Wow! Claudio was a phenomenal host throughout our entire evening. We were a mixed group consisting of English, Spanish, and Portuguese speaking people and he explained the menu and experience to each of us all while adding some Italian and French flair! He guided us on menu options, suggested wine pairings, and enhanced the entire experience. Best service I have had in a long time!

It was the first time I experienced fondue and I found it special when planning a re-visit. We started with French onion soup, highly recommended because of its deliciousness. The cheese fondue was extremely delicate and smooth. Our chocolate dessert fondue was just as delightful. The staff of the place was very helpful and extremely polite, which made the dinner even more comfortable and pleasant. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Glad to be back to enjoy the quirky and quaint atmosphere. Cheese fondue w added pears so yummy, and I love having one of their tasty Belgium beers alongside. The beef fondue was way tender and nicely partnered w the ahi tuna for our version of surf and turf. Patience is imperative for such a labor intensive serving experience which is fine when on holiday, and yes a unique dining experience in a beautiful mountain village does come at a premium, but the memories are worth it, especially if u finish w the delicious broth when done. Enjoy! … and to the folks at G, I still don’t know why u couldn’t port over my 800plus contributions after u shut down the AN…maybe work on that for 2025 resolution? ;-)

As a Swiss I cannot recommend this restaurant! The fondue 🫕 was served in damaged a caquelon (fondue pot)! Also one of the plates was cracked! The bread of the fondue was soft, like a sandwich bread! The Rösti, was served cold, and when asked to heat it up the servant forgot to re-serve it! Servant was hopeless and with not clean cloth! Was exited to have food from my home country today, but the burger at Ericks yesterday , for fraction of the Swiss Heaven price, was infinitely better!

Swiss Haven was ok. Just ok. The best part of the experience was our server, who was hard-working, humorous, and enthusiastic. The restaurant itself was lacking in ambiance, very loud, and cramped. The food was ok, nothing special as for flavor. The food quantity was small. The cheese fondue bowl was about 1/5 full. Same with the chocolate fondue (see photos of fork and small marshmallow showing level of chocolate fondue fill level). In fact, for the high price of the food, the quality and quantity was seriously lacking. If you come here wanting to feel full after spending $100/head, you’ll be disappointed. Be prepared to spend a lot of money for a mediocre experience. I get that this is a ski resort town and we should expect pricey meals, but we also ate at Twist and Salt Creek Steak House, and both of those are far better value for the money.

Great service, very accommodating with our dog! We enjoyed the strawberry and brie salad, French onion soup, Peak 8 Fondue, creme Brule, and cappuccino.

I came here for dinner with my family. I started with the comforting and delicious french onion soup. We shared a cheese fondue, which I highly recommend with apples, and a meat fondue. My favorite part was the dessert: decadent milk chocolate fondue with strawberries, bananas, marshmallows and brownies. The main con to this place is that the portions are small and the prices are high.

Swiss in the name of the restaurant implies an Alps experience. I used to visit Chamonix, Les Trois Vallées, Val d’Isère, and know what the authentic Alpine atmosphere is like there. I felt the same here—Claudio, the owner, came to make sure our experience was as it is in Europe. Fondue and crème brûlée were genuine. But the biggest surprise was—I asked if they had Génépi, and Claudio opened a bottle of this French liqueur that he kept for such occasions. Thanks for the great evening.
