What COVID Safety Rules Are in Place at Lumen Field for Seahawks Games? | Eater Seattle

"As a pop-up vendor at the PNW Marketplace on the cited game day, Swine Dining was one of the temporary vendors I observed that contributes to the rotating, game-by-game food variety." - Gabe Guarente

Google
The girl that was working there by herself was amazing, her recommendation and her positive vibe will definitely make me go back. The brisket was impressive too, the bbq sauce didn’t overpowered the flavour of the meat like usually does on this kind of places, it was exceptional.

Google
Hungry for BBQ on our 33rd wedding anniversary, we chose swine dinning and were thrilled we did. We got the 3 meat pool - brisket, sausage, n ribs for me plus mac n cheese and cream cheese corn and he got pulled pork, brisket and pooled brisket plus beans and cheese curds. Wow!! Hands down the best bbq I've had in Omaha. Great mouth feel, tender, and sauces were STELLAR. The cooks/waitstaff even wrote happy 33rd anniversary in bbq sauce- awesome service. Highly recommend.

Google
I went there for the first time the other day and it was by far the best barbecue meal I’ve ever had including my favorite spot in Kansas City. I had the pulled pork pulled chicken mac & cheese and potato salad with candied jalapeños and it was unbelievable!

Abby P.

Google
First time in and the gal at the counter was very kind and patient with us. Pulled pork and brisket sandwiches were good- french fries were excellent- both mild and hot BBQ sauce were good. Excited to go back and try more from the menu.

Shannon N.

Google
We were there Friday evening at 7:42pm. The guy with the black hair, skinny and tall seemed like he hated his job. He was not friendly and no customer service skills at all. The food was ok. The brisket Mac and cheese was cold and so was my brisket sandwich. Please do better I want to come back!

Ruby L.

Google
We've been following them on Facebook and my husband and I finally made it down there. I'm ts a very spacious place and has sitting inside and outside. We ended up getting two meats, the pulled pork and the brisket. Both meats were delicious and juicy. We also had the smoked Mac and cheese and Cajun fries. The food over all was phenomenal. The BBQ sauces were the icing on the cake. Very yummy food at a very reasonable prive.

Barbara L.

Google
Special kudos: I'm celiac and almost everything was gluten free Absolutely delicious ribs Pulled chicken was great too Every bite of everything we ordered was so good. Walk in and surrounded by delicious aroma. Get in line to order, then take a seat and food brought out. Friendly service.

Google
Good BBQ for the price. Brisket was tender with a smoky flavor. The chicken was moist, but too chopped for me. I prefer more whole pieces like the brisket (my problem not theirs). Two sauces mild and hot. Both complement the food well. I liked the hot with just enough kick of heat. The mac & cheese was cheesy creamy and the coleslaw was just sweet enough. Paper plate service. If you're in the area give them a try.

Yelp
Very well done. Beats out most BBQ around Omaha by far. Great service and portions. Fairly priced. Way to go!

Yelp
Little spot that locals love, the BBQ is smoked on site and learned to always pass on an item if counter cashier yells "we still have that" cause it translates to left over from who know when and my pulled rib meat sandwich was a sparce burnt chewed. Mac is smokey and more sauce than noodle and the best thing was the potato salad. Good sweat tea here in the Midwest. Outside tables when weather permits and the wind spits the smoke at you off the cooker.

Yelp
need to go when they have brisket. Sides are also good. Cornbread is a little dry but still enjoyable
google avatar

Yelp
My office grabbed lunch after a meeting and stopped here. I wasn't really in the mood, but I quickly changed t mind after my first bite of brisket my sandwich was loaded with flavorful brisket that hit the spot. The baked beans was packed with flavor too. Great portion for the lunch meal that will make me bring my family soon.

Yelp
As soon as you pull into the parking lot, you smell barbecue and from the looks of it the barbecue is always hot and fresh. I ran in one day just to grab a little something for myself since my boys were gone. And there was so much to choose from so I got a three item platter with pulled pork, burnt ends, and sausage. The sides I picked were beans and coleslaw and I also got some cornbread. Everything was delicious, but my absolute favorite was the sausage. The flavor was just so good. I don't know what they put in there, but it cannot be beat and now I crave this. Funny thing is I've never really been a big fan of sausage so I wasn't expecting to like that as much as I did. It's a small little hidden place that you can drive right past if you don't know what you're looking for, but it's fun and cozy. Feels like you're going to a friend's house for a picnic and my cashier was super friendly and helpful.

Chad R.

Yelp
As advertised. I enjoyed it and the Habanero barbecue sauce is terrific. Overall I was happy.

