Small store was drive-through only at this location. They have really fast service. The menu online had more than the menu posted on a sandwich board in the drive-through line. The drinks tasted really great and would go back again.

This place got me addicted to dirty soda. Only ever went through the drive-thru. Had to go back on multiple occasions because it was addicting! Staff at this location were awesome! Very kind and always willing to go above and beyond to offer excellent customer service. I wish I lived closer to there! The Ring King quickly become my favorite and daily treat while in SLC.

I love Swig, the Murray spot is our favorite, such fun drinks and such great customer service! The young lady who took our order today was so helpful helping us pick out our drinks, and Adriana at the drive through window is always so sweet and helpful, they made our day.

Swig didn’t quite live up to our expectations. The line and wait to get our drinks and cookies took about 15 minutes. My girls got the raspberry dream and the heart breaker and loved them. I got the big al and thought it was heavy on the lime and light on the coconut. We also got a sugar cookie a chocolate cookie and a peanut butter cookie. We think that the cookies were underwhelming. I would give it 3.5 stars but that’s not an option.

I love coming here! Traelynn literally makes us feel like the most valuable customer always when we come. She is so personable and caring. Customer service isn’t the same today as it was when I remembered years before. Every business needs a Teaelynn as she always goes above and beyond. We appreciate her so much! Thanks Traelynn!

This peanut butter cookie was so delicious! I prefer the one without icing, the icing tends to be a bit too sweet for my taste. The Pretty in Pink refresher was also so delicious! Perfect drink to cool off in the warmer weather. The staff that I interacted with were so sweet! The drive thru area is a bit hard to turn into/turn out of, but, I will definitely be going back soon!

I went to this Swig location and ordered a Pretty in Pink refresher. When I got home and looked at my drink a bit closer, I saw that I was given a bad orange. I would encourage employees at this location to stop serving oranges that are bad - especially when the description of the drink on the menu says it includes a “Fresh Orange”.

I ordered a Texas Tab and asked if I could simply swap the dr.pepper with a diet. They gave me a plain diet dr.pepper. No flavorings added at all and charged me almost $5. I can get the same exact thing at maverick or even 7/11 right next door for barely over $1.

It's hot as Hades on the 1st of July, so we decided to cool off with some chilled treats from Swig. We opted for the Waikiki beverage , and a sugar-free version of Daisy Duke (w/ their signature energy drink, Reviver), and a few pink-frosted sugar cookies. Our treats were refreshing and delicious -- everyone enjoyed what they chose. I noticed that they've really sped up the drive-through time, which is impressive. Start to finish, from ordering to pick up, the "wait" was just a moment. Great service, all correct orders, etc. Thank you!

As a native to San Diego, we don't have Swig's near us. So when we came to Utah we HAD to stop by and try it. To me, I understood the hype! The hula girl tasted super tropical, like a mocktail you'd order to sip on the beach. The berry boujee was super fizzy and delicious! The cherry bomb was just a classic drink. As a first timer, great experience!

Swig drinks always hit the spot! Service was a little slow but it's worth the wait. The only big downside to this particular Swig is the location. It's on a busy street and when you go to leave the drive thru, you can only turn right. That won't deter me from going again but just a heads up for others.

I went to Swig for the very first time as they come highly recommended my friends. Swig has a great selection of drinks with some treats in case you need a pick me up, also if you have your pup with you , even though they don't have pup cups they do have milk bones, so make sure to ask for one so your pup feels special too. As a first time Swigger I do recommend stopping by for a quick drink and you have to get their pretzel bites...they're delicious!!

Have been to this location multiple times and the soda machine has been out of syrup. This time in particular was frustrating because we waited in line for 30 minutes and then received gross drinks. Poured out immediately after we got home. Not Impressed. Tried to call and get a refund but the phone was disconnected.

Swig offers a variety of sodas, energy drinks, and sparkling water that have flavor shots and purée mixed in. If you aren't feeling any of the pre-made drinks on the menu, you're also able to customize your order and build your own drink. I'm not sure that I get all the hype around Swig--it seems like all of the other drink places around Utah where you can get a soda. I'm not against it, but wouldn't say it's amazing either.

