The Best Happy Hours in Dallas

"What is happy hour unless there are some tiki drinks? Head to Swizzle on Lower Greenville on any weekday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. when all the cocktails on the menu are $7 (including the frozen Dole Whip and the drink it serves in a Spam can). The pupu platter goes for $25 — that’s a solid order for a group — and a selection of lumpia’s are available for $6. The jungle vibe rolls deep in here, with a lot of neon highlights, so prepare for an otherworldly experience inside." - Courtney E. Smith

The Tiki Cocktail Destination Dallas Deserves Is Finally Ready to Make Its Debut - Eater Dallas

"Swizzle, a long-awaited tiki lounge on Greenville Avenue, is making its debut. Originally set to open in March, the opening was delayed due to COVID-19. The venue will feature a restaurant with Hawaiian and Polynesian dishes, such as kalua pork and chicken katsu, and a variety of tiki cocktails. Strict COVID-19 safety measures will be in place, including limited capacity, socially-distanced tables, and mandatory masks and temperature checks. Swizzle will also offer takeout cocktails." - Amy McCarthy

Long-Awaited Tiki Bar Swizzle Finds a Home on Greenville Avenue - Eater Dallas

"After nearly four years in the works, long-awaited tiki bar Swizzle Luau Lounge has officially found a home on Greenville Avenue. The bar is set to open at 1802 Greenville Avenue, Suite 110, taking over the space formerly occupied by Rocko’s Lounge and Dallas Beer Kitchen. Co-owners Jen and Marty Reyes have been working to spread the tiki gospel in Dallas hosting tiki-themed pop-ups at bars like Industry Alley. Dallas’s tiki scene has been bleak since Trader Vic’s departure in 2010, but Swizzle Luau Lounge promises a revival." - Amy McCarthy

Google
Had just enough time to run in for a dole whip sans rum. ‘Twas legit. Tiki ambiance is a little light. More of a lightly themed Greenville dive bar, but I’ll take that over a naked dive any day. Bartenders were friendly and fast. The L shaped bar showcases a collection of swizzle sticks from tiki bars of the world. Will be back.

We did not have any food but did have drinks. The Mai Tai was far from what we are used to and I wouldn't recommend it. The Mana Nui was ok as was the Painkiller. I'd definitely go back for the Dole Whip! 🙂 We enjoyed the vibe but it was noisy inside. The service was excellent!!

Google
Legit tiki bar with delicious drinks with high quality ingredients. The decor was fantastic with Chinese breezeway tiles, Witco and Bosko artwork to name a few. Everything you want in a tiki bar, great drinks, atmosphere and great service.

Google
The drinks were delicious. I highly recommend the macadamia nut chi chi. It was a fulky bodied drink with the earthiness of the macadamia nut liqore. The food was pretty good. The coconut curry was a little bland. It was a game changer after I added some sweet and sour left over from my excellent crab rangoon. Service was a little slow. We waited a few for someone to.come take orders. Our waiter and out waitress were super nice. Have some patience it is worth the wait.

Took a friend from out of town to Swizzle and we both had a blast. The drinks were excellent—strong, creative, and exactly what you want from a good tiki bar. The atmosphere is fun and laid-back, with cool decor and games that keep things entertaining and elevated the experience from just drinks to a fun interactive evening. Staff were super friendly and engaging without being overbearing. Great vibe all around—definitely worth a visit.

Zack and Cody handled our group of 20 with ease. They were attentive and fun to hang out with. Great atmosphere and theming, we had a great evening of dinner and tiki drinks.

We went here for a little pre-party before a baby shower today. The drinks were fantastic. We had the Bum, and all the flavors came through terrifically. Later I asked our server for some bar branded swizzle sticks, and he was more than grateful to oblige us. I also spoke to the bartender about the rums they serve, and he was knowledgeable and more than happy to talk about them. We will definitely be back.

Google
Great selection of rum from Barbados’s, Jamaican, DR, WorthyPark, FourSquare. Well balanced cocktails.

The drinks @swizzledallas weren't only beautiful but priced right, delicious, and had me and my girls feeling just right Amazing and professional service! They stay open until Midnight every day except Sunday! Don't miss out. Definitely worth the visit. Catch their IG page for weekly events and happy hour details! Yelp
Swept away by Swizzle! You can't go wrong with a good tiki bar and I've yet to be disappointed by Swizzle. The Painkiller, Martiki Swizzle and QB Cooler are just a few of my favorite drinks, but THE FRIES!!! My friends and I get multiple orders every time. The decor, sounds and low lights transport you somewhere that doesn't even feel like Dallas (maybe the alcohol plays a part too). Highly recommend Swizzle and I'm ready for another visit!

