Best Hot Pot Restaurants in the Seattle Area | Eater Seattle

"This shabu-shabu place in Bellevue provides diners with broths ranging anywhere from the tongue numbing (mala) Sichuan spicy, to the earthy flavors of the spicy curry. Tender wagyu beef is one of the more notable meat options, served with an accompanying soup base in a pot made entirely out of a piece of paper. Originally created in Japan, this kami-nabe, helps to absorb some of the oils in the soup, keeping it light as more of the fatty wagyu is dipped in." - Ryan Lee

Decent hotpot place with mixed feedback on service. Swish Swish is a mix of Japanese and Chinese style hotpot place. It provides Japanese style light flavor broth and Chinese style self help dipping sauces. The food is decent, similar to other hotpot places. It provides all you can eat at $42.99 or order by dish style. The ingredients choice is relatively smaller comparing with other hotpot restaurants around same price. Environment is quite good. Less noisy than other hotpot places. Service mixed. It's great that they agreed to offer us the off menu combo items once we asked. On the other hand, one of the broth they gave us tastes like the wrong order.

We love hotpot! This was very delicious and all you can eat! All three servers were excellent and very hospitable! Plenty of servings to go around for all. Lots of choices and decent price for high quality food. We shall return!!!

The card reader prompted a minimum 18% tip, but the service definitely wasn't worth it. I bit into something super hard in my popcorn chicken, told the staff, and they just glanced at it, said 'sorry,' and walked away without another word. How do you justify 18% for that kind of service??? The sukiyaki broth was incredibly salty, and the vegetables weren't fresh. The upgraded meat quality was good, but I won't be going back.

We came here for my friend’s recommendation. First impression was nice and clean environment, however our experience here was very disappointing. The service was very slow. The servers barely came to check and see us when there was no other customer. Very warm outside and this place wasn’t cool enough to dine in. We had to ask for a cup of ice water. The broth was great. My husband and I ordered different broths but while we were still eating, a server offered to give more broth and added more broth to our soup. We could tell it was not the same broth. I don’t see what the point is to have a different broth when they don’t care what kind of broth you were having. Couldn’t finished our food because it was too hot to keep eating and be careful I found small bones in my mouth for a third time eating the meat ( we ordered wagyu only but server kind of push to us eat short ribs and that happens ) after we changed wagyu again but the meat didn’t look the same as first ones. Not worth it to try spending over $100 for 2

Good spot for your hot pot cravings. Great service. You have lot of options (fixed price and a la carte too). Food was served fast and tasty. Well done decor.

Google
The food was really good. The all you can eat option was a good value. Unfortunately the staff are not very attentive (at least the section we were in). They don't ask if you are new or give any explanation or help with ordering. Luckily the people sitting next to us helped us out. You get a marker to mark on a menu the items you want. There is no way to order more or get refills unless you flag the staff down and it took 10 minutes to get our check once we were able to notify someone that we were done. We will be back because the food was good and I am hoping we get a different section because it did seem like some of the staff were more attentive.

I've been going here with family or my own family with a feisty toddler and all of the staff have been stunningly understanding and very attentive of any refills or food we will want ,we have a favorite waitress who recognizes us and our son 💕 i have seen her attend multiple tables and stay on top of orders ,while keeping a smile on her face even with a screamy baby ,the staff over all have always been nice and on top of our needs while eating the restaurant is also SUPER clean they have options for utensils , I suggest napkins is your messy lol, I recomend the spicy curry broth ❤🍛and they're yogurt drinks , perfect for family,or friends or even a date ! We've had all 3 experiences all were amazing regardless if staffing that day ,the all you can eat is peak !

Google
Fun and delicious with great service! I was really impressed by the service, Chad, Kim, and David really elevated our experience. They were friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. The food was delicious, and I loved the variety and the fun process. We did the all you can eat option. Also, the decor and vibe are really cute and clean. This is a fun date spot. This was my first time trying hot pot, and Swish Swish was so good! I'm excited to come back for more! 🤗

Yelp
i went for the first time and had an amazing experience ! my server Kim was extremely welcoming and was so attentive to our needs. i'll be definitely coming back soon

Yelp
We have been going to SwishSwish since it opened 11 years ago in Bellevue. The food has always been consistent and of great quality. The meats and various toppings are always fresh. It is a shame that the storefront was crashed into by a car (thankfully no injuries). The original location has not been able to re-open, however, the Lynwood location is also great, i would highly recommend the chicken karage, by far the best I have had outside of Japan. The Japanese milk tea is excellent, a must have, even if you only take a few sips with the meal and take it home for later.

