The Best Boudin in New Orleans and South Louisiana | Eater New Orleans

"With locations in both Mamou and Eunice, T-boys stuffs its boudin with Parish Rice, a high protein, low glycemic index rice grown by second-generation Eunice farmer Michael Frugé. Homemade bacon, cracklins, smoked tasso, and turkey necks are all sold in-store or online." - Beth D’Addono

Cauliflower Boudin Has Arrived in Cajun Country | Eater New Orleans

"Now offering a keto-friendly “cauliflower boudin,” T-Boy’s of Mamou and Eunice sell a low-carb mock version of the classic Cajun rice-and-pork sausage that does away with rice, substituting riced cauliflower and more meat. Reaction has been mixed: many online reviewers have been pretty positive, but most agree the cauliflower version’s flavor and texture aren’t like the real thing; Louisiana rice farmers were unimpressed (RiceFarming.com ran a post headlined “Cauliflower Boudin? That’s Sacrilege”), and commenters such as TIGERFANZZ on TigerDroppings.com note that “boudin will never be ‘healthy,’ so you may as well dive in with the whole sin and repent later.”" - Stephanie Carter

T Boys always has to be a stop when I'm in town. Best boudin you can buy.

Went to the drive-through Saturday, March 22, ordered a half a pound of chicken Cracklins. Server was very polite, efficient and quick, however, what I got was a half a pound of fried chicken nuggets. Don't get me wrong, they were very good. They just were not chicken cracklins at all. Love T-boys, both locations, but I will get my chicken cracklins elsewhere next time I pass through Eunice.

Told us that if they didn't have what we wanted. We could let them know, and if T-Boys in Ville Platte had it, they could get it the next day for us. Very friendly staff. The only thing I would suggest is making the drive thru go straight out. This way, dine-in/take out customers don't have to wait so long to leave.

Got some boudin yesterday it was very good. Extremely better then Billy's. Imma have to leave Opelousas to go to Eunice for my boudin from now on.

World’s best boudin. 0nly other place where boudin is king is the Lafayette area(Kartchner’s , Best Stop). But I’m partial to Tboys because you see I’m a native of Mamou. Still I consider myself a connoisseur of boudin & Tboys beats their butt.

Very reasonable priced items. Boudin is always hot and fresh. Grew up on tboys boudin and will travel from Opelousas to get it! Best boudin around. Owners are pretty awesome and friendly too!

Their boudin is fantastic! A bit on the greasier side but the taste is amazing. If you aren't a fan of greasy boudin I suggest buying the frozen packs they sell and reheating it at home it's a lot let greasy. Their sausage is also fantastic and the only sausage my family seems to like so we use it in everything from gumbo so potato soup. Service is always quick and friendly.