Yelp
Stopped in here on a very hot Monday afternoon. Big fan of tiki drinks and wanted to check this place out. The place was empty at arrival. We sat at the bar and ordered a traditional Mai Tai and Dole Whip cocktail. Drinks and atmosphere were good. Service was just okay...not very interactive. Pork lumpia was hot and rolled correctly. Cool thing is they a good variety of drinks and lots of nostalgia from other tiki bars around the country. To include Chicago's very own Three Dashes and Dot.

Yelp
Great Tiki Bar with a great HH prices on food and cocktails. Best bartenders in Dallas. HH snacks and menu at a reasonable price and delicious Mai Tai and wine.

Yelp
Great location, top notch drinks and some of the friendliest staff I met in all of Dallas. The server was great at meeting my drink needs and assisted with an honest food order. Would definitely go back! Love the decor!

Yelp
Service: pretty busy since it was a weekend but service was still ok. Appetizer took a while. Ambience: really nice tikk vibe Drinks: they have a large variety but the drink flavors are just ok. Pineapple was my favorite. Appetizers: we ordered the platter and it was ok. Not that flavorful. Just a onetime visit

Yelp
This was such a cute place with a dim lit atmosphere decorated in all things tropical! We came on a Wednesday night for drinks so wasn't too busy and the service was amazing! Some of the drinks were strong and the martiki swizzle wasn't my favorite as it had this strong Smokey rum taste (but my friend loved it). I enjoyed the fact that the drinks are not sweet and they have a lot of options. The atmosphere and service were the best part!
google avatar

Erica H.

Yelp
Cute vibe it's excellent service! I love their seasonal drinks they have right now--the Boonana Nut Bread was surprisingly good, and I don't usually like whiskey cocktails. The only thing that was a little weird was the high tops were a little too tall for the stools, so sitting at them felt a lot like a kid sitting at the adult table for the first time. Otherwise, it was a fun hang!
google avatar

Kehau M.

Yelp
Very cute tiki bar that had a great vibe, plenty of fun decor, great music, and knowledgeable bartenders. The drinks are a little pricey but worth it to try some cool concoctions. They offer a food menu that I would love to try next time I'm in town. It's definitely a fun vibe but a little loud, so it's not ideal for a date night to me but a great spot to hit up with friends.

Yelp
Happy hour here is awesome. I need to try the food one of these days but their drinks are delicious. Friendly staff, and a relaxed atmosphere on a Thursday. The decoration is also very fun with the beachy/tiki theme.

Yelp
We love everything about this place!! I love to check out the art gallery when i walk in, their food is bomb! And of course you cant go wrong with any drink here.
google avatar

Yelp
I LOVE tiki bars, and I think this is one of the only tikki bars in Dallas. The drinks were good and strong. They also have some small bites available. It was pretty empty when we went on a Tuesday evening. Definitely has the dark, intimate tiki vibe I like. Definitely recommend.
google avatar

Yelp
Friends chose this place for a meet up and it is such a cute tiki bar with great personality . Drinks were amazing! The Tahiti Gil's Mananui was my favorite. It's made with dole whip and was so good. The Bum and Never Say Die are worth getting too. But I have to say the best part of our experience was Nick! He asks you a few questions and makes the BEST recommendations. And the witty banter is always appreciated. He was amazing!
google avatar

Yelp
Great low key tiki bar in the lower Greenville area. The staff here are super chill and very friendly. The drinks here are very unique and reminds me of my favorite tiki bar in Chicago (3 dots and a dash- IYKYK). There were little bites to order as well, which was great for those who love snacking like me! They do have a few parking spots nearby next to Voodoo donuts that are limited to 15 minutes, but if you walk a block over in the neighborhood, we found plenty of parking (I was DD).

Carisa R.

Yelp
Me and a few friends came here on a Saturday night. The space was very cute and very tropical theme. This is definitely a spot you want to come with some close friends. Food was averaged nothing really new. Limited seating. Service was averaged as well. I believe it was crowded. 6/10

Yelp
Had my first ever visit to Swizzle last night. What a pleasure it was! The hand crafted drinks are pure wizardry! The staff were friendly and attentive. The decor, where do I begin? Everything you'd want and expect in a Tiki lounge. The lighting, the mood and the delightful menu made for a great first visit. I'll be back.