This is a drive through Swig. There is parking in the back for employees but it's not an establishment you can walk into. The layout is not ideal. There is no signage for the entrance so make sure you enter the right way. We missed the entrance and had to go through another establishment's entrance to circle back. We also saw someone else enter through Swig's exit, so be careful and make sure you know where you're going and drive slowly once you enter. We were a bit surprised to come to this drive through joint only to discover they were out of Dr. pepper, Ginger Ale, and Mountain Dew. Either they were very popular recently or their supply chain is backed up. Either way, not a good look for a soda shop. What we got: Bloody Wild (with Sprite cause there was no Mountain Dew) - 3.5* I wish I could've swapped on Ginger Ale but that was a no go. Overall refreshing but not fantastic. Mango Breeze (with sparkling water) - 3* it was an average drink.

Wow! What a great shop! I love the fighter and dirtball cookies! Bring them back! The people are waiting!

If you're looking for the ultimate sugar high this is it! The ultimate drive-through dirty soda cookie experience. Every time I come to Utah I go to swig, but I was fortunate enough to find out that they also have one in Arizona. If you're unsure what a dirty soda is picture taking a Mountain Dew and adding all types of sweet syrups and concoctions making it an interesting but delicious new drink. Some people get their calories in alcohol some people get them in swig lol this is a must try!!!

Let me just begin by saying WOW! I am completely and utterly amazed by the service at this location. Today when i went in I had THE BEST experience i've ever had at a swig in my life. The employees Lizzie, kate, and natalie really strived to meet my needs and they did more than just that. The smiles on each employee's face was the perfect start to my day and they handle every drink and order with such love and care. I am completely obsessed with this location!

We tried Swig the last time we came to Salt Lake City. My kids remembered from a year ago so we came back. . .three times in three days. Love the drinks here. There is a combo for everyone. We've tried about 12 different drinks here, some better than the others. I think there was only one that my kids gave a thumbs down to. Employees are always friendly. We'll definitely come by next time we are in town.

So! I'm a seasonal worker and travel around working in resorts and trying local places trying to get a "local vibe" type thing. My local friends mentioned something about "dirty sodas". So, I thought I'd try it (and a cookie) Having nary a clue on what to do or order, me and my guy pulled up to the drive thru. The young lady there this morning (1/10/22 around 1130a) was so helpful, friendly and excited about the product! She helped us order and was some of the best service I've had in Utah, and EVER at a drive thru. Give this young lady a promotion (we both work in the service industry and as we pulled away we said we would hire her in a second at either of our establishments) The dirty sodas and cookie were all very good (we are literally talking about going back to try another soda now haha) but the drive thru attendant sold us on Swig. Awesome place!

Update: I decided to give them another chance, but they got my order wrong AGAIN! I asked for confirmation to make sure that the order was correct, but when I went to the window it was wrong. Luckily, I checked it there and they made a new one for me. But, I am disappointed that they keep doing incorrect orders. Other people at my office have had similar experiences. I am super bummed right now about my experience at swig. They gave me a totally wrong drink to what I ordered. I was in a rush and did not have time to complain or get it fixed. It probably would be a good idea to have checked my drink before pulling away, but I would have expected more from Swig.

The drinks here are pretty good, but the service at this one is LOUSY. Three workers stood chatting while 1 did the work. And if you go here, watch out for the horrible pothole / small canyon in the drive through. Definitely room to grow.

Depending on the time of day, the line can be a little long. However, the workers tend to do well at getting everyone served in a timely manner. If you haven't tried the Bloody Wild, it's a must have!

This was my first time here and I felt so welcomed! Line was short and quick at 6:20pm. The girl who helped me was so sweet and helpful! I got the sparkling strawberry breeze drink and it was amazing. Great alternative to soda.

