Absolutely, hands down, without a doubt, the best coffee I’ve had in Texas. I travel to Colombia often and am a coffee nut. Coffee, when fresh, has a slightly fruity flavor. Old coffee (like 99% of the coffee in the US) need only be a few days or a week old to start tasting bitter, and a little “burnt” (I’m looking at you Starbucks). Sycamore is the freshest, cleanest, least bitter, best tasting coffee I’ve had in TX, and maybe in the USA. I’m talking about the espresso specifically (the blue bag they sell). I drink it daily. My only complaint is they dont sell a large size, so i dont have to go so often (that’s a compliment). Really, if you want to know what real coffee is supposed to taste like, try the americano here. My only other complaint tho, if i’m being honest, is the Point rewards system. I have a ton of points, but i cant’ use them on any of the drinks I like. A little restrictive on the redemption rules. So theres that. Really tho, the coffee quality makes up for any shortcomings.
