I visited Sweet Green after some shopping in the area for a fresh option as opposed to more of the same options. The ingredients are fresh and simple. I opted for the Caramelized Garlic Steak Bowl. The establishment is nice and I like the compostable plating and utensils they use. My one drawback were the dirty tables. However; once mentioned. Someone did come out to sanitize them. I just recently started going here ever since I switched to a RAW diet. Every salad I’ve had here has been amazing. The saLad 🥗 I had yesterday, however was the best saLad 🥗 I’ve ever had in Life. It was so fire 🔥 and delicious. It was made with Love, I could feel it with every bite. It was made by Makayla. She makes the best saLads 🥗 in aLL Creation.

Editing my review from my previous experience with this sweetgreens location. After a not so great experience with my last order, the location District Manager, Chris, reached out to me personally to apologize and ask to make it up to our team by providing lunch on them. I gave them a time and a date and they completely fulfilled my order as promised. Thank you to the team for making it right, our group appreciates it!

Terrible job at delivery orders. Ordered delivery twice always missing some ingredient. This time the shroomami bowl is missing the mushrooms and I paid for extra portion. Nothing!!! Can’t believe it. Horrible!

Delicious, refreshing, and kind. I got the autumn harvest bowl and the chicken avocado ranch bowl for my husband on a whim because the chick fil a next door was closed on a Sunday and am so glad I did! The ambiance is an airy chipotle vibe, having modest seating, an open view to where they prep the food and serve it. They have both refreshing and savory salads/bowls and you can make your own. The staff who helped me were very patient and considerate, being sure to let me know what they were out of before starting, asking if I was okay with the almonds in case I had an allergy, giving me options on amount of dressing, and even offering to mix the salad for me. Overall, I wish I had signed up for the rewards sooner and I hope to see more of these pop up!

I’m not one to write reviews but I felt it was necessary, this worker was so nice to me and personable and I hope her kindness pays off. She welcomed me when I walked in, listened and helped me fix a mistake with my food, (I said yes to regular when I didnt want onions) I’ve never been here and I didnt know how it worked and even when I messed up she helped me fix it. If I lived here I would come back xx Oh and the miso salmon was delicious!!!! Edit: the lady’s name was mykayla I think

Ordered takeout for my wife's birthday. They butcher her order, completely forgetting the steak. Tried to call to get a refund, HA! NOPE. Their phone system just throws you in a loop forcing you to go back to their website for "customer support". My food was undercooked with chunks of what were supposed to be roasted sweet potatoes. They were crunchy.

Just visited this location for the first time and was not impressed. One the customer service was lacking. Two, all of the cooked food (tofu, rice, yams, mushrooms, etc.) appeared to have been sitting for some time because everything was dried out. I paid $16 for a salad bowl with tofu and the tofu was hard as croutons. The goddess dressing also did not taste like the other locations I’ve been to. I tried to eat it but the entire bowl was a mess. The apples were mushy and the mushrooms were shriveled up so I returned for a refund. I was told that the refund process was difficult and I had to email corporate. I will say, she offered to remake the bowl with different items but even that was not fresh tasting. I asked for a receipt so that I can complete the process of requesting a refund but they explained that they had been having printing issues all day. Convenient. I can now see why the ratings are so low. It’s a salad bar, HOW are the reviews this bad?

I am a Cava girl through and through. However the new campaign captured my attention and here we are! Ordered the Ranch Baddie Bowl. It's good, knowing what I know now, I'd order an extra ranch dressing. Request less kale, there weren't any sweet potatoes (out of stock) which adds a sweet element - add another element. Just felt like all the other tasty items got lost a little with the kale. A good salad. My order was to go so I can't speak to service. Salad: 4.00

I was so excited when sweetgreen finally opened in Raleigh. However, the food quality here could be improved. The peaches (in the photo) are dull and looked a little old. I have also in the past felt that the sweet potatoes were a bit too salty. The service however is good. The team member that prepared my order was very kind. Overall, it's still a solid quick lunch.

We had Sweetgreen delivered tonight and it was quite good! The rosemary focaccia was delicious, the hummus was very good as well. I actually got a kids meal with grilled chicken and cucumbers, and it was good, perfect portion. We also ordered a miso salmon bowl and it was very good. The ingredients were fresh, the order was correct and everything was very well prepared. Would definitely eat here again.

Love how clean the restaurant is. Ordered ahead so I don't have to wait in line. The online ordering is super easy. My food was fresh and made correctly. Will be back!

