Such a cute soft serve ice cream shop. Place was clean and customer service was nice. We ordered a shake, a dole whip, vanilla and a chocolate soft serve. All of our choices were so good, especially the dole whip! Can’t wait to come back as summer begins to warm up a bit more!

I went on a Saturday night and the line was out the door. I took that as a good sign. Line moved pretty quick and the chocolate soft serve was really good. If you love soft serve ice cream, this place is for you! Keep in mind the sizes are really big. I ordered a medium and it was definitely enough for 2 people! I cant imagine how crazy big the large was! Lol. Great place. Will go back if in the area.

This place is great. You definitely get more bang for your buck. In fact, they should have a large size challenge, they give so much. They made a small Smores cup for that was delicious! By the way, great customer service and a very clean place.

This is a new spot for me, I frankly didn't know it was here. Since this shopping center is a bit hidden, it might be easy to miss. They have a variety of milk teas, boba and ice cream variations. Prices are not bad and the taste is bomb!! I will be coming back here soon. I wish I would have discovered it before summer ended but it's a good spot overall.

A line out the door for soft serve in this area is wild, but after ordering, it made total sense. This place is amazing. The flavors are fun and unique (dubai chocolate, chamoy-infused, and so many more), the staff is super friendly, and there's a great selection of toppings to choose from. Plus indoor seating and a really nice overall vibe? Yeah.. I'll definitely come back.

I think it is a common complaint that the ice cream here is expensive. This means customers do not find that the price of the ice cream is representative of what they are getting. The owner has defensively and dismissively commented: "Food is Subjective, good thing we have 300 other reviews that would not agree with you. And just because it's pricy for you, that doesn't mean it's pricey for other people. We have high quality gelato base ice creams. You get what you pay for." This is a missed opportunity for professionalism. It's important to stay open to feedback and take note of what your customers are saying. Constructive criticism is an opportunity to improve. I will be giving you 4 stars to not hurt your business but I'd encourage you to genuinely consider the criticism you receive. I would also like to heavily encourage you to provide informational signs in your store or educate your employees with the precise details of WHAT MAKES YOUR ICE CREAM HIGHER QUALITY and WHAT MAKES IT WORTH MORE than others. Maybe if customers had a clear understanding of what caused you to reach this price, it would feel more justifiable.

So Good! 5 's! Saw a video online about this place and decided to give it a try. We got the Waffle Sandwich Specialty, Chocolove and Peach Dole Whip. They have so many options to choose from but the employees were extremely helpful. My husband and I will definitely come back again.

Staff is super upbeat and helpful, soft serve is creamy and delicious! Will definitely come back. I got the mini chocolate soft serve with pistachio cream and it was pretty big portion so pay attention to the sizing!

My mom and sister were craving something sweet, and they had a coupon for BOGO 50% off. Parking: Plenty of spots. Free parking lot. Ambiance/Environment: They have a small indoor space with a decent amount of indoor seating and some outdoor seating. It was clean inside, but some of the tables do need some attention. Service: There were only two female workers, and they were simply quick & efficient. Throughput took about 8 minutes for both soft serves. Soft serves: We got the large Cherry Bomb and Matchocolate from the swirls' specialty section. Presentation was definitely on point. The Cherry Bomb wasn't overwhelming sweet. It contained vanilla soft serve with a generous amount of strawberry drizzle and toppings. The Matchocolate was sweet. If you're a chocolate lover like me, then you'll really enjoy this. I thought the matcha soft serve was okay; it was bitter, but the sweet chocolate balanced it out. Pricing: Prices are more than average. They do offer coupons and promos every once in a while, so I'd say it's worth it to treat yourself. If you get a large size, I highly recommend sharing it lol.

Nothing great, bought 2 Dubai chocolate ice cream and 1 Oreo matcha. Everything was ok but not amazing. I don't think it justifies the 53 dollar price tag for 3 ice creams. The sorry serve was basic and did not add much flavor. The three of us in my group agreed it was cool to try once but we probably wouldn't go back.

I have only been to Swirls Soft Serve once, but that experience was enough to tell me that I should give this place five stars. I went there for the first time with a group of friends, and we were greeted by the friendly staff. It was a cold night, and I had my doggie with me, but that was okay. We were able to sit by the door with no issues about that. Their menu selections are ample, and though I ordered what I thought was a simple soft-serve vanilla cone... this cone was more than simple. It was super tall! For reference, I took a picture of my cone next to my friend's arm! It was funny... and delicious! I love soft serce ice cream, though unfortunately, I am supposed to cut back on sugar (and I don't do sugar substitutes!), so I cannot frequent ice cream shops as much as I'd like to. However, Swirls has me wanting to go back for more.

My husband and I started coming here in Spring of 2024. There's ample parking in the plaza. They're located right next to The Habit and there are either stairs or a ramp that you can take to get up. We've been here multiple times during the summer and came again just recently. Their soft serve is definitely a nice treat and plenty of toppings to pick from. My husband usually gets a dipped cone, but I like to keep it basic and will usually get vanilla soft serve, hot fudge and nuts (classic sundae) or I'll do half vanilla and half chocolate with a couple toppings. My husband got a caramel sundae the most recent time we came. It's a cute little spot and there's tables inside. They'll put a couple tables and chairs outside too so when we have our dogs with us we've been able to sit outside with them. The owner has also brought up little cups of whipped cream for them which is very sweet.