Yelp
Went here for the first time today, we usually go to a hotpot place in Bellevue but we didn't want to drive too far and tried this place instead. I wanted to give it a 4.5 star rating but I guess Yelp doesn't allow that. The food was good, I like that everyone was able to get their own broth flavor and the meat was good quality. Drinks were decent even though the Alcohol in the mixed drinks is a bit stingy. Prices are a bit steep so if you're really hungry you are better off going for the all you can eat option. Service was decent, food came out quickly but we had to remind the staff to get our drinks twice. There was a lot of dropped food on the floor around the bar so maybe they are understaffed. It's brightly lit and the music is low key so it doesn't have really feel that unique but considering I don't like most hotpot restaurants in this area I will take it. Will definitely visit again.

Yelp
This is a great option for Taiwanese malatang if you're in the area. It is somewhat more pricy than others. The menu is okay. Not many traditional options as you would see at other places. The broth is okay as well. Missing a kick to it. Sauce bar is small. The restaurant is clean inside and out. It is located on the outside strip of the mall. The service is a robot. So don't be alarmed.

Yelp
Was not open. My sister and I and a few others waited past 3pm and no employee came! Wasted our time.

Yelp
Our go to hot pot spot! Selection is huge and of quality. Come with a big appetite to get your moneys worth for the AYCE.
google avatar

Yelp
Quality of the meat is always top-notch! Employees always super helpful at explaining the mini stoves. Love the the little robot inside!

Yelp
This was my first time getting real hot pot, and I was very happy with my restaurant choice. I came with a large group, and ordered from the all you can eat menu. The selection and prices are very good for AUCE, and the portions were very generous. Next time I will order less, because I hate wasting food and you can't take it with you. We ordered 4 soups: Curry, tom yum, miso, and tonkotsu. The table favorites were the tonkotsu and the Tom yum. We barely touched the other two. The curry was a little spicy and a drastic flavor change from the others, and the miso had little flavor. We also ordered lots of meat and veggies. No complaints. Everything was good and tasted fresh. The service was okay, not bad or good. The server did not explain the robot, so getting our food off of it was a little confusing at first. We also were not told what to do after our initial order, and they don't come check on you often. The sauce bar was great- lots of options. I definitely recommend getting it for the full experience. I definitely recommend trying out this restaurant. I marked them down a star overall for the spotty service and the fact that the sauce bar was not clean or covered, which isn't sanitary. Also marked down because we had 3 children, 2 who didn't want to eat at all, and were told we had to be charged for them because they were in the restaurant. So that was an additional $30+ they got from us. So keep that in mind if you bring small kids.

Yelp
GET THE TAIWANESE POPCORN CHICKEN you will not regret it!! This is my go to spot in Lynnwood for all my hot pot cravings! The meats are good and they have a wide variety of veggies, noodles, etc. Service is usually prompt as the layout allows for servers to be able to see most tables if we needed to wave them down. There is also a self serve fridge for veggies too, which I appreciated. Tons of broth to choose from too. One star off though as some veggies were clearly not washed like the cabbage was just chopped into quarters, not separated, and had dirt between the leaves, and bathrooms were not very clean. I tend to avoid eating veggies here that can't easily be rinsed.

Yelp
Although it comes with a higher price tag, the food is absolutely delicious, and the charming atmosphere adds to the overall experience! Will recommend

Yelp
Overall it was one of the worst hotpot experiences I have had in the Greater Seattle Area. We were a party of 8 people, with all unlimited food, they just never got our food out. After the first round of orders, in which they would not allow to put multiple orders of beef and other meat, like we are 8 people not 2. After which we put in the order 4 times for the meats and they just never came out. The hotpot broth got over and it never got refilled. Worst service, mediocre taste, decent ambiance, and never going again experience.

