We ended up door dashing this spot so we could try something new. Wow! I’m impressed! The food was great tasting and seasoned very well! As a matter of fact this was some of the best chicken I’ve had. My daughter loved her food as well. It was great portion sizes, enough to get us full, and the food tasted fresh like it had just been prepared with fresh ingredients. What i have to count off for was the lemonade and berry juices. Yuck! They both tasted like something i would drink if i was on a cleanse. I won’t get that again but i would definitely give the food another shot. I also didn’t like the balsamic dressing. It was way too strong.

Food was good. I got the hummus bowl with tofu and it was very basil-y. I'd swap the sauce next time. Overall good food. Tons of healthy, vegetarian and vegan options. We tried the fries too which were good. Friendly staff. Received good quickly.

I have been coming here for years. The parking can be difficult during rush hours. Service is a hit and miss. The place is clean and inviting. The location is in a decent area, giving a good sense of security. But again, you can never be too careful after all this is part of Houston, greater Houston. Over the years, I ordered more or less the same dish. I have noticed they have decreased the about of protein (chicken) and cheese. Often, they would give me a dried up piece of lime. Not sure how long this company will be in business.

I literally felt my body getting healthier when eating this food! 🤣 it was SO good! The staff was very friendly and inviting. They had great suggestions and helped us choose great meals. I had a garlic steak plate and it was fantastic! My wife had a chicken salad and she loved hers too!!! We’ll absolutely eat here again and again!

Opened up the app and found this place and really glad I did. Great prices. Friendly staff. And really good food. It's subway style with picking what you want, after seeing a huge menu. And most everything looked great. Settled in the blackened chicken and it was great. Fresh food. Good flavors. Will be back.

Good portions for a tasty meal! Hearty, filling, tasty, and fresh. It's a great option for a casual meal, especially if you appreciate eating clean & healthy. We enjoyed our no-guilt steak bowls with organic tea & lemonade to drink. We stopped in on a busy Sunday afternoon. At 2pm, there were still many people in line, but the crowd moved fast. The restaurant has a decent amount of seating. It's bright and welcoming, with lots of sunlight pouring through the windows and a clean aesthetic. Robert greeted us and prepared our meals. He was super friendly, well versed with the menu, and made our bowls picture-perfect. Exemplary service & attention to quality! Enjoyed everything every much and will absolutely be back again.

I just wanted to take a moment to express how touched I was by the kindness and thoughtfulness of the lady working behind the online pickup order rack today at 1:50pm. Even though I had placed a mobile order and was just sitting at a table, she went out of her way to check on me and make sure I received my food first. It really stood out to me how genuine and passionate she is about her work. Her attention to detail and care for customers really made my experience special, and I just wish I knew her name to thank her personally. She truly made my day! THANK YOU!!! 🩷🩷

I visited Sweet Green today and noticed a discrepancy in customer service from the moment I entered. Unlike every other guest who was immediately greeted with a 'hello' or 'welcome in', I was not acknowledged at all. The ordering process felt rushed. The server preparing my bowl prematurely shouted my order details to the cashier so I could be rung up before the bowl was even finished. When checking out, I was immediately struck by the price of $18.29. I have consistently ordered the exact same bowl in the past and have never been charged this amount. I didn’t want to hold the line over the price because there were people behind me, so to verify, I used the Sweet Green app to build the identical bowl, and the total was $15.97. While the difference is only $2.32, the combination of the less-than-stellar customer service and the unexplained pricing issue was a bit disappointing. Had the service been more welcoming and attentive, this issue would likely not have prompted me to write a review.

I love sweet green!! However, I don't go often because it can be pricey; this was $18....However, I do understand the restaurant industry is tough and being profitable is probably the #1 best business practice. Caramelized Garlic Steak is my go to!! This time I changed it up a bit. Hold the rice, sub for arugula, add goat cheese, extra sweet potatoes (I have to share these with my dog lol), and HEAVY on the pesto! The picture doesn't do it justice. DELISH! I'm a stickler for customer service. It's just one area that I cannot fold on. They could definitely use some help in the speed of service department. The line was really long, and it took a good amount of time to order. Now, here is where I show Grace. I saw 6 employees: 2 prepping, 2 taking upfront orders, and 2 making to-go orders. Each employee was busting their butt to work as hard as possible without jeopardizing the quality of food. For that, I show appreciation! I love their Core Values!..."Think Sustainably: Make decisions that last longer than you!" This spoke volumes!!! Often we want quick fixes, or instant gratification. It's important to pause, self reflect and implement concepts that promote long lasting change!

