I recently went in a couple of days ago and it was my first time too lol. I showed them my med card since i’m still 19 and the process was easy. The staff was very helpful and helped me choose what I needed and even gave me some discounts. The store itself had so much variety, I’ll definitely be back :)

I recently dropped off a client at Swish Cannabis. From the outside, the place looks clean, well-maintained, and professional. The staff seemed friendly and welcoming when my client walked in. However, my client mentioned afterward that they couldn’t find exactly what they were looking for. It might have been just a matter of timing or specific stock availability, but overall, it seems like a decent dispensary with a good setup.

This place has a very wide selection of products. Josh was very helpful in attaining what I wanted. They also have free snacks after your purchase.

"Swish Swish bish," my new favorite local cannabis spot with little baskets! Never have I ever not only had an amazing experience from start to finish, but felt welcomed, valued and capable of exploring as well as learning about this colorful, creative and kind dispensary in the LA Valley. Swish is located on Burbank Blvd a block+ before Burbank Blvd/Cahuenga Blvd (if heading eastbound). They have spacious parking lot, gorgeous artwork and murals and easy signs to guide you. Lots of discounts for 1st, 2nd and even 3rd times the extra charm visits as well as discounts for veterans and seniors. Not to mention daily deals for all days of the week. I stopped in over the weekend before heading over to one of my favorite spots just up the street to explore. The layout is very open, with eye pleasing displays, cool salespeople and awesome security on deck. Showing a form of ID is required at any dispensary and usually a quick process - but I felt like I got the expedited treatment. Not sure if it was the good music, friendly faces, running into a friend on the way out or just the bliss of Swish but I definitely am making this my super number one shop. I don't smoke due to narrow airway from as long as I can remember. CBD, CBN (cannabinol) and company have been very helpful for a variety of comforts. I tend to scope out the beverages, edibles and specials and note things for others (flowers, pre-rolls, etc). I ended up with quite a few hydribs in gummy and beverage form + some free snacks and candy they have out all the time, but definitely some cool finds for the month of October (likes nerds, dots, more) and the decor to match #HappyHalloween I rang up for way less than I could've guessed and got to press the button for a chance at a prize (no luck, but still fun). You can use cash (see their atm inside) or card, as well as digital pay (apple, samsung, android). Good energy and great service that will definitely make this spot an easy fav.

I returned to Swish for gummies and pre-rolls. They have a wide selection of fully stocked items for the discerning taste. Melissa was the budtender and very pleasant. I hit 4.22 on the game timer where the object is to hit the buzzer at 4.20 seconds to win a prize. I received a sample of Protab Hybrid THC tabs for spending over $60. There is such value here, if you're searching for a quality dispensary. She also sent me home with some bbq chips as a thank you munchie.

The staff here is so friendly and full of personality. They make you feel right at home upon entrance. They also have an awesome selection.

I went here this afternoon and Louis helped me he was kind and awesome! I love coming here its my 2nd visit everyone is so friendly and the energy is so calm and nice :D So much art and i love that all the products say how much they will come out to in total which is so helpful when paying! I will come here again! they gave me a discount for my 2nd and 3rd visit as well i guess and i got to play a really fun game at checkout that im determined to win now :D! They are dog friendly and when i say this place has a nice vibe it really does -thank you Louis and Swish i felt high energy vibes here! THE most friendly dispensary I have ever been to. Swish ALWAYS has some sort of sale. It varies from day to day and changes every so often (see photo for an example). The experience starts from the outside with very clean and artistic looking space with a well maintained property. Parking may be a little tight depending on how busy it is but there is also plenty street parking. Unlike many other dispensaries, security actually greets and welcomes you. They do not act aloof like some Vegas night club bouncer . Once the shopping experience starts, an associate always comes by to assist you, even when it is busy. If you don't need help, the associates leave you be and will not constantly badger you or stare at you like a sentry unit. You're free to grab and examine most products yourself. After selecting your goods, the cashier rings you up and will check for any store points and rewards. If you meet a certain subtotal amount, you can select a free product from the display case. But wait, there's more. They even have a fun little mini game where you have a chance to start a timer and stop it at exactly 4.20 seconds to win a prize. Overall, a very casual, yet upscale feeling, dispensary that is way less intimidating or snooty like so many dispensaries in Los Angeles.

