Swish Japanese Hotpot - Las Vegas Sahara

What a great find. So happy that Swish is close to my office. Stopped by for lunch. They offer AYCE and Ala Carte with lunch specials. There are no large tables for groups. It's like bar seating with your own individual pot. I ordered the Swish Special Broth, Pork Loin with Vegetables and Udon. The broth was delicious. Next time Ill try the Miso. Cook your meat for a couple minutes and Swish Swish your vegetables. I wish it had more noodles. Overall, great spot amd and the food was delicious. I'll definitely return.

Pros: price was fair. Service was excellent. The meats were delicious, tasted like good quality and seemed super fresh. The broth to me was okay but I can understand the appeal … Something was missing me for me. I’ve only been to one other hot pot place, where there was an ayce veggie AND sea food bar to add to your ayce meats. So not having that was a bummer. They also include the sushi where I typically go compared to having to pay an extra $6 for one roll (which for the record isn’t bad, just not as good as I’m used to). I didn’t love the set up either. I thought the bar seating was cool and unique but by the end of the meal my arm was actually tired from having to reach so far to get to my pot. Overall I liked this place. I would even recommend it if it’s close by. It would be tough for me to go back though. I felt like I get way more for my money elsewhere

This was my first time here. I chose the lunch all you can eat, and chose a couple of appetizers(you get 2), the shrimp tempura, and small green salad. Out of the 3 meat choices, I chose the brisket. My server was Arnold, and he brought out a gigantic plate of brisket. Holy smokies!! I chose the Swish special broth, out of the 4 choices, and it was very tasty. I was in love with the sesame dipping sauce, OMG, it was very good. I WENT THROUGH 2 BOWLS. The restaurant is a long U-shape bar and took up most of the restaurant. Everybody gets their own pot. Vegetables were fresh, and the meat was tender and plentiful. Arnold provided fantastic service and made sure our broth was refilled when needed and ice tea glass was always full.

This day I was pretty down about things at work and deciding what my next chapter is going to be. So while the decisions need to be made why not get fixated on the best add ons for hot pot. Upon entering was quickly greeted and ushered over to a section that had enough grilles for my party. Menu was given drink order was taken. Opted for that AYCE of course. When my mind is trying to quiet the day, it is best for me to fully be engulfed in an experience to not think. I got so much meat and Sukiyaki refills that night. It was great. One thing I want to point out is that your meat is cut fresh, and you get to watch. Interior is a large center piece in a U shape with accommodating chairs. This setup can def hold small intimate parties to larger groups. Music was playing in the background. Everything was very clean Would def recommend- pricing for the quality and service was very reasonable. The customer service was on point. It is always a nice experience when you get to go some place and feel like it's ok for you to be there. Location is Sahara/Buffalo- ample parking

Raymond is our server and he is the best. Appreciates his efforts to keep us feel 5 stars. Great AYCE Japanese options. Not lots of option but all meat is great and made to order. Unlimited meat, veggie, Noodle and rice refill. Recommend this restaurant to everyone!

What can I say besides we are waaaay to much ! Excellent service from Arnold ! He did a great job servicing 9 patrons himself. He was the host, server, busser, bartender, and you name it. He was able to ensure everyone had an enjoyable experience and enjoyed their food! Highly recommended- haven’t had Hit Pot / Shabu Shabu in a few years. Will definitely be back sooner ! Taken advantage of their AYCE hot pot plus they also was AYCE sushi. I would recommend holding on the sushi unless you know you can eat it all; you don’t wait to order to much and can’t finish.

Great hot pot experience. We found out about this place from Groupon. Check out Groupon for deals for this place. Food came out very quickly and the beef was very fresh. You get to pick your own soup base and the type of beef. I would recommend this restaurant when you in Vegas.

I have passed by Swish many times and decided to go there after I seen the high reviews. This place did not disappoint! We got the AYCE hot pot. It was sooooo flavorful! Even the ice cream was very good. We even got over the top service from our servers Edlan and Albert. They knew it was my boyfriend's first hot pot experience and went above and beyond to make it memorable. The restaurant was clean, food was fresh, and all staff was friendly and assertive. We will definitely be coming back!