I love Swig fruit drinks. However it is so frustrating when you pay $4 for a drink and it doesn't taste the way you know it should. Swig struggles to deliver a consistent product. Two nights in a row and one night it's perfect and the next not even close. ‍

This review is for their Boba Smoothie. It's very good and that's all I really have to say. As far as their drinks go, it's all the same stuff as all the other places. Swig does feel more official than all the other spots but overall they are all the same. But swig has some bomb boba!

Swig is amazing! Love all the refreshing drinks especially the Revives! Gotta have my caffeine! Definitely keeps my wife sane as well!

I'm loving the new sticker system at Swig. Makes me feel assured that my order was entered correctly. The employees here always are pleasant and efficient. This is the closest location to my house, but I can't wait for one that's closer. Till then, I'll keep coming.

Okay update Despite the traffic and the icky sugar cookie i upped my rating. I totally love the drinks but omg the chocolate chip cookie!!!! Delicious! It's definitely not for everyone though, and it was practically frozen but that's okay because i saved it for dessert. When it finally defrosted enough for me to not chip my teeth on it tasted amazing! very doughy and chewy (almost like raw cookie dough) , cold, and not many chocolate chips. My dream cookie!!!

Wow, so, this is purely just a place to get sodas, but they are unique, fruity, sweet and interesting sodas. The premise behind Swig is to take regular soda, like Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, and Mountain Dew, and add fruit flavorings, creams, and real fruit to create delicious and intensely sweet drinks. This place succeeds pretty well at this endeavor. I got the Candy Girl. I almost forgot what it was when I was looking at the menu online just now since there are so many different options. I got the sugar free syrup and Diet Mountain Dew, and honestly this drink was pretty bomb. I would definitely classify this as a top five summer beverage. It was tropical, light, crisp and just fizzy enough. I could have put on my shades and sat on a beach and been in soda heaven pretty much. My siblings each got different drinks -- I think the DDD and the Raspberry Dream. Both good, but very, very sweet. The fruit on the bottom of the drinks is a welcome addition and discovery once you're finished drinking the soda. Would definitely come back for a specialty soda.

They get my order right maybe 50% of the time - I order diet, not regular. Most of the time I don't catch it until I'm gone. Waste my time and money.

These cookies are amazing! We ordered 2 of each variety to take with us on a family car trip. The staff was very friendly. The shop was clean. We are now addicted and will be getting more cookies during our next stay in Utah! You can't go wrong!

I enjoy Swigs a lot and I am lucky enough to live close enough that I can just walk over instead of having to go through the drive through. The sodas are good and the cookies are pretty great but this is the worst location possible. This building used to be a old grab and go Pizza Hut and the location for Swigs could honestly not be worse. There are always cars stacked six or seven deep into the road blocking traffic and spilling over into 7-11 right next door. It's a dangerous environment and it's made worse by the SLOW service of the workers. There's a little more room in the back to expand it and they really need to. Go inside if you can or just avoid it.

I don't have drink addictions, but I love their peanut butter cookies and like their frosted sugar cookies. I tried the missionary drink with Sprite, coconut cream and Tigers' blood--refreshing! I'll be back to try more flavors. The drive thru lane is tiny and there's usually a line of cars on 900 east, so you may have to wait. They have a frequent customer discount program.

Pro Used to be great. Key word used to be...go somewhere else. Con -Terrible customer service. -Bait and switch business practices. I went with my wife today. She ordered a sugar free drink, we paid and proceeded to the next window. The girl at the window handed my wife the drink and informed us it was not sugar free because they don't have sugar free? A blank stare was exchanged between the two. My wife asked, "do you no longer have sugar free options"? The girl responded with attitude saying, "it's not sugar free", then she closed the window on us. Key points for this businesses: Don't sell what you don't have. If you mess up, own it and offer to fix your mistake. Encourage employees to be respectful.

These guys don't care about anyone else as they block traffic every single day. The location is bad, no parking available, and the line gets 3 cars deep before it starts blocking off traffic all day every day. No respect for local traffic. Also employees park everywhere else and call the cops on anyone else who dares park in the same lot (which isn't theirs to begin with). This business seems to feel entitled to all of the real estate around them. Very disrespectful.

