I used the app to order a custom bowl online and the staff prepared it before the set time which was nice. Although the portion seemed a little small compared to other sweetgreen bowls I've gotten in other stores. Custom bowl: arugula & baby spinach 🌿 pickled onions 🌰, spicy broccoli 🥦, tomatoes 🍅, nori sesame seasoning miso glazed salmon 🐟 honey bbq sauce, umami seasoning, crush red peppers 🌶 (on the side) warm portobello mix 🍄 roasted corn 🌽 & peppers 🫑

I've been eating SweetGreen for years, and have always loved the quality, taste, and portion size for the price. This Watertown location gives the smallest portion size, and it just doesn't seem up to par. I've ordered several times now, and they consistently give small portions. It's a shame because it's a convenience location with easy parking and other shops in the area.

Offers a variety of fresh, healthy options, and the ingredients are clearly high-quality. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. The salads themselves were well-balanced and flavorful, with a good mix of greens, vegetables, and proteins. The portion sizes are what you expect, but do vary. They tend to be a bit more generous at time here. Recommend this to anyone looking for a healthy meal.

So delicious! Their standard menu as is has such good options and the seasonal salad was delicious. I got it just as on the menu without substitutions and it was perfect. Lots of greens, quality toppings. The staff were so nice making my salad and the store is very clean. A great experience and a healthy lunch!

Order through Uber Eats and the tamper proof seals were opened. Uber won’t refund and can’t reach anyone at store. Do not order from here or you will get food not safe to eat and still have to pay

Ordered from DoorDash from this specific location on two separate occasions: a miso salmon bowl, and the salmon was missing both times! Tried getting in contact with the store and it’s an automated person that goes in circles directing you to text messages or going on the website. No real person to talk to.

Placed my order through the app for delivery. Food arrived cold and my steak portion plate arrived without steak. Double checked my app order and it included steak.

The salads and bowls are genuinely excellent here. Tons of flavor and crisp fresh food. The portion size was small. The price was huge. Ordered via GH and the service was quite speedy with good updates at regular intervals.

I'm always a fan of sweetgreen, but I really like this location in particular, given the outdoor seating and proximity to a bunch of other restaurants and shops. There's a decent amount of indoor seating too. The salads are top notch, just as expected, with all the freshest ingredients. The employees are really good about making substitutions as needed. Great salads, made to order on the spot... no complaints from me!

Love this location of sweetgreen. It's always super fast, and more importantly, it's always super friendly!!! The customer service here is superior to other locations that I've visited. Like all sweetgreens, the food is very yummy!!! This location has ample seating, especially in the warmer months. Definitely recommend this location for all your sweetgreen cravings!!!

My spouse and I had a delightful experience at Sweetgreen today. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and their service was incredibly fast and efficient. I opted for the fish taco salad, and every bite was delicious and fresh. My spouse enjoyed the chicken pesto parm salad, which was equally impressive. What stood out the most was not just the food, but also the seamless ordering process. Despite the small crowd, we didn't have to wait long to place our order. There's plenty of seating indoor and also outdoor. Sweetgreen truly knows how to deliver both in terms of taste and service. If you're in search of a place with delectable salads, friendly staff, and swift service, Sweetgreen should be at the top of your list. For 2 salads ,additional toppings, 2 waters and 1 bag of chip the total was $43.23.

Food was great. Service was awful. We were within an hour of closing time, but when I asked a second time if I could get ripple fries (which I accidentally called zucchini fries), the response was a flat "no." She apparently didn't hear me the first time so I gave her grace to ask a second time, but she was so rude about it. And then went and got them for me. Same when I asked if I could get a cup for water. "No". That was it. And there weren't any napkins to be found. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I had never been to this chain before, and it feels kind of like the Chipotle of salads. I ordered the hummus crunch, and the food itself was fine, but the service left something to be desired. I had to remind her to add critical components of my salad, and at one point it felt almost like she was going to forget the hummus, too. The portion was huge, though, and it made enough for two meals. It was fine to check out, and maybe I'd go occasionally if there was one nearby for lunch, but I feel like I'd have to be diligent about watching them make my food.

