Botched service. The employees are nice but probably a bit lazy. The drinks are great and probably the only thing that they know how to do. I’ve gone here several times to get pretzel bites after the Jazz wins but they never have them or probably don’t want to make them. Definitely false advertising. I highly recommend driving the extra mile to the Draper location or Maverik close by for cheap refills.

I really think I'm addicted but I would rather go here than anywhere else or buy my own drinks to try to match the taste of what I get from swig. I will just say Jade has saved me so many times ;) , whenever I get happy, mad, sad, excited, but especially Swig helps me get motivated. Thank you for existing

I’ve found that all swigs drinks usually come out wonderful. I’m a fan don’t let that first comment turn you off this location. The workers are doing their best.

The Bluffdale location is my favorite location! Everyone is so friendly, they are fast, and my drink is always perfect!! I will drive further, just to go to this location!

Super awesome and bubbly staff. They get my order right 100% of the time and that’s been about a year. I go there almost Lu weekly! It’s my favorite.

I have came to this location many times already and I haven’t been a huge fan. The staff is nice, but when it comes down to the drinks, they are not it. I placed an online order and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get my drinks once I finally got them. The drinks were separating. The slushy ice was at the top and the drink was flat on the bottom.

I usually love this swig (great customer service!) but the last 2 times I've gone there the sodas have been extremely flat and taste watered down.

The service was horrible. An employee was rude and ableist towards me. They told me I should have waited for someone to come out to take my order. But no one was standing there. When I tried to explain that I have diagnosis and that's why I didn't see the sign, they said it was a pretty big sign, and that I should have seen it. They said this all in such a condescending way I don't want to ever go to that location again.

Best service I've had at a swig. They were quick as a drive up drink place should be. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I will pick this location over any of the others. My drink were also very delicious!
