From our ranch to your table all of our grass fed, grass finished, naturally weened beef comes from right here in Boulder, Utah. We use seasonally available produce from our on-site garden as well as from other local farms. We offer a selection of beers from Utah breweries as well as a specialty cocktail menu and a wine list.