Yelp
My husband was doing work near by and surpised me with a take out box of burnt ends and pulled pork. It was so good! I thought he got us one meal to split but turns out it was one order just for me, it was massive! I do think it's hard to do bad pulled pork, so that was great to me but the burnt ends were awesome. a beautiful shade of pink! I'd like to go back and eat in, as al the other reviews mention great service n atmosphere. though it did travel home well which is always a perk!

Yelp
Considering I'm from Texas where there's good BBQ on every corner. I realize that I have a weakness signs that reads "Smoked Brisket, sausage, Ribs, BBQ, etc". I am quickly realizing that BBQ does not always mean Texas BBQ. Today I visited Swine Dining BBQ in Bellvue. Everyones been telling me its the best BBQ in Omaha; so I decided to give it a try. Before going to this place I was sure to check the reviews and for the most part the reviews were 4's & 5's. I ordered a nice sample of the menu and I was very excited to get home to enjoy my food. I ordered the 3 meat dinner (sausage, brisket ribs). I also ordered the smoked wings with Mac & cheese and potato salad on the side. Smoked Wings - nicely smoked cooked thoroughly. I thought they were a little salty. (perhaps its the brine) Ribs - pretty good, I thought they were cooked thoroughly, tender, decent smoke flavor, they didn't seem freshly cooked. Brisket - It was also a little salty and it was sliced thin..... it reminded me of a commercial brand brisket that you can buy in the grocery store (heat & serve). Potato salad - definitely store bought and the potatoes were a little hard. Mac & Cheese - very thick, creamy, cheesy with great flavor. Sausage - did not taste smoked, that texture was weird and I did not like it. Portions were decent and fair for the meal but nothing to get excited about. BBQ Sauce - I got the sweet and the sweet & spicy flavor. I did not like either of them because they were too sweet for me. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best) Cleanliness - 5.0 Customer service - 6.0 Ambiance - 6 .5 Food presentation - 5.5 Food quality - 6 Food taste - 5.5 Food portion size - 5 Total satisfaction 5.5 Of all the items I ordered I liked the smoked wings and Mac & Cheese the most. Everything else was Ok. Perhaps I was expecting something amazing and did not find it here.

Yelp
Unfortunately I am allergic to pork ..but it did smell delicious! It was catered in to our workplace on this cold snow day ...enjoyed by 50+ employees....mac and cheese went so fast ...so did the chicken and baked beans no pictures ..All I had was the apple crisp that was left ...that was one of the favorites anyway! I had a pretty big portion too! They deliver (not the first time it's been ordered in) very good customer service ..everything was wrapped in large tin deep roasting pans covered in foil ..plenty of utensils and napkins for the win!

Barb S.

Yelp
Food tastes spoiled. Made my husband sick. Wait staff was short and unpleasant. Don't eat here.

Lynda S.

Yelp
We have eaten from the time it first opened the in Bellevue I also bought from the truck before they opened. They have always been nice to us, the best barbecue ever!!! The ribs are out of this world and they know I like coleslaw on my sandwich.

Allen K.

Yelp
Great food. I especially enjoyed their ribs. Also, their smoked macaroni with brisket was excellent. They are definitely worth checking out.
google avatar

Missy M.

Yelp
The food was amazing as always! We both ordered the popping brisket and jalapeño cream corn. They were quick to take our orders, even though they were super busy. Love the diner type feel. It's always welcoming. We love coming here.
google avatar

Lita H.

Yelp
Very disappointed period! (Take out) A friendly smile doesn't make up for bad food. The beef brisket was obviously reheated (not in juices, drippings) multiple times! Very dry, tuff and over salted. Waffle fries overcooked. Cornbread muffin crumbles, old. Apple crisp, a larger portion does not make up for the fact it's been sitting awhile. All 3 meals ... a waste of time. Our excitement totally crushed. So much for being faithful to them. Guess we'll try the new BBQ place in town.

Beauty B.

Yelp
The brisket was amazing, as was the potato salad and baked beans. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

James M.

Yelp
If i could give them 6/5 stars i would. The food is always good, and they stayed open in a hot kitchen so that bellevue folks without power could eat a good meal.
google avatar

Chad C.

Yelp
Good BBQ, fair prices. Can't go wrong with pulled pork sandwich, or brisket. Sides were underwhelming (baked beans, cheese curds). Also, they were very busy at lunch and it took me 15 minutes to get a spoon for my beans from a server. Not their fault to be so busy, but it was frustrating all the time. Overall, it's good, would definitely go back but also wouldn't write home about it...if I wrote home for some odd reason.
google avatar

Michal H.