Excellent hot pot. We have been going here for years and highly recommend. They have the best broth hands down of any hot pot place I have ever been too. The waitstaff is excellent! The atmosphere is great

Who doesn't love hot pot?!? We came here to Swish and I would recommend the AYCE $32 hot pot. You do get 2 appetizers, rice if you like, and all the brisket, ribeye, or NY you can eat! A good joint, as it was clean and on a Monday afternoon pretty empty. Service was good no complaints!

Since the new management things got better.. Employees are really nice and helpful! All the Filipino crews are the best server! My favorite appetizer is the salmon with cream cheese. I always get the Brisket (hungry) with my swish sauce it's spicy and sweet at the same time... Meat portion is good... The bento boxes are good as well..

Shabu Shabu and Sukiyaki never looked so good than at Swish! My go to is always the prime rib eye hungry portion whether it's shabu shabu or sukiyaki. The food is very healthy and prepared fresh in front of you. Service is always on point the moment you walk into the establishment. They're always checking on you if you need more broth or drinks which helps a lot. I love the individual seating in a U shape which makes it a very family style dining experience even though it's shabu shabu. The meats are always high quality and I love the ability to combine with sushi if you're craving. Definitely a great value especially the ayce options!

The best Hot Pot in Las Vegas The customer service is beyond amazing. Try the chili oil/spice/miso broth combination. They always let us package our broth and take it home. We love all the food / dessert is definitely the mango mochi for the win.

Best Shabu Shabu in Las Vegas. Excellent service, good selection of sauces and oils for the Soup. Bar style seating promotes more conversations and everyone gets their own Shabu Shabu!

What a hidden gem! Definitely coming back to this spot to try the hot pot. We went for my sisters birthday and I ordered the all-you-can-eat sushi. My fav roll was sunset , least fav was the swish roll. Green iced teas was really yummmy! Husband got a bento box, my sister got the hot pot, and my mom got some tempura sides. I love this place! It's not too big and the staff is super friendly! Best part about it, so cheap!

This place is tops! Only Seats 27 so time your visit! We went for lunch and it's healthy, yummy, personal and AYCE or a La carte. Choose what you want. AYCE includes dessert as well. We loved our personal hot pot and good service we got! Go grab a bite! You won't be disappointed!

Place was excellent Great staff and good food. And wow it was both fun to eat and healthy. I got the all you can eat New York steak deal. With Vegetables. The ponzu sauce I think it was called was excellent. Mixed it with green onion, garlic and some pepper. Much thanks to the awesome friendly server gal. I have been a frequent visitor to this restaurant for over a decade and the food has always been super delicious. I'm glad they added an AYCE menu because the prices will surely be worth it. My go to the ribeye sukiyaki. Comes with veggies, noodles, and rice. It's the perfect light yet satisfying meal. The best part, you can take your leftovers home if you choose not to do AYCE! Their appetizers are sushi is a plus. With the various options they offer, surely you'll find a favorite. The only thing I absolutely wish is for them to open a spot in the mountains edge area as we lack this deliciousness in the area ‍

Best hot pot restaurant based on specifically the hot pot options. I wouldn't recommend for sushi, but the meat and broth options are amazing. Great flavors and service! It's lowkey and comfortable if you're looking for a quick meal.

The food was amazing. It has always a go to place for me for 5 yrs now. Today I was service by this kid named Danielle . She is amazing . She handled all 8 people (different grp) by herself without missing a bit. A gem to your company!!!!!.

This places food is amazing. I come here for every one of my birthdays and so does the rest of my family. The service is great, everyone is so friendly. The place is also very nicely decorated and it's a very chill place. It's also great for family dinners, so bring your children.

