We spent New Year’s Eve at Sztuczka from 7:30 pm until 11:00 pm, and it was nothing short of extraordinary.
The 10-course tasting menu was beautifully paced, thoughtful, and divine from start to finish. Each dish felt intentional — balanced, creative, and deeply respectful of ingredients.
We tried caviar for the first time, an unforgettable introduction to something so iconic. Our standout favourite, however, was the Polish wasabi tuna dish, perfectly executed, bold yet elegant, and absolutely memorable.
The entire evening felt elevated without being pretentious: warm service, refined atmosphere, and food that speaks for itself.
Sztuczka is already Michelin-recommended, and in our opinion, it is clearly on its way to earning a Michelin star. This is a restaurant that deserves recognition not just for technical excellence, but for the experience it creates.
We will absolutely return and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone seeking a world-class dining experience in Poland.