Yelp
We came here for dinner the other night. I had made a reservation so we were seated pretty quickly but it didn't seem the wait was too long if you didn't have one. The menu was pretty expansive and we opted to do the AYCE with wagyu (extra $4). You each get to pick your own broth which was nice. I got the Japanese miso, my husband got the spicy curry, and his mom got sukiyaki. We also ordered a bunch of meat, veggies, noodles, and some appetizers. Things came out pretty quickly and were delivered to the table by a robot. I wasn't a fan of the miso broth. It didn't have much flavor and was just kind of a salty flavor. My husband and his mom liked their broths so I guess they were more flavorful. The popcorn chicken appetizer was delicious and really flavorful. We also liked the deep fried bun with sweetened condensed milk. The veggies seemed fresh so no complaints there. The meat wasn't the best quality and I didn't think the Wagyu was worth the extra cost. Those pieces were kind of chewy and insanely fatty. This was definitely disappointing. They forgot some of our second round orders which ended up being fine because we were so stuffed so we didn't bother asking for them. Overall it was a decent experience but far from the best hot pot. I would say stop by if you're in the area and want hot pot but there are way better places for it if you're willing to drive over to Bellevue.

Yelp
Disappointed in my most recent visit to Swish Swish. I dined here for lunch with a group of five. It's a pretty spacious restaurant and the decor is really nice and bright. I'm a big fan of their interior! However, not a fan of their broths at all. My group had the Japanese Miso, Taiwanese Spicy, and the Tom Yum. We didn't like any of these three. The Taiwanese Soicy was insanely salty - probably the worst hotpot broth I've ever had in my life. You taste nothing but spice, and it's so strong that anything you put in will basically make the sauce bar pointless to you. The Japanese Miso on the other hand was insanely bland and boring. No flavor whatsoever. Tom Yum wasn't good and didn't really taste like it. I'd strongly avoid these three broths. The broths really ruined the experience for us. The fact that all three of our selections turned out bad was pretty crazy. Food wise, it's a bit pricy for the selection. $36 for AYCE with a limited selection of meats. They have wagyu options available but it's locked behind a $4 upgrade fee. Sides and noodle selection were decent. Hesitant to try this place again as I'm big on having a good hotpot broth.

Yelp
First time coming to Swish Swish in Alderwood and it did not disappoint! JC was a great server. He explained the process thoroughly and was attentive. The rest of the staff we interacted with were also great! The meat cuts were great and there were plenty of vegetable options. And the Sauce bar is a must!
google avatar

Gabriella H.

Yelp
We had the all you can eat hot pot and it was alright. I've never had hot pot before so maybe I'm just not a huge fan. The pricing was weird and a little confusing. There was a salad bar type situation that looked kind of haphazard and unkempt. The staff was super nice though!
google avatar

Crissey Y.

Yelp
Tried this place once again after a year and it's still delicious! It's perfect on a chilly Fall day. We had the All You Can Eat. We got the wagyu and pork belly. So good! A tad bit spicy with the miso broth but you get use to it. Tip! The sauce and extra toppings are in the fridge area which you can help yourself with!

Yelp
First time trying this place, and the ambiance was very nice. Went in as a party of 2 and although there was about a 10 minute wait it went pretty quickly- my partner and I just took a stroll around the mall while waiting for them to text letting us know our table was ready. The server was phenomenal, she explained the menu very well, went over the process of ordering (marking items on the menu with a dry erase marker) and some recommended items. It's all you can eat style. Both my partner and I ordered the Szechuan spicy medium level broth and it was delicious. If you're sensitive to spicy things then I'd encourage getting this at mild level just because medium in my opinion still had a slight spicy kick to it. Waygu beef, chicken and beef short rib were the meat choices we selected- with different raw vegetables that you cook in the pot (vegetables not pictured-- they came later) Different drink options from alcoholic to soda products and boba. Highly recommend the Happy yogurt drink with lychee, OR the Japanese milk tea with tapioca. All in all 10/10- will definitely be returning. And I'd encourage going on an empty stomach!

Yelp
Food is ok, service is average. The servers were busy chatting among themselves. They charged for sauces which I was surprised by that. No wow experience
google avatar

Nadina K.