Yelp
My new favorite place in all of Dallas, I can't think of a better place to spend a Sunday afternoon. We will start with the warm welcome - I was greeted and ushered to a spot at the bar by a woman in a vintage muumuu who identified herself as "I work here," and turned out to be the worlds most humble tiki bar owner. People out on the front patio asked if they could help me take photos, a first-time visitor from Dallas bought me a drink !! and the bartenders were the kindest and most knowledgeable I've encountered in a long time. The space itself is gorgeous and curated with a flow across the space that moves from one rum region to the next. The combination of regional spaces is tied together by a Map of Rum mural, both educational and beautiful! The drinks are carefully crafted, they have a nice rum selection, and they have dole whip. There's food! Chef Carl does a great job with everything from the burger to the pupu platter. This is the rare tiki bar that wins on all fronts; a true must-visit when in Dallas.

Yelp
Swizzle is one of the most unique bars in Dallas, because they have incredible cocktails and amazing food. More than just bar bites, like some places, they have a full menu of delicious dishes ranging from unique appetizers, like lumpia (think Filipino egg rolls), Asian-inspired dishes, and one of the best cheeseburger and fries plates you'll find. Of course their tropical- and Tiki-inspired cocktails are the stars of the show, and they don't disappoint. From classics to unique originals (and everything in between - their wonderful staff can shake, stir, or swizzle just about anything you request), stop in for a drink or two as soon as you can.
google avatar

Melody V.

Yelp
Whenever I get nostalgic for Hawaii I come here. Anytime I have friends in town who aren't from Dallas I bring them here. It's a unique drinking experience, the staff is knowledgable, and the owners are working right alongside the staff behind the bar. This is one of my all time favourite bars to go to. They have unique and amazing drinks. If you're feeling hungry, they have food too. The Loco Moco and painkiller are my go to order!
google avatar

Amber S.

Yelp
Yeah, no. The service, the drinks, the cleanliness of the establishment. The only reason for two stars is because there was one lovely gentleman. Our waitress was horrible, and the drinks (that took 30 min) were terrible. We came from a nice dinner and were looking for a place where we could sit, chat, and have a good time -- Swizzle did not provide that experience for my family and me, and for that, I would not be back.

Yelp
This place has the strongest drinks out of any bar I've been to! The ambiance is fantastic with all of the tiki bar decor and the drinks are pretty cheap considering how much alcohol is in them. If you want to get drunk on a budget, this is the place for you. Honestly, most of the drinks here don't taste the best because of the sheer amount of booze, but one drink I really enjoyed was the Tahiti Gil's Mana Nui. It's made with Dole Whip, coconut cream, and rum so it basically tasted like a piña colada. It had a smooth creamy texture and was super refreshing. The flavor was also a good balance of fruity sweetness from the dole whip and a caramel sweetness from the rum. If you want to get drunk, get the QB Cooler. There's a limit of 2 per person so I asked our server why and she says it's because there's like 5 shots of rum in it. 5 shots for $13 is a pretty good deal at a bar, and the drink really did taste like there were 5 shots. It wasn't very tasty but it got the job done and I was definitely feeling it.

Yelp
I had a great time here tonight! The ambiance was so unique, and the service was awesome :) We ordered the pupu platter, spam musubi plate, and two drinks. The pupu platter was really fun with a variety of different foods - lumpia, cream cheese rangoons, pork belly skewers, taro chips, chicken, and dip! I loved the assortment and getting a bite of everything. My favorite was probably the rangoons, and least favorite was pork belly bc it didn't taste fresh :(. The spam drink, which was peach flavored, was really tasty! And the service was just awesome, the waiter was so accommodating, friendly, and hilarious and made us laugh so much throughout our dinner! This was my first tiki bar experience and I had an amazing time! I recommend checking this place out, they have so many cool drinks & the ambiance/service is great!
google avatar

Diane D.

Yelp
Drinks were very heavy on the ice and were gone after a few sips. For the expensive price of the drinks, was definitely expecting to get some sort of buzz, at the very least, but there was none to be had. When you splurge and pay $15 bucks for a drink, you should at least know that you're drinking an adult alcoholic beverage.

