I've patronized T & T 3 times over the past year and unfortunately, I have not had the best customer experience on any of those visits! Staff was actively conversing amongst themselves each visit(in their native tongue, but that doesn't bother me) while I was attempting to check out (now I'm bothered because it appears I'm bothering the staff!) After my 2nd visit, I checked the reviews and several others mentioned the friendliness of the staff so I decided to give T&T another shot recently! Again, the service was disappointing!

The staff is very friendly and they have a wide selection.

This place is an absolute disappointment. Customer service? Non-existent. The staff lacked professionalism, laughing loudly and chatting in another language as if they were in some casual hangout. Bowie boasts far superior establishments for purchasing spirits, beer, and wine. Needless to say, we walked out after being rudely ignored at the counter. A complete letdown. We must demand better from the businesses in PG County. I am absolutely tired of traveling for a great customer experience in other counties.

Easy stop with friendly staff.

Good prices and great customer service they are always very welcoming.

Typical establishment take money from blacks but don't feel the need to give a pleasant and good customer service. Of all the few times I went in here the service was always blah. No welcome or helpfulness but maybe it's just me. I feel they are overpriced in comparison in the liquor stores around the neighborhood. I don't like when people of a different culture who are perceived negatively treat other people of a different culture terrible. It needs to stop and end. I will not support a business that treats people unfairly or rudely.

Language skills consistently terrible. Understaffed with huge push in lottery leads to arguments with lottery customers because of lack of English while beer and wine customers wait. Very poor communication skills across the board. There may be one out of six staff that is moderately understandable and I have not seen him in weeks. Ok prices, horrendous communication. They would better serve the public by finding a way to turn the business into a vending machine.

I think this little place is a hidden gem for those who want to purchase alcohol but not for a heavy price considering it's located in the Bowie area. What I like most is that they actually have a nice variety of wines like a wine and spirits store. I noticed they have lottery as well with a gas station next to it seems you can get all your needs met in 1.

Been going here for years, seen new mgt come in and service has been good. The new owners did nice improvements on the place and have earned my business each and every time.

They aren't friendly people at all. It's very sad that they take people money and don't greet or thank you for your business. I used to love going here until new people start working here. I'm not going back again after 6 years of going to the store.