Yelp
Service was absolutely the worst, we had to wait for extra broth for over 20 mins. We finished our meal and it took about 28 mins to get our check. We never got checked on, food was ok, but the service makes it not worth it. Appetizer came out AFTER the soup. Which is a huge pet peeve. For the cost of all you can eat lunch, it'll be really hard to try this place again. Also, we had dietary restrictions and when the meat came out, no one informed us of which one was pork. This is a huge deal meats of different animals should absolutely be separated.
google avatar

Tina R.

Yelp
Food was great! Chicken broth was great! JC was really nice and helpful with ordering. We got a bunch of variety meats and veggies and the recommendation were all really spot on. The leftover cooked food should have to go boxes. I understand not taking the broth home but the appetizers should definitely be able to transport.

Yelp
Great choice for shabu shabu, especially up north this way it always seems like the selections of asian food can be scarce. But that's another discussion . We come here quite often, it's out Friday night friend group dinner favs,, where we vent about our weeks while eating delicious hot pot! Meats are fresh, lots of veggies choices, seafood balls, meatballs, noodles and a good selection of drinks. This last visit though they finally got their liquor license and are now serving beer, wine and handful of specialty cocktails! Our friend tried the blackberry mojito and it was really tasty! And all the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Came in on a Saturday night. Pretty good spot for hot pot. Dinner price isn't overly expensive even w the wagyu and sauce bar options. Service is a little slow when it's busy but still quick enough bringing out food etc. Overall a good experience and would return if I'm in the area.
google avatar

Yelp
Never had hotpot before, but have always wanted to try. The service was great. Our waiter was helpful and friendly. I am hard of hearing and it was a little difficult to hear what he was saying. The atmosphere was nice and clean. It is very bright. There was no wait. I found the broth to be very flavorless. I had the garlic tomato. The meat was ok. The oysters did not look good at all. I did not eat them. The vegetables were very good. I was disappointed in the sauce bar. For an extra two dollars I expected a bigger selection. For how pricy this place is I expected a more flavorful experience. Everything was just kinda bland. I would have loved to try it again but not for these prices.
google avatar

Susan S.

Yelp
Food was good. Robot served some of the food. Sauce bar was extra which was a downside. Food was good but pricey for lunch at $30+ per person. Service was good and place is clean.
google avatar

Yelp
Love this place. Food is great. Meat is always fresh. Very clean. Good ambiance. JC took awesome care of us.

Curtis O.

Yelp
One of my wife and i favorites. This place is great, you just want to find the not so busy time to come cause it's busy some times like crazy. The meat it bomb and the options at the sauce bar are great. JC always comes thru, he's very attentive and always doing what he can to keep the place clean. Thanks for all your service here JC, you make this place great..
google avatar

Megan B.

Yelp
JC and Cody were really great servers and made for a good experience. My friend joined me for the first time and JC was thorough in explaining how it worked and the different broths. The food was really good and we loved the variety of options.

Yelp
I used to go to the Swish Swish in Bellevue quite often and enjoyed the all-you-can-eat there. I tried to make a reservation on the website and on the phone but I couldn't as it looked the website was for the Bellevue location and the phone number found online for the Lynnwood location was invalid. So I walked in to make the reservation in person a couple of days in advance. At the time we went to the location in Lynnwood, they did not have an alcohol permit so we could not order alcohol. They also went out of lamb so the meats we could enjoy were beef and pork. Nonetheless, when going for AYCE, it's about quantity rather than quality, and Swish Swish always was good about quantity and variety. Staff was friendly. Environment was simple and clean.

Yelp
Banger food & great ambience. Great service & attention. Loved the restaurant. Would recommend! Thank you to Chad & JC for the amazing service!!!

Yelp
I would not recommend coming to this place for hot pot due to poor quality service and menu items. The only charming thing about Swish Swish is the cute decor and bar area. However, it is really small and if you come at a busy time it'll be a long wait. We opted for the AYCE wagyu beef, but the wagyu had a strange texture and was not soft at all. I would avoid the wagyu option, because it tasted worse than the regular beef eye round. Several of their menu items were also not in stock at the time we dined in, which we wish we had been informed beforehand. We didn't have any mushrooms, cabbage, and fish balls. It was severely lacking and disappointing. When we asked for noodles, we were only given one small side dish for two. And service here is poor because even though we were one of three tables, we were completely ignored. Their broth isn't outstanding, we chose sukiyaki and szechuanese spice and they weren't very flavorful. We also ordered a Japanese milk tea, which was completely bland and watered down. The boba was also very mushy. With so many good boba spots in the area, you should definitely not get boba here. I didn't capture many photos due to the underwhelming dining experience. But you can see in my one photo that the portions they bring you are very small, and it doesn't help that the service is terrible so you're stuck with your first order.
google avatar

Eurasia L.