Kylie T.

Yelp
This tiki bar is my go-to spot for cute drinks! If I have guests in town, I take them here for a weekend drink. The drinks come decorated and in cute tiki cups. The food here is also good. I LOVE the donuts. There has never been a wait for a table when I go.
google avatar

Yelp
Adore this place! So glad we stopped in for a drink after dinner. Only regret was that we ate before because the pupus looked fantastic! Staff was nice, lots of Aloha! Drink selection was nice! Loved their water cups! Plenty of seating options and photo opps! Their Nui Nui drink is literally Christmas in a Glass! You really can't go wrong with drinks here!
google avatar

Laura C.

Yelp
My bartender tonight was Ricky~* not only was he great at making our alcoholic drinks, but he made fancy mock tails for our friend who came on our journey who doesn't drink liquor. Jenn assisted us and helped me with tiki mugs I bought, I had an incredible time and loved all the drinks and art hanging on the walls. The vegan coconut curry was incredible, the chef even came out to make sure he verified how I wanted it spice level heat wise, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend this tiki bar, the atmosphere was soothing and felt like I was back by the beach in California.

Yelp
This place is THE BEST. Just moved to Dallas from Florida, and was missing the classic gritty tiki/island/beachy vibes, and saw this place listed on best bars. Decided to check it out and it was even better than I expected. The inside looks SO COOL, and the little outside lounge area is super cool too. The drinks are DELICIOUS and service is fast / the bartenders are really nice. 10/10 recommend!!

Yelp
Cute tiki bar in lower Greenville. When you walk in you instantly transformed into a tiki paradise, complete with iconic delicious and strong drinks. They have happy hour during the from 3-6 and their food menu is full of adventurous eats. This was my first visit and I just stopped in for a quick drink- I enjoyed the zombie- it was like an upgraded rum punch with a tiny hint of mint. I'll definitely be visiting again with an appetite and a group of friends
google avatar

Yelp
when we first arrived, it was fairly crowded and there was only a single chair at the bar to order a drink. However, while waiting for a seat, someone was leaving and was able to get the table next to the wall. We ended up getting a few drinks, and some mocktails. The mocktails were almost the same price as some of the drinks. The best item was the spam drink (i believe it changes daily) but its essentially the bartender choice and when we went, it was a chocolate espresso drink. I normally don't like chocolate, but whatever they made was really delicious. this place also serves food, but we came from dinner and were too full to get anything. They also have a separate room in the back, which i believe you need to reserve in advance. Not sure, but it looks like it can seat 10 people? The front also has a cozy patio, and the interior has some tables and plenty of bar seating. The interior is also filled with random hawaiian and tiki decorations. Not sure if this place has a dedicated parking lot, but we got lucky and found parking in front of a nearby store.
google avatar

Stacie A.

Yelp
Let me preface this review by saying I'm not much of a drinker so I have no clue about the quality of liquors and spirits served at Swizzle. I am, however, an expert on fun and cute things and Swizzle definitely checks all the boxes! Had a fun happy hour here recently and they even obliged my request to serve all of my drinks in a pineapple (gotta keep it festive!). The missionary's downfall was my fave and drinks are only $5 for HH. Be sure to try the pupu platter so you and your crew can sample Swizzle's island eats.
google avatar

Lei T.

Yelp
I liked the bartender but I thought the drinks didn't have the balance and the je ne sais pas of other tiki bars I've been too. They didn't come in the cool tiki bar cups either and the drink I got was so icy I couldn't drink it out of the super long straw. HOWEVER, the drink did come with a little straw hat that I kept and it made a fantastic cat hat for the next day.

Yelp
What a hidden gem!!! Great Happy Hour and just good food! We were looking for a new after work spot. So we googled a few places, and this spot came up with great reviews. We decided to try it out, ordered several appetizers and they were delicious!!! I highly recommend visiting....we will definitely be back!!!
google avatar

Brian K.

Yelp
Amazing service, the food is fantastic, the drinks are really well thought out and even better tasting! All around great tiki lounge with just the right ambiance and vibe. Love this spot and would highly recommend!

