Sycamore Creek Apartments

Cindy at the front office is definitely the go to person for these apartments. We came in for a tour for my uncle and while we didn’t have an appointment we could tell she was very busy and juggling multiple things at once. She made sure that she took her time to show us around and give us all the information we needed. She did not rush us or make us feel like we were a bother! If anything she made us feel welcomed and appreciated as future residents! Unfortunately his move date was pushed out to the end of year, but when the time comes this will be our first choice for a new home!

All I can say is WOW! Fantastic place and management! Mrs. Michelle was amazing, and made this process too easy! Beautiful amenities; the park, the clothes center, the fitness center. All of it is well maintained. Proud to call this place home! Thank you for all your help Mrs. Michelle!

I recently toured these apartments for my grandmother and was really impressed! Cindy is friendly and informative, and the property felt welcoming and well-kept. The model unit was beautiful, and everything looked clean and modern. It definitely left a great first impression!

I enjoy living in this complex and have not had any major problems. The price is competitive, the area is nice, and it's mostly quiet. I do wish the appliances were a little more up-to-date. They function fine but look like something that would be purchased in the nineties. The thermostat is the old school (Where are you push the lever up/down). I wish they would upgrade to an electric thermostat. Maintenance is really friendly and does a good job of staying on top of any issues. The only other thing I can say is a little bothersome is that they seem to move (a little too fast) when a tenant moves out. My unit got repainted n they did a pretty sloppy job. The drawers in the bathroom had some hair and dirt that were just painted over rather than cleaned first. The price is a little less than similar units in the area, so these minor issues are things I can live with! Great view from the balcony! Nice to be able to walk to the YMCA, Dollar store, Park, and other places also!

Junior did a great job. He took care of the wall toilet, sink and holders. He even fixed my lights by the bar area. He is always eager to help and I’ve always known him to be very responsible and consider him a good friend. Thank you so much

There was a problem with my identity when I applied, but they worked it all out for me and I have never felt more at home. Or more at peace. I can peacefully relax and be at home here.

Thanks for putting the signs in the parking lot that parking is for residents only and towing is enforced. With incidents of students having guns and drug arrests across the street at Clemens, it could be helpful to post that the property is under surveillance. Posting signs at the pool also and the residents gym about surveillance could also be helpful. Encourage residents to continue to look out for suspicious activity and report it. Thanks for being a good staff and having prompt maintenance taking care of the property!

Yliana and Sam have been extremely helpful with my transition to these apartments. I’ve had a very good experience and I’ve only been here a week or so. They have worked to quickly resolve any issues I have had since moving. I am loving the pools and the gym and the location is amazing!! We walk to the Y and the park almost daily! Also maintenance person Jr. came in almost immediately after I submitted my work order online. He was kind enough to introduce himself to me and explained the issue/repair with the minor sink leak I was having. He wasn’t able to fix right then, but he expressed he’d be back the next day and by the time I got home from work it was completed! They are all great folks!