As someone who likes to try out different dispensaries, this by far is my favorite place! Very welcoming and Angie (+ another one I didn't catch their name) were quick to assist us in what we needed. Not to mention I liked the special deals they have plus you can get free snacks once you leave. I will be coming back!!

I had such a wonderful experience at Swish. Their staff were so friendly and helpful during my first visit. As I mentioned to their staff visiting swish was an experience they had different games and opportunities to win free prizes for new and returning patients. I felt like I was in cannabis, Disneyland for adults. I highly recommend this dispensary.

This place is incredible. A beautiful store with a super unique way of shopping, you can just grab whatever you want off the shelves and check out products like you're at the market. Staff is super nice and they let you pick out free items frm a tower thing based off how much you spend. Definrley come by this place it's my new shop for sure

I just moved to the area and checked out other dispensaries around and they're all not bad, however this place tops them all. They have a way of dealing with customers that shows they care for us and the place itself. Every time I've walked in all the employees are so cool and welcoming. Before you leave you get to play a game for a prize and a snack to go with it. How much more can you ask for. I had an issue with a cartridge I got and within a few minutes the manager changed it for me and handled it like a pro!! Been recommending this place to everyone.

Had a really awful time here. I think the store is really great and gorgeous but some of these employees are weird. There's a girl who thinks she knows everything and really rubbed me wrong, shorter really curly hair... I really just wanted some flower but she kept trying to push other things on me. Nice girl but really pushy and not so great on customer service. I'll be back and try again soon but hopefully she will not be working, thank you

Added this to our list to visit while staying close by in Burbank. So when in Rome we wanted to see what they have to offer that NC doesn't. Everyone was helpful the moment we walked in the door from the time we left. Mos def will check out this spot on the next visit.

I went a couple of weeks ago looking for a specific eatables. I was recommended a different brand. I asked if they were about the same in price. The guy that helped me told me that it was a little bit more expensive. The brand that I was looking for costs $12-15. What I bought was $50ish. I got it for half the price because it was my first time. I take them for anxiety. Didn't help me at all. I felt pressured to buy it. I will be going back

Not my cup of tea... I heard about the opening of this dispensary via a coupon from the cashier receipt offering 30% off.... My first experience was being told that as a new customer I got 10% off.... Didn't mention the 30% coupon but I ask you... should that put me off? They hand you a basket as you enter ( even though I would never purchase a basket of products..) and wandered the store. Nicely set up with everything clearly marked I experienced everything that I dislike about self serve cannabis stores.... I don't have a clue what I'm looking for ( just wanted a pre-roll) as reading the font on anything is microscopic. I couldn't distinguish one product from the other and no one was assisting. So feeling defeated and without anyone that could help decided: " this ain't the place for me"... My experience was like going into a candy store searching for jelly beans and finding only the black licorice kind...

I am not one to normally write a review, but every time I go to this place, I swear I leave so uplifted. I actually look forward to going into this dispensary. Everyone that works here has a good sense of humor and always puts a smile on my face, I've brought so many of my friends and even my family here. The best part is I get to play a game every time and I get to leave with snacks that remind me of my childhood lol. Normally come in here after a long day of work and I'm totally checked out. It's pretty remarkable how often I leave here like ready to take on the evening even though I felt so tired and drawn out whatever you guys are doing keep doing it, it makes me really happy

They have some pretty good deals. I always get a disposable vape. My favorite is by bloom I get girl scout cookies aka Gsc it's a hybrid but indica dominate . Great service & they give you snacks just in case you get the munchies

Swish's customer service is beyond exceptional! My sister and I had an amazing experience from the moment we walked through the doors. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Best part is after we made our purchase they pointed to a wall of snacks and told us to grab anything we like on our way out. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Bought a bag of Froot gummies and there is no THC in any that I've tried so far. I've had them before from another shop and they worked. I also have a low tolerance because I haven't used them very long. 4 hours in and nothing still. Won't buy their fake gummies again.