Yelp
when we first walk into the place, it smelt like sewage. When we ask for a recommendation the server was not very helpful, he said "my tastebuds are different then your tastebuds" and didn't recommend anything. So we ordered a martiki swizzle & Long Island, the martiki swizzle was terrible. Tasted like sharpie. Never order that drink, it needs to be taken off the menu. ‍‍‍

Yelp
After arriving in Dallas to see family, we stopped by Swizzle on a Friday just as they were opening at 2pm. We parked around the corner. They have indoor and outdoor seating, we sat at the bar for the full experience and enjoyed talking to Leah, our bartender, and Joseph, the owner. We chatted about all things tiki, including Dallas Tiki Week. I had a Mai Tai and my husband ordered The Bum. I enjoyed my cocktail but for my husband's taste buds, his was a tad sweet, which is probably just a perfect drink for someone else. He ordered the Loco Moco, which was fine, nothing spectacular, and I had the Katsu Chicken Sliders, which were good especially with the sauce on the side. We were also there during happy hour and the Mai tai was only $5! That's a steal for this well crafted drink, nice job Leah. Outside of the many food and drink offerings, I enjoyed the tiki bar atmosphere. The decor was just right and the music was on point. The whole point of tiki culture is to transport yourself to another place, escapism at its best. Swizzle accomplishes that very well. I could have easily stayed for another hour, but we had to go. As far as Tiki Bars go, Swizzle did not disappoint and is my new favorite tiki bar in the Dallas area, and I've been to lots of tiki bars! Do yourself a favor and check it out!

Yelp
NICK IS HORRIBLE! My husband and I have had a very long week and we decided to have a little fun by check out a tiki bar the first time. We sat down to decide what we would like as it was our first time. Some of the menu items are Hawaiian language and I have a disability that makes it difficult for me to say certain things in my native English. Nick came to our table to take our order and I pointed to the drink on the list to say "I can't say this. Could I get this drink please?" He mockingly responded "Well if you can't pronounce it, I am not going to bring it." I abruptly left the table and Nick came following behind me down the street chasing me and at one point grabbed my shoulder. I was incredibly anxious about him following me and had been so upset that I forgot my husband at the table. As someone who deal with speech and motor disabilities, it was incredibly embarrassing and insulting to be treated in that way. My husband went back to talk with Nick and the manager Joseph and he was displeased with the nonchalance of Joseph and Nick was apologetic but neither seemed to grasp the seriousness of the matter. We declined free food and drinks. We can more than afford our own food and drinks. It's just very unfortunate that a place that could be so enjoyable would hire someone like Nick who is seemingly doesn't know how to be a fun and sociable server without being insulting. People don't go to bars for speech lessons. Just bring the drink. If you're someone with a disability and/or anxiety about new places, I would advise on another place. We were only there for 10 minutes before all of this happened. I'm not a sensitive person and I like to have fun but it was something small that regardless was deeply upsetting. Honestly, I would have hope people like Nick are terminated and that the managers obviously need. better coaching and training for their service. It was a very bad experience and I will never come back to the establishment. I'll also be encouraging people within my community of friends and neighbors- who are many- to avoid this place. There are potentially great places with bad servers and they ruin it for customers. I am disappointed and appalled, Thanks, Nick.

Yelp
Tiki bars are always a great vibe and will get you lit. Swizzle is no exception. Their food is also really legit. The edamame hummus and the pu-pu platter shouldn't be skipped. Everybody who works here is really fun too.

Yelp
My new favorite bar in Dallas. The drinks were amazing, the service was good, bar snacks were excellent but the ambiance / vibes were through the roof. If I lived in Lower Greenville this would be my regular bar. This place was a welcome respite from the Dallas summer heat. My fiancée and I tucked in here for a couple hours and enjoyed a couple of drinks and a really terrific wing platter. The owners are Hawaiian Filipino and that definitely comes thru in the food and drink menu which is heavily influenced by both Filipino and Hawaiian cultures. I'll be back!
google avatar

Adrienne B.

Yelp
Saw this spot on Dallasites101 & then saw previous pictures of the inside, and we just *had* try it! Super dark, moody, and fun spot off of Lower Greenville with a friendly and helpful crew to elevate your visit. You really can't go wrong with any drink, especially with the bartender brainstorming what would be best for your taste. We tried the pupu platter and rice bowl with katsu - both were solid. We'll be back for drinks and more great vibes!

Spence Y.