Yelp
I had a nice experience for my first visit. The servers were very helpful and attentive. It's all-you-can-eat hotpot and the other is for individual meals. This place is very pleasant and very clean. Also very organized. I like that. Menu is very fair. Be careful checking the boxes so that you don't overdo yourself. I enjoyed my lunch and will do a repeat another time. Btw, they have one of those robots to bring you stuff as well. Cutie helper. I recommend this place.
google avatar

Tien P.

Yelp
First time trying JC was our server & was kind gave the best customer service. He was so attentive & food came so fast
google avatar

Chloe M.

Yelp
Really enjoyed this spot! Great prices and the variety was incredible! The only downside was the service wasn't the best and they didn't clean the shrimp. The meat options were great, upgrading to the Wagyu was worth it, was so good. Picking your own veggies was fun too. I got the Tom yum broth and my fiancé got a spicy one and they were both super flavorful and cooked the meat so tenderly. We will be back!! The place is small but we went on Valentine's Day and there was no wait. Seating is close next to each other.
google avatar

Yelp
They are probably more 3.5 Stars, but there isn't something else to make me want to bump them up to 4 Stars. So, 3 stars is the rating I'll settle on. Swish Swish Hot Pot is in the outdoor portion of Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood. The place is moderately sized. On a Sunday, they were moderately filled, not that busy. The latest all-you-can-eat price is $35.99. There's an upscale price of $42.99 (I think) that includes wagyu, short ribs, and a few other higher end meats. I was ok with the $36 price - that is until I learned it does not include other sauces. There are two boring sauces at the table. That is it. The last two hotpot places I've been to have a sauce bar. I want a sauce bar!! ARGH! So, they nickel and dime you with $1 for hot sauce, $1 for sesame oil. Can I have an option where I help myself to whatever sauce I want please?? It made the meal much more boring. For the broth, I picked rich chicken, and hubby picked Chinese onion. The rich chicken broth tastes pretty good, reasonably close to the old school Chinese chicken broth. We ordered the raw meats and seafood from the kitchen. We helped ourselves to the veggies, tofu, and fish/meat balls from the refrigerated case. Self-service from this case works well. The thing that we both liked the most are quail eggs, which is pretty strange since they just come in a can. They work well in the broth. We also ordered the fried gyoza from the kitchen. Gyoza and popcorn chicken are the most popular. The raw meats and seafood are all good-looking quality. Two things that are annoying. One - they clearly want you to fill up from the refrigerator case, so the raw meats and seafood take a shockingly long time to come out from the kitchen. A VERY LONG TIME. I think that's just not cool. Second - I have a major pet peeve against shrimps that are not deveined. I like the attached heads; I just don't like the grainy black vein. So gross. So much work to remove. The place is clean and looks newer. The staff wipes the refrigerator case regularly. Thank you. The tables and induction cook tops are kept clean and functional. For the two of us, we were lucky to be seated at a larger four person table, so we can spread out with all our plates - raw foods plates, shrimp shell plate, plate we're eating from, sauce plates, etc. But the two person tables are quite small and very close to each other. I don't think I would sit down if they try to seat me there.

Yelp
Clean big space. Reasonable price. Good service. I love everything on the menu. Great appetizers.
google avatar

Nicole J.

Yelp
Food was fantastic. We had the all you can eat for $45 per person. Recommend going mid-afternoon as it can get busy in the evening. Fun robots that bring you your food.
google avatar

Mon T.

Yelp
We came here with our friend, it is all you can eat at a fair price and decent quality. Ingredients are fresh, though portions are small, so you do have to order a few rounds. They locate at the outside area of Alderwood Mall and get busy really quick in the evening. If you're shopping nearby, that's a solid dinner choice.
google avatar

Diane T.