Yelp
Great lunch while visiting the kids. Took the son-in-law out for some BBQ and we both went with the brisket mac-n-cheese, with a side of burnt ends. Great flavor across the board. Burnt ends were a tad dry, but not unedible. Super friendly staff and food was out very quickly. A definite return.
google avatar

Brenda B.

Yelp
Very good bbq! Esp Friday when they have burnt ends- mmmmm tasty! The corn sides are equally good- either a jalapeño cream cheese corn or the roasted with peppers corn. The sausages are huge. In fact I brought one home and my adult daughter asked when she saw it in the fridge "Who brought the ginormous hot dog home?!". It was pretty funny because it does look like that. The chicken is always juicy and tender, the ribs pull apart, and everything is just plain great. Enjoy!
google avatar

Johnny W.

Yelp
Wish the food came out hot or maybe warm would be nice. Cold sides and brisket sucks! Waiting for cold food is even worse, being overcharged makes it unbearable. If this is good bbq In Nebraska then someone needs to try Texas. So disappointed in this place. Here are some lows cold food, fries too salty, corn is tasteless, lack of meat and time it took for food to come out. Will not be back no matter how many award they have won.

Yelp
Delicious BBQ! I love the location in a quiet neighborhood close to the riverfront. Wonderful take out options great for lunch at the park with the family. I especially like the sandwiches, beans, and corn.

Jeff R.

Yelp
Someone recommended this place for great BBQ. They were not wrong. Great food. Small little place but huge flavor. Food was awesome. Get selection. The mac-n-cheese was really good. So was the pulled pork and brisket. The staff was very nice and helpful.
google avatar

Gabriela G.

Yelp
The woman behind the counter was super helpful and patient. I personally am not a fan of bbq and the sweetness so my review could be biased, i got the pulled chicken on a bun and it wasn't the best thing I've eaten. I thought the chicken was a bit dry and the sauce was a bit too sweet for me, but if that's what you're into then you'll love it! I liked the whole chicken instead that I stole from my friend ( I'm not a pork or beef eater). The sides were good though, and everyone else I came with really loved their food. The ribs came right off the bone. Food did take a little longer to come out, but we were in no rush!

Yelp
How can you not give this wonderful business 5 Stars. Seriously! It's got everything you could ask for in a Mom & Pop BBQ joint. 1st, location. Situated in the "old town" neighborhood with all the great local history. Infact the building is actually a converted house that's surrounded with all the original homes. Talk about that " Down home feel". 2nd, the staff. These girls go way out of their way to serve you something you'll like. Always smiling and accommodating .3rd, The food. I rate a lot of food places all over the country especially in the places that you have got to be good as the clientele and cost of real estate to be there demands it. Yet this place could hold its own in the best places along the SoCal coast line. Yeah, that good. Everything I had was better that average for sure but the in-house side creations put them far apart from many Smoke House/ BBQ places out there. They change these dishes up all the time. For my visit it was the Carmel Crispy bread pudding dessert. And the price ? ,$3 ! Same gos for the Fresh off the cob standard/sweet corn & minced sausage brisket grilled hash. Unbelievable. And again, super affordable. That's the 4th reason this place deserves 5 stars, it's crazy affordable. Where can you get 1lb of smoked/ sliced brisket from a multi-award-winning smoker for 8 bucks! Yeah. 5 Stars ! This town is lucky to have business like this.
google avatar

Rachael S.

Yelp
Best bbq in the area, according to my southern husband! Fast service and great serving size for the price. Large, comprehensive menu and plenty of seating. Love it every time we go
google avatar

LeRoy T.

Yelp
Some of the Best smoked beef.brisket I have ever had very tender. The potato salad was outstanding
google avatar

Jesse W.

Yelp
This is not about there BBQ, I got burnt ends and they where as good as everytime. This is about there banana pudding! This is probably the worst banana pudding I have had at a restaurant. It tasted like cheap instant "banana" pudding, with three little vanilla wafer cookies. I know it only cost $2.25 but it really doesn't seem they put any effort into it. Banana pudding is a staple dessert for 3/4 of the USA and many a potluck would fail without a secret family recipe. It is just the nature of such a dessert and it must be handled, as the American icon it is.
google avatar

Yelp
The brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwich were good. I got the thin sliced brisket; wish I had gotten the thick. But they were good. Not sure if pickles and onions are supposed to be automatic or not, but none were offered and we got none. Bummer. Sweet tea was ok. Not sure if the sides are all "homemade" or not, but the potato salad tasted like Walmart/Sam's bulk potato salad, and the apple filling in the apple crisp looked and tasted canned. I'll go back, but maybe try cornbread and a different side that will hopefully taste more homemade. All in all, I went for the BBQ and it was good. So 4 stars.
google avatar

Daniel K.