Best oatmeal chocolate chip cookies ever! For some reason their drinks are better than others. My teens like their puree in the drinks not just the syrup I also like they have coconut cream not just coconut flavor. Girls were super friendly and very quick! A little line and NO WAITING

Addicting. Addicting. Addicting. While waiting in the long line, my husband and I were trying to figure out what is the big deal with cookies and soda? And how do they do so well that they have expanded in the valley? We tried the original frosted cookie and loved it. Moments later, we literally said "now I want a soda... That's it! That's how they get you! Cookies + soda!" We wanted to drive back to get a soda but didn't... We went back the next day though! This time we tried the chocolate frosted cookie and the chocolate chip cookie. Loved the chocolate frosted cookie, but think the chocolate chip cookie would be much better if it had more than just 3 mediocre pieces of chocolate chips! Also tried the dirty S.O.P soda (Dr. Pepper, coconut, and peach). It's less sugary than I had imagined, so not much added guilt from having a reg soda. Downside: No parking. Drive thru is very tight, does not accommodate a line of cars, and it's not speedy. Not good for backing up traffic on a busy main road. It's a shame to see that is very reason is the main cause of all the negative reviews. Location factor aside, cookies & soda are delightful.

Love my Swig and love the girls that work there! They are great! Love even more my white swig tumbler--keeps my drink cold all day!! Wish the black tumbler worked as well as the white one.

Location is not that great as far as parking, we were car #3 and the wait was rather long. Shouldn't take that long to make drinks and packages already made cookies. But that being said, cookies are always worth the wait.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could I've gone here off and on for the past couple of months. I usually get the boba but there's never enough boba, not even the bottom of the cup is full. My last order I did online to add comment to make sure that I get a nice amount of boba, when I get there to pick it up there were 2 girls at the window who were very condescending and laughing at my simple request to have more boba. They handed me the cup and before giving it they laughed as asked if it was enough when the cup was practically full with no drink in it. if I'm paying $5 for the drink I'd want what I'm ordering. The amount of times I've come to this location they've always been very rude, to the extent of laughing at me and being rude when my card declined. I understand there's not much they can do in that situation but the guy at the window wouldn't let me try any other way of payment. And the fact that you have to read off your card number and can't even pay in cash is ridiculous.

I love myself a good dirty soda, but have been soooo disappointed all three times I've been to swig. The workers are unattentive, and make us wait about 20 seconds while they finish up their text/Snapchat. On my first visit, the girl taking our order was having a conversation with her friend on FaceTime simultaneously. This trip, the young guy gave us our drinks only after we watched for half a minute while he was on his phone.... I understand it's probably a way cool/low maintenance place to work. These kids are probably in high school, but it's just inconsiderate to have people waiting on the workers. Something needs to be done so these kids can know how to be better workers for when they enter the real world.

Headed back to swigs again. When traveling to Utah, my wife won't let me come home without bringing some of their sugar cookies home. I always have to smuggle at least a dozen in my suitcase or her and my daughter won't leave me I. The door!!!

What can I say other then if you are having a bad day, swig helps make everything better. The employees are always smiling no matter what time of day I need a little boost. I love their recommendations on different drinks to try. Their cookies are a kid quieter which in turns makes this mommas day a little bit smoother. The drinks are good but the employees at this location are just out of this world great!! Thank you guys for sharing some sunshine in my day.

Not all Swig locations are created equal. It seems about 50% of the time my order is incorrect. Not sure what else I should expect being that this location is ran by high school kids. The biggest problem recently however has been the lack of carbonation. The drinks are either flat and gross or the flavor is off! I purchased drinks two days in a row thinking it was just another off day. I have now had more bad Swigs than good ones. I used to go twice a week and get drinks for the family but not anymore. Save your money and calories on something worth it or get a Swig at the point of the mountain where they are consistent. This place needs to focus on quality control. I'm shocked there is still a line.