The aesthetic in this place is super cute. As soon as you walk in, it feels clean. Now the food was mediocre. There are lots of options for your bowls or salads. Everything looked and tasted fresh but there was just nothing special about it. For the prices to be between $15-$20 for a single bowl, I would have hopped to get more food. There weren't many people there so the service was quick! This place is right next to Chick-fil-A in the North Hills shopping center. If you're lucky you can get a spot in the roundabout area, if not, I'd suggest one of the many other food spots.

New at north hills, the hot honey chicken bowl was very good! Also got the focaccia, which was very hard and stale. Also the line moves slowly but once you get through you are good to go!

Totally disappointing. Toppings were skimpy, greens were not fresh, one half full little tub of dressing. I had it delivered, so the greens could have been worse because of the transportation but that should not have affected the other issues. This was not a $19 salad. Never again.

This review is specific to ordering in-person. Quite simply: don't. Arrived on a Wednesday at 1pm; supposedly after the lunch rush, but there were eight people in front of me. With three workers behind the counter, I knew it would take a little time...but after 30 minutes I had to give up because I needed to get back to work. Why were they so slow? For most of the time, at least two of the employees were working on to-go orders. Frequently there would be no one helping walk-ins. Although...based on the facial expressions of the five or six people waiting for their takeout, those weren't being made particularly fast either. Which is also to say that there wasn't an unreasonable number of take-out orders either. I know this because I had plenty of time to count. Are my expectations here unreasonable? I don't think so. Consider Chipotle, which typically has 2-3 people on the assembly line too. It's about as much work to assemble your bowl at Chipotle as at SweetGreen, yet somehow Chipotle is able to complete a customer order in 1-2 minutes. Final note: a coworker stuck it out and got a salad bowl with chicken. When I asked him later how it was, he grimaced and said "not going back." So there's that too.

What couldn't improve?? The price for the food is actually a joke. I got the Kale Caesar salad with chicken.. babe. The chicken looked boiled with no seasoning. It was giving Miley Cyrus in her latex suit at the VMAs. The parmesan was so thick it looked like someone's uncle's thick toenail fungus. There was about 4 cherry tomatoes, and an entire bag of kale awfully chopped. The only thing that wasn't awful was the dressing but it definitely wasn't enough for the whole "salad." Essentially you're paying for a bag of kale & 1/4 cup of boiled chicken for 13 dollars.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. We ordered the glaze, Korean steak, salad and sweet potato that comes with a side of dressing. The "Korean steak" consisted of three small pieces that were less than a half an inch square, the "crispy" broccoli was wilted, the lettuce was wilted, and the sweet potato did not come with the requested side dressing. I called the store and they do not answer their phone. They have a bot voicemail that puts you in a never-ending loop. Thankfully, I got my money back from the online ordering service. Everyone can make a mistake and have a bad order, but the fact that you can't get a hold of anyone at the store by phone i shows that this is a corporation that doesn't really care about his customers.

Oh my gosh goodness gracious me oh my I love Sweetgreen so much already even though I've been there only one time I can't wait to go there soon had a grain bowl for lunch yesterday it was so good the sweet potatoes ah so very good yummy plus delicious I just had the autumn harvest bowl for the first time! Need to try their harvest bowl either next time or soon I also had their vintage cola near the pretty gorgeous stunning beautiful artwork it's so cute and adorable plus small and tiny I really liked their ambiance so much

The service at this location is awful. Rude employees. Multiple employees just chill in the back while they only have 1 making the bowls. Online ordering system has been out of service multiple times. Served us with frozen dressing too...

Tried following up per request by Management. E-mail does not go thru so will follow up here. To add, maybe they staff has a rough lunch crows a couple hours before. I also noticed they were not exactly friendly to each other as no one was talking to each other and all seemed less than happy. Still as the only one there I should not have to wait 5-6 minutes before anyone acknowledged me.

I ordered on Uber eats even though the restaurant is only a mile from where I live. The original estimated time kept getting moved and moved and moved and for an hour it kept saying that they were preparing my food and "" wrapping up. the fifth driver was called beyond the latest delivery time so I decided to cancel An order from a restaurant that could actually make me dinner. Very disappointed not to be able to try this new restaurant in my neighborhood.

Sweetgreen is one of my favorite restaurants in the dmv, so I was quite excited they opened one in Raleigh. I ordered a bowl online with half spring mix/half quinoa. There was no quinoa in my order I received. I also ordered 2 servings of broccoli, and there was 3 pieces. Worst of all, I am allergic to avocado. When I picked up my order, there was avocado smeared across the lid which was not only obvious and disgusting, but a huge safety hazard for me. Having worked at Sweetgreen, I know what safety precautions employees are supposed to take to ensure no cross contamination and also quality control the food. It is clear that these employees did not do the bare minimum to ensure my food was safe to eat, which is extremely disappointing. Hopefully management sees this and can provide some training, because it's clearly lacking at this location.
