I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Sweetgreen. The first time I found a bug in my bowl, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, during a large company order, it happened again, another bug in one of the bowls. At that point, it was unacceptable. We ended up having to throw out most of the order out of concern, which was incredibly frustrating and wasteful.
I’ve always appreciated Sweetgreen for their fresh ingredients, but this situation has made me lose confidence in their quality control. I truly hope they take this seriously and improve their food safety standards, because this should never happen, especially not twice.