Yelp
Decent BBQ joint. Informal service. Typical bones for a BBQ joint. Kid friendly. Serves limited beer selection. Plenty of parking in area. Dishes are executed well. Not a destination but will do job for BBQ in area.
google avatar

Tim H.

Yelp
First time at Seine Dining. I had heard many great things, so I had high expectations. They delivered! It was busy and they were patient with me in making my decision. It appeared that it was a family run business. If it's not, they definitely gave off that vibe... every one scurrying about, knowing exactly what needed to be done. I'll definitely be returning!!
google avatar

Cher H.

Yelp
We did takeout. This was for 3 adults (2 adults and 1 teen) We ordered online and bought Pig Pen. THis was MORE than enough. We had leftovers. Brisket and 1/2 chicken with 2 sides (potato salad and corn bread) Everything was so good. Easy to order and easy to pick up. Will be back.
google avatar

Lisa C.

Yelp
We were so disappointed in the food here. We both ordered the sausage and it wasn't smoked. It tasted like a terrible raw hot dog that had some hot water run over it. The Mac n cheese was underwhelming. The only thing we liked there was the brisket and corn bread. I don't know ow of it was a bad day or not. It was our first visit.
google avatar

Andie S.

Yelp
So fire they do an amazing job if you're looking for good BBQ. The meats and sides all hit the spot. Definitely worth checking out.

Candice A.

Yelp
Yum! Our families favourite BBQ in the Omaha metro. They aren't open late, but it makes a great lunch date.

Yelp
RIBS. That's what's for dinner!!! This charming Bar B-Q restaurant is pretty darn extraordinary. And this is why I love mom & pop places.... As soon as you get out of your car you can smell the smoked meat. And boy does it smell good!!! We parked out back so it was easier for my grandpa to walk in and you can see the smoker and all of the logs they use to Bar B-Q the meat. This small restaurant has humble beginnings too. The owner started out small, he sold out of a lunch wagon and got so popular he opened up his own place. The menu is straight to the point and simple. This makes it much easier to decide. Full Slab, Half a Slab, or Four bone Ribs? they got 'em. 1/2 a chicken? they got that too! Well...unless someone buys a whole bunch, then your just outta luck missy! Sandwiches? yup that too What about the kiddos? No worries, they got meals for them too. My brother got the 1/2 slab of ribs and my grandpa and I each ordered the special: 3 bone ribs with two sides for just $7.25. Not too shabby I must say. The sides were just as wonderful as our meat, smoked beans, mmmmm delicious, and apple crisp. My sis got the chicken sandwich, only cuz she was fresh outta luck since the 1/2 chickens were sold out. She loved the sandwich and the smoked beans! Winning dinner? Yes, the whole fam was happy, even my niece =) I have to say, this meat made me pretty satisfied!! I'll be good for about a month and I'll have to have my fair share of BBQ meat again!
google avatar

Paul G.

Yelp
You can tell a lot about a BBQ joint before you walk through the door. Is there a wood pile? Can you smell the smoke? Are there beat-up clunkers and utility trucks parked next to Mercedes in the parking lot? By those measures, you'll know this place is a winner. The fill-out-a-card ordering system is a little quirky, but it works well. You'll be served by a friendly, tight-knit, mostly family crew. If you're a collector of BBQ T-shirts, they have a few nice ones to choose from. There are two sauces you can add, one sweeter, one spicier. They don't make their own sauce, because they've found an excellent local source. The beans have been controversial in the reviews, with their touch of apples bathed in sweet smokey goodness. I LOVE them. Try them yourself and let the rest of us know what you think. My family has been eating here since it was a food truck parked in front of an auto parts store. Now it's a spacious, cabin-like building right in the center of old-town Bellevue.
google avatar

Summer O.

Yelp
That was fantastic! Our entire family loves it! After reading about Swine Dining winning "best in state"' for Nebraska in "Food & Wine" magazine 2018, when we knew we were coming to Nebraska we knew we wanted to make the trek into Bellevue to give it a try. We were NOT disappointed! Among our favorites were their pork ribs, cornbread, desserts, and sweet tea although everything we had was tasty. Complete your half sheet person to order and fill your belly!
google avatar

Sarah G.

Yelp
First off, don't let yourself be confused by the ordering system, just grab your paper slip, fill it out and drop your order at the counter... for some reason, everyone has to have their own slip though. My impressions of Swine Dining were... Entirely edible. Fast and casual. But I don't know if I'll be revisiting. (And so my search for a truly fantastic pulled pork in Omaha continues...) If I find myself here again, I'll try the brisket.
google avatar

GayeLynn M.