So yummy, and satisfying! many toppings to choose from. Nice service from employees. Need to come back to get their Dole pineapple

Bless the girls heart that was working when we walked in about 10minutes before closing. She was not rude and working in my younger years, I understand that sometimes it can be frustrating to have last-minute customers. We were on a double date so we ordered four different ice creams. Everyone really enjoyed what they got. My fiancé got a banana split and I just got vanilla ice cream with fruity pebbles and the ice cream is amazing. I was truly craving some soft serve and I will definitely be back. Inside they have cute little tables and decor for the perfect photo op. They were also playing really good music when we walked in so I appreciate that too with a very chill and cool ambience.

On Father's Day this MOMMY wanted to treat yo'self to some ice cream and Swirls did the trick! It was my first time stopping in and although the menu is quite confusing, I landed on a soft serve selection of vanilla and strawberry (not swirled together). The ice cream was DELICIOUS and well-worth the price point. This spot is located in a large shopping center with plenty of parking (right next to the Habit Burger). Theres a few tables inside to enjoy your treat there or you can take it to go. The risk of eating it there is that you'll likely want to buy another cone!

This place was clean. I feel like ice cream shops can get dirty quickly. The items are large so ordering a single serving is enough in most cases. There was only one employee when we arrived but soon after a second one came out to help move the line along. The items we ordered were good.

The ice cream was amazing! I highly recommend getting the kids size--it's more than enough. The cashier was very sweet as well.

Wife was craving ice cream and wanted to give this place a try. Great service and a lively atmosphere, even on a cold night. People REALLY CAME OUT waiting outside in a line for this. Quantity for the price was surprising. Got a lot for the price. I'll be back soon.

Fun place to have dessert! Their portions are huge and we loved the combinations. The employees at the counter were very friendly and explained the menu to us since it was our first time. It is on the expensive side so we won't go often but it will be a sweet treat every once in a while. The only issue we had was the confusion of where the line was and where to wait for our order. It was packed and we didn't exactly where to stand.

Clean and cool place. My daughter and I ordered the Dubai chocolate soft serve, and based off the photos we saw, we decided on just 1. Got there about 2pm and there were 3 other parties already sitting and enjoying their treats, we ordered right away, and received our order in less than 5 minutes. Although, we were initially shocked that the total was a little short of $19, once we received the item, we understood why. We couldn't finish half! I'm sure this could easily treat a family of 4 or 5. It was absolutely delicious and a nice treat for a summer day. Definitely recommend trying it at least once.

It's small don't expect to sit inside on a busy day maybe 4 tables and 4 seats at each one .. It's also a little pricy concider getting a smaller cup we got large and it was to much .. the bill was over 30 dollars for 2 people .. All in all I would not return it was just soft serve ice cream nothing special about it .. P.S. the strawberry tasted like strawberry quick milk not enjoyable..

Was in the area for work, upon finishing lunch I wanted a quick dessert. I found Swirls nearby! So happy I came upon this gem. [Parking] Easy, plentiful, located at a plaza so there is more than enough free parking. [Storefront] Clean accessible entry [Store inside] Tidy seating area available with cute decor with great lighting [Service] The employee was friendly and welcoming. Went over some of the favorite options, very knowledgable [Food] I opted for the soft serve, half vanilla half chocolate in a waffle cone. The serving size is enough for two people to share (I am not a sharer though!) Literally melts in your mouth type of ice cream, not overly sweet and taste to perfection. I regret not adding a topping. Will definitely stop by if I am in the area again, this is a go-to spot for ice cream or a fun yummy dessert.

Massive serving, quick service, and yummy soft serve! It's a little pricey but honestly it takes me two sittings/days to get through it so it's worth it as a treat

I got the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and the vanilla soft serve. The strawberry was fresh and tasty, but I felt like it could use a bit more of the pistachio cream and pistachio in there. There were a lot more Nutella than the other toppings and it was overpowering the taste of the pistachio. As for the vanilla soft serve, it was a bit on the sweeter side, but you can tell it's good quality ice cream. Customer service was great, all nice and friendly staffs. The interior was colorful and fun, it's a perfect place to bring your kids out for an ice cream date.

Cold night is the best for soft serve ice cream. The staff was friendly and the ice cream was delicious. Basic flavors but topping make them unique. A must try.

Rich! Very Very Rich! For me, this cannot be a weekly thing. However, this was one of the best soft serve places I've ever been. The "sundae" combos were awesome. The pics pictured, I believe are the smalls; however, they absolutely were not small! I definitely recommend!