One of the best deals in town. Unlimited Ribeye Hotpot for $31.99. The broths and sauces (goma and ponzu) are so good that when I eat somewhere else like Nabe, I feel like I am cheating on Swish. Service is great and always friendly. They have become like family to us with how often we eat here. Ambiance is great as a self-cook hot pot with a few tvs and Kpop music playing

This place is great if your any race but Black. They treat African Americans like are not wanted or our money is not even wanted. The wait staff is always rude to African Americans for reasons I do not understand. So sad that this place is like this.

We found this restaurant today from driving around. It's my birthday and I was craving sushi so we found this establishment today and thought wow we'd like to try it. Can I tell you the experience was 5+ incredible!!!!!

We made a reservation for 4 ppl for 5 pm. Gave last name. Came at 4:55. We were told it will be 1,5 hour wait. The place was packed. We said we had a reservation. The gentleman looked around, ran to the back and hid for 7 full minutes. Literally hid. Never came out. We left. The picture is when we were leaving.

Food was mild. Not authentic, very westernized. Service was lacking as there was only 1 server for the entire restaurant. Ambiance was not very appealing.

Solid hotpot place that has good service. They are priced a little on the expensive side if you want quality cuts of meet and some sushi. The horseshoe shaped seating area is unique. We will be back because it's close to our house.... Not sure if drive out of my way to go to this hot pot.

Walking in, the Ambiance is a little quiet. Don't let that deceive you. Everytime I come here I order the AYCE hotpot, meats are cut to order and taste delicious. The main reason I love this place is for the amazing service. Everytime I come the employees are so friendly and helpful. I haven't tried any of the sushi but the times I've come I've seen a couple of people ordering rolls.

My spouse and I discovered this place by searching Yelp. It was one of the few places in Las Vegas serving Shabu Shabu. The place is small with a simple menu. Ordering time was reasonable. Table setup was quick. The food arrived quickly. The food looked and tasted fresh. The meal quantity was generous. The wait staff is friendly. My two negatives is they need to do a better job removing dishes when the guest depart, and a better job welcoming patrons when they arrive. The key point of this review is I would eat there again.

Every once in a while in one's dining exploration, you will come across a person that makes a significant positive impact in your dining experience. That occurred to us this evening when we met Arnold. The food that they serve is top notch and the meat is manually cut. But let me tell you, Arnold made our dining experience exceptional. He's very attentive, personable and sincere. I understand why people come back to dine here. The food is 5 stars and Arnold and his crew...10+ stars. Thank you and we will see you guys again.

The food is great. The staff is great. If you like Hot Pot this place clean is individual you don't have to share and they also have a good all you can eat choice.

Such a nice place clean and very friendly. I had a free saki shots from the patron next to me. It felt like I was part of his family. I suggest trying this place and feeling at home. This is good for hot pot.

People you hire can really make or break your business and in this case, our server Raymond makes this business! Along with the yummy food (sukiyaki broth is phenomenal) the service was incredible. Raymond was very caring and considerate about everything. Constantly checked on us to make sure we were happy. He was also very appreciative and thanked us for coming in numerous times despite us coming in late close to closing time. We will be back for the great service and food!

This restaurant was very nice and clean. Service was friendly and fast. We've been here many times and definitely will be going back. We went for the AYCE Hot pot menu. I ordered the regular meat but my husband ordered the added cost meat menu. The regular beefs are all kinda tough... not enough marbling. The extra cost beef was worth it according to my husband. So I guess I'll try that next time. Definitely worth it for hot pot. Not fancy but when it's cold outside and you crave hot soup, we'll be back for sure.

I've been coming here whenever I want some hotpot by myself. This place usually provides decent service however today's server Adlen (I think that's how to spell his name) was not just decent, it's phenomenal. He was very upbeat/bubbly and very knowledgeable about their menu and of course very attentive/observant which makes the whole dining experience great. Their meat quality is also pretty good which is one of the reasons why I keep coming back. They also have a large variety of choices on their menu so if you don't feel like having hotpot you can just go for their rolls or appetizers. And I believe they have the 2 for one sake special as well. Really great restaurant overall.

