Pelicana Korean Fried Chicken and Salad Chain Sweetgreen Come to Capitol Hill | Eater Seattle

"I learned that the fast-casual salad chain is coming to Capitol Hill in the former Stout pub space in the Sunset Electric apartment building (which closed in 2019); the company also announced it will become publicly traded and plans to roughly double its locations to about 280 restaurants over the next five years." - Eater

Love the Harvest bowl. It is healthy and filling. My partner tried the Honey chicken and enjoyed it. We requested for some extra sauce and were helped immediately. Small seating area inside but overall a good experince. Recommend both for dine-in as well as takeout.

Tried the Shroomami with spicy cashew and lemon vinaigrette. The taste was really good—definitely one of the better spots to try vegan salads. However, the kale portion felt a bit too much and overpowered the rest of the flavors. A little balance would make it even better!

I ordered to go and this is what I got, they just put things together and I have to mix them all by myself, they didn’t even slice the avocado. With almost 30 dollars for a salad bowl this is not the experience I expected, not to mention they were late for my pickup time.

Sweetgreen is next to the Trader Joe's that we shop at. We have driven by Sweetgreen many times as we come and go from Trader Joe's, so we finally decided to give it a try !!! Here is the verdict: Customer service was great, we ordered the "Caramelized Garlic Steak" and the "Miso Glazed Salmon". We both had wild rice and white rice The garlic steak was good and tender. The salmon was ok, I noticed they pulled the small salmon piece from the buffet style tray instead of freshly cooking it. That was a big turn-off for me. We tried the "Ripple Fries" but decided not to order it. Overall, it's not too bad, but unfortunately for us, this was a "One-Time" stop. Next time, we would make that "20-minute" dash to the "Worldwrap" at the Mission College Mercado and buy their "Chimichurri Salmon plate" Let me know what you think !!!

I'm an Uber driver. I came to Sweet green Sunnyvale to pick up an order. The employee said it would take 20 to 30 minutes to prepare. After a while, I said I needed to use the washroom. Please give me the washroom code. He flatly refused. I want to know. Don't you provide a washroom for the driver?

Visited with my friend for dinner. The food tasted good, however I had GI issues afterwards - maybe from the dressing or from the marinated and fried tofu? The staff was nice, however probably so busy that they couldn't take care of the cleaning. We had to remove the food pieces from previous guests and wipe down the table to be able to eat without getting our sleeves dirty. Every table had food leftovers...

Google
Healthy quick lunch and dinner spot in bustling downtown Sunnyvale next to Trader Joe’s and other shopping venues. This place focuses on healthy bowls and salads that have generous servings and fresh ingredients. The hot honey chicken bowl and basically all their salads are expertly designed and always fresh. We always leave this spot feeling full and happy without being overly heavy and tired like you would feel after eating a cheeseburger somewhere else. They have other healthy drinks such as kombucha and teas! Be aware that this place is highly popular and located in a popular area. This means that you are likely to wait in line for a bit. The wait has never been more than 10 minutes though! The service is fast and you order and get everything at the counter before you sit! Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a healthy lunch option at a decent price. Expect to spend around $15+ per person.

Google
We’ve wanted to try Sweetgreen for a while and they certainly don’t disappoint. I got a custom bowl and the produce is fresh and ethically sourced. They also display their thorough cleaning process of all produce in the open kitchen so you can see/verify how diligent they take care of everything while you order. Sweetgreen also cooks all proteins using only extra virgin olive oil and/or avocado oil. If you’re a healthy foodie like I am, these processes and details in food prep are important. I wish I would’ve taken a picture before we started eating but it was so yummy I couldn’t wait! Definitely coming back here again.

Yelp
This review is for take out only! The Miso Salmon Bowl with extra protein was delicious this week. We ordered for Friday work lunch and I thought my meal was amazing. Everyone else on the team was loving their food too. I love that it was a healthy and filling meal. We will definitely be ordering again this year!

Yelp
My SO has recently become a huge fan of sweetgreen and have been eating it frequently. I ordered the harvest bowl as that's been one of my favorites for several years now. It was fresh and well made. Each ingredient was rejuvenating and we felt ready to continue our day.

Yelp
No way to contact store. Forced to text but then there is no real person you are texting with. Even corporate number tells you to text them. TRASH

Yelp
The interior of this location is sleek and there's a HeyTea + Trader Joe's next door. Overall, my Chicken Pesto Parm Bowl was really tasty. But I wouldn't say the price point was worth the portions. Chicken could have been seasoned a bit more. However, it was a decent salad bowl with balanced flavors. I enjoyed the addition of quinoa too!

