Jeff and Kath are warm and professional people who deliver high-quality printing and good old-fashioned (real, human) customer service. They love what they do, and it shows! They print my business cards, blank greeting cards, and fine art prints.

ABSOLUTELY STELLAR PRINTING SERVICE. I have to state outright that this family-run, local business is absolutely stellar and that they know what they are talking about as pertains to their print jobs. In addition to effectively and efficiently communicating, they were willing to walk me through pricing, printing options, printing paper options, sizing, mounting types, and the works. They were highly patient, willing to talk about availability and time estimates. I was able to visit today, attain prints of an artwork I created, and they were incredibly friendly to boot! I could keep going on about how much of an incredible team the duo are, describing how knowledgeable they are. So, in summary, I highly recommend Kath and Jeff (business owners) to anyone and everyone who wishes to get anything printed, be it art, menus, posters, canvases, scratch/water/tear resistant signs, etc. P.S. - my prints were very high quality and done so quickly.

Kath and Jeff did an amazing job creating a beautiful piece of art to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The final product exceeded my conceptual dreams. I had pretty much given up hope that my conceptual dream could be realized when I walked into their shop after months of online searching other possibilities... but they far exceeded my dreams! I could not be happier with their work. They were helpful, creative, innovative, flexible... all in all wonderful to work with. the canvas prints i purchased from Symbiosis are bar none the nicest i’ve ever had made. working with jeff was a breeze, the turnaround time was short and even with a deadline before my art show he got the job done right and right on time. had a great chat with him about the process and saw some other really good art both on the walls there and other projects laying around that was inspiring. it feels good to support a local business, and know that you’re getting a superior product that’s made with care. wholeheartedly recommend.

Best print shop hands down!!! Dont even waste time looking at others. Jeff was very easy to work with printed off wedding invitations very short notice and gave several options and even did a bit of editing to make the invitation pop a bit more. Great place highly recommended!!

I hate to be the Debbie Downer but my experience with Symbiosis Printing does not match the other reviews. On June 24, 2022 I emailed my digital file to SP for print. The item to print is in the public domain so no copyright issues. Later in the afternoon I went to SP and spoke with Jeff personally. He pulled up my digital file, we talked sizes, paper, and margins. I decided on my order and even filled out a carbon copy order form too. I offered to pay on the spot but he said he'd email me an invoice within a week. Seven months later I had received neither an invoice nor my physical print. I emailed SP to cancel my order in Jan. 2023 and all I got was: "My apologies for not following through on this. I hope someone else was able to help you out." No offer to make it right, no offer to print and make it up, no explanation as to why MY order could't be filled, nothing. In reading these great reviews I wonder why MY order was ignored when SP went out of their way to help others per these reviews. I've lived in this neighborhood for almost 40 years and go out of my way to support local Hillsdale businesses but SP left a sour taste in my mouth. To this day I still do not have a print of a bird-eye view of Portland, Oregon from1889 that should be adorning my living room. It's too bad, from the other reviews SP sounds pretty swell, why my order was singled and not fulfilled I do not know. I suggest using another print shop rather than SP in Hillsdale. Sorry.

I approached Symbiosis Printing to print a number of cell phone photos in preparation for a celebration of life. They did a wonderful job, were reasonable in price and very timely in completion. I will automatically dial their number as I encounter future printing requirements, and I recommend them enthusiastically.

I placed and order via email that was missed on their side. They went waaay out of their way to rush print the item and delivered it to me. Excellent customer service. If you place an online order with them, make sure to call to let them know. They have so many orders (due to their great quality and service).

Jeff has been my printer for over 10 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my artwork. Color, clarity and quality are always perfect. Incredibly fair pricing. I couldn't run my little business without him.

Kath and Jeff are great. They are friendly, detail-oriented and excellent printers. I have printed note cards, business cards, postcards and high-end posters with them. They are do a great job. For background, I am an artist and a graphic designer. I work with lots of printers so I understand printing. I highly recommended Symbiosis Printing.