Yelp
We came on a Monday night with no wait around 6pm. It didn't get busy until closer to 6:30 to 7. There are tables on the right, some booths on the left, and bar seating in the middle of restaurant. Staff was very friendly & attentive. Checked on us multiple times if we wanted other items. Kimchi soup was really great. Fiancé didn't enjoy his & switched it out for Kimchi later in the meal. Love that it's individual soups. Produce & meat were all really fresh. Chicken kaarage tasted great for our appetizer. The only thing we disliked was the serving bowl. It's the TINIEST bowl ever that is the size of your palm and that is what you are expected to eat out of. I could barely fit a spoonful of broth & one bok choy. We had to use some other empty but dirty plates to eat off of. It's a pretty expensive meal, $32.99 for AYCE plus tip was $90 for two ppl. Come hungry!!!!

Yelp
Trying a hot place was on the list for my sister and I while she visits. This place came recommended by another an elite Yelper so we went for it. I was able to make a reservation on Yelp which is very convenient. We were seated promptly at our appt time. The place is very bright, almost too bright. My husband joked that the lights could be dimmer for a better atmosphere. Our server, Gary? (I think was his name) was extremely pleasant, attentive and went above and beyond. Favorites: Rich chicken broth Sweet and sour radish- I could eat a whole jar, so so good! Garlic sauce on the table Yuzu soda Chinese donuts - MY FAVORITE!!! Drinks: Honeydew melon milk tea was really good and really tastes like honeydew. Yuzu soda was delicious with chunks of sweet yuzu rind. Sugimoti tea- big bottle of iced matcha tea, unsweetened. Food: Szechuanese spicy- level 1 was super spicy. Good flavor Chinese herbal- I didn't care for this one by husband enjoyed it Ramen noodles-taste good but difficult to scoop out. Clear noodle-easier to eat because they are tied in a knot. Fish ball with roe- looks like a dumpling. I enjoyed it but definitely not a favorite at our table. It has a pronounced fishy taste. Beef meatball- no one was impressed Pork and shrimp dumpling- also no one liked Chrysanthemum leaf- unique flavor, not something I would order again. Woodear mushroom-large pieces, take a long time to cook. White beech mushrooms- Meat and shrimp Overall this was a great experience!

Yelp
I used to really like swish swish. Was a regular at the Bellevue so I was ecstatic to know there was one of this side of the water. Unfortunately we've been stiffed by the service here time and time again. The service is slowwwwww. Expect to have to order some things multiple times before it shows up at the table. You ordered 4 servings of meat? They'll bring you 10 slices. Their broths are generally okay but this most recent time after they refilled my garlic tomato broth it literally just tasted like water. Highly unlikely we'll be back considering it's also like $50 now. For that price I'd rather do a higher quality non-AYCE.
google avatar

Vivian J.

Yelp
Been here a few times since they opened. Good hot pot option if you are up north, right outside Alderwood mall, super convenient. Self serve sauce bar, veggies, etc. Great service.
google avatar

Carol L.

Yelp
Swish Swish is a bright, modern AYCE hotpot restaurant with locations in Lynnwood and Bellevue. We went to the newer Lynnwood location. You can make reservations via Yelp! You also use the Yelp Waitlist function. There are a lot of options for the AYCE, and on weekdays, there is also a free wagyu upgrade ($7). We decided to just go for the regular menu options, which still has a lot of options. The only thing they didn't have today is Enoki Mushrooms. The meat quality is great. The seafood quality is more mediocre. The vegetables are fresh. The soup bases came in paper in a bowl, which is a unique way of presenting hotpot. The downside is that it's a very small bit of soup and you can't even submerge a fishball entirely in it. The service can be pretty slow. Highly recommend you order your next round right when your current round arrives. There is a 90 minute seating maximum. Yelp
Great couple date night. We arrived at Swish Swish around 5:30. We signed into the waitlist. We had a party of 4 and the wait was 11-26 mins. They only seat when you whole party has arrived. They greeted us within 5 mins and were Told our table was ready as soon as our party arrived. Within 10 mins arriving we were seated. Restaurant is cute. It is very busy and there are a lot of people in a small space. We had never done hot pot before so this was a first. The server was helpful with explaining things yet not overly. We were still confused but he had given us the freedom to just go for it with their all you can eat price of $35.99 each. He said if you order everything, we will bring you everything. We did not but it felt close. We didn't know what most of the food was but enjoyed almost all of it. The appetizers were all fabulous and a good way to start as they come out cooked. Allows you to eat while you are cooking your hotpot We all highly suggest started with the normal $35.99 menu your first time. You can add the Wagyu menu side for $4 more. We suggest you go with some of their already put together items. Like a sampler. Figure out from there what you like and then order more of that item. Again, it is all you can eat. Drinks are limited to milk teas and green teas with soda. Standard for this type of establishments. No alcohol. The only down fall of this place was the restroom. It was very gross. I am Not sure it has ever been cleaned. You can smell the urine the minute you walk in to the ladies room. The stalls actually have yellow dirt in the corners. Those need to be cleaned every night. We would recommend this restaurant and we will be back. However, I would suggest using the restroom in the mall.