Yelp
I've just left this store, today Saturday 3/1 at 4:30pm. Good food, but the customer service needs improvement. The staff seems unmotivated and not very welcoming, they could use better training.
google avatar

Yelp
I love sweet green, but this location has just been off. Its always dirty and messy. The prices have gotten fairly high, but often they are giving half a scoop or less of the ingredients, so your salad is half empty. Not worth it anymore.

Yelp
Got the caesar salad with caramelized garlic steak (no kale, as I prefer just romaine). The meat was tender and flavorful and the entire salad was fresh and tasty. I especially liked the sprinkle of parmesan crisps, in opposed to the typical croutons that usually come with this kind of salad. I also got an order of the rosemary focaccia, and some pesto vinaigrette on the side for dipping... I love, love, love pesto sauce! And the focaccia was cooked perfectly, I heated it for 30 seconds at home and it was warm and fluffy inside, aromatic with the infused herbs, and so good with that pesto! :D Staff was attentive and there was hardly a wait for service (the short line moved quickly, with several employees behind the counter helping customers). The restaurant was clean, modern, and bright with a bit of indoor seating as well as an outdoor patio with umbrellas over the tables, great for shade on sunny days. Lots of appetizing menu items to choose from, a little pricey for what you get ($20 for a salad with steak), but for quality ingredients and sufficient service, I'm giving 5 stars.

Yelp
A great spot if you're craving something flavorful and healthy, but definetly on the pricier side. Each bowl costs about $15-20 depending on its contents and any added protein is about $3-5 extra. Regardless, we came here to start our morning off with something nutritious and it hit just the spot! We got two bowls - one cutomized ourselves and another premade bowl selected from the menu. All toppings were well seasoned (see below for recommendations!) and complemented our bowls to perfection. I usually reserve special occasions for buying sweetgreen since it's so expensive but when I do allow myself to indulge a little, I can't help but get the following in my bowl: - Sweet potatoes. Absolutely get the sweet potatoes, they have the perfect crunchy/chewy texture and elevate the salad to a whole new level - Almonds. At least for myself, I love having some crunch in my salad - Apples. So refreshing and juicy! Overall, a great spot for glorified salad if you have the budget! Portion sizes are big enough for one person only as well :( Tips: - Place your order through the app if you have decision paralysis or want to put some extra thought into customizing your bowl - Ask for dressing on the side if you're worried about them putting too much / too little

Yelp
I love the salads at Sweetgreen. I like making my own bowl with tofu with hot honey mustard dressing. I usually order it with Uber Eats when I'm busy with work! I highly recommend their bespoke salads.

Yelp
I frequent Sweetgreen about twice a month. It's not my favorite salad place but it's good in a pinch. Tonight I was very disappointed in the portion size of their side of focaccia bread. It was about 2/3 the normal size. I was also disappointed in the response when I questioned the server. She said that was the correct portion and left it at that instead of offering a larger portion. I'm not going to rushing back there anytime soon!
google avatar

Jason A.

Yelp
My go to healthy option if I'm ordering takeout is hot honey chicken bowl. Docking a star because sometimes they don't give enough protein (especially in their steak bowl - paid almost $20 for like 6 cubes of steak!) Definitely their chicken and veggie bowls are much more worth it.

Yelp
I find myself craving the warm, savory, with a hint of sweet Shroomami bowl. After four years, I decided to try them out again. Boy, has much changed. Friday night was packed with a good amount of customers but the line moved fast. Why? Because at least four employees were working the line and register. I barely had time to peruse the menu boards before a helpful staff member asked what I'd like. I got the same bowl as before and added roasted chicken, plus complimentary bread. Mind. Blown! Hot wild rice medley, juicy sautéed portobello mushrooms, roasted tofu, chopped almonds, red cabbage, heap of kale, chilled cucumber, sprigs of basil, and finished off with miso sesame ginger dressing-- amazing! I ordered herb roasted chicken when DoorDashing a few days later and prefer the original white meat. The herb roasted variety is dark meat and having that on salad is kind of weird to me. To each their own! Recently tried the crispy rice treat with honey date caramel and OMG so good. A bit of a sticky dessert but a lovely alternative to the marshmallow variety. I've gotta try the kale Caesar and some of the hot roasted sweet potatoes one of these days. They also have glazed salmon as a protein. Feel free to build your own salad bowl or hot bowl. Large, brightly lit ambiance with polite employees. Plenty of seating indoors and a few tables outside. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
After finding this healthy place, it is literally my go to place for self care. Because I know that when I eat at sweetgreen, I am being good to myself and my body. Even the full sized salad is full of goodness, no guilt ever when eat here. From someone who has my favorites, every now and then, I try something different and it never disappoints. They have a salad for anyone. I also appreciate that they ask you for what level of dressing you like, because sometimes you just light and other times you want a bit more. The staff is always diligently working and lunchtime is busy with lines. Tip: ordering on the app and pick up is faster than waiting on line in person.