I drove out to Arsenal yards originally to grab some thing from a different place, but arrived after they were closed. Looking for some thing close and healthy opened after 9pm lead me to Sweetgreen. I can tell that they had started to wind down and clean up, but I did not feel rushed. I left with a great salad and great service. Everyone working there seems to be in good spirits. The space was bright and extremely clean. I've been to a couple Sweetgreen locations and this one I think gave me the best service. Also, I wish I had taken a picture of all the greens and vegetables out on display. I came in pretty close to when they were supposed to be closed, but I did not get the scrapings from the bottom of the bin. Everything looked and is tasting fresh! I'll definitely be back.

had some issues with my order and tried to get a refund... At first it was very difficult to get a hold of a manager. the dozen or so employees ignored me for over five minutes while I waited at the register. There was no line and I wasn't holding anyone up behind me. I don't believe any of the employees were able to fully speak English which made the process difficult. In total I ordered two salads and a drink. I was only trying to get a refund on one salad; as the chicken was extremely off tasting, there was way too much dressing, and the portion was small. I only complained to them about the taste of the blackened chicken which honestly should have been enough to warrant a refund. After nearly ten minutes an employee handed me a cell phone to speak to their manager - which was shocking that at 1pm on a week day (prime lunch time) there was no manager on duty - he proceeded to give me excuses over the phone as to why the chicken tasted the way it does. Oddly he kept referring to the salmon, and did not want to give me a refund. I don't think I was out of line asking for a refund for one salad. It's food and it's not cheap. Any food establishment relies on quality and service, both of which I was not satisfied with. Now I will have to go through my credit card company to pull the entire charge completely. My wife goes here on occasion and constantly complains about the service and the quality. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because my wife's salad was fine. However, we will not go back, and I don't recommend this sweet green location to anyone.

The Dude likes a good salad now and again to offset all the what-have-you. Successfully patronized this location a few times, but tonight, Dude got a salad with dried up rice involved. I didn't recall asking for extra crunchy. The Dude will avoid this location in the future.

Fast and friendly service. I love the ability to customize my salad to suit me. Great variety of vegetables, proteins, and dressings.

This place scooped up what little salad was left in the tray and instead of replacing it to add more, just continued down the line putting the rest in the bowl, leaving it about half full at the end. That was for the salad. The same was done with my salmon bowl, it was a small scoop of rice, a small piece of salmon, and small amounts of the rest of it. Paying what you do for these salads, I expect to at least get the right portion but they were really too lazy to fill up the bowl. I had to ask for more rice, so ended up eating a bowl full of rice with a small piece of salmon and some extra stuff in it. I was pretty unhappy with this, and I have no idea how you can serve someone food when the portion size is a third to half of what it should be. I did not appreciate this experience here at all, and I am not one to complain about my food ever. Mind you for two bowls of salad I left paying $30 for it. Normally sweetgreen is great, but this place is a no go. Or maybe you'll get lucky depending on who is working that day.

Got this catered for lunch on a work trip . Not my normal place I would eat but it definitely open my eyes to new healthier types of food I will eat . I got the hot honey chicken plate. The quality of the food is very good, and ton of flavor . You could tell the food was prepped with care and they even took the time to make it look nice . Definitely try it if you've been thinking about it .

Wonderful, fresh, varied ingredients for my salad bowl. The team member Terrell was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and attentive to my friend and I - 2 seniors here for the first time. Definitely coming back. More fun in person than ordering online:)

Store is a little under staffed, but the dude working here on Nov/5 at 8:45 is an absolute homie. He is doing three different shifts all at once, making all the in store orders, running the cashier, and the oven. Gotta make him manager or something in the future.

Ordered on line via their website - received notice food was delivered but no food and couldn't reach someone at the store to learn more.

I live in Brighton so whenever I order delivery it unfortunately comes from this location. Tonight on the SG app I thought I would try the Charcuterie Cobb salad. Three items were missing from the salad when it arrived - EGG, BLUE CHEESE and ALMONDS! I paid $13.75 for a big bowl of lettuce.

I order the same salad at every Sweetgreen's location but for some reason this one has a bunch of hard pieces in it. I don't know if it's undercooked rice or something that got into the salad but it's very unpleasant to eat. I barely got through a 1/3 of it and had to stop.

Ordered for pick up, but even after 30 minutes when order was supposed to be ready, they didn't even start preparing mine as they were working on orders placed 2 hours ago. Had to cancel and get food somewhere else as I was starving. There's so many people working there but they're super slow and rude when other people were asking where their orders' are.

Ordered two salads for pickup. Once I got home, I found out there was no dressing for either of them. Literally missing the key ingredient and now stuck with $30 worth of flavorless leaves.

I had a really nice experience . One of the workers named Jose ,I believe atended me well. Very sweet workers and the salad was incredibly. Definitely recommend!

Ridiculous pick up times at this location. I placed an order at 11:30am only to be informed after the order was submitted that it would not be ready until 1pm. About a month ago the pick up time was over 3 hours. Ordering in person wasn't any faster. There is no way to cancel an order once you click on Submit and the order is confirmed. You have to email corporate Customer Service and request a refund. The web site and app need to have a feature that either informs customers what the estimated pick up time is and to confirm the order and give an option to go ahead and confirm the order or cancel it or a feature that allows the customer to select a pick up time.
