I'm from the East Coast and knew I had to check this place out while visiting Salt Lake City. Well, I understand why this place is so popular. A large variety of options to choose from, and very reasonable prices.

My sister got a just-peachy with strawberry popping pearls but when she took a sip, there were none. But when we came back and told the lady at the window, she made us an entire new one AND let her keep the old one! Very good service.

Swig has completely won me over with its refreshing drinks and incredible service! I recently tried their Popping Pineapple in a blended style, and adding extra boba took it to a whole new level—absolutely delicious and so satisfying! Paired with their chocolate chip cookies on the side, it was the perfect treat. The staff was beyond sweet and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Their cheerful attitude and quick service really stood out, and they made me feel right at home. Five stars all around for both the drinks and the fantastic team at Swig! Highly recommend!

Disappointing Experience with Room for Improvement SWIG Cafe seemed promising at first glance, with a modern layout and comfortable seating, making it look like a great spot to relax or work. However, my experience was less than ideal. I ordered an iced caramel latte and a veggie wrap, hoping for a quick, tasty lunch, but both items missed the mark. The iced caramel latte was overly sweet, almost masking any coffee flavor, and it lacked the depth I expect from a well-made espresso drink. Additionally, it was filled with so much ice that there was barely any actual beverage to enjoy. The veggie wrap, while nicely presented, was surprisingly bland. The vegetables tasted fresh, but there wasn’t enough seasoning or sauce to make it flavorful, leaving the wrap dry and uninspiring. The service was another issue. Although SWIG wasn’t busy, it took over 15 minutes to receive my drink and another 10 for the wrap, which seemed slow for a casual cafe. The staff seemed polite but somewhat disengaged, and they didn’t check in to see if everything was okay. While SWIG Cafe has potential, the combination of overly sweet coffee, bland food, and slow service made for a disappointing visit. I wouldn’t recommend it unless they address these areas for improvement.

Needed help with a recommendation of what soda mix I should come up with for the soda bar we’re doing at my wedding next month. I didn’t catch the employees name but he was super helpful in offering suggestions and the drink I ended up getting was so good.

this place is nothing but a drink drive-through. We were really hoping to be able to go inside and look at some merchandise and possibly purchase some, but it was nothing but a drive-through and they advertise all these fun and different different drinks but really everything was just kind of blah. The drink that I’m holding in the picture just tasted kind of like chocolate milk and a lot of the drink drinks that my kids got said they really didn’t taste like anything but regular soda though they could’ve gotten out the restaurant. We just paid a whole lot more for it so just very blah.

Love trying the different drinks, but not always consistent across different stores. Very high priced so enjoy as a treat here and there. Nice team though.

The service was horrible. An employee was rude and ableist towards me. They told me I should have waited for someone to come out to take my order. But no one was standing there. When I tried to explain that I have diagnosis and that's why I didn't see the sign, they said it was a pretty big sign, and that I should have seen it. This was all done in such a condescending way I never want to return to that location.

I usually love this swig (great customer service!) but the last 2 times I've gone there the sodas have been extremely flat and taste watered down.

Best service I've had at a swig. They were quick as a drive up drink place should be. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I will pick this location over any of the others. My drink were also very delicious!
