Nice, relaxing area, but the pool could use a little shade. Danny M. served some delicious and beautifully presented food. We ate it too fast to getter a better photo. He was genuinely kind and helpful as we had a long wait for our flight. We also appreciated the pool manager Nina helping to accommodate us. Thank you! Also, I appreciate the cute bootie baring outfits of the lady servers, but where are the dudes in their bootie shorts? 😉

Had the best pool day at a cabana with my friends at the Swim and Social. Can’t recommend this place enough. The food, drinks and service were great. Our server Taylor was so kind, prompt, and had us taken care of all day.

A day at the pool is always a good day. To make it a great day indulge yourself by renting a daybed, or cabana if your party is large enough. We rented a shaded daybed for $150. It comes with a dedicated server, a fresh fruit plate, water, and a food/beverage credit equal to the rental cost. The prices of the food and beverages were not increased which allowed us to enjoy several drinks (2 large bloody mary's, 2 seltzers, 3 beers), a breakfast burrito, and an ahi tuna taco appetizer at lunch without going over our credit. Our server, Empress, was very attentive. She constantly checked on us to ensure all our needs were met. I was looking forward to the poolside blackjack. Unfortunately it was closed for the season. Oh well, maybe next time

Rented a cabana for my husband's birthday which requires a minimum spend for food and drinks. I've been to so many Vegas pools and cabanas as a local and was surprised at what a great value the cabanas are here with pretty decent prices for food. We even got a complementary ($15) fruit plate and drinks in the mini fridge. Because of my celiac disease, they were able to modify some of the dishes on the menu to make them gluten-free for me, specifically the $19 shrimp ceviche and the $24 steak Caesar salad. They tasted great. The highlight was the Patron margarita tower for $55. We also got a virgin piña colada & virgin strawberry daiquiri which were $10 each. My husband doesn't have any dietary restrictions so he tried loads of other foods. Our cabana had a couch, a table with chairs, a fridge, a tv, and two sun loungers with umbrella plus complimentary sunscreen. Staff was quick and checked on us often. Overall, this was my best cabana experience and I've been to basically every casino pool in town. July 2025

Great vibes! The staff is very accommodating and have amazing attitudes! I reserved one of the Day Beds and Athena, the front desk, went above and beyond grabbing me towels, ordering me a complimentary fruit plate, providing aloe, and helping me find an outlet so I can do some work pool side. Athena, Dani (my waiter) , and Mia (pool attendant), made my visit amazing and well worth the money! I cannot recommend this place enough! Athena alone made me feel taken care of!

Great bar sizes, ample loungers (first come first serve), good cabana sizes but could offer more poolside. Food and drink at the bar was really good (the mojitos were on point)! Ahi tuna tacos were very good.

Rented a cabana at swim and social for the third time because it is the best deal on the strip. The entire cost of the cabana is returned to you in food and beverage credit. The staff is awesome (Claudia is the absolute best), the pool is clean, the food is delicious, and just an all around great experience. I highly recommend!

Great view from the pool deck. Comfy and clean too! The staff are friendly. Food and drink are reasonably priced. Well worth the visit to dip your toes if staying at the Strat.

Well first our great experience started as soon as we signed in. Austin treated us like VIPs and checked on us a couple of times throughout the day. We reserved the VIP CABANA for 8 ppl and it was simply perfect. There's an indoor area with A/C, TV, lounge area, etc., that comes with the cabana. I wouldn't everrrr have a pool day without booking the VIP CABANA. The service was amazing from both Emperess & Madison, and the food & drinks were on point. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to visit and enjoy some food and drinks with friends and family....we'll be back. Oh yeah, and my dad got a good massage from a contracted massage therapist that was servicing the people at the pool area.

We had a great time renting a cabana at the Strat Swim and Social. The price was worth it, included food and drinks which were all delicious. Shout out to the best server Taylor who helped us out all day. She was so kind and friendly and had great tips on food and drinks which choices.

Great service, music and vibes but the food is just meh. I don't know how a place can mess up a Turkey club crossiant but ya i couldn't eat it. The garlic aoli on there seems so wrong and so over powering. I even asked for regular mayo and tried scraping off the garlic, didn't help it. The fish tacos were absolutely horrible but just meh. Had us wishing we went out of the hotel to eat.

Love, Love, Love! Came with my son and rented a day bed which was perfect and right by the pool. Pool was clean, food and drinks were flowing and everything was delicious. The ceviche stood out and will definitely be something I order again. EMPRESS was my server and absolutely the nicest and most helpful and I do hope she is here when I come back in September.

Our server Kierra was very nice to help us, though we knew she wasn't assigned to our area. We couldn't another server available, she was busy with other clients in the opposite side of the pool. Our food came in about 10 minutes after it was ordered. Excellent burgers, but the fries were dry. Giving 5 stars for our server. 9-5-2021

Nice facility and the food at the grill was delicious, but the 32oz drinks ($25) are definitely not strong enough for what you're paying. Lol Pool is clean and well maintained, furniture is comfy, no complaints there

This pool it was awesome! Love our private cabana! My daughter got to relax and watch tv in between swimming and soaking up the summer sun The pool was big with a volleyball net in the middle. There was a bar that had decent prices. I'll be going back again soon, I really enjoyed my tome here!

This place is located on the eighth floor and it is open from 9 AM to 7 PM. When they say 7 PM you better be up at 6:50 they're already telling to get out. Don't be like me and come at 6:30 thinking that you can really stay a long time, I learned this lesson. Lovely views! :) Makes a great Instagram post.