Haven't been back here in a long while and it so happened. In the spirit of the season, I ordered the Autumn Harvest Bowl, a seasonal menu item. The bowl had blackened chicken, maple glazed brussels sprouts, apples, goat cheese, roasted almonds, wild rice, shredded kale and spicy cashew dressing. Sweetgreen takes the guesswork out of the origin of the ingredients in the bowl. I can see how this could be a game changer for some. As for me this evening, I appreciated the awareness to know where the food I ate came from. My favorite dressing is the spicy cashew dressing.

The grass fed steak is so tender ! I love it. My order is usually correct when I order from here, (online) I don't have any issues. All my sauces were included as well. 5/5 !

I love Sweetgreen! and I will continue to go because of the good food, but last Sunday on November 30 I went and was surprised when the lady taking my order wasn't friendly. I usually have a great experience with this place and encounter welcoming employees, and that's why this experience was disappointing. For example, during this same trip I asked another person working there if my friend and I could have more dressing, and he was happy to help us and made sure we had everything we needed. Of course this one negative experience doesn't change how much I like the restaurant, but I hope that in the future employees can have more training with their attitude and being accommodating.

We were looking for a healthy bowl place and sweet greens delivered. Both of us got the Harvest bowl and it was delicious. Seating was plentiful and lots of natural light flowed in. I enjoyed the combination of vegetables, apples and chicken with the pesto sauce on the side. The ripple fries with pickled ketchup were amazing though we waited for a few minutes after ordering to pick them up at the counter. I would definitely enjoy trying something else another time.

Good food! And awesome service! I chose the wrong drink, tasted like nothing to me, and they were happy to swap it out for a MUCH better option. Not that you would know by looking at them, they all seem as good as the next when judging the book by the cover, but the kombucha there is amazing! I would be happy to come back.

My wife told me about Sweetgreen, a new local place that opened while I was deployed. I had lunch there today with high expectations, and while it was good, it wasn't anything that made me say I'd be back soon. The Caramelized Garlic Steak caught my attention, and I ordered that on quinoa instead of the rice. The friendly girl seemed a bit confused that I didn't want rice, but she quickly said it was fine for me to have it on quinoa instead. It came with broccoli, tomatoes, and sweet potato. My first problem was trying to find the cutlery. After setting my food down and finally finding where the forks and knives were, I picked out a pair and some napkins and sat down to eat. The decor and setting is modern but sparse, reminding me of one of the burrito assembly line establishments. I dug into the steak first. It was tasty, but gray and devoid of any meat color. It seems it is cooked and left in a hot container until served. I understand why; they try to get you your food as quickly as possible, but when it comes to steak, I'd gladly wait a few moments or minutes to get something that looked more appealing. The broccoli was tasty as were the sweet potatoes, but the tomatoes, while appearing fresh, tasted like they were partly fermenting. I couldn't get past the flavor and just left them. The quinoa was unremarkable and I didn't eat too much of it, either. I paired my lunch with the Sweetgreen branded Hibiscus Berry Tea which was tasty. All in all, for healthy food, I was sad that there were no other options for the base (rice or quinoa). Cauliflower or something Whole30 or Paleo-friendly (aside from salad greens) would be a welcome alternative. With the many alternative restaurants with similar foods close by, I don't know when or if I'd be back unless accompanying someone else who wants to eat there. Like I said in the beginning, it was good, but there wasn't anything I ate that made me want to come back for more. The speed with which I got my food as well as the friendly service, however, were both really good. If you're on a time-crunch and want a healthy and good lunch, this is a good spot to go if you're close by.