Yelp
I got a Harvest Bowl, and it was fine. The order was relatively quick, and I asked for light vinaigrette, to which I feel like it could have gone lighter, but that's alright! On me for not saying anything. There's outdoor seating, and I enjoyed my bowl there. I felt like there could have been more sustenance, more kale, more apples, etc. but overall the bowl was fine and filled my salad craving.

Yelp
I actually ordered the Miso Salmon Plate from SweetGreen and had it delivered. All of their menu items looked so enticing, and I like how they had a large menu with lots of sauces and ingredients labeled - so helpful for people with health conditions. I opened my box and it looked and tasted delicioius. The spicy cashew sauce that came on the side was good but I might have added too much for my taste - I felt my mouth flaming up, so go light on the sauces if you're weak like me. The amount of salmon they gave me was generous considering that many other places skimp out on proteins now. The rice had a pleasant peppery taste with every bite, and the onion chips surprisingly complemented the soft avocado. I like how the avocado amount was generous in this dish, too. Without the sauce, the dish was already flavorful and mouthwatering. My only issue was the portion size. I was still hungry after consuming my whole meal, as were some of my friends. If you want to fill yourself up, I would recommend ordering two servings for yourself.

Yelp
We came after 8pm and there were still a decent amount of people coming in to order. Unfortunately they were running out of most of the items by the end of the day so I ended up with a different bowl than I started with. (Ie. No blackened chicken, then no roasted chicken so I ended up with beef). But it was fine, and I scarfed up my food and it's just nice to have a healthier option when you're tired and you want a salad that could actually make you feel full by the end.

Yelp
I love the Sweetgreens in sf so when I moved back to South Bay I was excited that they had one here. The first time I came to this location, I ordered a guacamole greens, but they ran out of avocado, and did not offer me any substitutions. I thought this was a one off situation, but the next time I came back I ordered the steak plate. They were out all grains, and offered me a substitution, which I thought would be an extra topping in addition to the greens, but they just gave me greens. And since it was a really shallow plate, the server only gave me one pinch of leaves (literally like 10 pieces). The bowl was also like half full and I paid $22 for this! Terrible service and really small portions.

Yelp
I have been wanting to try sweetgreen for a while now and finally came on a Sunday afternoon with a friend. My friend recommended the guacamole greens ($14.45), which comes with roasted chicken, avocado, red onions, shredded cabbage, tortilla chips, spring mix, chopped romaine, lime squeeze, and lime cilantro jalapeno vinaigrette, so that is what I ordered. Sweetgreen has salad bowls and warms bowls to choose from, but you can also create your own salad bowls with the starting price of $9.95. The create your own option comes with a base, four toppings, and a dressing. Premium ingredients can be added at an extra cost. The salad was fresh and tasted delicious but I feel like the portion that was given wasn't as much as I thought it would be. I like that sweetgreen is convenient but the salad didn't taste super special or unique compared to ones from other places.

Yelp
Sometimes you just want a good bowl of salad! Tried this place for the first time & had really high expectations. Service: The people assembling the bowl for us were not at all welcoming & i found them a bit rude. Food: Every little topping on salad at the end had a charge for it & in my opinion it was a lot. I found the salad overall pricey in terms of quality & quantity. We wanted focaccia bread & it was not available. Ambiance: Place was not clean. We gor stomach upset after having the salad. In my opinion food was stale. I would easily pass on this salad place & try other better ones.
google avatar

Yelp
I've been coming to this location for a while and the service has absolutely gone downhill. I used to always have a nice welcoming experience and I don't know what's happening but all the workers now seem unhappy, giving attitude, not even giving me the opportunity to make an changes because they have this horrible unapproachable attitude. The servings are alright but the customer service is absolutely horrible causing me to not want to even visit this location anymore.
google avatar

Namrata S.

