I stopped here for the first time before a concert and was underwhelmed by my experience. To drink, I chose the $14 basil strawberry (?) mule. I was surprised when the bartender started pouring a pink drink on tap. Turns out the mule was pre-mixed and on tap. That's fine, but for a $14 drink, I was expecting something a little more exciting than a pre-mixed drink poured over (a lot of) ice. Even a little garnish would go a long way. Also, the drink didn't seem very strong, so I likely wouldn't go with it again at that price point.
I was stoked to see that they had some vegetarian offering! I went with the pistou portabella sandwhich. The concept was awesome, but the execution needed some tweaks. The portabella was barely cooked and didn't seem to be seasoned at all. Even a little marenade would probably help them a long in terms of flavor. Also, the mozerrella on my sandwhich was melted at one point, but came out completely cold. I would also suggest giving a little more pistou. That was definitely the star of that sandwich.
Since the sandwich came with fries, I'm feeling really great about the value for money for that item. I believe it was around $14 and I would have had leftovers (if I hadn't been running to a concert right after).
Sidenote- beware that parking situation is lackluster and that all we were able to find was a pricey paid lot.
Overall, this spot is a solid option if you want somewhere that does it all- food, drinks, coffee, chill ambiance. However, tweaks are needed to improve the experience.