Amazing service , Clean restaurant and great food above all! Came here for Yelp Elite Week! -The service was impressive , they are running this place like a navy ship! Everyone is busy and attending to the customers! -The Food, Caramalized Steak Bowl with sweet potatoes was solid! 8/10! I wish the steak had a bit more color and a tad bit more flavor but i still managed to finish it all lol :) Delicious nevertheless. Beautiful location! Right in the heart of Woodlands Market Street! Please open a location in Katy, TX!!! Sweetgreen has definitely evolved into a nice powerhouse eco-chic fast casual restaurant since the early 2000s when they first opened in the Washington, D.C. region. You can't go wrong with any of the protein grain bowls or salads. Customer service was great at this location. Artisan drink options would be nice, as well as some additional improvements to their mobile app.

This was my second time coming to sweetgreen and it was absolutely delicious! I came with my sister and the people who worked there were super welcoming and took the time to explain everything to us; even giving us their personal suggestions. I got the crispy rice bowl with tofu and my sister got the harvest bowl tofu. We both ended up switching because we like the others bowl better. The harvest bowl tasted super fresh with the addition of the crisp apples and goat cheese. My sister and I gave it a 4/5 only because the tofu was dry and a bit bland. The bread on the side is free, but I wish it was a roll or came with butter, because it wasn't as good on its own. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back to do try some of their different bowls.

Wow!! First of all the ingredients here are so fresh and there are so many salads to choose from or you can build your own. The vibes inside are very casual and they have seating inside and outside. They have curbside order pick up spots and pick up area inside as well. A little bit on the pricier side, but definitely worth it and one of the best salads I've ever had! Can't wait to come back and try other salads.

I had high hopes. I'm out of town visiting for work, trying new places. The appearance, aesthetics, and online ordering were great.. just wish the food was too. Chicken reminded me of canned chicken , steak was dry and tough. It all tastes very bland. Might be because they forgot all of my sauces for the top and the hummus/bread. Personally will never be back. I spent $30 for the bowl, hummus/bread and cashews. Not worth it, unfortunately.

Decided to grab lunch with my colleague from Sweetgreens. The location, service, and options are great. It's a a clean store with workers that are very attentive. We selected the Shroomami and Harvest bowl being that we are on our healthy kick. The flavors were great. We paired it with a jasmine green tea and Health Ade Kombucha. I'm really disappointed with my recent Sweetgreen order. My salmon looked old, and the avocado had brown bruises all over it. The onion and cucumber were chopped so poorly that they were just huge, uneven chunks--completely unappetizing. On top of that, the portion size was ridiculously small for the $18 price tag. A whole cucumber and onion each cost about $1, so why am I paying $18 for low-quality ingredients and barely any food? I'm paying for fresh, high-quality ingredients, and this is the second time I've had this issue. Definitely not worth the price.

This is my 1st time eating Sweetgreen. I had the Carmalized Garlic Steak. I really enjoyed it, just wish my steak was cooked well done. I can't speak on service or ambiance because this was brought home for dinner.

I was really disappointed with the service here. My boyfriend and I walked in on Tuesday and there were 4 employees. One prepping in the kitchen, one standing at the counter in front of us, one packaging pick up and another standing at the clock in area with a sink I think it was. Every single employee looked at us and not one stopped to help us. Stood there for about 3 minutes and another customer walks in. We are all just standing there waiting. The gentleman that was doing the chopping had to inform the employee that just walked into the building that we were all standing there. Poor girl just walked in. Not one of the 4 employees greeted us because they would rather wait for the next shift to take care of us. I really like sweetgreens food but the service makes me not want to come back.

Always a great experience. Fresh and yummy! Lots of seating and calm environment. Kids love it too.

My absolute favorite salad shop. I've tried the other salad brands in Houston and nothing compares. They are either too expensive for such a small portion or their protein is ridiculously priced for a tiny amount and tastes like chicken from a can. I got so excited when I discovered sweetgreens was nearby. Literally had it everyday for two weeks straight for lunch and realized being a member and ordering in store has no perks for loyalty. Regardless, I love their go green vibes with their containers and serving utensils. Love their no sugar teas. Love their seasonal menus and dressings. It just never gets old. Love that you can customize the bowl. Also, everything is so clean and neat. If it was closer I would be here more often. I told all my coworkers about sweetgreens and they are equally hooked. Thanks for opening a branch here.