Yelp
I have ordered sweetgreen all around the bay. I like the new miso glazed salmon plate and was recommending to anyone that would listen. I ordered it at this location and the lady gave me the smallest fish fillet I've ever gotten. The other pieces in the bowl to chose from were much larger but Yoselin purposely stuck me with the small one. When I pointed this out nothing was done about it. Look at the photo, I paid $20 for that. Won't be returning to this branch which is really the businesses loss because I get the office food from here once a week. Additional comment she dropped chicken juice into a vegetarian coworkers bowl and I had to tell her that in order for her to remake it. Pretty unreal tbh.
google avatar

Jessica M.

Yelp
I came with a friend for lunch on Saturday. It was the first time for both of us and we found the menu and ordering options a little confusing- the toppings and options weren't clearly labeled and it wasn't clear which items had an upgrade charge and how much it was. We were both reasonably pleased with our food, but found the ordering process a bit stressful. Our salads were fine, but not memorable enough that I would crave going back. There is outdoor seating on the side of the restaurant and it was nice to sit outdoors and enjoy the gorgeous weather.
google avatar

Jeankaylyn E.

Yelp
New favorite spot after moving here. I always create my own salad and it's always on point. I've been here early morning, lunch time and evening just to see how service is. There's always only two people making food and ringing people up at the same time. The rest of the people are prepping or doing online orders. I noticed the morning crew doesn't pack as much as the other two shifts. I also noticed in every shift it looks like nobody really wants to be there.
google avatar

Taylor J.

Yelp
Showed up at 8:20 PM when it's plastered all over Google they close at 9 PM and the doors were locked. So frustrating. Update your hours if they're not accurate.
google avatar

Joy M.

Yelp
I am extremely content with my experience at sweet green. I had super sweet staff serve me in an extremely clean, sanitized place. The service was quick and also so helpful for my first visit. The salad was incredible. I love sweet potato and goat cheese on the harvest salad. I highly recommend medium amount of dressing to compliment all of the flavors

Shveta B.

Yelp
Ordered take out completely messed up the order the kale and tofu were horrible simply not a great place for a salad or bowls!
google avatar

Tom S.

Yelp
I'm definitely a Sweetgreen fanatic and zealously advocate for them, but upon my recent visit they are now using smaller bowls for their regular entrees and continue to charge the same price despite significantly smaller portions. Pretty disappointing, their bowls are very signature and even though there were "supply chain" issues I think they should have adjusted their pricing to reflect the portions.
google avatar

Kelly M.

Yelp
I tried this place for the first time via Doordash. I ordered a Create Your Own salad with a base of warm quinoa & chopped romaine. For toppings, I chose raw carrots, sunflower seeds, roasted sweet potato & raw beet. I added spicy broccoli for $.50. extra. I tried 3 of the dressings: miso sesame ginger, pesto vinaigrette, & green goddess ranch. I also ordered a side order of foccacia & hummus. Everything was okay. Luckily for me, I detected no spice in the "spicy broccoli." I did not love any of the dressings, but the green goddess ranch was the best for me. The miso sesame ginger was blah, and I should have much preferred a straight pesto, because the pesto vinaigrette lacked flavor. The hummus was good.
google avatar

Arthur T.

Yelp
First time trying sweetgreen, recommended by my friend! I got the Guacamole Greens which consisted of: roasted chicken, avocado, tomatoes, red onions, shredded cabbage, tortilla chips, spring mix, chopped romaine, lime squeeze, lime cilantro jalapeno vinaigrette. You're allowed to sub toppings for equivalent in their categories. I opted to sub the lettuce for kale. I swapped cabbage for another topping, but forgot which one I got :P I also added a rosemary focaccia. It is pre-packed. It was quite good. I would pair order this exact same thing! Appreciate Sonya for taking the time and walking me through for my first time! There is seating inside (I think outside too). Parking outside the plaza not too hard to find. Follow the adventure @shoyuthebest on IG!
google avatar

Ritu R.

Yelp
Giving a 4 star only for the food. Indoor dine is a bit stinky and they do not clean the tables inside and outside often. Service is always good and fast. I have been a regular here, definitely recommend trying the spicy cashew dressing. A go to place for meals after workouts.
google avatar

Lizzie C.