Yelp
I went there for lunch today. We sat in a booth. You write your own order and turn it in at the counter. I had the "all in the pool" sandwich, which was pulled pork, chicken, brisket and smoked sausage. I am not a fan of sausage, but there was not too much of it to overpower the rest. I had a side of coleslaw, which was delicious as well. I also had a few of my daughters French fries, which I will order next time. 3 of us ate for about $34. I will definitely go back when in the area.
google avatar

Eliza H.

Yelp
Quality food, great prices, clean dining area! At Swine Dining you order your food by filling out an order form and presenting it at the window. You then sit at a table (if you can find one due to the high influx of guests) with your number to wait for your food to be delivered. Our party of six was lucky enough to get a table at noon-thirty on a Friday. Most of the people with me ordered the burnt ends which I am told were absolutely fantastic. I ordered the rib meat sandwich with the corn of the day and the apple bake. I opted to used the mild sauce (there are only two sauces, the other is hot). I honestly expected something like McDonald's McRib. This was nothing like that AND awesome! The rib meat was diced and served on a hoagie bun with diced onions and sliced pickles. As for my other items, the apple bake was average and I was pleasantly surprised by the corn of the day which had burnt crumbs and spices on it. Overall, I would recommend Swine Dining, but, due to it being far my house and not wowed enough, I will likely not return. Happy eating Yelpers!

C B.

Yelp
Excellent BBQ and prices. The Burnt ends on Fridays are phenomenal. On other days I go for the "all in the pool" option. Staff is always friendly and patient. It's a distance from our home and worth every minute/mile. Much better than other BBQ joints we've tried in Omaha area!
google avatar

Mark C.

Yelp
Updated review based on trying Swine Dining's ribs and new Smoky Joe sandwich. Smoky Joe is similar to a sloppy joe, but made with chopped smoked brisket, onions, and green peppers integrated into the mix. Price with two sides is -$8.69. Meat is very smoky and there is a good spicy bite to it. Thought it was tasty. Ribs were tender and good smoke flavor. Baked beans and coleslaw are always good. Beans are sweeter than most and comes with apple in them. Dessert was a caramel bread pudding. Taste is very good, just wish the portion was just a tad bit larger. Swine Dining remains my go to restaurant for any time I want barbecue. I have tried numerous other places, but this one remains at the top of the list
google avatar

Adam E.

Yelp
I work in Bellevue and had been a patron of Swine Dining when they had their food truck before they moved into this brick and mortar location a few years back. It is a popular place and reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. There is usually a line on Fridays when they offer their burnt ends which is a testament to their quality (and popularity). Today I tried their thick cut brisket special. It was much more moist than their regular brisket, and had a good smoky flavor to it. Their potato salad is one of my favorites in town and the corn of the day I got had bits of smoked ham in it. I split a kicker of ribs with the friend that came with me to lunch and they were also quite delicious, falling off the bone with every bite. With a drink, you'll probably spend about $10 for a meat and two sides. One of the better places to get decent barbecue in Omaha.
google avatar

Steven D.

Yelp
Uhhhhh BBQ? YES PLEASE, so good very fresh, it might be tiny inside but oh my goodness nothing we have tried as been "just okay", everything has blown me away, best BBQ the area!
google avatar

Angelica S.

Yelp
Tried new a spot today and it did not disappoint. Got the brisket lunch special, and let me tell you that corn bread is amazing! The combination between the slight sour taste of the bbq with a bite of the cornbread was a great combo. Definitely worth a try!
google avatar

Austin T.

Yelp
Wonderful wagyu! The burnt ends were amazing! There's always a flock of ppl here, and that's because it's simply great bbq. Don't forget to try their corn of the day.
google avatar

Dave B.

Yelp
Return back to my hometown, just had to check out the local BBQ places Swine dinning is the place to go, low key, friendly staff. Menu is simple, first time customer I did find the ordering a little confusing. After some guidance we got it. Ribs and brisket were spot on, tender with the right amount of smoke. Ribs were smoked to perfection, good smoke rings in the ribs. Well worth the trip
google avatar

Jennifer A.

Yelp
BBQ is hit or miss and this was a miss for me. Staff were friendly, got our food quick. It was ok, but not the best BBQ to me.

Zachary S.

Yelp
Ribs & sides are good! If you're used to Kansas City bbq you probably have the bar set high when it comes to quality. This is one of the only few places in Omaha I will stop to get a bite to eat at! The other two are 402bbq & porky butts. If you're willing to take a little drive to council bluffs I recommend Boxer bbq one of my favorites!!
