl. Think: Chipotle style! Since I am indecisive, I decided to go with their warm Harvest Bowl. They were low in stock for many of the items (reason why I took off a star). But it could be that I went in on a Monday evening at 7pm. Service was quick and friendly. There was a handful of people lining up for food as we were eating our food. When I asked for my Harvest Bowl, they told me that they ran out of rice so they asked me if I wanted to sub with quinoa instead. I agreed to sub with quinoa but as they were scooping it, I noticed they were scraping the pot for the last bits. The quinoa they scooped for me was only able to fill about a quarter of the spoon. :( They also told me that they ran out of roasted chicken so they asked if I wanted to replace it with blackened chicken. I got a peek at the blackened chicken and it seemed like it was just leftover pieces. So instead, I was able to get salmon to replace the roasted chicken! They were running low on salmon too but to my surprise, it was really hot still when I got it! First bite impressions: the bowl wasn't hot but the balsamic vinaigrette was a good balance of sour, tart, and sweet. The apples that were added in my Harvest Bowl were also a good addition. I had low expectations since it is just a salad after all... but after having tried sweet greens, I have a new perspective towards salads. This is the best salad I have ever had! It was also satiating and didn't leave me hungry afterwards. :) I was sad that my bowl didn't come with rice even when it was supposed to. When they came out with more rice, we asked the staff if it was possible to add rice to our bowls since we didn't get any because they ran out. The staff were all super friendly and they added rice for us! After the addition of rice, my bowl actually became a warm bowl! TIP: if they ran out of something, don't be afraid to approach the staff as they are all super friendly! If I didn't ask for the rice, I would've left unsatisfied. Overall a good first experience at sweet green!

Yelp
Walked here so didn't have to worry about parking. It's only street parking and it can be hard to find. There are plenty of seats outside and inside. Inside has a very home-y feeling and matches the theme with tons of plants all over. It is quite loud (one of the employees was preparing ingredients and kept banging on something and noticed it drew attention to her. I don't blame her for doing her job but it was pretty loud) inside.

Yelp
Ordered a buffalo CHICKEN salad and got just the buffalo salad. Looked at the receipt, it was marked off that they had put chicken in my salad but didn't. There are 2 different receipts that clearly say blackened chicken but the chicken is nowhere to be found. Tried reaching customer service and I've never had such a harder time to get this issue resolved. I traveled a good distance just to come to the Pasadena location because they always make my salads great in terms of portion. Also ordered an arugula chicken pesto parm. 1 point for actually having chicken. -1 point because there were hard stems littered in the leaves that my mom was scared to eat anymore after having choked on one.

Yelp
I come here about 3 times per month. Food is good and fresh and good pricing. I would like to see more efficiency on the bar when ordering to dine in. Seems like take out ordered are better expedited than you waiting. One big one is the water dispenser is poor. It took about 3 to 4 minutes to fill 2 cups of water.
