I appreciate the response to my original review, but I want to clarify that what was said doesn’t reflect what actually happened during my visit. The kiosks were not in the middle of updating—they weren’t even turned on until about 15 minutes after the store opened. One staff member arrived late, and for a good while, both employees were in the back laughing and talking while customers waited.
I had only stayed because my daughter had been waiting for them to open, otherwise I would have left. I understand that things happen, but I was disappointed not just in the delay, but in the lack of urgency or acknowledgment from the staff at the time.
I do appreciate the offer to make things right, but I also think it’s important to be honest about what actually happened so improvements can truly be made.