Yelp
This is a very good hot pot restaurant. I highly recommend getting on the waiting list via Yelp, even getting on the waitlist I had a 30 minute wait. This is the best hot pot I have tasted thus far. The broth base are exceptional. If you enjoy some spice with your food, I recommend the Szechuan and Kimchi broth bases. I ordered the premium meat selection, which consisted of wagyu and ribeye. The meats, accompaniments and appetizers were excellent. My only drawback from this dinning experience, was the low staffing at the restaurant. The two servers were very polite, but they had a hard time keeping up with the orders. This will not keep me from visiting the restaurant again, I was very pleased with my meal.

Yelp
Delicious! Loved the individual pots of broth, so your group can try a few. Everything was fresh and looked great. Quick and tasty! Kind, attentive staff. Small place, but lots of tables.

Yelp
We have been here twice now. The first time we ate here was a few weeks ago on a Sunday night, we showed up at 6 PM with no reservations, and we ended up waiting 1.5 hours before getting seated. 2nd time was this past Wednesday, I called a couple days prior and made a reservation for 6 ppl at 6:30 PM. It was not that busy and we got seated right away, noticing there was only 1 party on the waitlist. They have an ipad up front where you can put yourself on the waitlist, and see where you are in line via your phone, which is nice cuz you can walk around the mall a bit. Both time we got the non-wagyu side for around $33/each and were happy with the variety we got of meats and veggies. Some of my favorite things on the menu: - fish ball with roe - pork belly - chicken karaage - fried man tou (buns) - my fave soup base is the Sukiyaki Sweet Soy with Egg - Passion fruit soda (not included with AYCE price) Overall, the service is good and attentive at this location, and we never felt we were without food on our table, when we are low. I like this location better than their Redmond location.

Yelp
Szechuanese Spicy broth is the best, I like the mild one because I can add more spice to it from the sauces at the sauce bar. Our server checked up on us frequently and cleared out plates in a timely matter, amazing service!! Also, whoever is on aux has impeccable music taste. ‍

Yelp
All you can eat hot pot. You get a check list to mark what you want for the table. Basically, choose your broth base, then your meats, veggies, sauces, and drinks. Fairly simple system. Had a reservation ahead of time and got there 30 minutes after they opened. Pretty sure we were the first customers of the day cause the place was empty. Took a while for the server to get our order since he was busy pretty much opening up the place still. We got our broth which had a unique "pot". It was more of a basket looking thing that had some special paper that magically kept the broth in it. Kind of blew my mind. Some weird witchcraft I swear. Not everyone got the same container for the broth I noticed, so it might be used for the Szechuanese spicy broth that we ordered. So we got the wagyu and rib eye for meats which came out as frozen slices. We also got a good amount of different types of meat balls and veggies. We were confused on which one was the frozen tofu and fish tofu. They looked the same to us or maybe they forgot to give us one of them. They definitely forgot to get our rice, but we eventually got that taken care of. The staff came by frequently to check on us so the service was good. Restaurant was pretty clean from what I could tell. The tables had the stoves built-in with a shelving area to place the raw meats on so there's more table space for everything else. Overall, not a bad experience, but still not a big fan of hot pot.
