Where to Order Manhattans in Louisville This February | Eater

"Also part of The Myriad Hotel, Switchboard is the property’s coffee-shop-by-day and cocktail-lounge-by-night. To celebrate the Manhattan cocktail, the spot will be serving up the Tin Can Angel, made with coffee-infused vermouth, Angel’s Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Barrels, coffee liqueur, chocolate bitters, and sambuca. The mixture is strained into a chilled Nick and Nora glass that has been spritzed with sambuca, then finished with two additional expressions of sambuca and garnished with a dried orange wheel." - Vox Creative

Loved this place. Just needed a break after visiting the cemetery, and needed some coffee and this cozy fancy joint hit the spot. Was a perfect spot to chill and unwind before continuing on my journey.

This is a gorgeous, quiet bar. We stopped by on a whim, and I'm so glad we did. All day coffee options, cocktails, and wine. I had an excellent cappuccino. My partner had a mimosa, which came with a beautiful piece of dried orange. The bartender was attentive and friendly. Plenty of seating. This would be a lovely spot to meet up with a friend.

I finally got to drop by Switchboard. This place is literally down the street from where I work. They open at 7 AM and I’m not gonna lie, it’s been on my list for places to visit especially when you need that morning coffee! It’s part of the Myriad Hotel and it’s very adorable. They do coffee as well as cocktails. I decided to get a chai latte. The space is very inviting with a great ambience. They have ample seating which is a great option on a day where you have time to hang out. My dirty chai latte was very tasty with a shot of espresso. I can’t wait to go back and grab a pastry. It will make for a lovely treat on a workday.

I had a cold brew which was very smooth and strong. My wife had a special order mocha which she really enjoyed. Staff was super!

The atmosphere is so nice and the service is great. I have continually come for their cortado. I also like that you don't have to walk through the hotel to get to the coffee shop.

The breakfast treats are so yummy! Would recommend the cinnamon roll 10/10! The baristas are super friendly and take the time to put care into their craft.

Yelp
Easily the best-kept coffee shop secret in Louisville. It's in the lobby of The Myriad Hotel, which also boasts the Swim Club and Paseo. I absolutely loved the stylish interior, low-key jams playing, and speedy service. The cortado I ordered was made to perfection: hot, strong and creamy with some foam art on top. While I did not partake this visit, they do also have some breakfast items catered by Paseo, along with a handful of pastry items. It's not a super robust food menu, so I'd stop next time for a snack vs. a full meal. By far, they have the most comfortable seating out of any coffee shop I've been to in my 4 months in Louisville: a long, cushy banquette and an array of cushioned chairs. This spot is on my way to the gym, so I will most definitely add it to my regular rotation. TRUE LOVE.
