Swizzle

I love this place. Finally stopped by after years of passing it and continuously come for the scone bits now 😍 I've had their dogs and fries, both amazing too. And you cannot beat the price.

Been coming here several times per week but since the owners changed the place is TRASHED. We went on a Friday afternoon around 3:30 PM. The pictures show what we were pretty shocked by: overflowing trash can and unattended tables covered in trash. My husband grabbed a straw from the cup at the counter and noticed that someone had drawn male genitalia on the cup. The employee giggled when we told her she should get a new cup for the straws. We won't be back. Trying Swig down the road instead. :(

I came in the middle of their rush and ordered a ton of food for my entire companies lunch! Food was promptly prepared I I got enough food for 20 people in less than 10 minutes!!! On top of that, my team wanted to try everything once I sent them the menu so we ordered 15 different menu items! Obviously everyone had their favorites and least favorites but overall everyone loved the product!

We had a great experience at Swizzle! First of all we must have gone at a great time because there was no wait and we were at the window very quickly. Ava, who helped us, was darling with my kids and patient as they were describing what they wanted. She got all items in our order right and the swizzle sticks (hot scones) were ready fast and fresh. I didn't feel it was very expensive compared to other Soda shops. I think if you frequent these types of places you know what you are getting into $ wise. Ultimately was really impressed with Ava and so grateful for her patience and non annoyance/rush with my kids. She deserves a raise! :)

This afternoon, I went to this specific swizzle. The service, absolutely horrible! The worst service I have ever experienced. I went there with my lovely girlfriend, we got some fries (They were 6 dollars each!) We also got a few drinks. One for us to share and 2 for our friends. When we got our food and drinks there was something off about our drink. We opened the lid and found a few gnats in our drink as if it had been there for a while. When I went to go return it they denied my request and asked me to leave. I was so furious with their actions. The worker was an older lady. I am writing this review in hopes it will encourage others to never come here. 🤬🤬

This doesn't even deserve 1 star. Ugh! This was the worst experience of my life! The service, terrible. The lady who's typically there in her late 40's or early 50's at least, She has dark hair and is on the bigger side. She was so rude to me, I bought Myself and My friend some French fries to share (which were very overpriced by the way) And she wouldn't even give me my complimentary fry sauce which was the whole reason I drove 15+ Minutes to this terrible fast food place. I Definitely Do not recommend!!!

I typically go to Swig since it's closer to my house but I was in the area running errands. I stopped in to try the drink of the week. Some type of Dr. Pepper holiday concoction. It was delicious along with the pretzel bitea. I will definitely pop in again when I'm in the neighborhood!
