Swig

I have came to this location many times already and I haven’t been a huge fan. The staff is nice, but when it comes down to the drinks, they are not it. I placed an online order and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get my drinks once I finally got them. The drinks were separating. The slushy ice was at the top and the drink was flat on the bottom.

Never been here before today & we had the best, genuine customer service from a guy named KADEN. WE LOVED HIM! He was so helpful and kind, hes an absolute Gem that they have here. Definitely will be back!

I came here on a busy Friday and ordered the spice spice baby. The drink was completely flat, zero carbonation and all the pumpkin sauce had settled to the bottom. The drink had clearly been sitting out for a while. Pretty disappointing to pay over $5 for a flat soda.

I'd recommend taking a look at the menu before you arrive, especially if you're going through the drive through. Once you get in line, there's a person who walks up to your car and asks for your order pretty quickly. There are so many options that it's really hard to choose if you don't take a look at the menu beforehand. The service is otherwise pretty fast and the drinks tasted good. We thought this place was going to be something much more simple than it really was - and it was so much better. Every time visitors come to see us from out of state, we're going to bring them here. Also - they have pup cups! Our dog really enjoyed this experience as much as we did!

I can't believe how long I have to wait in line to get wife's drink. There will be 3 cars in front of me and I'll have to wait over 30 minutes most of the time. I'll see they have plenty of staff, so why do they have such slow service? They are polite enough when in front of you, but with that speed it's like they are trying to actively convince everybody to go somewhere else.

The first who got our order was so fun and helped us customize our drinks perfectly! They were so friendly and a good bright spot for today.

The drink I got was very good and delicious but the service was terrible, because of that I will not be going back to this specific location. I unfortunately did not get the name of the girl that helped me but to describe her she had facial piercings and red and black hair. I only describe her because I feel like no customer should be treated the way she treated me and I want management to know. She was talking to me in a very rude tone of voice and did not seem like she cared or wanted to be there. Some things were said to me as well that I feel like no one should ever say to a customer. She had a lot of attitude with me and some snarky comments for me. Overall, this girl ruined my whole day.

Got a 44 ounce soda from swig, with barely any drink. More than 2/3 of the cup is just ice. Make sure you say light ice.

I usually love this swig (great customer service!) but the last 2 times I've gone there the sodas have been extremely flat and taste watered down.

The service was horrible. An employee was rude and ableist towards me. They told me I should have waited for someone to come out to take my order. But no one was standing there. When I tried to explain that I have diagnosis and that's why I didn't see the sign, they said it was a pretty big sign, and that I should have seen it. They said this all in such a condescending way I don't want to ever go to that location again.

Best service I've had at a swig. They were quick as a drive up drink place should be. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I will pick this location over any of the others. My drink were also very delicious!