10/10! First timer. Walk in order. The woman behind the counter was super kind and helpful. It was busy but it was worth the wait! Everything was delicious and tasted so fresh! First time at SSS, and ordered the Dubai Chocolate ice cream, I will say that it had quite the presentation, and that the instant first bite was silky smooth, with just the right amount of crunch from the pistachios. Definitely did not disappoint! IMO. However, I wouldn't go out of my way each time to buy the Dubai Chocolate ice cream, being that it is a whopping $17.00! for a medium size especially. The employees did serve a generous amount and really take the time to prepare it. As much as I would want to order this at every visit, I would need to be really craving it if I wanted to order it again. Also highly recommend sharing, imo it can serve 2-3 people.

I saw them on Instagram and thought I would try it out. I was really hoping their ice cream was worth it because it was a 50min drive there and 40 min drive back. So glad that I went because it was delicious. I got the matcachocolate with cherries and my friend got the Broadway. Both were so yummy! Definitely worth the drive. The service was great too. Everyone was so nice. It was non-stop super busy. Line out the door and they all remained happy and helpful.

Chocolate/Vanilla swirl was very good. Had Cocoa Puffs added to it. They loaded it from the bottom up. Very nice. Only complaint: Horrible napkins! It's basically paper. Doesn't absorb anything.

Family night Staff was super sweet and nice! Recommend some good idea for toppings and it came out really good!!! My daughter wants to go back already!!!

This place was definitely popular the night I went. There was a good amount of people in the small space. I liked the look of the store and the service was great. However, I personally don't understand the hype around the place. The ice cream was very expensive (we spent over $30 for two medium ice cream cups). I first saw this place on Instagram with someone advertising the Dubai ice cream. I'd had Afters Ice Cream's version and wanted to try Swirls' version. I saw people inside were eating it and we're basically finished with it so my hopes were high. It was just not good though. I feel bad that I can't say anything good about the ice cream: the Kataifi was sharp/pokey (I felt like I needed to be very mindful of that fact while I was eating and had to concentrate) and the chocolate ice cream base just didn't taste good. I'm still unsure how I felt about the pastachio cream they put on it. Either way, as a whole it wasn't good. I wondered if I just didn't like mine so I tried my partner's. He got the Cherry Bomb. But when I tried the vanilla base ice cream I also didn't like it. I wonder if people were just eating it because they paid so much money for it? Usually I do the same but I just couldn't and was so disappointed. We ended up throwing away the whole cups, $30+ in the trash. Took my craving for sweets with it, so we just went home and went to bed. I will say: my partner said he liked his (the Cherry bomb flavor), but that a medium was too much so he basically threw away a full cup. The ice cream looked nice and was presented well, you do get a lot of ice cream (a medium is really way too much in my opinion but the Dubai one only comes in medium), the service was great (it came out quickly considering how many people they were servicing and they took our order quickly)...wish I actually liked the ice cream as I'd been waiting over a month to make my way out to Upland to try it.

This was my first time trying Dubai chocolate ice cream and the pistachio cream was so rich in flavor. I love how generous they were with the ice cream and all the toppings. I had to try the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries and they let me know the strawberries were from a local farm. Doesn't get any better than that. I wish I could order the pistachio cream to go because it was the perfect compliment to both items. I also got the Mexicali and it was the perfect summer treat. I can't pick which item was my favorite because everything was amazing. this location is family friendly and they have tables outside just in case you want to bring your animals. shout out to the lovely young ladies working the counter who are doing an amazing job and were super friendly. i'll definitely be back to support this small business.

The flavors are rich without being overly sweet, and everything tastes like it was just made -- nothing artificial or watered down. They also have a great variety of flavors and toppings, so you can customize your cup exactly how you like it. Ice cream is my favorite dessert and whenever I'm in the area, I stop by Swirls. They have a variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. And what I love is that they don't skimp on the ice cream. They give you a big swirl of ice cream enough to share with someone else. They also have milkshakes, floats, fruit teas, and milk teas. The staff is always friendly and service is fast. And they now have Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream and Dubai Chocolate Strawberries. They make their own pistachio cream which is so yummy, better than store bought! And they get their strawberries from a local farm. I tried both last week and definitely coming back to treat myself next week. My daughter loved the strawberries. I loved both. I was putting some of the strawberries in the ice cream and tasted so good! The place is small with some tables inside and outside and there's plenty of parking. If you're in the mood for something sweet, stop by and indulge in one of their delightful treats!

It's kinda hard to f**k up tai milk tea, tastes burnt and just not right, the mango milk tea taste like chemicals, almost like someone mixed some type of acid with the both of these drinks. As far as the boba goes.. hard asf! Not to mention charging 15 bucks for the both of these. I hope the ice cream is way better. Note to self, never get boba/ milk tea at an ice cream shop.

I came in having already decided to get a Dubai-something, decided on the Dubai strawberries, and I'm glad I did, since the portion was huge and I was by myself. I don't think I could have finished the entire cup if it had ice cream in it! It was a great mix of the knafeh, pistachio cream with a few pistachio chunks in there, and what I think was Nutella. YUM! I do agree with another reviewer that it would have been even better if it were a little colder, but I know the Nutella and pistachio cream wouldn't have spread as well, either. This was quite decadent, without being TOO decadent. Price is steep, but I know how expensive pistachio cream and fresh strawberries are these days, so it made sense. Delicious and fast service, as well!