Swish is a very clean and organized dispensary. Arthur was Awesome! So helpful and Personable. I love that they have a preroll wall to pick from. (No pressure to pick quickly at a counter) you can view the wall at your own pace. Makes the shopping experience nice. Great affordable prices. Cash is best. They accept debit card but it's a $3 fee. Credit card $5 fee. Definitely coming back!!! Oh! And you get to grab a free snack when you leave. What a great Treat!

I recently had major surgery and have been dealing with quite severe nerve nerve pain for about a week. I have tried to avoid pharmaceuticals as much as possible but didn't really think THC gummies would help me.,I found Swish online and it was close to my home so I chose them. I was welcomed in and served by a really lovely guy who was very knowledgeable about the various strains and products and he recommended a gummy for pain and also one for sleep.,(I hadn't slept in 4 nights) . Last night, after figuring out the right dosage for me, I slept for almost 12 hours and that is the greatest relief I could have imagined. Thank you Swish! You saved my life and also treated me with kindness, humor and compassion.

Great attitudes and customer service. Unlike the big name dispensaries where employees are too busy acting "hard" and "cool", SWISH offers a wonderful experience from security guard to budtender. Best prices in LA.

This place is great!! The customer service is outstanding! The two guys who have been there every Sunday, answers all our questions and gives recommendations as needed. The prices are reasonable and we have been there three times already. We use edible gummies to help us sleep and they have a wide selection. They even offer free snacks you can take. We've been to many shops in the area and we prefer this one the best!! Thanks for booking us up!!

store is super cool and the first time I went in I felt like I walked into willy wonka's factory or something. cool joint deals at the front and you get a snack when you purchase. went back because of a problem with my disposable cartridge. the manager was really rude to my friends and I. he was patronizing, and him and the other person working were making comments to each other about the situation, which felt really unnecessary. Personally, would suggest Sunset Herbal a few blocks away. Not as boujee but much nicer and cheaper. Don't know why i strayed from them

I saw that this place was open and since it was new, I wanted to give it a try. I'm an older lady so sometimes these stores can be intimidating. I was really pleasantly surprised ! Jake greeted me and was patient and was able to answer all of my questions. The store has an amazing selection so there was a lot to choose from. I will definitely be going back there! I appreciated how easy Jake made this experience for me! Welcome to the neighborhood Swish!

My new favorite dispensary the budtenders here are so nice abd helpful and there is always a special deal. They also have some perks and snacks for you to take after purchase. Will definitely come back and recommend this location to other people

Great prices -- they always have deals and usually rotate what products have them so everyone wins which is cool. Also have discounts for first time customers. the overall vibe in there is so good, you can really tell they put a lot of effort into making it an awesome dispo. I was going to another place nearby before finding out about Swish and I haven't been back since-- nothing wrong with them, it's just a better shopping experience here imo. I'm honestly surprised there aren't more reviews saying how popping this place is, definitely come here!!!

Best dispensary I've been to by far. Art was an unbelievable person to deal with. He gave me the best recs. I've gone to this place at least a dozen times since they've opened. Very unique spot with a well upscale and fun design. Highly recommend!

This place is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful and didn't make me feel ridiculous (read: weed n00b). They were able to guide me to the right products that 1. Help me sleep and 2. Help me not meld with my couch (need something different for each obvi). Got a mix of edibles and flower for a reasonable price and will 100% be coming back!