First timer to this spot. I ordered their special swish soup base and it was deliciously on point. I felt the umami taste on the buds and as I dipped the beef into it over time it enhanced to a beef flavored soup. Yummy! The meat is fresh and plenty. Generous portions so no worry about constant reordering. I tried out two different cuts; the top sirloin and the august brisket. I liked their soft juicy briskets more tho. One meat order at a time. 2x and I was out. Gotta leave room for the ice cream dessert. There were two district favor options, either vanilla or green tea of course. I'm a basic b** so got the tanned vanilla. It was lightly sweeten. Perfect ending to a great dinning experience. Service was great. Fast and friendly. Will return for another round no doubt.

My bf and I went here one night when we were starving and couldn't figure out what we wanted. He found a Groupon, and we decided to try it. We'd never been to a hot pot house before, so we had no idea what to expect. The server was super nice and walked us through the process. Omg! The food is delicious! We got the rib eye and pork with veggies in the sukiyaki broth. It was incredible! So flavorful, and the experience was so much fun! I loved being able to cook everything as I wanted and make My own concoctions with the sauces and condiments they provided on the side. We've been back twice since and talk about how good this place is often!

Ordered all you can eat was served once and the food was good but when it was time to order more the food never arrived and we were ignored the remainder of the time no refills on drinks or broth. This is my second poor experience here

Great place to get sukiyaki hot pot!! The lunch combo is the deal because you get the hot pot with all the fixings + sushi. It was really filling and overall, a comfort food. Customer service was also amazing!

One of my favorite places to eat in Vegas. Great food and excellent service. The sirloin is my favorite, also they will give you extra veggies, tofu and noodles on request.

My friend and I came here because she had heard about the place so we decided to come for lunch. The service was excellent, the servers were really friendly and helpful. The broth, meat and veggies were tasty but it wasn't so good that I would come back. It was a fun experience but I feel it was very Americanized and could be more authentic with Asian vegetables and different meats/seafood.

Went here for a birthday party. Super cool workers and owners. Legit has atmosphere. Felt like I was across the Pacific with this. Sukiyaki was good, sushi was awesome, egg roll were on point!! And good price.

All You Can Eat ShabuShabu for a very affordable price! Been going here for 3-4yrs now. One of our favorite ShabuShabu place to eat. Clean, great service and great food! Highly recommended

I came here with a Groupon, and it was one of those days that it was 1 day before expiring. There were other people around me busting out their Groupon's too. I like the layout of this place much better than the other location on Spring Mountain. Service was definitely much better here as well. I got the shabu shabu and the sukiyaki dish to compare. The sukiyaki sauce is kinda heavy (maybe a bit too salty) and my shabu shabu broth was good. I've got to say, my fat ass was thinking it wasn't going to be enough food with their basic combo, but I left quite satisfied. They were super nice and checked on our broth and asked if we needed more sauce. And, they weren't being skimpy about it. This might be one of the better places for shabu shabu in Las Vegas, as there are not many options.

My first time trying hot pot & I loved it! I tried the Spicy Miso with beef. The vegetables were fresh and the spicy edamame was delicious. Our server was Ramon / Raymond and he made my first experience that much better. He explained how the all you can eat worked and he was very friendly. He thanked my self and other customers for coming in. I will definitely be back!

We had been to the old Swish location many times and loved it. We kinda forgot about it and when our daughter asked to go for hot pot we were happy to see this location (Sahara & Buffalo) pop up. The ayce pot was amazing,, the meats (ribeye, brisket, strip) were all fresh as were the veggies. It also came with 2 appetizers and you can upgrade to include 2 sushi rolls. I did not since my husband was ordering the ayce sushi. Everything was perfect! The staff also did a terrific job, I think there were 3 total, 1 waiter and 2 kitchen. That being said, it was great service and totally cool guy who was on top of it. We had a party of six and there were 4 parties of 2 and he never stopped moving and smiled the whole time. We will definitely not forget this place again!