Cannot believe, after having MANY good salads from there I got this pathetic disgustingly bad arugula yesterday.

SweetGreen takes the idea of eating healthy and making it modern, you have the chill atmosphere of a Starbucks, the variety of any American diner joint + great atmosphere lighting for pictures... "if you're into that" and I have never been disappointed with their salads. You will always get a huge selection of various salads, and the seasonal ones are usually something I would have never thought of and get this... THE SALADS ARE ACTUALLY ENJOYABLE WITHOUT CHICKEN OR BEEF (lol). My go-to at the moment is the Farmhouse, you can only get this in the app, The salads are so big you can usually eat half now and save the rest for later, just a little tip. Next time I eat inside I will get some better pictures :D

The overall environment was really nice and clean. The workers were helpful and friendly. The steak they are advertising as a new option was just really dry and hard to chew :( I don't know how much control there is over that but i'm sure it'll be great if I choose chicken next time!!! user error perhaps.

Why 4 stars? Because this is definitely one of the best places to find healthy options around. --- --- --- When we recently moved to the area from Tampa, we had a list of several restaurants we knew that we were going to miss, but I did not realize how big the void for healthy food would be. Specifically, Build Your Own Bowl concepts. BYOB(owl) restaurants were super common in Florida, so we just assumed that was the case here. Unfortunately, no. There was a place in Tampa called Fresh Kitchen, that was the gold standard for these types of places, IMO. You go through an assembly line similar to Chipotle. You pick your base, your meat, your veggies, your toppings and any extras. The quality of everything was top notch and you actually felt like you were meeting somewhere in the middle between super healthy and great taste. And there were plenty of other copy cats to Fresh Kitchen, but they seemed to be the OG. It's shocking that nothing like that like exists anywhere in the Woodlands, Montgomery, Conroe, Magnolia, etc. When my wife found Sweetgreen, we were kind of excited because it seemed to be the closest thing to it that we've come across. And while it's still a bit different, we both enjoyed our lunch here. I built my own bowl with rice, buffalo cauliflower, cucumber, brussels sprouts, sweet potato, blackened chicken, shrimp, parmesan cheese and balsamic vinaigrette. It was pretty ideal in terms of a guilt-free meal. It's always a good sign when you are satiated without even a hint of a food coma. We will probably be back again, but hoping for some more meat options other than chicken or shrimp in the future.

Just tried their garlic steak bowl and it was delicious! I loved the service at this location and the place was nice and clean. The parking situation can be tricky during peak times but i think doing a quick pick up would be the best option in the future. Definitely try it out if you get a chance!

I've been a HUGE Sweetgreen fan for about a year now. My husband and I love going to the Rice Village location before having a picnic at Buffalo Bayou. We frequent The Woodlands, so I was ELATED when they opened this one. The staff was wonderful, and the produce was fresh. Their spicy cashew dressing is my FAVORITE, but I also enjoy their miso ginger and Caesar dressings. I also appreciate that everything is compostable (and their straws aren't paper ). We will absolutely be back!

I had been wanting to try Sweetgreen out for so long and I finally did. I got the Crispy Rice Bowl and even added the Sweetgreen hot sauce and omg, it did not disappoint! It was so hearty and healthy and so very delicious. Definitely recommend.

Ate at sweet greens and shortly after was very ill. My husband had a different salad than me and he was fine so something about mine was bad and made me very sick. The staff seem busy, there was one couple in front of us and they placed their order and then the staff wondered off to do other things, which is a little odd. They finally said we will be with you in a moment. That should have been stated before wondering off but whatever. We made it through the order and the person checking us out seemed too busy to actually pay us any attention. I don't believe I was offered a receipt and he didn't hand me our salads, he left them on the back portion of the counter for me to reach over and grab. I don't imagine I will be going back again after that experience.