My first contact with Symbiosis Printing was pleasant. I spoke with one of the co-owners, Jeff, about coming in to tour the shop. He was cordial and made me feel welcome over the phone. When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted with a smile and warm handshake by Jeff. He had three different test print strips of a file I sent him. We talked about fine art paper and he used their three different fine art papers to print out the test print strips. That gave me a good idea of what I was looking for. And it was FREE. I also met Jeff's wife, Kath. She explained to me the shipping process. While they aren't accepting new clients for drop shipping, I think Symbiosis would be a great place for adding personal touches to my artwork before shipping to clients. This place has a 'Mom and Pop' feel to the place for sure. Excellent first impression. Give this place a visit and see if they can meet your printing needs. :-)

The owners are really nice and care about the work they turn out. Time was taken patiently reviewing and setting up the files I brought in for printing in order to insure that I would be happy with the result.I don't usually write reviews, but I was so satisfied, I was moved to want to let the world know. A great service! The printing is beautiful! They make you feel like your project matters (no matter how small), and the prices are humane. This shop and service is so valued, a rarity in this modern day.

Jeff and Kath work at the highest level at their craft. They are the go to printing resource for the most accomplished of our regions artists, illustrators and photographers. Jeff guided me to the most satisfying and excellent results. I am so very pleased that I came to Symbiosis for my printing.

I took in two cards to be printed. The turnaround was fast. The quality was vibrant and detailed. The price was affordable, I paid for 20 prints but got 52. The shop owner is very friendly, accommodating, and fair. I will return for future prints.

I just discovered Symbiosis Printing today when I called and talked to Jeff about a small project I wanted to print. After discussing my needs on the phone and realizing it barely met their minimum project fee of $20, I sent my file to Jeff with the expectation of going in to discuss paper a few hours later. When I went in, much to my delight, he had PERFECTLY printed and trimmed my job. Jeff went above and beyond for my tiny project, taking time out of his busy day (filled with much bigger projects I am sure) to meet my needs. I am greatly appreciative and will be a loyal customer because of this first impression. I plan to spread the good word about Symbiosis Printing and support this amazing neighborhood business. If I could give them 10 stars here I would. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Symbiosis Printing was highly recommended to me by another professional artist, and I'm very grateful for that. Jeff and Kath have printed business cards, promo materials for my art shows and high quality fine art giclees of my oil paintings. I am very pleased with their work as it's all beautiful and excellent quality, and the prices are so reasonable. My giclee clients have been very happy as well, as the large prints stretched on canvas look so close to the originals. It's been a pleasure working with Jeff and Kath and I look forward to working with them for many more years to come.

Attention all fine arts photographers: If you're looking for a family-run, all-service print shop located in a great community (with off-street parking!)....AND you need a printer who really knows how to work with artists....well, apply your brakes now! Symbiosis Printing is the place! Allow me a little back-story. I am trained as a film photographer and I've had to be carried, kicking and screaming into this digital world. I am not going to admit how much money I've wasted on Photoshop classes. Let's just say I'm in heaven when I'm shooting on location, but mention things like "levels" or "aspect ratios" and I immediately break out in hives. Enter Jeff at Symbiosis Printing. First and foremost, he really understands an artist's mentality. Generally, we are a difficult bunch to please. (Apologies to some of my past printers, who are probably off somewhere doing therapy right now) Jeff is patient and kind and listens very carefully to my needs. He is that hard-to-find combination of a highly skilled technician and someone who has a real appreciation for the arts. And for those of you who need a little "proof-is-in-the-print" evidence, I recently exhibited some of my "Jeff" photographs right along side some of my older work. Another documentary photographer, an Australian who also works in B&W, asked if the new photographs had been worked up from film. No, I told him...but added that this was quite a compliment. The photographer immediately asked how he could be in touch with this "new printer guy." Finally, for those of you who need other services like business cards, postcards, menus, etc, the turnaround time at Symbiosis is quite fast. And, if you're like me you will first need some time to wander around the shop and check out the many samples. Jeff's lovely wife, Kath, will make you feel very much at home. And if you happen to arrive at the right time you even might meet a most adorable little boy named Nicolas. If you stop by give Nick a "high-five" for me! This print shop is absolutely lovely! We own a small local business, and Jeff and Kath have been very helpful in helping design our business cards and printing out fliers and posters of outstanding print quality! the craftsmanship is obvoiusly noticeable; colleagues and customers alike constantly comment on the paper and finish of said documents.