This Swig in Murray is literally the worst one ! I just have to be honest ! I am a loyal swig customer i drink swig almost EVERYSINGLE day ! I used to live in Midvale and they are absolutely AMAZINGGGG there every single worker. I have now moved and Murray is the closest swig to me even when i use DoorDash for my swig orders they always link me with the Murray location which i absolutely HATEEEE ! First off let's talk about how they are always out of something rather it be Cups (YES I SAID CUPS) Root Beer, Coconut cream, Vanilla cream and the list just goes on & on they never seem to have all the ingredients for their drinks ! Everytime i DoorDash they never EVER send the dasher with straws like what am i supposed to drink my 44oz drink with really ??? They continuously mess up orders and they just do not care they don't even try to FIX the issue like a regular business with good sense would or like the location in Midvale or Cottonwood heights ! Then the lines OMGGGGG they move soooo freakin slow that they have the whole 900 E. Backeddd up soooo far with cars waiting ! I think this location needs to move elsewhere and hire atleast one freakin adult a shift so that there aren't just ALL KIDS that barely know what they are doing seriously . Today was the breaking point I've given them chance after chance but i have been saying for 4 days that i was going to leave a review but i didn't do it because i was waiting for them to get there stuff together but when i rode pass today and they were STILL out of coconut cream and about 5 other things i said enough is enough I'll be writing a review and i told my daughter to make sure she reminded me incase it slipped my mind ! They've been out of small cups, as well as about 6 other ingredients ALLLLL THIS WEEK & i am just disgusted with them at this point ! I drove over to the Midvale location and i was taken Cate of just like that took me a total of about 3 mins to get me in and out & this is with having 4 cars ahead of me smdh frfr ! The owners need to do a lot of firing and NEW hiring as well as making some major changes to this location ! I wont be going back nor will i ever spend my money at this location!! I'll just have to drive a longer distance and that's to Midvale or Cottonwood heights because atleast i know I'll be getting exactly what i want and my drink will be made exactly the way i ask ! If i could give Murray's location zero stars i most definitely would ! If your crazy about swig and enjoy their drinks i am telling you PLSS bypass this location and go to a different one trust me !

I have been a customer of swig for years. As well as, Working there for years. But the service at the Murray swig, the past couple of months, has been outrageous. I've waited for drinks for 25+ minutes. The other day I left the line early after I had already paid for my drink. There was only two cars in front of me when I left, but due to a screaming child and I already had waited for 20 minutes I couldn't handle waiting another minute or being even more late for school pick up. Today I tried again and they gave me the wrong drink. I love swig however they need to get their act together and hire more staff if this location can't handle the line.

It's a fun little shop to swing by for a quick flavored soda or cookie. Their sugar cookies are fantastic! My only complaint is that they serve their chocolate chip cookies out of the cooler... Who wants a cold chocolate chip cookie?!

This business causes such a mess with traffic! How do they get away with it? I couldn't get into the 7-11 because cars were blocking the driveway. 2 swig employees were outside just standing there staring at the line. Go somewhere else Swig

I waited over 15 minutes to go through the drive through just to get a drink!!! There were only 3-4 cars ahead of me! Chik fila's drive through is much faster than that and they serve food!! I was SUPER disappointed in the time it took to get my drink. I will NOT be going back to this location again!

Good drink, but you need a big straw for a boba drink. Half the fun is slurping the tapioca pearls

Swig is the "OG" of Mormon bars, aka soda shops, and is still the best! Their drink combos and sugar cookies are by far the best of all the "OTHER" shops around!

I love this place but I get frustrated when they consistantly close almost an hour before they are supposed to.

I admit I was curious every night while doing errands I would see HUGE car lines for SWIGG and I would think man these people are crazy! Why would anyone wait in a long line (assuming it took forever like Sonics drinks). But really I got in and out in five minutes, the drink was fabulous, and the sugar cookie was decent. Worth it. I want to try the energy drink next. I can now officially check it off my curiosity list.

Quick service and amazing cookies and drinks!!! Would recommend!!!