Yelp
My friend and I *really* wanted to like this place. We live in Chicago, and frequent a tiki spot called 3 Dots and a Dash, and every drink on the menu is a banger. No skips. So we were hopeful when we went out of our way to check this place out while in town. We probably tried 6 different drinks, and, honestly, they were all pretty terrible. We couldn't figure out why. We didn't know if it was our bartender or the recipes, but every single drink except one they had on the frozen rotation with dole whip (which was EXCELLENT) was bad. Even the one we got for the namesake: 3 Dots and a Dash. The itch hadn't been scratched, and when we went to Roundup and asked the bartender to just make "something tropical," THAT was 10 times better than any drink we had here. Clearly they are doing something right because it was packed, but we just couldn't get into it. We did like the hole-in-the-wall, collected tiki atmosphere though. But PLEASE: turn on the Christmas lights in the area over the map mural and get rid of that horrible fluorescent light in the corner over the table with the papasan chair and replace with with something warmer and more moody. It's killing the vibe! :-)

Anna R.

Yelp
The green curry was great! The drinks we tried were on the sweeter side, but perfectly strong. My table mates had the chicken sliders and thought they were tasty.

Yelp
Swizzle is a fun place to grab a cocktail. The tiki bar experience is always cool. You can sit inside or outside so that's a bonus. The inside is cool and dark. I love the nostalgia of seeing a wicker chair from the 80's. It's nothing fancy, but just a chill and laid back spot. The drinks and food presentation is wonderful. The food and drinks weren't as good as I imagined. The wings were cooked perfectly, but I tasted no seasoning and they are called spice wings. I also bought the most expensive drink in a pineapple category 4 I believe and it was weak. My drink was not strong and I felt nothing. So I was disappointed overall with my food and the drink. I will say my friend had spam stir fry and it was actually yummy. I enjoyed the forkful I had. I definitely think this place is worth checking out at least once. I love supporting small businesses. I recently visited Hawaii and Swizzle took me back to my happy place in Honolulu. I am happy I came and overall had a decent time.

Yelp
Authentic Tiki experience!!!! Super fun staff and impeccably made drinks. If you want tiki barring all the sugar, go to Swizzle. We shared the Scorpion bowl, Dole whips, a painkiller, and more. Our server was the extremely helpful and the drinks come with all kinds of fun accoutrement, like hats, swizzle sticks, garnishes, etc. If you're in lower Greenville, absolutely stop by here and snag a Tiki drink before everyone else finds out about Swizzle!

Yelp
Bartenders are always friendly and drinks are always crafted well!!! It's a dark atmosphere but very intimate to gather with friends!

Yelp
Oh how I love Tiki Bars! This one did not disappoint. The drinks were good and strong and they had a lot of variety. The small bites were yummy too! Between all of the people in my group I was able to try the lumpia, the five spice wings and the fries. The lumpia was crispy and delicious, the wings had the flavors and the appearance of something you would expect to be cooking over an open flame at a Hawaiian luau . Even the fries were nicely seasoned. Also, I don't know if this was on purpose but the staff all seemed to fit the vibes of the local. The music was a nice touch and seemed authentic to what you would experience in Hawaii, at least as a tourist. Overall the experience was great. The only thing I would change and suggest is having better signage. The tiki bar kinda of blends in and looks like an extension of the restaurant next door. Please please add more eye grabbing outdoor "curb appeal". I'v seen so many tiki bars come and go simply because people don't know it's there. Let your presence be known. Also, I wish they would add a happy hour'

Yelp
Awesome ambiance! Service was great! Good and drinks were fantastic! I'll be back for sure!

Yelp
The atmosphere is cute and cozy. Not a lot of space inside. The staff are friendly but the drinks were not that great. We only had two and didn't finish either of them. Too tart, too sour, too bitter. A lot of people seemed to enjoy this place though, as there were a couple of parties there to celebrate different events. They also have covered outdoor seating, I believe.

Yelp
This place was awsome! The first time I went and the food and drinks were a masterpiece! I would go here EVERY day if I could. 10/10 must recommend!

Yelp
Stopped here during happy hour which includes a few $5 drink specials and some discounted bar bites and Dole whip! Tried the pork lumpia which is more eggroll skin than pork (tiny little pinky sized crispy bites), but still tasty, and the Dole whip which is very generously portioned in a tall glass and fun plastic swizzle spoon. They offer the Dole whip with rum too, but I was plenty happy savoring it on its own. The place was surprisingly empty on a Friday late afternoon, but we can imagine how fun it would be to enjoy a nice summer afternoon here. Will be back!