Great staff ! All smiles on everyone faces, haven't seen one frown. Directions were pretty clear on how to get to the pool and entering the pool was hassle free, thank you !

Great spot for a party. The most amazing view of the strip. And because the location isn't blocked by other large casinos we actually had a nice breeze despite the 100 plus temperature. We were there for an early Fourth of July celebration. Yellow Brick Road played while we enjoyed buckets of cold beer. About 9:00 was the amazing firework display. There is something to be said about not fighting the crowds and being able to just chill reclining on a lawn chair while watching the choreographed inferno above. Totally awesome!

AWESOME! We had a lot of fun up here. My group stayed at the Stratosphere recently and we obviously had to go check out the pool area. It was so nice up there; the sun was perfect it was like they strategically placed us there and time stood still. We actually came twice but this didn't exist so I had to add it to the directory to check in here. I was shocked it wasn't already listed! I searched but found nothing but that's okay. Here now. The bar area is small, maybe about 10-15 chairs but the service is good there. I got a garden California salad with the chicken it was delicious. De-lish! Whoa! And I had our kind bartender whip me up a special frozen long island, yum.. it went away too quick. Prices were about right for what I was getting the salad was $10 and the drink was $9 and then taxes. They also had a server walking around for people; we chose to go to the bar though. Even though it wasn't terribly busy with people, she was busy with the people she had, which was fine for us. The entrance is either through the hallway down floor 8 or from the casino on the left there at the entrance. You can get a towel up there and the pool is pretty large, the hot tub is oddly shaped though. I took a bunch of photos but I felt like a weirdo trying to take a picture of the pool as you could imagine why. Tons of chairs available, some private tents and you can see the top of the Stratosphere where the jumper people are and the view is pretty neat. I didn't have to use the restrooms but I'm sure they were alright, there were a lot of cleaners around with laundry bins and such. I definitely recommend this spot to soak up some sun in the afternoon and recoup after a night of drinking!

Terrible service! Not many folks at the pool ordering drinks and still waited 45mins to get a drink. Not worth the wait and the drinks were extremely diluted and not worth the $40 for two drinks I paid!

My family and I visted the elaation pool at the strat hotol . We rented a cabanna and our attendants where super attentive but the one who stood out was Monique friendly kind and went over and beyond to make our experince a visit unforgettable we couldn't have asked for more. A1 service with a smile. Thank U Monique for your help and great service . I will be looking forward to our next visit and hope that Monique is there to great us .

During my 4 day vacation I experienced okay customer service from the Elation pool staff initially. During my last day (Saturday)the staff seemed a bit careless. My group sat the entire time without being approached by a waiter despite being completely visible. Thus, I approached the bar for a glass of water. I waited about 7 minutes, as there was only 1 bartender. Once he was able to serve me he approached and asked what he could get me, in which I responded "just two cups of water", he then went on to ask if I am 21, in which case I told him "yes, 24." He responded by asking for an ID. Since my ID had been at my chair, I proceeded to leave the bar. I return with my ID and a friend who also requested a glass of water. The waiter again suggested that he needed to see ID in which I asked "for water?" as I handed him my ID. He then says "what does it matter? You're at my bar don't question me". The poor attitude, the snarky comments, the nonchalant attitude to paying customers should not be tolerated. I hope that Ivo has better days during his employment at Fire bar--stratosphere. However, I will no longer visit this bar. I suppose one apple does spoil the bunch.

I absolutely love this place. We have stayed at the Stratosphere twice in the past 3 years and Level 8 is hands down the best pool bar/lounge out there. The customer service is exceptional as well as the food and drinks!! I come to this bar mainly because of Matt, the bartender. He is wonderful and has the best personality. He makes our visits so much fun and always remembers us!! I wish all bartenders were as awesome as he is!!!!!

Nice setting and employees although the pool was so cold you could hardly get in it. We wanted to float but nearly unbearable. Bathrooms weren't working for half the day. Good thing our room was close. Overall not the best for the money we spent on the cabana.

The food and drinks were awesome! The burger was amazing. The bartender seemed to hate his job though. Which put a downer on the atmosphere. He spent most of the time talking about his personal life with the bikini waitress. If you tried to order a drink from him, he would act like you were bothering him and interrupting his conversation. He just made the customers sitting at the bar feel awkward.

Amazing! This bar has the best staff in Vegas! They remembered our group of girls from 3 years ago and we had to come stay at the stratosphere again because of the pool bar staff! Matt is the most friendly and literally makes a drink like a champ! The pool is really enjoyable and large and not over crowded which is nice. We will be back in another 2 or 3 years to see him again!

Loveeee this place! We've come to the pool everyday and have received great service, drinks and food. Abe is by far the best bartender there! He has a great personality and was so helpful. He gave us tips on where to eat and where to hang out while we stayed here!

The pool isn't heated so it's not enjoyable to swim in this time of the year. The prices are kinda high & there are kids running around all crazy splashing everyone. The view is AMAZING! Wish the pool was heated would have given in 4 stars then.

Very disappointed this morning. We had breakfast here beside the Pool and I must say it was not a good experience. Very poot customer Service and not customer oriented. Then coffee came and they only give sweetened milk- no creamer avail. Not worth the wait.

Everything is fabulous, great service. Extraordinary attention. Friendliness and a lively atmosphere. I hope to return soon because it was great.

This place is awesome!! So much fun! I've been here 3 times and each time is better than the last! I celebrated my bachelorette party there and it was definitely a trip to remember! Drinks are delicious and the bartenders are what really make this place so fun. Matt is the best!! Go see him when you're in Vegas! Can't wait to come back!!
