Have been ordering from here for years, never had an issue. We usually pick up, so that was our mistake I guess. First off, they use a call center for orders. So when you call, you’re not actually speaking to anyone at the restaurant. Ordered dumplings and 2 combos for delivery tonight online.. seems simple enough, right? After we got our food we realized that 1 of the combos was wrong. Immediately called.. the call center answers and said “let me get my manager” then I got hung up on. So I called again, different person answers, same thing .. I thought getting a manager would mean I’d be getting transferred to the restaurant. I did not, I got a man on the phone who told me that my order was a pick up.. and then I had to confirm what city I got delivered to .. they wouldn’t just refund me the money- they “don’t do partial refunds”. I hung up and called again and got two woman shouting “hello” to eachother instead of me .. I guess the call center and the restaurant picked up at the same time. They recognized my phone number and knew about the issue already, I told them please don’t bring a corrected meal as we don’t want to wait another hour for delivery, the woman on the phone THANKS ME for this. As if I’m doing her a favor by having them not come back out. She admits that she hit the wrong button, after I had to say about 3 different times what the issue was. Again, no refund offered.. I got thanked for not having to inconvience them, even though we were inconvenienced by having the wrong food. We’ll be finding a new place for Chinese from now on ..