Yelp
I've been on the hunt for some "healthier" but still quick and easy places to eat that aren't Chipotle. My friend recommended this spot knowing the foodie I am and so I knew I just had to try it out. The line was almost to the door upon entering, but we still moved through really quickly. You have the option of either a warm bowl or a salad, and you can choose from some of their recommended combinations or create your own totally custom bowl. The ingredients looked really fresh and I loved how customizable everything was. The staff was super duper friendly and all wore the biggest smiles. I openly admitted it was my first time there and they were so happy to guide me through the entire ordering process. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is for the price. It is definitely on the pricier side, and the portions weren't quite as big as I was hoping they'd be. You can expect to pay around $15 for a medium-sized bowl. But behind that, my meal was absolutely delicious and it was the first time in a long time I actually enjoyed a salad!
google avatar

Brooke A.

Yelp
I absolutely love sweetgreen - every salad bowl I make at home is inspired by them, and there's nothing like their Green Goddess bowl. Anything with their roasted sweet potatoes is bound to be delicious. Online ordering is easy, and I often get little rewards such as $5 off by completing challenges like ordering a seasonal bowl or salad. The order pickup time is often a bit inaccurate. Today my pickup time was 6:50, but I got a notification that my order was out at 6:40. I suppose this is better than it being late, but the warm bowl I ordered today was a little bit cool when I picked it up. Overall, sweetgreen is consistently fresh and filling. Their seasonal chicken bowl is a must-try, and their Green Goddess salad is a phenomenal go-to.
google avatar

Cindy H.

Yelp
Tried this place today based on pictures and Yelp reviews. The interior is similar to a Chipotle where they assemble your bowls as you go through the line. Also similar as it was somewhat noisy with the hard surfaces, but clean and open. It was freezing inside, so I sat at their outdoor patio area (very nice). I ordered the caramelized Garlic Steak bowl, which comes with wild rice, sweet potato, cherry tomatoes, spicy broccoli and a pesto vinaigrette. Be warned, the steak is more like chopped steak from Chipotle, with no carmelization like their photos show and barely any garlic flavor. Other ingredients were OK. The rosemary foccocia I added was light in flavor and texture, a nice compliment. I'll likely return to try other offerings.
google avatar

Apoorva R.

Yelp
My fav place to get salad bowls! The ingredients are always so fresh, they even have a board in their restaurant with a list of places where each ingredient is sourced from! My most fav is the harvest bowl (veg version). What I love the most is that you can customize anything and its pretty moderately priced for the quality and portions!
google avatar

Astyr K.

Yelp
When I'm craving a salad, this is my go to! The line to place an order is never too long, but you can always order from the app to skip the line entirely! It's not the most affordable salad - there are many add ons that cost an additional $1.50-$5.00. I always get a build your own with the blackened chicken. The chicken is so juicy and cooked perfectly. If I could buy the jalapeno lime vinaigrette, I would. It is SO good! It's perfectly balanced with citrus and a little bit of a spicy kick.
google avatar

Swati B.

Yelp
Probably more of a 3.5, but I'm rounding up because I do come here pretty often. I love the selection of salads, and the quality of the ingredients. Everything is always fresh, and taste great. The issues I have, is that when you walk in there are 4 to 6 people who are just prepping ingredients maybe 2 making to-go orders and then just 1 person slowly making their way through a line of 8 people. I always get the crispy rice bowl, and love it. My husband has tried various salads, and always ends up happy with what he gets. I would recommend ordering ahead of time, but I've also seen 10+ people waiting for their orders as they've been backed up, so I don't know what's best at this point. I will keep coming, but wish their management would put more people on the line.
google avatar

Valerie K.

Yelp
One of my favorite salad places that I discovered in the LA area and I had to stop at this one I found in the Bay Area. It's convenient, fresh, and yummy.
google avatar

Andria M.

Yelp
Ordered in advance through the app for a quick pick up. The app said my order was completed but when I walked in and asked, it wasn't completed yet. Not a big deal, just a little inconvenient. When my order was completed, the worker I informed earlier went out of his way to hand it to me. Actions very much appreciated! I ordered a harvest bowl, opted for spinach instead of kale. With 2 extra portions of chicken (getting these gains). The bowl was so delicious, definitely becoming a regular.
google avatar

Eleaine R.