I was super disappointed to learn that nearly every ingredient is made with sunflower oil. From a place that is supposed to be healthy and mostly organic, this was a huge letdown. Do better guys.

Seriously one of the best salads I've ever eaten. Service was quick and simple. We hit it to go but it's a regular salad bar set up so the setting is pretty regular but the salads are good.

One of the best salads I've had in a while! Super fresh my girl Heidi told me I should try the goddess salad, I added the blackened chicken to it ! It was so good and like the atmosphere in there the music and good fresh food just had me in zone! I was legit dancing haha on chair !

I can honestly say it's been EXTREMELY hard to not eat here every single day. It gets to the point where my partner and I try to persuade each other not to eat here.....and we both lose and end up eating here anyway. I've tried almost every salad that they have to offer....favorite is the seasonal chimichuri... and they are all so amazing! I love the fact that their drink options coincide with the health vibe of the restaurant (we all need more water here in Texas). It's clean, it's well managed, the staff is great, and it's all good for you. Whether it's a semi cheat day or another day of being healthy Sweetgreen is the right choice.

This venue is saving itself from getting 0 stars only because of how healthy their food is. Every time I come here it has been a lengthy wait with little amount of customers in line. The staff is the biggest issue with the wait time. They are both understaffed and not efficient with how they work the orders. They are slow getting orders for each customer that backs up a line. There was a total of 8 customers in line with us. 2 walked out before us. After we walked up to order they advised us there was no more brown rice so we walked out as well. Losing a total of 4 customers in a time span of 25 minutes should make any manager find this unacceptable.

I have no idea how I have lived 28 years without Eaton Sweetgreen before. This place is amazing!!! Always fresh and yummy! I love the crispy rice salad. I have literally eaten here 3 times this week. LOVE IT.

Fresh veggies and ingredients. I've been here twice in two days. I'll keep coming back until I've tried all the dishes. I have had the Buffalo Chicken Bowl, Guacamole Greens, Elote Bowl, and Chicken Pesto Parm. My favorite has been the Elote Bowl with chicken. Fresh, fast, with plenty of choices.

Got it delivered. Honestly they never disappoint. Their greens are always so fresh and delicious. My go-to "fancy" salad place.

I had my Kale Cesar for pick up and didn't check the quality at the store. At home, after adding the dressing I noticed tiny bugs. The unwashed Kale plus a few more bugs were part of my findings. Totally lost my appetite. Very disappointing. Zoom in to see a sample of that bug in the photo.

I honestly don't get the hype about this place. 14 dollars for the curry cauliflower salad and I asked for apples and they are like it's 50 cents extra. Not to mention the tiniest scoop of chicken. Like I was flabbergasted it wasn't even a full scoop it was half a scoop of chicken. I was like can you put more... the salad was not good and not worth 14 dollars. Also the salad dressing was not good. Overall not happy with my meal. Yes go for the "Aesthetic or the healthy vibe"

Delicious food and pleasant staff. Not often a reviewer, but just wanted to say... btw, sunflower oil is not unhealthy. It is high in mono-saturated and poly-saturated fats as well as Vitamin E, which can lower the risk of heart disease.

We showed up hungry at 8:15 and they were out of most items. Love this place usually but tonight it was a bad experience. Management should just allow the team to close when items are not avail.

This place has ridiculously poor service. I ordered a salad to be delivered to my hotel and it came without any utensils or napkins. When I called Sweetgreen they said it was GrubHub's fault. GrubHub says it is Sweetgreen's fault because they are not allowed to inspect the delivery. I am sitting here with a salad delivered to my hotel without any utensils to eat it. I have been traveling all day, starving, and it is unbelievable that I have been on the phone for 37 minutes and nothing to eat.

This is the third time this has happened and no one has been any help whatsoever. First time, missing a few toppings, not a big deal, first time. Second time, same thing, asked the crew there and they had me go on the app to file the request. I did and all I got was a dollar credit. Today we were missing 3 toppings and main protein on one salad and half the toppings on the other salad. I get that it's just a salad but atleast give us what we pay for when the thing is so pricy and if y'all screw it up, atleast reimburse or compensate for the issue.