Yelp
Usually like this location because everyone's so nice and it's close to work, but my chicken wasn't cooked all the way through this time around. Hopefully this is just a one-off but I'm not sure I'll be coming back anymore.
google avatar

Brissa O.

Yelp
Healthy yummy food, fast service overall good experience. Ambience and setting is pretty causal.
google avatar

Tom L.

Yelp
Consistently one of the worst restaurants I've been to in the South Bay. The last time I was here my coworker found a hair in their bowl - and not the long type of hair. It's hard to even think about coming back here after that. I normally order the harvest bowl, which seems healthy but is 695 calories before you add a protein or "premium" toppings. Nothing in the harvest bowl tasted fresh, it just tasted like cheap salad dressing.
google avatar

Kim l.

Yelp
Finally got to try this place! I pass by here several times a week and always wondered about it. My wondering has come to an end. My friends met up here for lunch. I got the: Guacamole green: 4/5 - $13.95 you get greens, a half of a , chicken, crushed chips and a little slice of bread. Pretty tasty! I will be adding crushed chips to my salads from now on. Gives it a nice crunch. Fast healthy lunch.
google avatar

Yelp
I absolutely LOVE Sweetgreen and this location specifically. I was introduced to Sweetgreen by a friend and this is now my fourth time here this year. Although it's a bit pricey I would say the salads are 100% worth it. I do wish they have a better seating area inside as it's a bit small and when it's busy there's no room to sit. Aside from that the service is always great! Very nice employees. Definitely try building your own at first then venture into their preselected options as all of them are great!
google avatar

Rona B.

Yelp
Cute lunch spot that can get pretty crowded during peak hours. Service is quick though and staff are friendly! I had the crispy rice bowl which definitely had a spicy kick to it. Tasted and felt fresh. Pretty big portion but wouldn't necessarily say it's worth the $15. Also tried the Buffalo chicken bowl and the "Buffalo" was definitely not Buffalo but just hot sauce. It's a decent salad spot and I like that it is very customizable + you can see the ingredients being chopped up in-house.

Yelp
Very disappointed with this location. I love sweetgreen and have been ordering from various locations for years. This is the closest location to our home so we still order from it despite my gripes below. It's definitely the worst one I've ever been to. The worst: Ordering online for pickup you are guaranteed to have something go wrong with your order. I've have them miss extra protein like ($5 extra!) several times; and while you can get store credit through the app for these mistakes, it's disappointing. Have also had issues several times with swapping out an ingredient for it just not to happen. Even if you do not customize your order their portion control for the ingredients in the dish are wildly disproportionate every time. (E.g. sometimes you get very little protein, sometimes you get a lot; same with the other ingredients.) It just feels like they are randomly adding stuff until the bowl looks full. Some of the employees are very friendly/nice, but others can be a bit gruff towards you. That's why I prefer to order online, however that comes with a high probability your order will have a mistake. Finally, nothing related to the business itself, but please drive carefully in the parking lot! It's usually packed and people drive very aggressive/fast.

Yelp
I have been to several SweetGreen locations in the Bay Area before and this one is by far the worst one. I would recommend to avoid this place unless absolutely necessary. Below are a few points of consideration: -Service: subpar - in my interaction, the servers were either incompetent or just plain rude. They obviously do not want to work here and serving customers do not seem to bring any joy to them. -Location: so-so - even though the store is in a convenient part of Sunnyvale, the store layout and cleanliness does not meet the usual standard that I've been used to for SweetGreen. -Food quality: subpar - both salmon and chicken were very dry as if they were double cooked and the salads were not properly mixed with the dressing. I would definitely not want to come back here - the money and time is not worth it.

Yelp
I haven't been there in awhile due to the price but I have NEVER been dissatisfied there. I guess I'll have to go again to re-review it

Yelp
If I can give 0 star, I will. Wow. I am super disappointed with this location. We placed one mobile phone order including three bowls. Two bowls are the same, which both are honey chicken bowl. However, after we drove back to hotel which took us 45min. We found that one bowl portion is a lot less than another honey chicken bowl. One bowl has almost zero vegetables, another bowl are mainly vegetables. We didn't customize our order at all! WHAT's WRONG? See the photo. It's not the end yet. Both two bowls MISSING DRESSING. Is that too much to ask for? We drove almost 1.5 hour round trip to get their food but they didn't even put dressing? Double check your order before picking up or don't go to this location. I guess the staff who took the order just did it completely wrong. I don't trust them anymore.
